Matt Hoover: Strange place, lacks a friendly greeter and is old and dark, including some areas have a creepy low ceiling. This may not seem like a big deal until you experience it yourself. Creepy! To end your experience the self checkout is reminiscent of herding cattle and the computer shows you a live security feed of yourself on the screen. I could only assume this was implying I was a thief. Guilty until proven innocent. There was no paper bag option and nobody cared to help. I asked if I could use my basket for 30 seconds to go to my car and drop stuff off (as you can exit with a cart) and staff and security said “no way!”. Alas, I placed the basket on the ground and walked out with my arms full, feeling untrusted despite my clean cut image and friendly demeanour. 1 out of 5 stars, would not go back.

Standing on the exit door body shamed my girlfriend when I was not around and then later when I came back to confront them, they refused. I made sure I create a scene big enough that this guy feels ashamed of his act and be embarrassed in the staff too. Then I talked to the manager(name unknown, but bald and white moustache) and he did everything to save his employee and could not answer one simple question of mine which was "Is body shaming tolerated in Walmart or not?". I was told that this concern will reach the store manager and he will take care of it. I would love if appropriate action gets taken.

Isabelle M.: I typically don't shop at Walmart, since I've only been there twice before, with the last visit taking place prior to the pandemic. Yesterday, I went to the Vancouver location after hearing that they had good mattress toppers in stock. However, I was stunned by the degradation of the store: it looked miserable, messy and dirty. All goods are now displayed on the shelves in cardboard boxes. The mattress toppers I was looking for were packaged in a way that allowed people to touch them, which does not meet Canadian health and safety standards. With the food that's sold in the store, I wouldn't be surprised if there were cockroaches hiding in the boxes.Therefore, I do not recommend buying anything at this location nor online.

W W: I feel like the staffs at this location presume everyone is a shoplifter. I have seen people being stopped before they left the stores or asked to see their receipts (random). When they didn't have enough staffs to 'watch' the checkout counters, they would open minimal numbers of checkout counters so causing a long lineup.What disgust me the most is that when you go to self checkout, there is a camera 'recording' your face while you checkout your items and pay. There is absolutely no privacy! Their price is not particular attractive and their produce is not very fresh, I don't see myself going there again if I have other choices.

They were Apple Earpods, supposed to be identical to the stock Apple Earbuds. The headphones I received, when plugged into my phone, were recognized as beatz headphones and required the use of my phones bluetooth even though they were plugged in through a wire. This is sketchy and misleading that they would sell these as iOS certified. After hours of time wasted contacting the support teams, I'm required to travel an hour back to Walmart to return them - INSTEAD of them just doing a proper quality check before selling these garbage electronics.Doubt I will receive a full refund. I will not trust shopping online at Walmart in the future.

Faidra Berda: Yesterday I went into the cosmetics department at London Drugs on Granville and had one of the best customer service experiences ever. Nanda was so knowledgeable about all of the products and she recommended some fabulous skin care and make up that I just love. While helping me she noticed someone trying to shoplift and she politely asked me to wait a moment while she alerted security then she quickly returned to helping me. I was so impressed by her calmness and professionalism. Any employer would be lucky to have Nanda working for them. I will definitely be back to see her the next time I need new cosmetics.

Andrew Sanders: I frequent this location as it's the cheapest option for staples on my regular commute. It's convenient to grab the usual grocery items and nice if you need the odd kitchen tool. I find it very difficult to find specific items or items with different sizes. This location definitely feels smaller than other locations which I have been too.At times the line ups can be fairly bad for checkout but that's to be expected during peak times (5pm on a weekday). The staff there are very pleasant and add to the experience.I am am happy that they have stopped closing the mall entry early, it was extremely frustrating to have to walk around the entire building at 5:30 pm when the mall doesn't close until 6pm.

