David Wong: Not too bad, sure not comparable to the Vegas buffet. We went there on Sat, prime rib buffet, not much choice in the cold/salad/seafood section, the prime ribs were actually good. Hot food section was ok, I like the dessert and 🍨. Considering the quality of prime rib (it may vary), $49 per person is acceptable.Food: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 3/5Recommended dishes Roast Beef, Crab and Shrimp Maybe …More
Rin F: Brunch is really good here. -1 star because I don’t agree with the price for the quality of food. It’s a nice view and place in general.Prime rib is pretty good, we go here at least once a month. A few times the roast beef wasn’t as tender as the other days.Overall recommended, especially brunch.

DM: The ONLY good thing at the lunch buffet was the coffee, waiter and dessert. The rest was horrible. The price is outrageous too. AND obviously Management simply do not care. Sad - this was a go-to buffet. I will not go again.

Ryan Richards: I have to be honest. I've been going to the buffet here for 7+ years and it USED TO BE great. Now, not so much. Prices are over inflated (as they are everywhere) at $50 per person. The food quality has dropped drastically to the point where it's no better than any other buffet. Definitely not worth 50 a person.Food: 2/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More

Ms Mama bear: For my 36th birthday weekend (jan28th)my boyfriend took me here for my first buffet experience.. I was so excited and I loved the fact there were many options however we did come until 8pm so food was not as fresh… though the dinner options were bland however the desert bar was very cool… getting ready to head over to get our hotel room and have a fun night of soaking in a hot tub and gambling until the sun comes up… my boyfriend said babe did you see that.. (while just about to drink our beers and head out)… I look to the next table and there’s two very small mouses… a few minutes later more mice starting surfacing all the empty tables next to us… we must’ve seen atleast 10… my stomach dropped to the floor .. I guess you call it Musophobia.. it triggered my trauma of growing up in one of my old homes with my family the mice infestation had got into our food, pantry .. our clothes.. it was awful and to think I just ate at a high end buffet at one of the best casinos in the lower mainland completely gut wrenching destroyed my entire experience. We canceled the hotel and went home. When telling management they seemed to not believe us and offered me my dinner for free for my birthday. That was not the point. They need to address it and fix this because our good hard earned money should not you spent for under these circumstances tonnage us sick … this place should be shut down. This wasn’t just a couple of mice this was and is an infestation. When the manger comes back to refund my boyfriend my portion.. there’s 3 more mice at the next table … we point it out.. there’s no denying it at this point .. she said I’ll refund you both as we walked quickly to get the hell out of there .. We couldn’t even drink our beers that was paid for separately and not reimbursed as the disgust in our stomachs overpowered any other desire but to leave.

Perfect place for celebrations and at the end they treat you with a piece of cake if its your birthday! :)
Enno S: It has an incredible view over the city and it's quite fun to point out things you see/ places you've been while you rotate. You see waterplanes and helicopters landing and a bit of the harbour. The restaurant is pretty expensive, but if you go during happy hour and order a beer or two (CAD 8-9) you can stay for a while and make a full rotation (60min). The staff was very nice aswell.
BreeAnna Lasher: Such a cool experience. The service was amazing. They do have a one entre per person rule so no sharing or ordering only appetizers! The view was amazing and we revolved about 2 times in 2 hours so it’s not too fast to make you sick

We went at happy hour (3-4) and got a window side table. The view is unreal! We got cocktails (great) and apps (ok) and our bill was $68, plus tip.We enjoyed our drinks and got to see a complete revolution (1 hour), a 360° view of the Harbour and Downtown.I will go back as soon as possible. Oh, be sure to ask for Vicky, as she is a blast.

