Prestige Once Again Resale 奢侈品回收店: what do users think?
Linda Kwan
Linda Kwan: Great service! Owner was really nice highly recommend!
Simran Dhillon
Simran Dhillon: Very quick and easy! Would definitely resell my items again :) Super Trustworthy!
Queeny Gonzales
Queeny Gonzales: Angel was helpful and accommodating. She is knowledgeable and explained clearly about the products that I was asking her and fair in negotiating. She tried the best that she can to help me out. I will highly recommend her.
Janel Galim
Janel Galim: Bought the cutest Prada bag from Angel! She was very helpful with my questions, friendly, and knowledgeable. Her items are 100% authentic too, so you can shop with confidence! Her pricing negotiation was great and very fair, and she went above and beyond to meet me at a different location outside of this store! (i had no car, so she took her time to meet me at a skytrain station) I’m so happy with my purchase, no complaints at all ❤️ Will definitely buy from this place/Angel again in the future 👌🏼
Andreana Yang
Andreana Yang: I just sold a purse with Pretige Once Again. Angel is very knowledgeable about the products and are very fair in negotiation. There was no pressure. I will definitely sell through her again!
M Y
M Y: Not that friendly
P Lee
P Lee: I really appreciate Angel's experience and knowledge of Chanel products. I bought a vintage Chanel from VC and I found out it might be a fake. it only took Angel a minute to point out at least 4 points to prove it was a fake. I ended up getting a refund from VC.
Elaine Michelle T
Elaine Michelle T: Updated review: regarding a bad review someone had written about stolen goods, I'm sorry that person had their home broken into. But blaming an innocent consignment store isn't the way to go about it.It's wrong of the person to treat the consignment shop owner like a thief! It is sometimes quite hard for shop owners. For example; one of the oldest scams was for a husband to go pawn an item, then later on, have the wife go in and make a big screen, claiming she had been robbed and her stolen watch is now in the display case of the pawn shop. And the shop owner ended up returning the "stolen" item.I personally had once lost an expensive necklace, and happened to see it at a pawn shop months later. The pawn shop would not return me my necklace even when I had receipt and pictures of me wearing the necklace. The pawn shop owner said: for all he knows, I could of easily sold it, then went to him to try & claim it back. The only way I was going to get it back, was if I purchased it from him. But IF I had made a police report right when it was stolen, & submitted pictures to police, & then the pawn shop acquired it afterwards, THEN I am entitled to get it back. All in all, I think it's great Angel had returned that woman's item in good faith, without even questioning for any proof, pictures etc. It's was truly out of her good heart. But then, she ended up losing $! It's not fair for this shop owner.Original review from Oct. 2016I've heard a lot about this place, & finally got to see for myself :). This nice boutique really is one of Vancouver's hidden gems, when it comes to preloved designer goods!Even after paying for my purchase, I ended up chatting with the cute nice lady owner, for ages! I found her very friendly, with a down to earth demeanor, and her knowledge on luxury designer goods surpassed all expectations. She made me feel welcome & comfortable, unlike some other high end consignment stores where you feel snubbed. I'm so glad I found this place, and now have a go-to shop for preloved designer goods!!!
Damien Norris
Damien Norris: My wife went to sell a few items and the owner was kind, gentle and honest. Was a pleasure to work with someone genuinely down to earth. Great experience!
Nikki lynne
Nikki lynne: Yes lovely store and the clothing is all high end designer, authentic.
Sheila Wong
Sheila Wong: Angel provides trustworthy authentication service for luxury goods and has helped me provide proof for disputes. She also has a large collection of luxury items for sale and offers consignment and buy out services- highly recommend her!
Emre Kocahasan
Emre Kocahasan: Angel is a professional in every sense of the word and her merchandise is truly stunning. To date every handbag seen has been in incredible condition and came with authentication. Would absolutely recommend confidentiality as a luxury outlet.
Cam Lara
Cam Lara: Angel is a pleasure to work with.  I have shopped other luxury consignment but I got to say this is this first time I have experienced great customer service. Angel goes over and beyond to help you. Her store will offer each customer something different and if you want more luxury items she will customize your shopping experience and will find want you want if it is not in her store. You can tell she has a passion in what she does and takes care of her customers. Her apporarch in her business is based on a relationship model with her clients and not just and customer in her store.  I drive an hour to come to her store, because to me its all about realtionships and how people treat you .  I definitely recommend her business to friends and family . Thank you again Angel for your professionalism and the care you provide for your clients :)!
Sarah Lee
Sarah Lee: Went there for the first time yesterday and bought some shoes. They had some beautiful handbags and jackets as well. The sales lady was super nice and helpful. Can't wait to go back again.
Desmond Wai
Desmond Wai: I have been shopping at here for over 10 years. It's a unique personal shopping experience if you are searching for luxury items. The items are not displayed instead it's tailored to what you are searching for. The owner will contact me when there's something that I might like and I always walk out with tons of up to date brand named items.
Cheryl Lewis
Cheryl Lewis: The store was supposed to be open at 12 according to online. Woman came 30 .in late. It had some ridulous sign saying hours could be this or that. The store stunk. There was no purses there but she showed me a computer with purses in US pricing. What a waste of time.
Chris Smith
Chris Smith: Angel the owner was a pleasure to deal with. I asked about selling or consigning several bags. She showed me the prices of comparable bags in her store and online. This made me feel comfortable when I sold her the bags. Angel also authenticated several other bags in good faith. Angel’s transparency has earned my business.
Hui- Hana Mai
Hui- Hana Mai: I bought a lot vintage here! Angel has the most wonderful collection of vintage bags
Vancouver Bro
Vancouver Bro: She is very nice person. I sold my LV bagsShe gave to me good price. I will visit againThank you
Ai H
Ai H: The owner Angel claimed that she lost ALL my stuff and compensated me $20 dollars for more than 20 items of name brand clothing and accessories! I will never never forget her attitude and the way she does business! Good luck if you are bringing your valuables to sell there!!