Learn from Shoppers Drug Mart - they lost customers. Today in particular I asked if she was going to stare at me the entire time like Im a crook for 2 x-large and 3 medium sized items at self checkout and she said yes - shame on you for profiling people of your own culture. Also the store sections HARDLY EVER PICKUP the phone and when they do, they do not want to help customers - why call it customer service? Transferring the phone line to people who dont pick up is useless as well. When asking for detailed help they say vague answers and that it will take a long time if they transfer your call - basically its saying we dont want to help.

The sign shows a discount on multiples but you don't get it at check out.Walmart is part of the Scanner Accuracy Program but doesn't follow their obligations.Here is the code from the Government of Canada website.Under the code, when the scanned price of an item without a price tag is higher than the displayed price, the customer is entitled to receive the item free of charge when it is worth less than $10, or receive a $10 reduction if the correct price is worth more than $10.I guess Walmart likes to cheat seniors.

I re4commeded your store to many immigrants who gave me positive feedback on your products, displays and well trained , cheerful and eager to help staff on duty. You have 3 cash registers with trained cashiers for people who have different needs beside your self serve cash checkouts. Tavish and 3 cheerful cashiers on duty gave me excellent customer service. Tavish is walking extra miles everyday to help customers, he is patient, very kind, shows customers where the products are located than just direct them to the location. I was looking for a particular item, he walked with me and showed me where that item was located instead of telling me where to go and find by myself. This tells me he has respect and patience. I am a very old senior, I recommend this Walmart to anyone who is able or disabled, healthy or with special needs. Wishing the manager and his staff the best in 2023.

Maritana Quaresma: I’d like to share my recurrent bad experiences with London Drugs at Davie St. I’m an old costumer and I visit this store at least once a week and most of the time I’m followed by security guards for no reason; I’m always aware of not giving any suspicious or controversial impression but it really doesn’t matter. Putting my hands inside my coat’s pocket inside a London Drugs is impossible if I just wanna have a peaceful shopping moment. Today was the epitome of this disrespectful attitude toward me. I went to London drugs after passing through a nearby Shoppers because I was comparing prices. I didn’t do any weird movement, I was just wearing beach clothes and apparently had the wrong appearance and shade, so all the security guards started to follow all my steps in the store. When I went to pay for my purchase, I noticed that the cashier sneakily tried to look inside my bag, which I purposely set in front of him so he could see I was aware of that unfriendly situation and that I wasn’t hiding anything. I had to verbally say that I had things from another store in my bag so he could be aware, again, that I’m not a thief. This has been a recurrent situation at this store and I’m completely sick of this embarrassment and I’ve just stopped leaving my money to a place that sees me as a threat. Stop this kind of attitude if you don’t want me to use the R word among everyone I know, including media and social media. Shame on you, London Drugs.

Francesca Vivanti: I've shopped at London Drugs for 40+ years and at this specific store, more than 20 years. I find the staff to be extremely helpful and the pharmacy staff go beyond their purview to assist. Very rarely have I had a problem with staff, they really do try their very best to be helpful. BTW - during Covid, they delivered prescription medications free. Thanks Davie Team - a job well done!

I am not even sure if they read feedbacks that concern them.Update: I give credit where credit is due. They did phone me today and told me that my prescription can be picked up today. I suppose someone do read feedbacks and I for one do appreciate it. Thank you so much.

First he tried to say my government issued ID wasn't government issued, then he drags my package on the floor which weighs all of 2 pounds and then he refused to allow me to pick up my Amazon package. The people this location hires seems subpar. It also seems they have fun when you're upset. I suggest to have your packages picked up elsewhere.

