Greenday Salad: what do users think?
Tim Worthington: Nice build your own salad place. Price is very good and by weight
A T: Fair prices, healthy food, great mix of items with new ones offered every week it seems. Staff is friendly and helpful
Monique Mckeown: Easy healthy lunch spot with lots of variety - $$ can add up quickly though
David T: Great value, great quality, great variety. I think it’s the best of the myriad of salad places like this downtown. Recommend!
Charlotte Hang: my favourite lunch place.
Esther Oh: The thing I miss the most about working downtown is this salad place. The best I’ve ever been to by far!
Catherine G: Really good! Good pricing and fresh, tasty ingredients!
Rachel K: Goodbye Tractor - Hello Greenday! I've been working in downtown for many years now and I have no idea how I missed this salad/lunch spot. Variety is great, quality is great, lunch can be as cheap or expensive as you want (cost is by weight). See you tomorrow! And the next day, and the next next day...
Herry Dai: They've everything you need for a quick meal. Hot and cold, veggie, carbs, and protein. Pay by weight.
Dasan Kim: Fresh vegetables. Cheap and a convenient location.
Nina: Great value and great selection of healthy, vegan-friendly options. Not a fan of the plastic packaging (would be nice to see biodegradable packaging or if we can bring our own tupperware in. Not sure if this is possible bc of covid) but other than that I definitely have this place as my go to lunch on a budget!
Andrew Morgan: Pay what you weigh. Good value, healthy and tasty.
Arlene Vee: Nice choice of mixed hot and cold food! Fresh fruits and meals!
Mihaela: Just got my daily fuel :) Thanks Greenday Salad for such a positive experience!
Kelsey D: My favorite place downtown to get work lunch! You can make a delicious salad, add in warm goodies on top, then cover it in feta 😂
heamin kwak: Great home made meal! Enjoy a lot.
Mariko Ishikawa:
Mark Mahl: One of the best places if not best of it's kind in the downtown core. Great, fresh food, Bulgogi beef, chicken , pasta, soups and an amazing variety of salad items, fruit , dressings etc. Eat there 2-3 times a week!
Calvin Chan: Huge lineup but it goes by quick. Have bowls on the left for eatin in and two types of takeout containers. It’s a buffet style grab everything u want and go. Huge variety and I loved it. Happy there’s so many veggies. Sometimes I have too much of you can see meat and sushi and want something light and refreshing for lunch that doesn’t empty the wallet.Saw a guy in front of me bring his own pot. I think regular customers have their container of choice pretared. The cashier found his name on a list and pressed a button. Pretty cool place.
Kamal Khan: Awesome salad selection.Great value. Fresh stuff.Totally worth it for lunch.
Eddy T: Great value high quality!!!

Field & Social: what do users think?
Heather Liesch: This is the worst field and social I’ve ever been to. They never mix the salads properly and today I found a piece of chicken bone in my salad!! They so busy during lunch that their quality has suffered significantly. I expected higher standards from them
Rahat Khanna (mappmechanic): Recommended dishes Pita Chips, Roasted ChickpeaMore
Zika Zag: Rude
Morgan Stewart: Was excited when the location first opened downtown. I have frequented the place (as it is easy for lunch) over the years, but in the past while, I have seen the quality decrease (and prices increase). I often pre-order my meals, but lately there are always mistakes.I like to do add-ons as I usually want a bit extra. I ordered the chickpea salad, one I often get. I added in cucumber and chicken to the order. In the salad, they forgot the pita chips, got the tiniest dollop of hummus, I got the equivalent of 3 grape tomatoes, and there was barely any feta or arugula included. All ingredients which are to be included in the salad. It's been a few times I have let mistakes happen, some I go back and have corrected, but my most recent salad was just so...sad. I spent $26, which I gulped. And that price, embarrassingly, isn't rare for me to spend (after extras are put on).I keep going back as I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt, but I think it's time to spend my money more wisely.
Albert Hounslow: We love ordering here for our team. We've coordinated group orders many times and they're always easy to work with and deliver fantastic meals. Love the peanut butter chocolate chip cookies - dangerously addictive :DParking: Lots of parking in areaWheelchair accessibility: No steps to enter, large accessible bathroom, but no automatic doors on bathroom or entrance.Dietary restrictions: Can do vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, keto etc it's just salads
Ali Noorani: The salads are a bit pricey and a little better than a store bought salad, I ordered takeout so maybe the experience wasn’t as good.