Louise Kim
Louise Kim: I am very impressed with Angel the owner of this boutique. I wanted to purchase an item from a seller on Facebook, and set up an appointment to verify the authenticity of it. She was very honest, and detail oriented, and noticed a flaw on the item. Right away, she pointed it out, before proceeding to pay for the official authentication which would've cost more to proceed. I found Angela to be extremely honest, professional and trustworthy.

Turnabout: what do users think?
Yoko Furusawa
Yoko Furusawa: 目移りするくらいの品揃えです!整理整頓されていて商品が探しやすかったです試着室も広めで、鏡も大きいし、清潔です!もっとゆっくり居たかった!スタッフも親切です!楽しい時間でした!
Chloe Juvet
Chloe Juvet: I consigned about 6-7 items here and they gave me 100$. They only took the things with tags. Today I found one of the items in store and they were selling it for 50$….needless to say the customer is losing here. They were also quite rude. Very overpriced and not worth your time.
Tessa Reimer
Tessa Reimer: If you’re a seller, March immediately out of this store and straight to Mine & Yours. Turnabout priced my luxury bags low wards of $180 and offered me 30% of that as a take away ($54😂). Mine & Yours priced each bag I offered Turnabout at $1500 per bag and gave me cash up front. Thank god I didn’t settle for TurnAbout’s pitiful offers 😂😂. The store was also disgusting and dirty. Staff were rude. Dust and mould on bags. Yikes!
Nicholas S
Nicholas S: The team here is phenomenal. From consignment to sales, they offer exceptionally caring and attentive service and honest, helpful advice. I’m often asked “Where did you get those _____?” and am always delighted to share this gem of a store with friends and colleagues.Editing to add: regarding another review that claims size exclusivity at this location, I can say from a big boy’s perspective that this is totally inaccurate. The brands themselves are exclusive and misguided, but this store certainly is not. I’ve found multiple XL and XXL pieces every time I visit.
Spencer Harwood
Spencer Harwood: Great place, can find some real steals
Andrew Park
Andrew Park: Good selection of clothing, there’s a little something for everyone. Prices are fair, can definetly find some gems once in a while.
Mira Filipovic
Mira Filipovic: A small store, but recently getting better than before in terms of selection and service.
Riza AA
Riza AA: Love buying stuff here.Chill atmosphere and great prices.
Darran Vreugdenhil
Darran Vreugdenhil: Very nice shop, good selection of clothes
Mali DS
Mali DS: I guess it makes you feel good that you buying used clothing otherwise I don't know why you should buy overpriced used stuff. Some of these items are as expensive as the new items.
Farya Zephyra
Farya Zephyra: Super rude staff, very judgemental and only actually LOOKS at your consignment clothes if you yourself is within a specific demographic (caucasian women definitely get the best attention). Bad vibes and staff treated my family really rude compared to other people bringing things in.
Mui Mui
Mui Mui: Don’t consign any of your clothes at this store/chain. They offer lowball prices to their customers and mark up high when selling them. The price of my brand new pants (with original tag) was $100, and they offered $8 to me eventually. Also, they have a new policy. They wouldn’t take your items if your consigned items worth less than $50. Totally waste of time.
Mijay Pavon
Mijay Pavon: First time coming here on a visit from Toronto. I had gone to a few other vintage/consignment/used clothing stores before Turnabout, and it was heads and shoulders above the others. It was clean and well-organized (including a luxury/designer brand section). The staff were knowledgeable and super friendly. The selection was awesome! I walked away with an awesome vintage Air Jordan track jacket, a designer dress, and two regular dresses... and I definitely could have kept shopping! 🙈 Highly recommend!
Susanna Yee
Susanna Yee: I’ve been to Turnabout Luxe on Granville, Turnabout on Main and Turnabout on Commercial Drive and each location has its own different vibe. The luxe storefront is the most aesthetically pleasing and is the best organized. This location carries the most high-end designers, although the 2 staff can be snobby. The Main Street location has the best mix of variety and good quality middle class labels like Aritzia and they also offer menswear. The Commercial location has the friendliest sales associates but the store smelled like pot when I walked in. As a consigner at Turnabout, the cash payout is really low. For example, a brand new wool sweater from Aritzia that costs $155 will net you $20 cash back. However, Turnabout prices for their resell items is about 10% less expensive than the regular retail price in stores.
Yue Xu
Yue Xu: So many gems like Ann Demeulemeester, Vivienne Westwood, Margiela pieces that are just perfect. Super reasonable price for a Tiffany necklace as well. Also found some really niche small individual designer here that can only be get from SSENSE to canada usually.
Jonny Warkentin
Jonny Warkentin: Recently discovered this gem - where you can get luxury brand items at incredible prices. The staff were all helpful, and the selection is excellent! Highly recommended.
Jenna Noel
Jenna Noel: All I can say is YIKES. I have never been in a store (especially a resale store) that is so size exclusive. They have racks and racks of clothes that are size small and extra small, but when it comes to large or extra large or even medium, the store is heavily lacking. Really disappointing to see, especially in 2022
UniquelyYours Van
UniquelyYours Van: One of my favourite places to shop at! Friendly staff, clean & uncluttered store with great prices - the prices are sometimes better than at the value village!
Amirb Heydari
Amirb Heydari: Made me drive to their store twice in the same day for nothing essentially
A Sadeghi
A Sadeghi: Be careful when you are consigning clothes to them, they are very deceptive and will try to lowball you, offering you as low as 25% and taking 75% of the sales while their competitors with better stores, location, and selection are offering as high as 70% to customers and taking 30% as consignment fee!
Vipergames
Vipergames: I have been to every Turnabout in the lower mainland. All are amazing, especially The location in Whiterock is top notch service, prices, and selections. In this store for 45 minutes. Wasn't acknowledged, has to start my own dressing room. While the staff was catering to the white women. Will not be returning and I take money elsewhere. Selling the product is half the battle the other half is customer service. It's funny how they have thier noses in the air at a second hand store.