Ana K: This is a PHARMACY REVIEW, not applicable to the whole store.I am not qualified to judge how good they are as pharmacists, but I can say with absolute certainty that their organizational skills are ZERO!!! An admin person is desperately needed to organize, streamline and oversee their processes.There is soooo much walking around in circles searching for information and/or actual medication, a lot of obfuscating and/or outright lying, shifting blame and procrastinating. On the other hand, there is no follow up or follow through, especially for prescriptions that require doctor's renewal.There should be an “ownership” of each prescription to make sure it’s moving through the system accurately and in a timely manner. All information about the status of a prescription fulfilment should be on the computer system, easily accessible to employees and easily communicable to the customer: date received, date faxed, who is in charge to make sure there is a timely response / fax it again / contact customer for help with the doctor, whether medication is in stock or needs to be ordered – and so on.This way there would be no running around checking piles of baskets and paperwork in multiple locations and no need for customer to keep coming back multiple times.I guess I am "lucky" that this time it "only" took 10 days, 3 visits and 3 phone calls to them, plus a phone call to my doctor to get my medication. (Medication that I have been taking for 10+ years, always prescribed by the same doctor, always fulfilled at this location.)Last time it took over a month, more than 5 visits and I don't know how many phone calls, in the end receving wrong/lesser quantity of 1 medication.It has been a very stressful and infuriating experience each and every time for the past several years.

The pharmacy staff seem like nice people who are trying their best, but the pharmacy is so slow that I recommend that you avoid it.The last time I had my prescription filled, I came the same day and I was told it would take 3 days. That was cutting things kind of close, so this time I made sure to have my doctor send my refill request in on Thursday, three days before I needed it.When went to get it on Sunday, it still wasn't ready. I was asked "When do you need it for"? Well, I'm not in the habit of having prescriptions filled when I don't need them, so the answer is always going to be "as soon as possible". But now you have to give them three days or more AND tell them when you need the prescription, apparently?No, they weren't out of the medication either time. They just hadn't even started to fill the prescription yet.You could say, why be impatient? Why not get your prescription renewed well in advance of when you need it?I tried that once at another pharmacy close to where I used to live, and it was a big problem. Even though my prescription was not for narcotics or anything like that, the pharmacy treated me like I was trying to do something criminal--why would I need it so far in advance when I just had it filled a few months ago? So I will never do that again.Yes, I know they are short staffed. They have been for a long time. But if they can't fill prescriptions in a reasonable amount of time, maybe they should just shut down the pharmacy part of the store altogether. But I guess it's hard to shut down the pharmacy section when the name of the store is "London Drugs".Anyway, I'm just going to take my business elsewhere. I need to be able to get prescriptions quickly and reliably. It's not like going to a store and they're out of your favorite kind of chips or something. Prescriptions are very important.BTW, I've never had any problems with the non-pharmacy part of the store at this location; they've always been great.

Always buy our computers at this store. They can't do enough for you and are always there to lend a helping hand when you get stuck. Luiz is simply the best person in the computer department. Gogga is the absolute best when it comes to cell phones. She knows everything. Keiko in the photography department knows her job. She is always very willing to help and give advice. Absolutely LOVE this place.

Irina Correa: Friendly, knowledgeable and SUPER helpful. I made an appointment to get my iPhone repaired after a long history of undiagnosed issues with sound/speakers. The staff at the tech department was amazing. After checking my case (from Apple Genius Bar) and running diagnostics, they gave me all the options they could offer. I know the options were limited, given that it is not an Apple store. However, the service and attention more than surpassed my expectations - they guided me through a call with Apple to get my phone replaced and went above and beyond to ensure that my problem was addressed in a timely manner. The senior technician even stayed past his shift to complete the service. I really appreciate Kash and Brian for today's service and would like them to know that because of the way they took care of me, I will remember and recommend this specific location for any technology related purchases/services offered by LD. I will come back, I was really impressed with the quality of the service.