Forage: what do users think?
Sharp11Girl: My husband and I were staying at the hotel attached to Forage, and they were pushing it pretty hard, so we decided to have breakfast there. It was unexceptional. The food was OK, not good, far from great. The servers were actually really kind of snobby and judgmental - I came in wearing sweatpants because we were going to go on a hike right after, and the hostess gave me the up and down look that I remember from high school and was fake-sweet to me. There are so many other incredible restaurants within walking distance, I certainly would not choose to eat at this restaurant again.
Lily Na: Come for brunch today! Food and service were great!
Joanna R: I had an excellent, hearty breakfast here, as I would not get lunch due to travelling at lunchtime.I had the bison hash with sauerkraut, kale, eggs and toast, it was delicious. I felt it was let down by Forage not having freshly ground pepper; the only pepper option was ground in a little shaker; this is a curious decision given the attention to curing meats in-house, and making fresh sourdough etc.If you are in Vancouver and want a hearty, well-prepared breakfast Forage is worth a visit. When I am next in Vancouver I will quite likely eat breakfast here again.

Maira Malik: Went for brunch this morning, the waitress spilled a bowl of berries on me. I was very shocked she didn’t help to clean it, they did not compensate me at all, or do anything to make up for the mishap. We were also constantly waiting on things even though they were fairly slow at the time we were there.
R. Schubert: Start to finish, front to back, great experience on every level and vegetarian friendly! If you are like me, farm-to-table is your go-to criteria for eating in a region you have not been to. For this reason, I picked out Forage for a family dinner during my first visit to Vancouver. Everything we had was just varying degrees of amazing. We started with the Cast Iron Pan Bread which is served in the cast iron. It is warm, sweet and savory, made with local cheddar and spicy honey. It is somewhere in between a mini Detroit style pizza and a sweet fried bread like an apple fritter. From the starters, I assume you should try everything, but do not miss the cast iron bread.Next up we ordered a trio of mains: Mushroom Steak, Pork Crépinette (our one meat dish), and the gnocchi. All three may be the best version of each that I have eaten. The mushroom steak was perfectly tender. Lion’s mane over a celeriac puree with mushroom jus. Topped with crispy onion rings for some crunch. I have a love-hate relationship with mushrooms and this dish is way over on the love side. Two out of my top three all time meat-eating experiences have involved a farm-to-table pork sausage, and Forage’s Crépinette is one of them. The pork crépinette is divine. The loin part is tender and juicy, and the ground sausage is on another level all together. It was topped with an excellent peppercorn sauce as well as a parsley coulis and an apple purée. Three sauces is bold, especially when sausage brings so much flavor to the table but this whole dish was perfectly balanced. Everyone who tried it was blown away.Lastly we had the gnocchi. They were pillowy and soft, topped with brown butter crumb for some crunch and tossed in a delicious nettle cream. The Alpindon cheese also brought some nutty flavor to the dish.To round it all out we had the whiskey spiked vegetables as a side. This was a fine plate of roasted carrots and parsnips. Not that we needed more food, but they rounded out the meal. Finally, against some protest from very full and content diners, I ordered the spice cake to share for the table. This was possibly one of the best desserts I have ever had. The cake was perfectly moist, topped with pickled apples, buttermilk gel, candied orange zest (which blew all of our minds), and a pecan crumble for crunch. Surrounding the cake was an orange custard that we almost came to blows over. I cannot sing this dessert’s praises enough. Our service was fantastic. We were here on a Saturday night and never once felt like we were rushed or off pace with the meal. Our server was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful and really made the whole experience great for each of us.Eat at Forage. I know I will return when I am back in Vancouver.Vegetarian options: There are lots of delicious vegetarian options on this menu. We had a great meal and ordered just one dish with meat for the table (out of six).
Romain Pire: It was very good !!
Haritos Kavallos: Spent a few days at the Listel Hotel and Forage was recommended to me by several folks. The restaurant has a nice modern feel, the staff were welcoming and helpful in their recommendations. If you are into locally sourced and sustainable foods, Forage might be up your alley! I should also mention…. Their sourdough pan bread is an absolute treat and definitely a must if you visit (it’s great as an appetizer or dessert!).