Mine & Yours: what do users think?
Ayu D
Ayu D: There were two gentlemen at the store when I walked in, the one on the floor was really nice and helpful, overall a standup guy with a great customer service. The one behind the cashier was just rude from the get go. The least friendly person i’ve ever encountered. Highly judgemental and makes you feel awkward being in the store. I’ve been quite a loyal customer here and it makes me want to shop somewhere else. Yikesssss.
Marnie Lax
Marnie Lax: I ordered a Bottega Venetia small point bag which was listed as “ good condition”. I got it on sale therefore a great price! Mine and Yours was excellent with answering questions as well. The bag came quite fast and it’s literally perfect It still smells new. I’m super happy with my purchase.
Katherine Chen
Katherine Chen: They will close early and refuse to open the door even when you show up before closing time. Not worth the trek and wasted my time.
Amy Coelsch
Amy Coelsch: Kudos to the team at the Howe St location. The space is beautiful and the staff are super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Great shopping experience.
Becky Lam
Becky Lam: Love the selection at the Howe st location- there’s always fun unique pieces to try!
Ryan Braun
Ryan Braun: I’ve been to the Howe street store a few times now and I love it. Amazing clothes paired with super friendly and knowledgeable staff. One of my favourite stores in town!
Holly Spriggs
Holly Spriggs: Love the howe st location, kind and helpful workers!
S C
S C: DO NOT SELL OR CONSIGN YOUR CLOTHES HERE. As soon as I walked in, the ladies who worked there were frowning and staring me up and down with judgement because I guess they have nothing better to do? They also told me how they only take brand new items ( doesn’t say that anywhere on their website ) and said my items ( which were in very good condition) were not up to their standards and had the audacity to want to charge me $15 to pay to dry-clean them. I also brought 15 items and they only thought 3 of them were “acceptable ”. The lady up front thought for some reason because she works at a used luxury store that she was better than me, talking down to me and being condescending. Whatever helps you sleep at night though :)EDIT: Forgot to add that after that horrible experience, I took the clothes to Rewind on Main and got treated with respect and came out with cash in hand. Go there instead!
Alyssa Robinson
Alyssa Robinson: I’m from Ontario and every time I’m in Vancouver, I like to drop by Mine and Yours to see what gems I can find. The last time I visited, I called the store and spoke with Kaeli about what I was looking for. She asked me preference and style-related questions and was so, so helpful. When I arrived at the store, she had a dressing room lined up with personally curated outfits, blazers, and dresses based on our discussion the previous day. I was blown away! Not only did she go out of her way to help me find what I was looking for, she set up outfits that I could never have dreamed of putting together. Kaeli is so personable, kind, and uplifting. I felt so positive and confident walking out of Mine and Yours. Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience, Kaeli!
Zubeida Ahmed
Zubeida Ahmed: The store has a great selection of bag. Ranaa was very kind and helpful.
Linda Bowditch
Linda Bowditch: I bought 2 pairs of sunglasss at different times but both times Chloe was so helpful! She even helped my husband pick me out a beautiful tiffany necklace for christmas! So happy with necklace and glasses. Thank you chloe
Sebastian Jacob
Sebastian Jacob: Great service and online communication. Krystina was very helpful
Crystal
Crystal: Wonderful store. Ranaa made me feel welcome and gave great customer service.
The MK Lady
The MK Lady: Thank you so much Sierra for your quick response to my phone call inquiry on the website and the follow up quick emails of close up pics of the LV I ordered. This helped me make my decision so much easier because ordering online is tough when you cannot be there in person to purchase. I will definitely be featuring this pleasant process of buying on my youtube channel The MK Lady, hence the name of this profile but it my name is Angela. I will be purchasing more for sure. So glad I found this website and once Again Thank you Sierra for all your help
Naomi Torres Castillo
Naomi Torres Castillo: Congratulations Patricia for your excellent work every day!!!
Jazmin Holness
Jazmin Holness: Kyle is an absolute pleasure to deal with! His sense of humour and fabulous energy is truly awesome! I love this place for it’s carefully curated quality merchandise and great Team. I have been a loyal customer since it’s inception and will be supporting this local business for many years to come! Cheers!
Aldo Gh
Aldo Gh: I went to the store last week and there were a lot of male clothes I really liked, thanks to Patricia for her recommendations
kelly chow
kelly chow: Megan was so friendly and helpful when she was helping me find a present for my girlfriend. Thank you Mine & Yours!
M MS
M MS: I love the luxury bags that you have, all styles and seasons, I found a lovely classic one and all the staff were pretty nice helping me on which one should I buy and my style overall to Patricia because she was amazing, also I think it’s a pretty good opportunity of having a luxury bag in a better price.
Sabrina Lin
Sabrina Lin: I always find myself coming back to Mine & Yours for the well selected inventory, friendly customer service, and for Megan! She is always so helpful and friendly and I will continue recommending this consignment store to my friends 😊

Turnabout: what do users think?
Mira Filipovic
Mira Filipovic: Excellent selection, wonderful products and shopping experience. I have experienced great customer service from Katie at this lovely store! It's a hidden jewel! Thanks again Katie
Lindsay Ellis
Lindsay Ellis: Popped in at the last minute today to find a jacket for a job interview. I received the friendliest customer service, especially considering I entered the shop 5 minutes before closing! I look forward to going back (with more time!) to shop there again as the selection available looked brilliant from my brief visit today!
Dominik Plempe
Dominik Plempe: Friendly and helpful staff. I love Turnabout. Good quality items.
Aleesha T
Aleesha T: Had a wonderful experience at this location today. Katie and Xavier were so helpful, super knowledgeable of their inventory and just absolute gems of human beings. The store had a large selection with a broad price range and size selection. Highly recommend for anyone looking to consignment/thrift/second hand shop
Fionna Flauntit
Fionna Flauntit: Fantastic service everytime at the commercial location!