Bihter Cadircioglu: I always go there for printing services. Today, I had an issue with one of the staff who was super rude. I believe his name is Ali or something.I print out an amazon return label from at another LD location, and because it was full page barcode, ups staff told me that I need to print again smaller. So, I explained him what I need and immediately he said “it’s because your picture is too big” and I told him there is an option to click to print it on a half page (smaller) and he said they can not do that. I told him that they did it many times at the same location, because it’s not a modification, just a simple click. Then he asked me to send it to their email and wait minimum 10 min. I told him that receiving my email shouldn’t take that long, it took only a few seconds at the other LD location. Well, he was so negative since the beginning and not willing to help at all… So, I didn’t insist, just waited. When went there, he printed it out on a half page. And I said “So, it was doable, right?” And he said “what’s the matter?” very angry and rude.. Then his manager came, and she also said they can not do it next time again, with very rude attitude… I said they have been doing it almost every time I go there, even, they usually ask me if I want it on a half page or full page.. She said that’s not possible(like I’m lying)I was very surprised how customer service representatives can be so rude and lazy -from manager to staff- very unprofessional, and not willing to help. Instead, they are just trying to make you feel bad about requesting even a simple thing. I felt like a teenager and she was telling me off or something. Clearly he doesn’t like his job, and she is something else, not sure what is her problem.But I know I will never go there again!

Gooseberry Bilberry: We paid at the customer service counter and the computer had the same name with different price for two different items on the screen. So the cashier called someone to check the price for us. She deducted the wrong amount but it was not shown underneath the original item. Rather, the deducted amount appeared at the end of the list of items. How could they have the same name for different items with different prices in the system? Wouldn't it make more sense to position the deducted amount in the system directly below the original item? The whole process was confusing and it inconvenienced customers.

celisha delawsky: Well I was scrambling to get a ticket printed out for a concert I was headed to and a bit frazzled. Mark at the desk was understanding and helpful…. Even though it was a 28cent sale 😂😂. What particularity struck me though was watching him assist an elderly customer and her caregiver. She had some obvious confusion and probably some dementia. I can NOT say enough about how compassionate and amazing he was with these women. Outstanding. Thanks for being such a great human Mark!

Later on when I told them that the photo is not showing my actual colour and it is digitally altered (as per London drugs idstation), they become super defensive. Instead of listening the problem, they started to say that they have done it as per software and they are doing business for 30/40 year etc etc. Later they said they can give me my money back. But the point is not about money. It is about how to talk with a customer. They should learn how to deal with a customer. Really disappointed by the behaviour of photo lab of London drug of this branch. Do not refer any one to go there for with any complain. Just giving one star as the person who took the photo was nice.

The Pharmacy phone kept on ringing, and when I tried to speak to the front desk the person was multitasking and on their radio and dealing with customers in person, they eventually just transferred me to the pharmacy which of course just rang and rang. I don't fault the employees at all I know they are super busy but what is going on that the staff is spread so thin at this location?!I refuse to leave my home while positive for COVID but I also need my medicine, even if this location can't fill it, that is fine. I just need to speak to someone.

Rahul Mathur: I came here with a sick toddler trying to get a prescription filled. I called in advance to see if they had the medication in stock (as our physician recommended to check first given that it’s a hard to find medication) and they didn’t answer the phone; it just rang for minutes and minutes before I gave up and decided to drive over in person. There are at least four pharmacists working behind the counter and I can hear the phone ringing nonstop. I’ve been waiting first in line for over 10 minutes without even an acknowledgement. Absolutely brutal service - won’t be back to this pharmacy again if I can avoid it.

TRAV: The pharmacy is so slow. The had my prescription at 3pm and all the way until closing they couldn’t have it ready. So I was told at 10am the next day it would be ready now at 10:40 it’s still not ready and all it is it’s life saving inhalers that all that needs to be done is to slap a sticker with my name on it. Why make promises that you can’t fulfill. Awful!

And Gary did a diagnostic on the computer as well as a few checkups. He dowloaded a fan app for overheating. My computer is getting older but i want to keep using it until i can no longer do updates for financial and sustainable concerns. I know i am in good hands with Gary's help and expertise. Thank you