Helen Gaughran: Amazing food and ambiance and our brilliant server Hershey gave us fantastic recommendations on what to do in Whistler!
Linda Lloyd: Amazing! Wonderful food; excellent service from the server, bar service and the general manager. Probably the best meal I’ve ever had from New York to Sydney. Excellent. Not even words can describe. So glad friend’s recommended!
Shahram Rahili: The food was very delicious, the portion was large. Dale is one of the most helpful and friendly servers I ever had. Thanks,Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes House Corned Bison Brisket Hash Fried Eggs Chopped …More
Jeffrey Robinson: We used to come for celebratory dinners pre-pandemic, and came back for one more tonight and left after appetizers, and hungry. The food didn’t disappoint, except the gluten free option for the carpaccio. Freezer burnt udis bread, even rice crackers from no-frills would have been a better option, but honestly at your price point we expect better. My partner decided to endure tomorrow’s pain of gluten in the really tasty sourdough crisps, instead of tonight’s pain of eating the horrible toast. We decided to sit at the bar, because we appreciated the product knowledge and friendly service Forage bartenders have provided us in previous visits. Tonight was a bust - the bartender was abrasive with us, we felt as though we were putting him out by sitting there. We’ve never had a bartender need to warm up to us, this was a first. He did have a great product knowledge and was cheerful, but he saved that for his co-workers. To top things off, he put his hands down his pants at least 20 times to adjust his shirt - is that even food safe?We had a couple of drinks each and three small plates for $150. Honestly, had the service been better our bill would likely have been more than double and his tip significantly larger. Forage and the bartender lost out tonight.Peter the general manager came over to introduce himself early in the (almost) dinner. It was a nice touch, had his standard of service been matched by staff, the night might not have ended up in a stop at McDonalds on our walk home. FYI, the service at McDonalds was much more friendly.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free substitutes were not up to the same standard as the rest of the food.
Stephen Yeung: Update: Peter and his team did a great job reaching out and making sure our second visit was high quality. The food and service was much better and more prompt this time. I'll be back again.Had higher hopes for Forage. 30 mins after we ordered the server told us there was a "glitch" and the order didn't get submitted. We waited a long time for food and they didn't comp anything for the long wait. Food was decent for the price, but not great.
Alois Callemyn: I hate giving a bad review, but this restaurant is the worst place I’ve been to for breakfast. The service is very bad. Our waitress didn’t come very quickly and then couldn’t speak English. She then took forever to bring us coffee. Most restaurants I’ve been to for breakfast greet you with coffee. We then had to flag down someone to ask for a coffee refill. Food came out after a short wait, but no salt and pepper offered. The staff seemed overwhelmed and the tables were way to close, the loud conversation from the couple sitting less than 2’ away was very disturbing.Again, I hate giving a bad review (98% of my reviews are 4+) but feel that future visitors need to be warned.
Robert Werner: Food: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 4/5More
Ches Lysov: An amazing food. Beautiful dishes, very knowledgeable, helpful great service.I'm in love with the mushroom + mashed potatoes dish. Also the ability to try the great variety of wines from BC - is great.Definitely will come back when next time in Vancouver.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Jaein Y: Worth the price! Gnocchi was the best choice for my 2 years old son.
Steven Xu: Food 5/5Service 5/5Excellent pork belly benedict, and French toast, the boba on top was bland in the middle, would prefer syrup ots instead.
Chris McCloud: Seasonal local menu. Food was lovely and service was great. Friendly atmosphere. If you want to try something different try the bison board. The marrow was probably the best I have ever had. Vegetables were well cooked but still crisp and the bison cheek and steak as tender as could be. Pork was delicious. Will definitely return again Thank you.
Nick Villanti: Had a great Easter brunch with the family. Was able to get a reservation for 6 without issue (we did book a week in advance). Due to the holiday they did request we be done in 75 minutes for the next party.Great drinks and food. I had the whiskey latte and the pork belly Benedict. Highly recommend. Family also had the pancakes, which they loved as well.