Lannah Lee
Lannah Lee: Disappointing. Nice stuff but disengaged employees to busy talking among themselves. Still had summer sale signs up for June & July. Nice to know you offer 50% off during the summer. But it’s almost October.
Rachel D'Silva
Rachel D'Silva: Excellent customer service and a wonderful collection of items that are decently priced. I was helped by an employee named Sally. She even went around the store picking out pieces she thought I would like. Will definitely be going back for more.
Rose mary
Rose mary: I went to Turnabout on Commercial Drive yesterday with a friend and we were blown away by the exceptional customer service and great variety of clothing. In particular, Xavier offered his services as a personal shopper :-) and totally scored on several outfits for us. He went above and beyond what we would have expected. Sally was also very helpful and friendly. Thanks so much for a great shopping experience! We will definitely be back.
Monika H
Monika H: My favourite location has to be on commercial…. The staff is friendly and helpful especially Katie (buyer)👍she’s awesome
Jana Szymiczková
Jana Szymiczková: I like shopping in Turnabouts. They usually have nice selection of clothes. However it happen already many times to me when I came to this store that in size large / extra large they have just few items. Also in size large they include size 10, which I always consider medium. So nothing to choose from. Quite disappointed.
surabhi shakkarwar
surabhi shakkarwar: I love those store and frequently shop here. They consistently stock new consignment items with the right styles for every season and have the staff here is the most helpful!
Jayni
Jayni: Prices are a bit high for used clothing. You can still find good stuff if you’re willing to pay. Also, Zara is definitely not a “luxury” brand 😂
Carley Bardaro
Carley Bardaro: Katie was extremely knowledge, professional and helpful!
fatima wasim
fatima wasim: Made us wait more than an hour for consignment and sent us back without taking a single piece out of dozens of branded and good condition clothes.
Holly M Janus
Holly M Janus: Lovely selection, sometimes too high an asking price for used clothing.
Montana Green
Montana Green: Lovely second hand store run by very kind and sweet ladies. Thank you. I will be back!
Fatima Khan
Fatima Khan: I’ve always had a great experience at this location! The girls are super sweet and always a pleasure seeing them. I consign regularly and always appreciate the fairness they offer. Katie and Ariana are the sweetest! Must visit this location!!
Dominique Souris
Dominique Souris: Loved this store! The staff was amazing - so welcoming and helpful - and we found so many beautiful pieces. Will be back again!
Jamie Ferguson
Jamie Ferguson: Good spot for buying brand name items for a reduced price.A word of warning if you plan to consign clothes of your own though. They are very picky!I brought a few items that where brand names that I have seen sold in the store but they rejected every piece claiming that they where "too worn". Fair enough, but in reality, a lot of them had been worn once or twice. All good :) I was able to consign them elsewhere! All that said, expect the unexpected lol they clearly aren't very desperate for new items at the moment so don't waste your time.
F B
F B: I really like the concept, I just wish they had more clothes for men. ❤
Linds B
Linds B: I have browsed this store a few times, and like other locations, it is definitely flooded with the usual Lululemon and Aritzia stuff - which isn't really my style (additionally, the thought of supporting an utter misogynist and body shamer like CW makes my stomach turn), but I have found the odd item of interest, though I find the non-sale prices to be somewhat high. I also don't feel that this location necessarily aligns with the culture of 'the drive', nor seems to place a priority for acquiring sustainable brands - though shopping second-hand is more sustainable still than buying new.I came in to consign some items on a Saturday, several of which were unique items in excellent shape and/or new with tags, from Ganni, Furla, Marc Jacobs, m0851, Bally, vintage etc. - and was basically shouted at (by an older blonde woman with an accent) that they weren't accepting items and that the 'buyers were out of town', while two other staff were standing by.Odd, given that most consignment places (Toronto, Montreal, Calgary) can readily assess your items by someone on site, so this seemed strange, and given that it was a Saturday, when one would think that there might be folks cleaning out their closet..?Anyhow, it left an unpleasant impression, and perhaps I am not the target audience that this store is looking to service.

Turnabout: what do users think?
V Guer
V Guer: Items are ok. Staff (owner older woman and young man) have a stick up …..!! Sad to see grown adults wanting to seem important. Insecurities makes people behave so little.
Cheyanne Perfonic
Cheyanne Perfonic: Recently I wanted to re-sell a bag with a well known shop around Vancouver so I tried to email Turnabout in November 2022 for a quote on a bag but never received a response to my email.. So then I submitted my bag for a quote on their website a few weeks ago with pictures and notes and everything, their email says they will reach out in 24-72 hours for a quote... well I still have not heard from them, it's been almost 2 weeks... I don't understand why they have contact information or a special "Sell your bag now" spot on the website if they aren't reaching back out to people who have inquired with them. I had high hopes for this place but won't recommend this place in the future..
Pooneh Ashja
Pooneh Ashja: I pop into the place every now and I always find a little gem to take home. They’ve got a great selection of nice brand and everything is arranged neatly and looks super inviting. It’s the consignment store that hit the spot for me.
Shana -
Shana -: Good selection of jeans downstairs !
Martin Meesho
Martin Meesho: Awesome deals,
K S
K S: Hi I hate to write this but must tell you the truth, turnabout used to be great til Irene the manager took over, she is such a witch and toxic, I am a regular and she treated me horrible all the time, she doesn’t have a clue how to manage or treat her staff or customers especially regulars, she is worse than lily was, turnabout will certainly sink with her in charge, I am disappointed in the staff they have retained and now hired, prices are way too high for what you get too, don’t shop there , spend your hard earned money elsewhere and Irene should be replaced to save the company!…. Signed a loyal past customer, not with Irene there!
