However, not one could help me because I couldn't find brand label. I finally found through my building engineer that Cantu Bathrooms was the original company that installed it over 5 years ago. At that point I didn't even know what I was trying to ask Cantu to help me with.As soon as Scott picked up the phone, he alleviated all my worries. He told me the brand of the faucet, the contact info for the manufacturer, what to say to the manufacturer to initiate the warranty process to obtain the parts, detailed installation instructions and questions I could sent to my plumber to help diagnose and fix the facet when I obtain the parts. Scott even followed up with me more than 2 months later asking if I fixed the faucet! My plumber did fix it :) All of this and I didn't even step into the shop!I can truly say that the customer service at Cantu Bathrooms & Hardware Ltd is the best I have ever encountered in my life! Thank you so much Scott!
mohamud kassam: I had an issue with a Toto part that I had bought at Cantu Bathroom and Maxwell assisted me to get the warranty claim and delivered the replacement part, as soon as it was available. Whilst, waiting for the part, Maxwell kept me updated with the progress and once the Toto part was available, advised with pick up options.It was a pleasure to deal with Maxwell, a polite, well spoken individual, that treats his clients with utmost professionalism and genuine care.M. L Lei: I walked into Cantu on Marine Drive and Ontario in Vancouver, hoping to find a replacement of my Riobel shower handle. Although Cantu does not carry this brand, but Jeff at the front desk was extremely helpful in explaining various options, which was very informative for a homeowner who does not know much about plumbing. Taking his first advice, I was able to obtain a replacement part directly from Riobel as it is under lifetime warranty. Cantu is now in my bookmark for my next home project.

E G: We have a faucet which we bought several years ago at Splashes.Some months ago the spray head started "acting up".I went to Splashed on Broadway. Alexandra was the lady we spoke to. What a service! She ordered the part for me. When it arrived she called. I picked it up. No charge.The same faucet started leaking from the pull our spray head. Walked into the store today (rather then going on the web, ordering, waiting etc. etc. etc.). Explained what happened. This time Debbie was the rep who helped me. She opened a drawer, pulled out the parts I needed and gave them to me. No charge. I was in the store for 5 minutes (at most).Really great service at this store. Maybe a bit more expensive, but worth every penny. Kudos!!

Kerry H.: Our beautiful DXV toilet came with a manufacturer's defect in the casting -- rare, I'm sure, but still a huge hassle. All the people at Splashes were very helpful. At the 1st Avenue Vancouver location, Mariya worked to make things happen. Most importantly, she patiently listened to us and did not 'blow us off' as people who were making a fuss about nothing. The same can be said for Ardele and Erlene at the Broadway location. The fact that they all stuck with us as they hunted down the problem made all the difference, and we were very grateful for the solution. We need to purchase two more toilets and we will be returning to Splashes.

Hamid Salim: I went to Splashes to pick up a shower base my client had purchased. The person at pick up counter asked me to go to showroom. A lady there got the information and told me shower pan is ready to pick up just need to print the info.Printer wasn't working properly, she kindly apologized and said it would take couple of more minutes. Then asked another lady what could be done, this last lady told her that printer has an issue and should use other printer. But my issue is that she looked at me and said'" you have to wait few minutes". I wasn't objecting about anything that corresponding answer be you have to wait. Every time the first lady apologized, I responded. "no problem". I didn't have to wait, could've left right away since I have a truck and was doing a favor to my client. After few minutes the kind first lady sorted everything and shower pan was ready, there I told her how other lady was wrong for the way she talked, interestingly enough she apologized for other lady as well. Customer service is not just selling stuff, it's also treating every individual who walks in even if the product is already sold.

k's: The website is beyond confusing and the pricing is misleading as every single piece is sold separately, even though displayed as one.After fighting with the website and trying to get an order together I ended up having to order at the store, the combinations you need with fixtures and valves is extremely confusing.Spent close to 4k on bathroom fixtures and received some of the most underwhelming customer service in a long time. The staff at the store seem to have absolute zero interest in helping you, nobody even approached me in the store.After finally placing the order I was then told my stuff would take 6 weeks to arrive. I had to call back every time, the person who took my order allegedly left the company and nobody took over my file, nobody called even though parts of my order where ready for pickup.I hope the quality will be at least decent as so far the experience has not been worth the premium Kohler is charging.I would not recommend the Kohler signature store to anyone