Waste me 30 minutes waiting for help and no one wants to help me with finding mask. End up go somewhere shopping.I don‘t remember their names. I tried to find it by myself but I can’t, so I asked one of the staff working there, she said I need to go to the customer services desk, they have all the mask. Then I go to the customer services desk, the lady in the customer services desk and one cashier said I need to go to the aisle 12 to find it by myself, they can’t help me, even though I told them I tried but I can’t find it. I went back to aisle 12, I still can’t find the mask I want, so I asked another lady who working in beauty section, she explained to me that she was the only one in beauty section so she can’t leave, she tried to ask customer service representative for help, I stand there for more than 15 minutes but no one comes. I keep asking her how long I need to wait as my baby is in the car and he is so hungry. That lady helped me to search in the computer, they do have the mask in stock. I went to ask other staff for help, the man didn’t even want to listen to me. He said it maybe system error, it doesn’t mean anything if the computer showing the mask is in stock lol, without trying. No respect at all.I am really upset for the experience in this London Drug. I don’t want to go there again to waste my time. I searched in the website, so I drive 15 minutes from Metrotown to there for the mask, I can’t even feel like I treated as a customer….except the lady who worked in beauty section

Amy Chao: I was looking to buy soda stream refill tank and this London Drugs location had an ad saying the tank is $35.99 or swap with an empty tank for $19.99. It also has another price label with a bar code that says $39.99. Obviously I wanted to buy at $35.99 and asked why there are 2 prices. And general manager went to check on the 2 labels, and right off the bat had an attitude that I was being “difficult” or something and he’s doing me a huge favour for honouring just one tank at that price (I wanted 2 tanks). By the way, I was never rude with that manager, I simply asked for the lower price and why there are 2 conflicting prices. He could have explained why there are 2 different prices, or if he could or could not offer the lower price, etc. Instead, of delivering customer, he delivered an attitude. If I can give a no star, I would.

Were told that they would not refund us if we wanted a refund on our marriage license and argued with continually for 10 minutes about getting a marriage license before we accepted their wisdom and have decided to get a license elsewhere. The attendees at the insurance desk seemed very satisfied with their service when we relented.

Miriam Gross: We went to try to get our marriage license. From the get-go the attendant was obstructive. He kept trying to say we shouldn't get a license without booking a commissioner first, even though we explained that we had already booked and that we were fine with there being no refund if our plans changed. No matter what we said this guy, and then the woman that joined him, kept coming up with excuses. We finally said forget it and left. I guess we'll go somewhere else tomorrow. An upsetting experience that left a very bad taste in our mouths.

Madalayne Rockarts: Extremely unhelpful staff at the online order pickup (customer service) area today. I called on the phone to have a note put on my order that it would be picked up by a friend instead of me which they had no problem with, and when my friend went in to pick it up, the way they treated the situation was just not what you'd expect from any customer service worker. They refused to look into the online order because it was mistakenly called a 'package' instead of an 'online order' upon arrival (it was called a package because it was purchased online and shipped in to be picked up at the London Drugs), the lady was convinced it would be found at Canada post instead so refused to search up or look for the name on the order. She seemed more interested in being right and proving a point than being helpful and actually assisting in finding the order with the information provided. Instead of saying she needed an order number, she just kept asking what the first digit of the order number was (to see if it was Canada post or LD pick up). My friend repeatedly told her he didn't have it on him, but instead of telling him they needed the order number, they just refused to serve him until another lady came and told him that they will not serve him because according to the first lady he didn't know my name or the order number (he was telling them my name the whole time, but by this point he had both). She checked in the back and found the package when he told her he did have that information, but they refused to give it to him and they refused to look at the notes on the computer... so despite my friend finally having the order number from me AND my driver's license, they refused to give him the package. They only ended up giving it to him once he called me and had me confirm the situation, when they could have just done in the first place OR been helpful and looked into the order like he was repeatedly asking them to do. Disappointed.Even the Canada Post staff were more helpful and looking into it, despite it not being a Canada Post package.