Jass L
Jass L: The older Asian lady here with the heavy eyeliner about 5'2 and a bit on the heavier side is very condescending. It is quite evident that she does not value her customers as she lacks professionalism. I asked her for the price of a jacket as I was trying it on, and she said, "isn't the price on the tag?". After that, she told me the price, and made a remark saying, "you won't see that price anywhere else" - she said it in the most condescending and bitter tone, while walking away from me. My friend was even shocked at her remark, especially her tone, which was very hostile.I was very taken a back and astonished with her remark. Please, if you can, avoid her. All the other staff here seem to be more approachable and more pleasant. I feel very uncomfortable shopping here now. I am a long time customer at this turnabout location, as I live in the area. Do not think I will return anytime soon to this location, probably for the best.
Gillian
Gillian: Hit and miss as with everything second hand but I've got a few great pieces here
Tanya t
Tanya t: Got a couple of treasures here - wonderful curated thrift store!
Lisa Fulham
Lisa Fulham: If you love higher quality and name brand clothing and shoes at discounted prices, this store is for you! Very clean and well laid out and friendly staff. But be prepared. Prices are still high.I wouldn't call it a thrift store.Thrifty if you have money to burn.
Lillian Chen
Lillian Chen: Enjoy my shopping 🛍 The girls in store are lovely and friendly ~ helping me to find the clothes I need!! I’m happy and really wanna shopping again there!!The quality of the dress, shirt, …etc are really good!! And of course, you’ll find a good deal as well~ ❤️🛍👍
nicole
nicole: High end consignment. Loads of designer bags. Staff wasn’t very friendly though.
cado noir
cado noir: Turned me away rolling their eyes and saying too much "wear and tear". They didnt even look at my stuff. They literally didnt take anything out of the bags I brought.. but had no problem making me wait near an hour overall. I think I was profiled. So unprofessional!
Rosanna McNulty
Rosanna McNulty: My favourite Turnabout. Always the perfect dress or item I am searching for.
Kimberly Ronning
Kimberly Ronning: Amazed at the customer service you receive at both the Granville Street locations. Everyone is helpful and genuinely care about you finding the right piece for yourself. They made our weekend shopping very pleasant =)
Cathy
Cathy: This location is the best of all of them. They’re picky about what they carry so the quality is always good. I’ve bought so many good things here, everyone is surprised when I tell them it’s from Turnabout.
Avery Gillick
Avery Gillick: Great buys for the astute shopper.
Jessica Langer
Jessica Langer: I needed an emergency dress for an event in two days because the dress I ordered was caught up in shipping disasters. Dawna was amazing! She brought me basically every dress in the store to try on until I found the right one, as well as the perfect shoes and faux-fur collar. I will definitely be back in future.
Marilyn K
Marilyn K: Whenever I have a special occasion I will search at their stores to find something unique. Great merchandise! However, I wouldn’t trust the sales associates at the luxury store, bring a friend instead. They also can be super friendly until you say “I want to think about it” then it’s like you don’t exist. The other store on Granville has a wider range of brands but also some very nice designer brands and the sales associates are way nicer.
Isabel See
Isabel See: I had a similar experience to another reviewer (Crystal Vuong) at one of the “higher end” locations on granville where the woman that greeted me also seemed like she looked me up and down as if profiling me. She also consistently had her eye on me even though there were multiple other people in the store. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome so I left and walked to the other Turnabout abt two stores down where the prices were more affordable and I had an excellent experience there! Amazing and very helpful + friendly staff. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and told about the deals going on in the store, another lady was very helpful in suggesting similar items I was looking for while I was trying on clothes. Very uplifting and welcoming environment, I highly recommend this location. However I will not be returning to the “higher end” Turnabout.
Vale (Vale)
Vale (Vale): 5 stars are not enough…The store has a lot of beautiful things and the staff is amazingly welcoming.Elena especially, was simply perfect.Because it was my first time in Turnabout, she explained me how the store works and where to find what, so I didn’t have to guess or walk around to look for what I needed.I love my coat and skirt. =)

Turnabout: what do users think?
Sarah Handel
Sarah Handel: My favorite second hand shop to hit up when I’m in Vancouver! The staff are super helpful and the store is clean and organized
Danica Djurkovic
Danica Djurkovic: Amazing service and options. Ladies Olivera and Adina are most helpful :).Highly recommend!
Ashley Burdo
Ashley Burdo: Worst consignment store I have ever been to. Every time I go to the counter to hand my bag of clothes over, the ladies give me the dirtiest looks and make me feel like I shouldn't be there.I’ve tried to sell my clothes multiple times here - all BRAND name items (aritzia, lululemon, citizens of humanity etc) that are lightly used or brand new with tags on. Never up to their standards meanwhile everything on the racks for sale is complete garbage and outdated. Not sure who they think they are but should really reconsider their clothing standards if they want good items and teach their employees proper customer service.I will not recommend this store to any friends and do not plan on returning
Okhshan Sarkari
Okhshan Sarkari: Great place to find hidden gems and consign your clothes/shoes to make $$. The team at Turnabout is super knowledgeable and friendly. Always a pleasure supporting local :)
Sukhman Mann
Sukhman Mann: My absolute favorite spot
M Caelen
M Caelen: I have tried to consign clothes here multiple times- brand new lululemon, brand new aritzia denim WITH TAGS still on, wilfred dresses, TNA sweaters, brand new jeans, the list goes on. The “buyers” always say they can’t take any of my items due to “wear”- when everything I’ve ever brought has never been worn and some even has tags on- or because of “brands” or being out of style. None of the clothing I’ve brought in has been more than three years “old”, is all extremely on-trend, and is in brand new condition. This store needs to seriously re-evaluate the clothing they deem acceptable to buy, and treat customers with more respect. The two times I’ve tried to bring in clothes, the “buyer” has been extremely dismissive to me and won’t properly explain why they won’t take my clothing, and then has been rude when I am confused by their response. Highly displeased with the service of this store and of the process in which they “buy” clothes. If you cannot afford to pay customers for their high quality clothes, try re-evaluating the clothing you ARE accepting because it’s clearly not making you enough money- instead of being rude to people trying to upcycle their items and give their beautiful pieces a new home.