Wenceslas Oswald: Unfortunately you can't give a minus rating or a complete zero. I will definitely not be referring any kohler products after this experience. All I needed to do is change my toilet seat cover . But the kohler bowl that I had made it inaccessible to reach the screw below and I could not unscrew one of the bolts. I ended up buying over $100 worth of tools to dislodge this screw and it still wouldn't come out. After all the frustrations I called kohler customer service. They advised me to purchase one of their kits online and could not guarantee it would work. They could not provide me with a technician and informed me I would have to hire one at my own cost. And they could not find my toilet bowl model although it said kohler all over it and all the numbers I provided them. And the toilet seat I bought from emco could not be opened to confirm that it would work with my bowl. So I had to hire a plumber to come have a look. All that just to change a toilet seat which would have been easy with any other regular toilet bowl. I just wrote this review so that hopefully no one else buys a kohler toilet bowl and goes through the same frustrations I experienced. For the price point they sell this at stay away!!! It cost me $600 in the end to change a toilet seat!!! KOHLER your product is horrible and your customer service is even WORST!!
maja jensen: I popped in to have a look after an appointment nearby- we need a new toilet and eventually, need to refit our bathroom(s)When got there, someone I assume to be the Kohler brand manager (?) was tearing an absolute strip out of the female store manager (?), for having a “disgusting” planters/front entrance and so forth. While the entrance wasn’t perfect, his vulgar display was far worse. What an awful person, I can’t believe people are treated like that at a workplace…in public no less!Anyway went in and a sales associate helped me figure some things out, she was great …but good grief I don’t want to support that abuse. Seriously.

It's now August and despite several emails and calls they do not update customers when the orders arrive. It takes 8 months to get orders completed really? You would need to be so ever patient with their service as they do not update customers and you will find yourself having to call them incessantly for follow up. I give them a -1 star for poor customer service

I came in looking for a replacement detergent bottle and though the store doesn't really supply parts, Star was able to find a spare bottle. I had to return the next day as the bottle didn't seem to fit my Kohler dispenser. Star spent the time to examine the issue and figured out that the previous bottle neck had snapped off into the dispenser and that the bottle provided was correct. Stellar service and I was dealt with professionally and provided many options for my problem.

Simon: ***BUYER BEWARE!!!*** I have never experienced such horrible business practices.The Good: Kohler products are good quality and decent price, and previous experience with the store had been good.The Bad: But this has changed recently with new staff and new policy.As part of my renovation project ( faucet / sink / kitchen ), my interior designer recommended a Kohler Shower Trim. The trim valve (the rough-in piece) is sold separately so the Kohler staff recommended one to me to go with the trim. But a mistake was made and the staff entered the wrong model in my order. By the time my plumber told me the two parts don't actually fit each other, I tried to return the incorrect product but their new policies stopped me. In particular, they:1) Do NOT accept returns that are open box (how can I find out the two pieces don't fit each other without opening the box?)2) Do NOT accept returns past 60 days from the date of the order (warning: it is NOT from the date from delivery of item)The new store manager (Nimrat Pahwa) was not willing to take responsibility for a mistake that they made and insisted it was the responsibility of the customer to check that the parts that I order are fitting.I relied on the expertise of a Kohler staff to select a fitting product for me, but in the end they are taking no responsibility for a mistake they clearly made. This had been a very frustrating and disappointing experience, especially from such a reputable name. I recommend staying away from this particular Kohler store and purchase from other Kohler retail stores that actually provide proper after-sales service.(Attached picture shows the condition of the unaccepted open box.)

When I asked for directions, I was taken to the place where the plants were, and Olive, bless her heart, she actually loaded in my topsoil for me. Everyone was in a very customer service oriented mood, and it was a real pleasure to shop there. The choices of plants were abundant and they were all good quality. However, the prices have gone up quite substantially since last summer. It is still my “go to” place for home gardening materials.

JunadiJuna: I went in to purchase a hose for a a/c I purchased. I took a photo of the hose with a tape measure across it. I looked everywhere, then a store employee (Wing) came up to me and said Are you finding what you are looking for? I say I t h i n k soooo. I show him the photo and he tells me about the a/c I purchased, and that there are more parts missing than I realize. After saying this, he shows me how to improvise and what will work. Shows me how to connect it all too! A whole instruction class right there!!!I got home, and followed his instructions and WOW I am living in coolness thanks to Wing!
Eugenia Lozovoy: Saw the totally ripped bag of cement. Asked for discount, was refused , called for a manager and after a long-long discussion was given 30% discount.Usually in Home Depot or other home stores at least 50% off the retail price goes without saying for a ripped packaging.Different code of conduct? Was vey disappointed at the store.

Gordie Greer: This has been the worst customer service experience ever. I wanted two chairs, that they said they had in stock. Had to wait 45 minutes, then they suddenly could only find one. Then they said they’d ship the other. They brought us to the till, and it took them 30 minutes to figure out how to do what they said, then I just left. These guys are awful, I will never go back.

