I always have some trouble backing the trailer up to the scale, but Anne Marie and the team are patient and honestly salt of the earth enough to understand. I get better each time, thanks guys!

Louis: Came by here today as my first paid scrap metal trip (typically I go to the city and recycle for free but I had some heavy stuff this time around).While I only encountered 2 staff members (one doing traffic and the lady at the cashier), both were very friendly people despite how chaotic things were. The cashier noticed it was recently my birthday and gave me a hat and key chain magnet as a gift.I also realized the rate I got on the receipt was higher than I anticipated.All around they made an awesome first impression for me and I will definitely be returning for future trips despite the 45 minute drive for me.I appreciated the service despite only have about 220lbs of metal - peanuts compared to the trucks that pull in but I was treated with the same service.Side note as someone in a customer facing industry - you guys have done a great job at putting some personable people at the front end although I'm sure your yard workers are awesome people too!

Alphonse Ayama: The white guy Adam. What a ®aC1$+ P®!CK!!The way he threatened the employees (they Looked like latinos) is so bad, yelling them so bad and the customers too. And no facture or receipt after you purchase something in. Had to wait too much for unloading my truck.Only one person checking the scale and the big the lane of trucks meanwhile the other guy is only sleeping on the big excavator and the other white guy who look like an addict just hiding or pretending doing something without help his workmates. Terrible!!

Ian Johnston: I had been using them on and off for a year or so.I started tracking my steel weights,even pre weighing at another yard. Found that they were shaving weight off my load,one time they tried to tell me that I had 300 lbs when I knew that I was over 900. The problem is that they hide the scale readout so they can say what they want.Their wire classification is hit or miss.One time I bring in cat5 and they pay me #2 insulated the next time the guy who works the scale downgrades it to #3.Stay away from this place.

Dave: Not as good as reviews suggested. Yard is way to small, yard guys don’t talk. I brought in 2 year worth of copper #1 bright and shiny stripped it all my self told the guy he said yes then gave me copper #2 birch/cliff. Not going back

MOE HALL: I had a good experience there in fact I just gave them 5 stars for that reason. I think what might be going on with the occasional negative comment is a combination of anticipation and overestimating. Often when we don't have a scale. Eyeball or hand weight estimations are highly inaccurate for obvious reasons. Stick to this rule when estimating and you'll be a bit closer to the real weight; and that is, whatever you think the weight is devide that sum in half'! Try it sometime and you might be surprised. Thanks Parsons the experience was painlessly rewarding at the very least.MoeKnows!!!

Lance Levesque: Unless you enjoy being nickel and dimed by an operator who plays favorites don't come here. Gave me dirty aluminum prices for CLEAN extruded aluminum saying it and screws in them when none did as all the window frames were removed cleanly for replacement and had no screws in them whatsoever. Operator is a joke and should stick to operating, not more.. but hey Scott likes all his employees doing double jobs so he doesn't have to pay more people to work there.

Darren Dreihaar: Scott Hinter and his associate Bonney Rempel were selling the tires and wheels from the Jeep of one of my family members that was stolen on December 22, 2021. They had the wheels and tires posted for sale less than a week later. Scott informed me they came off a scrap vehicle that was now 'crushed' and he also knew they came off an 'older Cherokee'.When I reminded him the wheels were stolen, instead of cooperating, he began to order me off of his property. An honest person would have helped to find the stolen property.This is a very crooked business. Please stay away and take your legitimate business elsewhere.

Colin: Really nice staff. If you haven't been before, the instructions are very unclear and staff sort of just expect people to know what's going on. Fortunately, they're nice and don't get frustrated if you get it wrong. Would recommend this place for any metal recycling.
Mary Tyler: I had over 50 pounds of metal in a pull cart today and this was the 3rd time I"ve been there. The owner stomps over to me and tells me "No WalkIns" - whatever that could mean. I guess he thought I was a street person or something. He was really rude to me and I had to haul all of the metal back to my car parked way down the road. He then refers me to another place who ripped me off totally and gave me only $ 5 for all the metal, some place called Evergreen. He was a total discriminatory chauvinist. Maybe you had a good experience but he was a downright Super A. Wouldn't surprise me if they are skimming. 50 lb minimum for recycling steel aluminum etc? Aren't these guys regulated? Looks like it's time to start filing major complaints.
Porhor i: Just got rid of my metal junks, a rusty cast iron stove fireplace and some metal shelvings, and I brought home $45 worth of sweat. First time ever, and it was nice. Jeremy helped make unloading quick and easy and was quite informative. Receptionist/cashier was friendly too.I wish Return-It's were like this place.

Rick Wickenheiser: I took in 4 old aluminum extension ladders as they might not have been safe to keep using. We agreed on a price of .50 cents per pound. After off loading and returning to the window, she told me she would only pay .20 cents per pound. I told her that was a terrible way of doing business and loaded up my ladders. Went 3 minutes down the road and received .60 cents per pound. DONT GO HERE. Head a few businesses west and be treated fairly and honestly at EVER RECYCLING.

Shawn 4x42500: Horrible treatment of the highest level fro one of the owners! We've gone to them from time to time since they first opened but will never go back again now! I even gave him a chance to redeem himself but he doubled down! There are so many good places to go instead of them if you want to save yourself from an experience like we had! I hate giving a bad review, but feel compelled on this one!