Duane Brown: Yummy salad....is not cheap.Vegetarian options: Salad options as far as the eye can see.Food: 3/5|Service: 3/5|Atmosphere: 3/5Recommended dishes Kale Caesar, Bacon & Egg Miso Bowl …More
negin gholami: Recommended dishes AvocrunchMore
Peter Rutherford: Great lunch spot. Warm and helpful staff. Cozy relaxed vibes in the store, and a nice eclectic mix of tunes. Lots of fantastic salad choices but chicken tostada with an avo is my go to because I can almost fool myself that I'm having a taco not a salad
Jackson Cunningham: Salads are bit pricey but staff is always friendly and super fast service, and food is delicious
MT: Price for cookies is misleading - says peanut butter + chocolate = 3.25 implying a combo but was charged 6.50
my tweeter: First time visit yesterday and we were greeted by friendly staff who helped us with the menu. Group of us all tried the harvest grain bowl and was a definite winner. We'll be back again soon!
Carla: Just brutal. My office orders from here regularly and they always mess up the orders. We have continued to give them the benefit of the doubt but this was the last time. The vegetarian salad had chicken on it and the staff argued with us about it. I have seen them put chicken on a vegetarian salad and then take it off and try denying it.In the past I've emailed customer service because I hate just writing a negative review but they also didn't seem to care.Disappointing.* Thank you for responding. I do appreciate you contacted me regarding the refund. What I don’t appreciate is you didn’t acknowledge other parts of the email including when your staff put chicken on a vegetarian salad then tried removing it and denying the fact. When we requested to have the salad remade the staff definitely made it clear that they were not happy with this by slamming the salad down on the counter and saying nothing when we thanked them.As for the incident the other day. In the notes section on the website we wrote vegetarian so I’m not quite sure why anybody is arguing when chicken was placed on the salad.Yes they remade the salad but didn’t offer to put any type of protein on I had to request this for a $22 salad. As I stated in my first review I’ve given Field and Social the benefit of the doubt many times and I’ve been a loyal customer. I completely understand mistakes happen but when I have to argue with the staff it’s just not worth it. It was a very awkward moment with even another customer telling me that he felt it was inappropriate the way the staff spoke to me.
Maria Lutsenko: I asked them a few times to put more dressing instead they didn’t put any and gave a tiny bit on the side. So disappointed.had to pay over 20 dollars for a dry salad
Bunneh: Cashless?Way to go. 😒
Mickey Yu: Pretty good, we did catering! However, need more variety of salads to choose from, and also if catering provides packaging that can make salads stay longer would be even better!
Simon Warrington: Spicy broccoli and mushroom salad with a chicken breast. So delicious and it kept me going through an afternoon of solid video calls. #forthewin
Sarah Bedrosian: The place was very welcoming and open. Modern vibe and clean look - the food was amazing! The process to order your salad was really simple and what was unique was they asked your preference on how much salad dressing you wanted - light or heavy (I think there’s a middle option too)I ordered the chicken tostada and it was soooo good! I loved the crunchiness of the baked tostada and the dressing was really good! Would love to go back to try a few of the other options as well.
Kristie Clark: Extremely disappointed. After reading the reviews, I was very excited to order from this restaurant. I ordered from the Mount Pleasant location. My salad came and there were no cucumbers, no tomatoes, no extra side of pickled red cabbage I had ordered. It was gross. I would never serve this to someone, let alone charge $30 for it. When I called the location, they informed me that they could not send the correct order out again as they could not do something that was not credited from Skip the Dishes. Even thought they messed up the order. Then they did not know how to give me a refund. Extremely disappointed. Now I am hungry and having to attend meetings all afternoon. Hangry is never a way to be at work. What they sent is so disgusting I cannot eat it. I will never order from this chain again.
Shailin Murji: Pretty boring Salad for $20! I got the Ceasar it was chicken, half a ramen egg (which was just soy marinade and salty), parm, croutons & cashews. Could have got the same at a pub and wasn’t what I expected from a salad spot. Some roast cauli, roast squash, crispy capers, shredded Brussels, crispy artichokes, massaged kale (vs just chopped), or crispy chickpeas - something to make the salad special and unique would have been nice. I crumbled the croutons so at least it wasn’t just leaves…
Hussein Abdulrahman: Taste was good but it was basically a bowl of lettuce with barely any extra toppings for $20… didn’t even fill me up. Avocado is $3.5 and you only get half? Profit for this must be insane it doesn’t make any sense how they price their food.