Notch8 Restaurant & Bar: what do users think?
Mina Li: I finally got to try this place out a few weeks ago for brunch and it was very good! Great service, great food, and of course great dessert. The food quality is amazing, however there's not much meat / seafood option since it's brunch. Highlight for me would be the dessert and the porchetta at the carving station. The porchetta is seasoned nicely, very juicy and very crispy. The striploin was a bit tough for my liking though. I only tried a few dessert since I ate too much porchetta, but the few that I had, the crème brulee and the lemon meringue tart was really good! The crème brulee has a really thin crispy top which I really enjoyed and the lemon tart was perfect sourness to me.The price is definitely pricey especially when kids are charged half price as long as they're under 12 (and I have two toddlers). This is a place I'll recommend but definitely not come unless it's for special occasions. One thing I did notice is that there's only 1 washroom stall located inside the restaurant (at least that's the one directed by the staff) so there might be a lineup if you want to use that one, or you can go out and use the one in the hotel.I also need to mention that the location is very close by the two train lines, so it's easy access by transit. However, if you're driving like me, there's actually really cheap weekend parking at the Royal Centre (entrance on Melville St and Burrard) that's right across the street from Fairmont Hotel. It's $2/hr compared to $4.50/half hr at some places nearby.Kid-friendliness: When I went there, there was a lot of young kids on highchairs. The staff all seem to be very used to dealing with kids and are very patient with my twins.Parking: There's actually really cheap weekend parking at the Royal Centre (entrance on Melville St and Burrard) that's right across the street from Fairmont Hotel. Rick K: Update: they changed the menu and when I asked for the sidecar from the old menu, they didn't make it that way. Its good but this is knocking the place down a full star. I believe they charge and should be better than this.My review is drinks exclusively. They make some killer drinks but to be honest the sidecar is the best by miles. Do yourself a favor and order that first. Look if you hate it, hit me up and I'll buy you a drink somewhere else. Honestly soooo freaking amazing!!!!! Now there's a review, an offer to buy you a drink elsewhere if you hate it. Do yourself a favor, go to notch 8 drinks.

amber mitchell: Had an incredible birthday / early mother's day brunch with my daughter and mom at Notch 8. Every single item from the buffet was exceptional. Ample vegetarian options, and also offered to make fresh vegetarian eggs Benny. We thought it would be a fun fancy treat, more for experience than food but we were wrong. Excellent food all round, fresh, hot, and high quality options. The best part however was the service. Raluca D. was beyond attentive, thoughtful, and we all remarked it was the best service we'd had in recent memory. She also took time to acknowledge my daughter, which helped her have an excellent time also.Excellent and will return, thank you Raluca.
hanh tran: After seeing all the great reviews we decided to try the Cherry Blossom afternoon tea, however, we left pretty disappointed. The tea was okay (7/10), expected a little better for the price. Scones were the best part of the tea set (10/10), sandwiches were okay at best (5.5/10), with the mushroom teriyaki tasting nothing like teriyaki and the katsu meat was too dry and not tender. The dessert tier was thoroughly disappointing (2/10), the cheesecake was grainy, and some of the dessert pairings (cherries with the lemon pound cake) were too contrasting and overpowering. Service was great though but I wouldn't recommend this afternoon tea, not worth $74/person.

Donna So: Lovely little place to dine post shopping trip. Haven’t had a burger in so long and heard the Reuben and classic burger was a good choice so we ordered one of each. Unfortunately today their fryer was not working so there was no fries so we each picked a different soup.We originally wanted to walk-in for afternoon tea but found out it wasn’t offered on a Monday. However, our waiter was such a darling and gave us a tour of the high tea room. This seasons theme was cherry blossoms to celebrate the spring season. We definitely want to check this out before they change the theme next month.
Sitong Liu: A group of us wen there just for drinks, since a couple of us really wanted to try this place! I personally never heard about it, but assuming the location, the atmosphere, the price you pay, should be worth it. While looking at the menu, I noticed that you can customize your drinks by rolling the dice! So I asked the server if we can anything special from rolling the same dice? She mentioned if you roll all 3 dices into the designated number you can get a free drink. 2 of us get excited and wanted to try it. Later, the manager came by with the box and dice and explained that only happy hour would have the free drink rule! Too sad we missed it. Anyways, 2of us rolled the dice and tried this adventurous game, it was alright, nothing special. Mediocre drinks! But I ordered the salted caramel cheesecake, that was AMAZING, perfectly baked, it’s not too condensed and the caramel was just so good! I recommend to try it!