He came to help us load the boxes into our suv. We really appreciated his help.The lady who worked at the cashier was also very efficient in helping us when the self serve machine was not working.Overall, we had a very good experience shopping at your store today. Wayne Essar: I drove 40 minutes from a city nearby to purchase 4 Fiskars harvesting knives.The inventory online showed 11 items in stock.Three staff members looked faithfully.On my second visit to customer service a young person with a badge reading "Trainee" solved this 1 (one) hour riddle in 45 seconds by saying "none had been sold in the last two months so the inventory number was incorrect" Thank you! to "Trainee" but why was no one else able to access that information.Not wishing to waste a trip, I bought a couple of 3.8 cubic foot peat moss bails.The kind cashier called three times for loading help in fifteen minutes and then saw a person and approached them personally to help. They did not wish to but another person was found.Thank you to the self serve cashier for her hard work on my behalf.
Sunny: Waste of time driving here.Really awkward and uncomfortable customer service- all three people I spoke to managed to be rude, dismissive or clueless (or all three) and then argued among themselves. I left without what I came for and won’t be going back.
Blake Johnson: Customer service is terrible. Stood at the key desk for 15 minutes after being told by customer service that someone would be there to help me. Three staff around me we "busy" organizing the shelfs. Save your time and go to Home Depot. Got instant service here and was in and out in 5 minutes. No wonder there were no customers in Lowes.
ET: Slow, clueless and unprofessional.Good luck trying to find a staff in customer service. if you do, most staff seem to operate at 0.5x speed.The staff also kept speaking Hindi in front of a caucasian customer and was making fun of her returning a 2 dollar product and the way she dressed.At the self-checkout, the staff seem more interested to play with her phone than to actually help customer out.
D Y: Average home improvement super store. There's never enough staff when you need to ask a question, and for the inexperienced, it's hard to find items in such a big place. The prices are okay, but not the best.
gino Nahorniak: I was in the store today asking about the Portable Air Conditioner. I ask 1 of the employees walking by if the Air Conditioners were in, and he said there not in yet. I turned around and there were 30 units on the floor right behind us. Not cool. Then I ask the ladies behind the counter if anyone could help me. No 1 showed up. 1 of the employees walked by, but he tried to help. Didn't know much about them. He could tell me the price. You guys have to get the managers out on the floor to help people out. Not in the back taking stock. Sad

Flo B.: Walked into this place looking for a part for my faucet. Don't ever deal with the asian lady here, she's useless and sits in the desk closest to the entrance. We had the model number and all she had to do was look for the part number for it (a few clicks on the computer). But because we didn't have the part number she was trying to turn us away. Corynne came in to save the day. She knew exactly how easy it was to find the part number online as long as you have the model number, and the funny thing is--it was in the drawer right beside the asian lady. Please save yourself the headache and judgement, skip the asian lady (she acts like she knows everything but doesn't do anything), deal with Corynne. I would have given a higher rating. But unfortunately, until this useless, lazy employee doesn't sour customer experiences it'll have to be this rating.
Mr Pro Plumbing & Heating ltd: One of my go to place for plumbing heating and gas supplies. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I also love the fact they stay open until 4pm on Saturdays, unlike other plumbing suppliers 👍👍

Kristina Popova: Had a horrible experience with Aayne, I believe his name was. His man told me to leave my bag at the front and told me he was going to watch it. When I finished my shopping I noticed that there was no one watching my bag or the other bags. I could have easily taken all the bags and walked right out since it was at the very front of the store. No one would have noticed. I tell Aayane (the employee) that no one was watching my bag he tells me “it’s a plastic bag no one’s going to steal it”. That’s not the point. I trusted this man with my person belongings and he didn’t watch them. He also told me “to not come on it I don’t like it” and was extremely rude to me. I’ll make sure to follow up with head office, because if this their version of “good customer service” I won’t be coming in again.
Thomas Hong Ling: Friendly neighbourhood hardware store in the west end. It reminded me of the store in Saturday Night Fever.
Pamela Miler Rangel: They asked my husband to keep his bag at the entry store and he accepted, but in the end, the security guard took a photo of him after he PAID the products. He noticed and requested to have his photo deleted once he did nothing less than buy products like any other customer. If you want to avoid this situation, don't go to this store!
Spencer Shack: Incredibly conveniently located town style hardware store with a great selection of anything you might need. Staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They have excellent home goods for sale as well.

Andrew Kim: Worst cashier. First of all when I went up to cashier to pay the pipe insulating tube, the price was 2x the tagged price. So I was told to take a picture of the shelf where I grabbed the item. So I went and took a picture and apparently they placed wrong price on the entire box of items. Okay that is fine.. then I tapped my mc. I took away from the card when the machine beeped and the cashier sighed and spoked in annoyed voice telling me I took away the card too fast. I kept on telling her I took away the card when it beeped. She was telling me I took away the card too fast so it didnt go through and I am telling her I had the card on the tap and had taken away after it beeped. We were going in circle with this non sense. I do not know what her problem is but I am sure I will never shop in Rona again when I have to deal with this kind of service.