Salad Farm Healthy Salad Bar: what do users think?
T LC: Salad Farm healthy salad bar is a good, healthy option hidden inside city square shopping centre. It is located in the center of the mall and food court, underneath the escalators. There is plenty of seating with seasonally nice views of the foliage. There are over two dozen options. There is a parking garage beneath the mall (enter off Cambie or Ash), and parking is validated for an hour.

Smithe Salad: what do users think?
mj Charlotte: Recommended dishes Build Your Own SaladMore
Meg Kuang: I eat Smithe every single week. Always the most delicious, healthy food with even more lovely owners! 😍
Hampus Nilsson: Amazing place to create your own salad. They really have a lot of different options to choose from. Good prices too
Kaity Allen: The staff are friendly and the prices are great! The only spot to grab produce downtown!
Rebecca W: Incredibly affordable, fresh salad and fruit bar and it is owned by the kindest people. I can't say enough positive things about this place.
Zoe Ramales: This place is perfect to eat healthy and fresh!
Debbie Lu: I come here for their fresh juices and it’s great.
Naz Alvarez-Barker: Love their smoothies, and the produce is priced well. I can’t wait to come back for the salads for lunch one day!!
Taylor Brooks: Phenomenal. I swear from now on this will be my staple lunch place. I got a salad and all the veggies were extremely fresh, the chicken was amazing and the portion sizes are excellent for what you pay!!! Will be recommending this place to everyone I know, thanks so much for a great lunch!!!!
Kumari Soni Umesh: Love it
David G: I was looking for a place to get a quick brunch and got a salad and a side of rice, bulgogi, and meat balls. I ended up getting a solid/healthy fast meal. They also had Italian grocery, produce, and a wide selection of nuts. I didn't get any but the prices seemed reasonable.
Lindsay F: Wish I had known about this place sooner!! Was craving fresh salad and Asian meat, and found it all in this one beautiful spot. I could see how a hefty salad could rack up in dollars, but mine came to $8. Had fresh greens (nice assortment of kale, spinach, romaine, spring mix with arugula), very fresh and ripe fruit, and bulgogi type meat on top haha. The berries alone would've cost me $5 at a grocery store. The ambiance is comfortable and there are bar tables and stools along the windows if you feel like eating there and people watching.
S. NA.: Quality is excellent. Prices are lower than all local markets. Staff is really nice.
Marie Nicollet: Just ordered online, on Uber eats, and quite disappointed …The ingredients were for most of them « big », not cut in pieces, which is not convenient for a salad … The feta was nothing but a big block, which doesn’t seem delicious, and even the cherry tomatoes could have been cut in pieces.Tuna was also a block, céleri was big pieces (which didn’t make it appealing, I actually didn’t eat them), even cucumber could have been cut smaller.Anyway ! The lemon juice was okay, and the delivery was on time.Oh and also, after seeing other people pictures, I feel like I could have had fruits on my salads, which I would have loooved, but didn’t see this option online … too bad :/But in other ways, really disappointed on my lunch today !
Daisy Lee:
Greg Herbert: Wonderful place, just what we were looking for. The whole family each made their own custom container out of a multitude of fresh ingredients. Very kind and friendly staff. We'll be returning the next time we're in town. Thanks for the oranges, they were delicious!
MORI N.: A beautiful stroll through Yaletown and arriving at this cozy little salad bar family owned business and I was surprised to find how much it offered.First few things that I got excited about was the fact that it's not your usual salad bar. It has items that you normally don't find in general salad bars such as pomegranate seeds, meatballs, bulgogi, kimchi and red onion....all my favourites! The service is the warm, friendly, personal service you'd expect from a family run business and the prices are quite reasonable.I love the fact that they don't put themselves in a box (no pun intended). With most salad bars you wouldn't find meat and in this day and age where being offended is in style a lot of salad bars refuse to serve anything other than veggies just so they don't offend vegetarians walking into a salad bar.I loved the bulgogi....well seasoned and really tasty and the meatballs looked wonderful and will try them next time. I regularly buy watermelon chunks from grocery stores, but theirs is better priced, more plenty and sweeter.I was there just before the lunch rush which was around 11:45 am and people were starting to come in. I had noticed that already some of the items from the bar were lacking and/or almost empty. The bulgogi, chickpeas and lettuce were almost gone and don't think it would've survived a massive lunch influx, which seemed was on its way.The space is quite tight and it can get busy with people at times stepping over one another, but if you don't mind that, this place is worth checking out.