Troy Okazaki
Troy Okazaki: Purchased a 400 dollar sweater from them and it ended up being fake
Grizabella Li
Grizabella Li: I have experience in consigning with all the Turnabout locations except for here. Everything I brought is rejected. The most ridiculous story is my YSL pumps got rejected because it was “returned” by Lux store…which was actually retrieved by me because Lux didn’t complete the transfer to Main St store for some reason. Not sure where the assumption came from. I had the intention to work with Broadway team many times but their attitude and misjudgment exhaust me.
di wu
di wu: Once I brought a bag of clothes and accessories there waiting for evaluate, some miss contact between us, and couple weeks later when I go to them, they DONATED it to the charity without telling me, which I have some brand new with tag on still and couple brandy accessories. They said they tried to reach out me so many times but my number doesn’t work, then I asked them to call my number in front of me, it rings! I feels all like excuse to me.
Valerie Arseneau
Valerie Arseneau: Great store with a wide variety of desirable brands but for consignment I would avoid. I used to bring my almost brand new pieces of clothing from quality brands until I found out they now only accept items with tags still on and they must be a “Holt Renfrew brand”. What’s the point of being a consignment store then? They’re trying to be something they are not.
Olivia Kienzel
Olivia Kienzel: Welcoming staff, great selection. Glad we have this store.
Patricia Wood
Patricia Wood: Yesterday, I made my way to the infamous Turnabout and, as always, found items that said, “Take Me Home”.I thank the Three Ladies who were Friendly, Helpful and Fun for making my shopping that much easier. I felt so Welcomed too….Loved all my Purchases!
johnny salvador
johnny salvador: Brought in a brand new designer sweater in for consignment worth about 500 retail. They rejected the sweater and said it would need authentificatiion and this and that and end up getting about 20 bucks after all the added costs etc. so a brand new designer sweater and they rejected it. Doesn’t make any sense. This was delivered to me straight the factory. Lots of other reputable consignors. Being in the clothing business has really shocked me. I will not take 20 bucks for a 500 sweater. Thanks
Jose D.
Jose D.: I have shopped at Turnabout West Broadway for the past 4 years and I am always impressed by the friendly and knowledgeable staff and excellent prices. This is THE place in Vancouver to find luxury consignment fashions at a fair price.
Stephanie Lynn
Stephanie Lynn: My regular go-to for quality consignment for women and men. Never disappointed.
Mira Filipovic
Mira Filipovic: A nice location, but the store is full of pretty undesirable stuff!Smelly and dusty, overpriced clothing and even worse selection of shoes!
T.A. Gillis
T.A. Gillis: Great place to look for good quality clothing
CA Raumann Manez
CA Raumann Manez: Far to expensive for second hand clothing
Periwinkle Pegasus7
Periwinkle Pegasus7: Consignment is a joke. They don't care about receiving good second hand items. Find a donation box instead and spend your time wisely.
Esoteric Enigma!
Esoteric Enigma!: Older lady in consignment not friendly and young lady totally lied about the condition of my Lululemon pants. "Wear" is their sorry excuse. Unbelievable waste of time.
R Schwarz
R Schwarz: Attentive staff, excellent selection. Prices reflect the quality of the product. Recommend to anyone searching for a professional wardrobe on a budget

The Main Exchange: what do users think?
Carl G
Carl G: I love this store. The staff are always so nice and friendly and the store is always tidy. They really curate good items - I almost never leave without buying something!
Vanessa Denham
Vanessa Denham: First and foremost, this isn't a vintage store- it's a consignment store (think of (their neighbours) Front and Company, Hunter and Hare, Turnabout, etc.). They're going to sell and promote whats currently in the trend forecast and what brands are currently selling and doing well on the market (yes, Aritzia and other brand names will always be the successor, but thats not always the case- it depends what is in trend.)But like any other consignment store- if you bring in the same item or something similar (colour, size, material) and it's not selling (e.i., they have 5 and they're not flying off the rack as they had thought) they simply won't take your item- simple and thats fair, the store is small and sometimes its hard to accommodate for some people and their item(s).Second of all, they sell a wide range of sizes suited for anybody -and any body. Their sizes are inclusive and there's always something to find and try on at The Main Exchange.Anyway, I love The Main Exchange- they have a great team and their consignment process is fantastic. Theres always something there I can find and try on that I'm currently on the hunt for and for a reasonable price too!
caroline
caroline: It was very disappointing experience to sell there. I brought about 30 pieces all good brands such as Aritzia, club Monaco and Lululemon. They told me they could only buy one dress because the others are not their style, and because their minimum is 10 so they won’t buy anything. However while I was waiting I saw some skirts/dresses they’re selling are 90% similar to mine. I understand there will be something that not match “their style” but 1 of 30+?? That’s hard to understand and if you shop those brands you’ll know the “style” of the brand itself are there.Besides the “style” matching part, the stuff’s attitude makes me feel discriminated. Because they’re not allowed suitcase so I have to bring several bags and after they finish checking, the stuff just put things there and I need to reorganize myself so I can carry everything. And when I back home check the small bags they don’t even fold my clothes just throw them back in the bag as mess.I don’t know if it’s good to buy but terrible to sell!!
Spring Snow
Spring Snow: This review is from about 1 year ago, and I am only getting to writing it now. I brought clothes in to consign. I am aware its a high-end consignment boutique, so I only brought the sorts of brands they use, ex: Aritzia, etc.The woman behind the counter took a look at me, and at my bag of 10+ clothing items, and said, "It's not even worth it for me to look inside."Obviously, it's more than ok for them to reject my clothing. Not a problem. However, I do think it is a problem to treat someone like that. I think she was judging me as "not posh enough" or "not cool enough."Again, fair enough, whatever. But to openly, verbally be just plain rude? Thats just awful. I will never patronize this business again because of how rude and snooty the woman was to my face.