Cathy Fitzhugh: We made plans to come here to celebrate Mother's Day early, as well as celebrate a birthday, and I was really disappointed in the bottomless brunch, which is too bad, because we've had a wonderful experiences there before. No one asked all the food was, my toast was burnt on two occasions, I had to ask for water, repeatedly.... and I was missing cutlery more than once. The service was slow, and the staff was in attentive. when people brought food to the table, they had no idea where it was going or who had ordered it.We also had to wait long time to receive things. At one point I was waiting for a biscuit for over 20 minutes (after asking two different people,) and when I finally asked someone again, I saw that the biscuits were just sitting in a heated basket right behind us.No one apologized, not even once! In fact, after the biscuit incident, I think our server purposely avoided making eye contact. It was pretty odd.Don't recommend.

Century Honda: Great restaurant, nice atmosphere, not first time here either. While The Arc does have a patio and private room, the common seating area inside was chosen as there was live music on a Thursday evening which was nice to listen to.Place wasn’t too busy and the service from the staff was great.Started with Sour Dough bread appetizer and a grean tea. The bread was tasty. 🍞 🍵Ordered Arc Kale Caesar Salad with chicken as a main and it was great. 🥗 🍗Definitely return here again.

Save On Meats: what do users think?
Dave Druid: It would have been a Five Star Review is it was the Old Save On Meats.Been there for the Modern Version. Was not too bad but the Meat Prices are Expensive.
Boyd Bullivant: I was out the other night walking around, fighting off a deep one ( depressive state), when I happened to pass by a rather long lineup of people standing out side of what appeared to be a "renovated" 90"s era, longcar dinner. As curiosity got the better of me, I soon found myself standing in that line, awaiting a chance to see what was going on inside this building, that was producing such wonderful aromas of home. IT WAS A FREE MEAL. Complete with appetizer, entree, and desert, it was one of the better meals I have eaten this year...and one of the more interactive and user friendly group of staff I have met in the greater Vancouver area. As I sat down, and looked around me, I asked one of the staff (Ash) what it was that was the backbone behind this org. Turns out this kitchen and staff ( including volunteers) cook off 12-15 hundred meals a day for the indigent, elderly, homeless, and various other org. who spend their time helping others, not to mention the free meals offered at his kitchen on a daily basis, (like meals for the homeless one night, the elderly on another night, possibly a kids/family night as well), he employs a great & personable staff, supported by a capable group of volunteers, whom all seem to love their job. I can tell you this...I felt relaxed, loved the food, and was impressed by the staff's professionalism. That's a hard trifecta to hit now-a-days...so for me, it's a well earned 5-star review. If anyone wants to give back to their community, maybe do some volunteering, these guys mentioned that they could use some help once in awhile. Give em a call...see what's up.
Louise Boilevin: Great place , good atmosphere in a retro building very funky . This place is temporary closed for general public but now only open for community events 🙂🍲🥘🥗🍔🌭🥪🥓🥩🍖🍗🍕🍟 we are very thankful for the community events here from A better life foundation and save on meats , thanks
Adam Hutt: These guys make the best old school burger in town, it has to be on everyone´s list to try
TBA: I really love coming here but for some reason the service has declined. I've actually gotten my food before my drinks even arrived and my glass of water and they were not even busy. Everyone in the place was ignoring me and not looking even in my direction... Seemingly on purpose. I had to get up and say at least can I have a water while I'm waiting I'm super thirsty it's been 15 minutes.
David R: Was okay. Good burger. But not like the old place. First time i had been here since it was no longer Save On Meats.
Jen L: I enjoy the burgers here.
Robby Hlady: Really fun place, cool venue! I just learned that they have these drag shows every 2 weeks and they are so much more fun and interesting than the typical drag shows at gay bars. Cover is only $10, but it sells out super fast! I highly recommend going!
Madison Bryan: Don't run an angle grinder when you have customers. We couldn't even talk during breakfast it was so loud. Based on your other reviews, this might be an isolated incident, but I won't be coming back.
Pete vander Zalm: Great diner with fair prices. They give out free sandwiches to the less fortunate and proceeds of some of the sales go back into the community.
Sarah Tano: A delicious spot dedicated to helping those in need. They give out sandwiches to the homeless. Anything additional (cookbooks, socks, etc) goes to a good cause. The staff is incredible and the food is great. Really filling.
Sean, Patrick Finnan: Fun
Matt Dobo: Amazing burgers. Polite, compassionate, charming staff. Ethically grounded. Just a stand up place overall. Vancouver is a better place because of these guys.
Chuck Caplinger: Poutine and a shake. Tasted great! Small place not much seating.
Sounak Ranjan Das: Looks really shady but this is one of those places where you are in for a surprise. The staff is real nice. The menu is diner style and the food is made fresh and tastes really good. The reason for the 4 star is that hey serve free sandwiches to homeless people and you also get complimentary cookies if they still have some.
mehrdad ezhari: The food is awesome especially breakfast burgers it's just awesome awesome awesome
Sam Tavakoli: Awesome burgers
Dana King: Friendly staff. Excellent burgers. I think they should ALWAYS come with fries though.
Frida: I went here on october and thw Slayer burguer was so good! And the milkshake completely delicious!
Sakura de Vries - 許櫻花: Love the concept and the food is good as well!
Chantel Luu: I've been here over a year ago and it was a fantastic experience with food and service. The space itself was great and unexpected for the butcher shop front from outside. Yet, I was dissappointed recently when I went with friends and they didn't put up notices ANYWHERE (website included) about their recent changes. This meant that the kitchen was nearly closed down and only ready made, microwaved sandwiches were available.