Michael Riegger: Very beautiful shop with lovely classical music playing. I patronize this place as often as I can.
Ads: Holy smoke.. how much money did I just spend on a salad? 20 bucks seeks crazy steep to say I packed a lot of leaves and light-weighing vegetables.Albeit very fresh, a great selection and variety iv had better tasting and comparable portions at the same value for a fully prepared salad elsewhere to be honest. Each item for the Build Your Own Salad is the same price and around $2.83 per 100grams so be careful when stuffing those boxes unlike me! I visited this place after seeing crazy good Uber Eats reviews, but think this is actually better on UE since you pay a fixed amount for a specific amount of salad ingredients in hindsight.Staff are super friendly, very kind, approachable and helpful. Some additional hot sauces for condiments would be awesome.Support local businesses!
Lisa Steinhauer: Great customer service, awesome pricing, and delicious salad!

Mediterranean Greens Salad Bar: what do users think?
jashan mann: This was my first time here. I got the chicken platter and it was awesome. They have the perfect amount of spice on the food and the chicken was flavorful. Could be better with fresh veggies.
Rob Ellis: What a hidden gem. This is a small family owned (mostly take out) restaurant that caters to the lunch crowed but it is open until 5. Each day offers a different special and Wednesdays rosemary chicken is to die for.
Summer argent: AVOID AVOID: after I paid for a falafel wrap I was watching the workers in the kitchen, saw them microwave the falafel (not fresh) then wrap it with hands (no gloves) and didn’t even wash it!!!
chanel baboth: Authentic and delicious Lebanese food. The food is fantastic and the owners are very nice. A hidden gem.
Hesam Eskandari: Don't miss the Friday lambs. I also tried kafta and it was quiet tasty. Great for price.
Reagan Rivera: Conscientiously prepared food for in or out. Small-cafe feel, broad menu, friendly, good washroom.
Akshaya Pattanayak: Really good stuff!
Jane: Very disappointed. Haven't been in the area for awhile so stopped by on a lunch break to grab a shawarma and rice. I didn't even notice it until after I ordered and the server was putting my meal together and came back to get my payment when I realized he wasn't wearing a mask. Food smelt great but I was too weary of the 'what if' consequences to taste it. Ended up dumping $12 worth of a lunch plate and grabbing McDonalds instead. Really really disappointed.
nikita shumakov: Если соскучились по шаурме, то на Робсоне есть отличный греческий аналог. Очень вкусно и недорого, достойно 5 звёзд!
Zoo: Fantastic place, owner is very friendly. I go here a lot, all the ingredients have always been super fresh and clean. The wraps and salad are also great if looking for a healthy lunch.
Ryan Jobson: Hands down the best shawarma place in the greater Vancouver area. The daily specials are also very good. All of the food is fresh and flavourful. The prices are reasonable and your portion sizes are quite large. The owner is very friendly. A must-try place if you've never been here before!
Kim Bellavance Photographe: My favorite lunch spot downtown! The chicken shawarma on rice is a must to try! They also carry many libanese delicacies and grocery items. A little gem to be discovered
Aycan iRiCAN: Tasty food
Minnie Bye: LOVE this place.. incredibly fresh ingredients and flavours. I always order the vegetarian platter - three fragrant and crisp salads with falafel and the perfect amount of rice.. the hummus and garlic sauce are top notch! Healthy, balanced and delicious..Aesthetics aren’t overly inviting but the service and food is fabulous.
Mehr Poulad: Family owned and operated. Great little spot on homer street near Robson. Metered street parking right in front. Daily specials at fair prices. Food is fresh and good. Some seating inside and outside. Also sells olive oils, cheese and other Mediterranean favorites.
Yo-Yi C: One of my favorite restaurants in Vanocuver! The food is always fresh and flavourful. I LOVE the shawarma on rice and their za'atar but really everything on the menu is delicious! Their tabouleh salad is always perfectly flavoured as well. The staff is super welcoming, warm, and friendly :) I can't recommend this place enough!
Good to communicate: Kibbeh is very delicious there. Real Lebanese chicken shawarma. Falafel one is very delicious and authentic. I don't recommend the kafta dish though. Hummus is yummy, as well as Zaatar pizza.
L G.: Best falafel I've had in Vancouver!