Shaina M
Shaina M: If you’re looking for amazing finds, this is the place! It’s truly the BEST shop! Some of my most treasured thrift finds are from here. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and I always find something amazing when I head in. They post often to their social media pages so you get a sense of what’s new in the shop. They also carry a great variety of sizes and trends so there’s something for everyone. Highly recommend!
Sara Nussle
Sara Nussle: Yes to a circular economy! I have been fortunate to buy a number of excellent pieces here over the years and also consign some of my own.It is the best place to consign in my opinion, they pay you up front and its quick and easy, they tell you what they didn't take and why so you don't waste your time bringing in stuff they might not take again, or tell you to bring your summer dress closer to summer etc...I appreciate the way they organize their clothes by size and category and that their clothes are in better condition to their competitors. Sometimes it is hit or miss for me, but usually a hit. I often forget and miss the accessories on the top shelf.Love their instagram updates of their stock. The customer service is similar to most of Vancouver retail... I don't think they are "snobby" at all.. or rude.. its just Vancouver.
Alina Ismaguilova
Alina Ismaguilova: Such great selection here! Lots of Aritzia things for half the cost (some even have the original tags on) and I never have trouble finding my size (00-0, XXS-XS). Everything is well organized and in great condition. Probably the best part is that the ladies working here are some of the kindest I’ve encountered in Vancouver consignment stores. Thanks Main Exchange! 🤗
Phung Nguyen Cao
Phung Nguyen Cao: Great selection! I haven't tried it yet, but I really like that you can sell your own items.
Deena Grassler
Deena Grassler: Not as original as Mintage / F as in frank / Rag Machine. Mid range - lower priced fast fashion brands. No unique pieces here. Mostly tiny sizes
Daya Fruhbrodt
Daya Fruhbrodt: Probably my favourite spot for curated selection in Vancouver. Worth following on Instagram to see what’s new.
samantha speer
samantha speer: Amazing little store with lovely staff! 😍
Jennifer Chou
Jennifer Chou: Really cute place for consignment / slow fashion!
Evelyn Liu
Evelyn Liu: I asked the staff about what kinds of clothes they are looking for, and whether they have to be big/famous brands (my clothes are foreign designer brands). The staff answered "No, if it is the styles are what we want, we will take them". After I came back, the same staff said "Some of your clothes are our styles, but they are just no the BRANDs we are looking for." I don't mind they didn't want my clothes at all, but if you only shop for certain brands, why did you give me a wrong answer in the beginning?(After I posted this comment, the owner replied that he/she/they is the one who talked to me on the phone, and I missunderstood their meaning. I did called the shop a few weeks ago. However, I just visited the store today, and before I handed out my clothes, I asked them about the clothes they were looking for again. I did got what I was told above, and I did not misunderstand anything.)
Jessie Lo
Jessie Lo: Rude and shady employees.
Amy Smith
Amy Smith: I have been regularly shopping here since they first opened about 5 years ago. I love that they are near other consignment stores so I can make an afternoon of it. I haven't consigned with them but I think it's great that they pay cash on the spot instead of waiting until things sell. The staff have stuck around and I think that reflects good ownership. I really like the service they give-- never pushy or sales-y, but helpful and laid back. Their stock is always in good condition and well priced. They tend to stock very popular brands (aritizia) and not much vintage items, so I go to C'est La Vie to satisfy my vintage appetite.
Jennifer Lam
Jennifer Lam: This is my go to thrift store! I make 98% of my thrift purchases from here! They have a great current selection, and I’ve found everything from designer shoes to Birkenstocks, dresses, lululemon leggings and more! Love visiting to see what’s new!
Katie S
Katie S: I literally find the best consignment items every single time I go in the store! Very rarely do I leave without purchasing something. Amazing luxury brands, often with tags still on from being brand new. Staff is always so kind and fun. They are also super great about supporting public health guidelines! Can’t say enough great things about this amazing women owned buisness!!
Neetu Sangha
Neetu Sangha: Great selection, great service, and a safe environment. They make shopping sustainably and supporting small businesses easy 🙂!
Taylor Nasu
Taylor Nasu: My favourite consignment shop in all of Vancouver! I have been a customer and seller at the main and exchange for a few years now and have never had a bad experience. In fact it’s always been really pleasant as the staff are super friendly and welcoming to me. This will always be my go to place to sell my items. They are selective in what they take but that means they only have the best in their shop. So you don’t have to worry when buying online or through their insta that the items will be nothing but in excellent condition. I have been and will continue to recommend this place to my friends for any of their consignment needs! :)
Maddy Galts
Maddy Galts: Great boutique consignment shop with curated pieces. The items are always in good condition and fairly priced. Plus, the ladies who own the shop & work there are the sweetest!
Amy Strilchuk
Amy Strilchuk: I've been consigning & buying from Miranda and her amazing team since she opened and have been loyal to them for so many reasons: they are warm, welcoming, personable, give a great consigner % value, & the pricing for purchase is totally in line (or sometimes lower) than other high end secondhand shops. I've never had faulty garments and always feel cared for in the shop. That they've continued to maintain this level of customer service and quality of product during a pandemic is practically heroic, especially when so many small shops have shuttered their doors. These ladies just keep rolling up their sleeves and making it work, no matter what, which makes me love them even more.

Wildlife Thrift Store: what do users think?
Crystal Hoggard
Crystal Hoggard: Way over priced for basic items. $20 for a glass pitcher! Cross this thrift store off your list, not worth it at all.
Alexandra Belisle
Alexandra Belisle: Les prix sont raisonnables et il y a une grande variété de vêtements !
Christopher Blazina
Christopher Blazina: It's always the same, they let you walk around and don't try to make you feel uncomfortable by rushing out the door. Or like you are shop lifting. An enjoyable time shopping.