Dockside Restaurant: what do users think?
Sharon Richards: Dockside has improved again. Last time we were there was a couple of years ago and not great. Last night we had a lovely meal of starters. Pork belly was outstanding. Potatoes also delicious. Great cocktails. Great service. Even young Rex was very attentive by keeping our water glasses full and clearing our table. A wonderful night!
clay gillespie: Great restaurant!! I would suggest going during the week. No on-site parking for the restraunt. Or you could walk from off Granville Island. Parking is an issue.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Jordan Reid: We came on a day that wasn’t very busy. Our server took a very long time taking our order. She didn’t come to even take our drink order before going to take a table of 16’s food and drink order. Our two person order would have been very quick. After this she went and billed out another table before finally coming to take our order. This caused us to wait almost an hour before getting our food- which was all we ordered.Overall, the food was good, nothing to write home about. Wouldn’t recommend. Mediocre food and not great service. But a lovely view.
Nicole Harpold: Weird and disappointing. We stayed at the hotel and we’re so excited when we checked in to see a waterfront restaurant right at the hotel. After wandering all afternoon around Granville Island and shopping, we were looking forward to dinner on-site. At check-in we even received a promo coupon for a “chef’s choice” happy hour appetizer, happy from 3pm - 5pm. We walked into the restaurant at 4:40 and were seated no problem, they even had a high chair for our toddler, no problem. We put our order in for our promo appetizer, plus two other happy hour appetizers to share as well as 2 cocktails at 4:45. Waitress brought our drinks and our first appetizer (marinated olives) no problem. About 5 minutes later (4:52 by my watch). Waitress came out and apologized, and said our order had been cancelled by the kitchen because happy hour was over. Excuse me? You still have happy hour menus in the table, the signs and the cards you hand out to guests all day until 5pm, but at 4:45 the kitchen starts cancelling orders? Okay. Check please, we’ll take our business elsewhere. One star for the nice view and the very apologetic waitress who was highly embarrassed by all of it.
Thea: Food was good. Wasnt happy with our server victoryia though. She was nice but her service wasnt the best. We didnt get side plates when our appetizers arrived and we were starving so we ate it right then and there with no plates to share. She didnt even ask how our food was until she gave us the bill to pay. We asked for refils but they came 10 minutes later. She took our napkins away when she took our appetizer plates away and didnt give us new ones. My mom ordered clams (which were delicious) and she sat there for 20 minutes with no eyes on our server to get a napkin. It turned out to be so cold so we asked for a blanket and she took 10 minutes to get that. We asked to sit at a table that wasnt wobbly. I even said if its a big issue we can stay its no problem but she totally avoided the question and never came back woth an answer whether we could or couldnt move. For a dinner that was 300+ $ especially on mothers day it was such a disappointment to have a server that seemed to not care. We asked about 2 other servers to get us our bill because we couldnt find victoria and they all said theylle be right there but then go to their pos system and then walk right away far away from us. I understand we might have been annoying and asked for too many things but its expensive eating out and we want everything to go perfect. We most likely will never go back to this restaurant just because of the service we received.
