Joe Theelwhoppo: We were notified about a week ago that our new windows were in, and this past Friday and today were our install days. One word that sums up the purchase and install is “amazing!” The install crew were extremely careful and clean inside the house, very polite, and efficient is an understatement. 16 windows and a patio sliding door all done in 2 days!! I almost want to say too bad I won’t be dealing with this company anytime soon given the quality product and quality installation we just received today! 6 out of 5 stars for sure!!Joe and Gladys

Nikita Modi: The guy at the front is extremely rude and egoistic. We called him before visiting the showroom and the first thing he said was if you have received quotes from elsewhere especially from companies in "Surrey" please don't come here. Despite this behavior, we visited the showroom and his behavior was just completely unacceptable . This guy is extremely racist( this is a very strong word but his behavior was such that I have never experienced in my life).He needs to learn how to respect people and not judge people based on their skin color. BTW he still has not sent the quote(been over a month) because he clearly thought that we couldn't afford his products. Just so he knows we have given over $100,000 business to another company which respects its customers.

Lorna Boseley: Nov 2017: I just had an 11 ft room divider installed and it exceeds my expectations. I chose 3 sliding doors, frosted glass, white frame in the duo-T pattern. They are gorgeous! The staff are knowledgeable and were helpful in my decision making. Installation crew for both the initial measure and final install were professional and fast. It took less than 3 hours and he cleaned up after. I am thrilled with the results!Update! 2 years later: December 2019 - still loving these doors, no buyer's remorse here. Very eye-catching and I receive a lot of compliments.

Iulia Mihai: The original windows were installed by Pella and, now that I have a broken window that needs to be repaired, I've been trying for a week to speak with the service department to get a quote and put in the service order. No one answers the phone, they don't respond to voice messages, they don't get back to you, and are completely unresponsive. John Bates: Upon delivery, the 3 doors that I ordered from NSD were found to be damaged. Brayden dealt with this issue promptly and honorably. The doors were repaired/replaced in short order and, without prompting, I was kept up to date on progress by Rowena & Glaiden. Due to the exceptional customer service I received from NSD staff, a potentially contentious situation transformed into a completely satisfactory experience. Kwok Yik: We just had our two 8' x 7' garage doors replaced plus new door openers. Service was excellent from Mike in the office to Brayden, the manager, and Ron who installed the doors. Even in in the era of Covid-19, the doors were ready in super quick time and promptly installed. We are very pleased with the quality of the doors and they look great; curb appeal of our house has greatly improved. Door openers are quiet, a complete contrast to our old ones. carol mercier: After 19 years since we installed our doors and windows, I was surprised at the great service.
Roy Saunders: Product quality good. Installation a few years ago was done in 2 stages (for our convenience) and crews on both occasions were efficient, polite and cleaned up completely. Subsequently, a window pane that broke was replaced with no fuss.Recently, I required some spare hardware parts for patio door and windows. No answer on telephone, but receptionist, Lexy, called back within a few minutes without prompting. Parts were identified by images sent via email and provided free of charge, as I planned to install them myself.Entire transaction was swift, efficient, polite and extremely positive. This company has proven exemplary in product, installation and customer service ... and stand out above many other "small" businesses, with whom my interactions have been far less rewarding.Thanks, Lexy, and all at VinylTek.