Nicholas
Nicholas: Just found an $80 turtleneck for $6.30 so yeah they’ve got some good stuff at good prices
Sandra W
Sandra W: I donated a bunch of bags here and they made the clothes smaller. I know this because a friend actually ended up buying some pieces. Extra "seams" were somehow added. Without changing the size labels. Large people need clothes tooEdit: comment to "owner" i donated over ten big bags , in the course of about two weeks. Ive been coming here since 2014 and not once have i seen the owners. I find it hilarious too actually, mostly because at random I found out coincidentally, that a friend purchased my things since we are both bigger sizes. She told me that they made it smaller, there was a seam there that didnt belong! I didnt alter the items so someone else didAlso I donated designer items as well as "$5-10" items lol who are you to say how much the items were! You get the items free!
Harwood
Harwood: Disappointed to find out that this thrift store does NOT actually give to any wildlife or animal related charities. Although the charities they give to are worthy ( mental health and homelessness ) it is not my preferred charities. Time to change the store name to reflect who they actually support.
Daniel Molson
Daniel Molson: Overpriced everything is aJoke
Ponda Baba
Ponda Baba: A great place to find many things for a fair price. I've been going for over a decade now and its all about going frequently to ensure you can acquire things before many other people have had a chance to see. Good CDs, shirts, shoes, records etc.
Cy Williams
Cy Williams: My favorite stop in Vancouver
Jennifer Jenkins
Jennifer Jenkins: I always find great stuff at this thrift store. It's one of my favorite places to go when I'm in Vancouver. Staff is always polite.
Sherri
Sherri: love this place!
Chad McDonald
Chad McDonald: Cool spot!! Unique gems!
Marwan Eshag
Marwan Eshag: It's good
Mathew “Thomas” Harkema
Mathew “Thomas” Harkema: Best thrift shop in Vancouver!
Svea Kreitz
Svea Kreitz: they have some absolute bangers. Love to go there
Benny Ten
Benny Ten: I find this place to be expensive for what it is. They are told to put there own prices on the tag, any number that comes to the top of there head it seems. Every other 2nd hand store like value village is better run and priced. Bad Management, poorly run.
Viviano Ni
Viviano Ni: Yes, I've scored some decent finds at WTS. My issue with the place is its limited floor space relative to its popularity. Combined, these create a crowded thrifting experience not lending itself to the prospecting required to hit the bounties. Basically the venue needs to extend itself onto another fl. to grow as a biz. at its present location.
Terrance Ray Trybus
Terrance Ray Trybus: A great consignment shop located near Vancouver's wall center. Something there for everyone, at a reasonable price. The best news is that it helps out the local people in need.
Alex Unro
Alex Unro: Banging tunes, good thrifts
Drew Amy
Drew Amy: Always great
elena orozco
elena orozco: I always find good items or even brand new.

The Society of St Vincent de Paul Value shoppe: what do users think?
Olivia Tomlinson
Olivia Tomlinson: this place is awesome, it’s how thrift shops should be. Low prices, kind of chaotic, and a bunch of cool stuff. Way better than Value Village down the road, except smaller. Definitely check them out and give them some love
jieff lerenard
jieff lerenard: my visits date from a while back since I stop visiting .Huge warehouse place ,enormous potential being next to Value Village, but actually filled with unusable trash the kind found in lanes.lots of scratched or chipped old plates ,pots and pans, old dull clothing.A bit of worn furniture 2 ugly 70's sofas, lots of paperback books, the only staff totally uninterested to help
Dan Dover
Dan Dover: This thrift store is really quite nice. The main guy that works in there is amazing. He's so nice - friendly, helpful, and talkative. Sometimes he will give you discounts. Some items don't have prices, so just ask him. So much better than the Value Village up the road!
Leilah Thiel
Leilah Thiel: Good store, and the prices are cheap - bigger than it looks from the front.
A.J.A
A.J.A: Love it. Owner is helpful and nice
Lydia Green
Lydia Green: Finally checked this place out and now regret spending so much time at the Value Village next door. I much prefer this spot! Not as much clothing selection as VV but loads of housewares, furniture, and books/DVD’s. It’s organized, clean, and is fairly priced for Vancouver thrift stores (ie still a tad high but that’s everywhere tbh). I didn’t have cash in hand and was under the $5 credit minimum. The owner told me to just pay him next time. I promptly retrieved some coins and returned but was so impressed by his kind offer. I’ll be returning for sure!
Marc, Noah, and Chantah Maynard
Marc, Noah, and Chantah Maynard: They have good stuff at cheap prices for

Traylynn Ingram: Lovely people love taking my old clothes in and buy new things.
phil stewart
phil stewart: A great place to shop.

Nathan stark
Nathan stark: I love this store, the prices and the owner especially. It has a great variety of things and is priced really well.
Barragh Wayne
Barragh Wayne: Cool stuff...a bit trying in these trying times...but all in all...we're doing ok to adjust...
Ii Zz
Ii Zz: Hidden gem
Kat Kott
Kat Kott: Really great store w sweet staff! Excellent for furniture. They have a flat rate for delivering items, so get as many large things as you need! The delivery drivers were also very sweet, and moved things so fast.
henry nagel
henry nagel: Packed full of stuff and not many people
Garrett Goldup
Garrett Goldup: Very nice, clean within reason and excellent value...a true and great thift store.
Andreas Lerch
Andreas Lerch: Big store good deals and decent selection!
Carl Hibbert
Carl Hibbert: Very helpfull
Kayleigh Chapman
Kayleigh Chapman: Very good thrift store and much better value than value village, just up the road. Staff are friendly and helpful too. Great bargains.
Jessica Fung
Jessica Fung: Prices are pretty decent, they have set prices for the clothing, I believe it's $2 for t-shirts, $4 for blouses, $6 for dresses and pants.i found quite a few nice items. It was all good except one thing made me very uncomfortable about this store. As my friend and I were sorting out our clothing scores out and deciding what to get, occasionally putting a top on to try it on, one of the store employees stood nearby and stared at us the whole time. Whether he was making sure we wernt stealing or what, it was very odd and I was put off.