Mohamed Chams: took more than 20 minutes to place our order, plates had to go back to kitchen came raw and way too salty, service too slow and lack of professionalism, although the view was spectacularFood: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Ghalib Dhalla: Its been a couple of years since I was last here and I had forgotten what a wonderful waterview this place has! Halibut, salmon and humus appetizer were all delicious. Very reasonable prices for the amazing location. Highlight was Lara's amazing service! She was efficient and attentive with a warm genuine smile. She made an early Mother's Day dinner ever more special. Thank you Lara. Beautiful view, good food choices, easy parking, and great service!Parking: Lots of reasonably priced parking.
Joel McCooey (The Tough Critique): We decided to dine here since we we’re staying at the Granville Island hotel. First impressions were good and the service staff were attentive. The first plate we had was the Wagyu Beef Carpacio. This was delicious and well plated. Accompanying this plate was the smoked olives these were very good although only some of the olives on the plate were smoked. Ok, good start. The mains were overall lacklustre in all ways. Lacking in presentation, flavour and overall composition. I can guess that this could only be attributed to the fact that cooks in a kitchen are only as good as their training. Perhaps if there were just a little more over the shoulder looking by the head chef these plates would come out cleaner. I will say that whoever wrote the menu did a fantastic job. i did want to order everything on it.
Juno: Great spot with view and hidden gem .Great open restaurant and patio. Good food and service as well
Eat Eat (Icaneatanelephant): It was our first time here, we liked the environment here, nice and quiet, great service, great food, and very reasonable price. I didn’t add as a special occasion when we book online, however through the conversation they found out is my bday, I didn’t expect a card and a tasty hazelnut chocolate cake. The wine ! One of the spots, the white wine was very fruity with clean after taste, fruity as actual fruity not the sweetness, it is very pleasant pairing with my cream sauce halibut. The halibut was just cook right ! Not too cook or raw, it’s just prefect .The red wine as I rmb is from California, its buttery and a little spice, very good with the sirloin steak, the sauce is also a hit, a very good recommendation of the wine pairing from the server Todd.Sorry to mention your name here but I truly appreciated your service with heart and in details. You did shown your passion of what you are doing. Just nothing more I can say. You did a great job!We will surely come back when it’s getting hotter.Service: full starsFood : fullEnvironment: fullFree Parking after 18:00 as I rmbCheers,
Terry Gordon: It a nice place lol
Lisa: Celebrated my bday here early April and had a pleasant experience with my sons. Food was tasty and fresh. Oysters were delicious but a pricey at $5 a piece and they were tiny. Not sure what kind of oysters. Truffles on the pasta was quite expensive, I didn’t realize. Service was friendly and prompt. Nice if you can get a window seat. But walk outside of the restaurant by the water is refreshing.
Alex Rose: I came here this evening for my birthday dinner with some friends. We were really excited after hearing great reviews. We ordered some sharing plates and most of them did not seem fresh or had a very unpleasant taste. We were given a discount and had some plates taken off the bill but the bill was still high even though we did not touch barely any of the food. I hope others don't have the same experience.
Stephanie Forbes: Recommended dishes Wagyu Beef CarpaccioMore
Heeju Hong: It was very nice experience to have lunch here. I ate outside which was perfect decision. The patio section was closed yet around 12pm.Hawaiian flatbread was so good but I think it could be little spicy for some people.People were so nice here too! I’d like to visit again if I have a chance to go to Granville Island!!