Sarah Alachkar: Love this place! Great atmosphere and food
Terence Chan: My first time trying Sharwana Wrap. Cheap and delicious.

The Chopped Leaf: what do users think?
Marie isabelle Drolet: Ordered many times from this location and it always hit the spot. Fresh ingredients, good portion and some of the best salad dressing I’ve tried (highly recommend the Goddess).
T T: Owner never responded or processed my refund when the cashier didn’t input my order properly but still charged us
Nacho Magro: The staff is awesome, always with a smile! Good choice of healthy food. Special thanks to Jose, every Friday he takes care of my specific order. Keep it up!!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
jashan mann: Delicious sandwich, fast and great customer service.
Stephanie: Fast service, awesome salad. Parking right out front.I got the large Bangkok salad with chicken and it was amazing. Cost about $15 but the salad was really big. Such a good combo of flavours. I can't do spicy food but the guy said the dressing was really mild. He was right, it was perfect. The box said "feel good after you eat". I really did!!!! Thanks Chopped Leaf 🙂
Jade O Riordan: I ordered from this location and specifically said in two separate notes that I have celiac disease so that the right precautions could be taken. When I collected my order it had a piece of pitta on top which contaminated my whole meal. I had to drive back to the location to explain that if my food is contaminated with gluten I will become very very sick and that I mentioned it more than once in the notes I am a celiac but the server didn’t even seem to know what that was. She remade my order but when I got home the contents of the salad weren’t even tossed together so I had to toss the salad myself? Every other location tosses if for you and besides the sauce that comes with the meal all other locations usually add other ingredients for flavour like lemon juice etc. My salad was completely dry with no other ingredients added in so I added the missing ingredients at home myself. Working in the food industry checking notes should be a priority. I couldn’t have written any more notes if I tried. It didn’t taste anywhere near as good as the other locations and didn’t meet the standards at all. Waste of time and money won’t be returning to this location again.
Marin Relatic: Plenty of options. Nothing outstanding but a great place for a quick and healthy meal. Service is usually very friendly. It shares a space with Assembli Pizza and I find the interior very noisy (not much they can do about it I guess)
John J: Definitely a great place to grab a quick bite. Healthful and fresh food. The staff is very polite and courteous. I have always had a good experience when I’ve been here. The manager who runs the place - I believe his name is Armaan - he genuinely cares for his customers and makes sure they are happy. Please keep up the good work.
D O' H: Found a piece of napkin in my salad, manager would not refund and offered me a free beverage, unprofessional.
T L: Discovered this place last week. Staff are friendly and portions are decent; food tastes great! Wish they give more grilled chicken since it's +$4 extra :(
Karen Waters: Was looking for something with good Vegetables, we're not disappointed. Very fresh and tasty options
Richard Duczynski: Always excellent.
Justin Mowbray: Avocado was hard and inedible, decent otherwise
Gabriela Borges: Pretty good wrap, but should have more protein as we pay extra for that but otherwise very tasty and fresh.
András Holló: I loved this place, have been coming for years. However, I will stop visiting, as whenever I order, they are always messing up something. It’s a shame, otherwise it’s a great place.
NJM: Enjoy paying $20 for a wrap....
N_94 Desai: I got a bowl from this place and it was disgusting. The rice was inedible and the vegetables weren't fresh at all. My stomach feels funny and I would not recommend this place for anybody.
Yaroslav Shalivskyy: Bowls and quesadillas are great!
Saif Ali: I like the staff and manager was very cool
Evan Roberts: Very lackluster salad for $16. 4 small pieces of chicken, enough dressing for half a salad. I had regrets when I paid and I had even more regrets after I got home. 15 minutes left on lunch break to go find something else to eat.
Simar Kahlon: Salads are so good. This place is must to visit in downtown

Salad Loop: what do users think?
Sara Mansouri: Great fresh options with reasonable price
SJ P: Do you sell salad from Costco? The Mediterranean pasta salad and quinoa salad are too same. If it's not, I will delete this.
R. Lui: Nice traditional salad bar layout with many fresh choices to choose from. Most salad places have departed from this layout and are pricier these days. Great for a healthy lunch without the bells / whistles or prices of a full service restaurant
Carol Netto: Good option to eat healthy ($20/kg).The only thing that I missed there is that they should put some signs to inform the ingredients used. Some salads are a mix of two or more ingredients, so if you have any allergy you’ll have to ask and there’s only one attendant: the cashier.