They refused to do a return of an EA (Elizabeth Arden) product purchased at LD JUST because I did not bring the small piece of sample I got for the purchase!I purchased TWO EA products and I received one small piece of sample which shows on the receipt as 'Arden sample'. They asked me to go back home to bring it and then they can do return. I told the cashier it was just a small piece of sample. I bought TWO products of EA and I only received on small sample, why do I need to return it?! I am still keeping one product for use. Then the cashier literally told me I DO NOT DESERVE a small sample if I only buy one EA product so I have to return the small sample. I was so shocked when I heard this because what she said is unacceptable. WHAT A BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Is she listenning to herself?! I told her to call the manager and a manager named Steven came by with no smile and firmly told me to bring the small sample to the store. So I think it's the general altitude of this cosmetic section in this store. They are trained in this way to treat customers like this. They just would not listen, they are not willing to understand that I don't want to waste my time and gas just for a small piece of sample. If I have the sample with me, I do not mind to give it to them because it's just a dam sample. But I don't want to go back and forth just because of it!Anyway, this cosmetic section is terrible in customer service and I would not step in this scetion again for any business. The cashier told me I do not deserve a small sample if I buy one EA product. Then they do not deserve a penny from my pocket in the future!UPDATE: I have talked to Ana and she apologized for what happened. She said she has sent out emails to her staff to make sure it would not happen again in the future. Today I successfully did the return and they offered me a gift bag of cosmetic samples for my inconvenience. I am glad that the two managers in this store (Mike and Ana) take customers' feedback seriously which I really appreciate.

Gia updated my mobile using Computer and finally mobile is On. A R: This is by far the least professional pharmacy I have ever been to. 2 times in a row, they have missed filling my prescription. Not a phone call, no warning, just complete incompetence. My medication is one that needs to be taken daily, and the least they can do is let me know that they are out of stock so that it can be faxed to another location. I don't generally leave reviews but because this is now the 2nd time in two weeks this has happened, I thought it might be wise to let others know that if you have prescriptions that need to be provided in a timely manner then don't go here.

Alex M: The store in general is great but don't use the pharmacy. They seem to have a ton of issues. Every other pharmacy I've used never had trouble with my insurance information but for some reason this LD makes mistakes about 50% of the time. Saying they can't see my spouse on my plan or can't get my information entered correctly.I don't know what the problem is but it's only this place I've ever had these kinds of issues. If you are in kerrisdale there's a shopper drug mart close by that I've never had an issue with across 4+ extended health insurance plans (2 of which I tried with LD but gave up because they kept messing up).I should however say the people they had administering vaccines were great though. 5 stars for them. From a general human perspective the pharmaceutical staff are nice people as well. I think it's a software/organizational issue.

Karl: About a year ago I had some film that I wanted to develop. I brought it to this location and unfortunately there was a jam in the development machine that caused by film to be ruined. The individuals at the photo lab understood how much that sucked and gave me some free film and free development+printing coupons. After scanning the damaged film I actually found the crumpled look to be kind of neat, and to be quite honest the photos themselves were really nothing remarkable. Any who, I just went to go develop all my replacement film but the coupons were a bit past expired. They took care of me anyway, and Im happy to say that we both did a better job this time. Photos look great and oh buddy was the service fast!

Travis Hayes: Very disappointing experience today with the photo lab. I’ve had numerous positive experiences where the helpful employees have assisted me in putting my picture in the frame. This is something London drugs has always done. Today however, the employee rudely dismissed my request. Despite me telling him this is something done for me numerous times in the past, he also was in no way busy. He was just standing there, doing nothing. If this is the policy, why is it selective enforced? It is an incredibly helpful thing to do for customers. In the future, I will not be purchasing photo frames or any photo accessories with London drugs despite the fact that I am an LD extra member.

K Wong: London Drug Kerrisdale is my favorite store for almost everything but I will not use its passport photo service again. I used it about a year ago the man there was grumpy so I thought it was just an exception. A few days ago I used it again the older man there was not impolite but certainly not warm and welcoming like other London Drug associates. Manager Ken should be aware of the situation. It's certainly not the LD standard.

After gathering well over 800$ in products to buy they moved the fridge all the way back to its original location and then consecutively blamed me for it saying I took to long and made me lug it back to the front to buy it.