MJ: Thank you for the nice table you reserved for our group. The dinner has very good food selection/options. While eating dinner, there's also a live opera show. A good ambience and great views of the waterfront in downtown Vancouver.
Albert T: Breakfast buffet experience is more akin to three star hotel, not five stars. Selection is very basic and even with the little selection they have, the food quality is not very good. Crispy potatoes are more like soggy potatoes. The food quality is not there for $40 breakfast that you can easily have superior food elsewhere. In the other hand, service was great, just not the food.

Keith Westergaard: The service and food at this restaurant is TERRIBLE!!!45 minutes to get a cocktail!2.5 hours to be served the main course.I will never return!

Sea Lion: Tried the Christmas Eve buffet. Decent variety, not too many items. Some were very good quality, but a couple choices were surprisingly bland given the price of entry (one dish was simply unseasoned steamed veggies, another was seemingly unseasoned rice). Desserts were not as good as expected either, many were nearly grocery store quality. Overall it was a fun experience but for the price would not recommend.
tchanrosewood: Went to donate toys for kids and Pan Pacific offered breakfast buffet, coffee, OJ. Very festive with Christmas tunes. Shout out to all the volunteers that made it run so smoothly.Food: 2/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Jerry Quick: The food was food was good. The staff were freindly. the prices were a bit much. But i am on vacation!
Linus Lucas: Just a look
Alena Paletar: Very dissapointed in todays fathers day brunch.Huge decline in quality of the food and small variety compare our last time experience in this 4 Star restaurant.Meat was hard and dry, fish only OK, cold cuts poor. No fruit at all.Sweets and cakes only OK, just few.Price is very high and 18% service charge that was added to the bill was surprising.Good waiter.Do not recommend, not worthy.Alena
aneeta sandhar: We were a group of 6. One persons pancakes were burnt. All of our shredded potatoes were completely cold - likely previously frozen. One person had the buffet and it was very underwhelming. Eggs Benny were gross. Would give 0 stars.
Mary H: Goodbye forever! You have lost an entire clan! It wasn’t enough that we spent thousands on our wedding here?! Now You demand a form to be filled out to make a reservation! What planet are you on to demand that I download an app or print out and scan for a simple reservation?! We have been coming for Mother’s Day and Father’s Day brunch for over 10 years! Why isn’t it simply enough that we provide our credit over the phone? We now have to fill out a form? Do you know how difficult it is for a 74 year old to do that?? What a hassle and most definitely the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Bman: Nice view.
Pooya Mohammadi: As expected, Oceans 999 is a rather expensive for what you eat. The reason is being part of Pan Pacific Vancouver hotel.📍 To reach there, you have to come through the Hotel’s entrance and use the first escalator.✅ The vibe and view of the restaurant is amazing. You have mountain and water view with a lot of sunlight.🤵‍♀️ The staff is almost good and its service is nice. Being more smiley could be a good idea.🎙 There was a singer on Saturday with a beautiful voice and made a unique experience.Recommendations:* Carbonara Flatbread* Smoked Beef Brisket Hash* Harden Omelette☕️ They just have black coffee with an average quality.Enjoy!👌