Meaghan Duthie: Writing this review for my 84 year-old mum 😊. My mum went to the apple store to try to get a new battery. They wouldn’t change her battery, but they ended up breaking the home button on her iPhone. She was told they would only fix it if she paid a fee. She then went to London Drugs in Kerrisdale and Erik gave her amazing customer service. He spent ages trying to fix her phone. He eventually contacted apple and managed to get her a new phone. Don’t waste your time at the apple store - LD has the best customer service. Thank you so much, Erik! 😊

I've been assisted by Jason since before the pandemic, even getting some headphones and each time he has been insightful, overly attentive and eager to make my experience as smooth and hassle free as possible. D M: Today I came in to the photo dept and i was graciously assisted by Juvraj who was extremely attentive, friendly and professional. I needed some help and he was happy to provide me assistance. My service was extremely fast and my order was set for 24 hour pickup but i got a ready text after 1 hour, amazing!! Overall, i was delighted by not having a hassle or having to flag down an employee who'd sigh under their breathe in hopes I don't see them and i somehow figure it out solo. Excuse me?!Is the pandemic still going on? How many places are still sanitizing their baskets and carts?! It’s 2023! If I want to catch Covid, that’s my choice. And if I want to grab a shopping basket, so be it! Why so defensive and who cares??I went to checkout at her till after shopping since this store never has enough cashiers, but she didn’t sanitize the PIN pad for the POS machine, can you please explain that part to me??She asked me if I wanted a bag as well, I said no thank you as I was carrying one. She still proceeded to put my item in a small paper bag. This cashier has major, major control issues. Please check your attitude!Also no self checkouts at this location so super slow… and usually just one main till open. The one by the RBC ATM and the customer service one if it’s not occupied by a Lotto customer checking their many tickets or making a store return.

For one thing, she has a strong discrimination to a pregnant Asia woman when I am asking for help for the Shopper Drug Mart ‘s products. Secondly, I would like to point out her unprofessional services and incorrect direction to customers. I am a loyal customer and I frequently shop online for my products. It is my first time to go to this location to ask for help for my refunds that I am incorrectly ordered.This is what my experience with in this Shoppers Drug Mart’s unprofessional staff. On May 03, 2023 Wednesday afternoon at around 5:20PM – 5:45PM, I am off to go to this location. At first, the receptionist offers me the help, however, she is unable to access to do refunds as her level is not reached so the girl calls her supervisor to come.My unpleasant story is beginning. The female supervisor stares at me and impatiently asks my invoice. Very quickly, she throws back my invoice and says I need to have the physical reward point card to do the refunds even the phone number is not help. I tell her I have always using my phone numbers to do refunds and this impolite supervisor begins to tease me I haven’t the knowledge to the point card and shopping rule of the store. Seriously?! What’s more, she throws back the products at me! And yells at me to bring the physical point card to here if want the refunds. ( after leaving this store, I check my point card profile I do have the phone numbers link to the card) . I am questioning why this staff is so unprofessional to know the shopping rule of her company. Because I have an urgent appointment so I don’t have the argument with her.In the end, I have refunded my products on another Shoppers. I hope Shoppers can train the staff professionally and especially, PLEASE DO NOT THROW BACK YOUR PRODUCTS to your customers. I will continue to file my complaint on other social media until I have received your email or any feedback to this issue. Honestly , I have never had such a bad experience with Shoppers . This location’s supervisor should go back to the junior position to learn how to serve the customers and when you begin to talk with a customer, please think about what you should talk and action. More importantly, you should know well your company’s policy. Isn’t it should be your responsibility to do that ?

Katy: Recommendation to anyone who wants to be falsely accused of theft without any valid evidence by the staff members. Despite offering to show my receipts, I was continuously accused by multiple staff members who claimed to have "seen" me steal from the store. Even after showing my bags with all the receipts, another staff member accused me again as I was leaving. The manager only offered an apology after I requested their names. My experience at shoppers was extremely unpleasant and upsetting, and I will never use their services again.

If customers are polite with you, you should be polite with them too.
