K C: Dr. Michelle Lai is amazing!!! When you have a toddler, going to the doctor's office could be an overwhelming and stressful experience not only for the kid but for the parents as well. We can't be more grateful we found Dr. Michelle Lai! She set up a Zoom meeting with us with her preliminary questions first and then we went in with our little guy for a quick examination on the next day. Her unique process efficiently minimized everyone's stress. We answered her questions at home comfortably and then she got to see our little guy with a full understanding of what she needs to see. On top of that, Dr. Michelle Lai is so thorough and gentle with kids. She takes her time to connect with them before she starts her examination which truly makes a difference! I think she's exactly the kinda person we have in mind for a perfect pediatrician! Her assistant Maria is amazing, too. She's super busy but has such a productive way of relaying messages and getting things done efficiently. We can't say enough about Dr. Michelle Lai and Maria. Highly recommend them to all parents who are looking for a pediatrician.
bett perron: I cannot say enough great things about Dr. L. Prisman. We have seen her for over 10 years for both our kids. Each time we have seen her, we are given her exceptional time and expertise. We have never been rushed out. She covers every thing she can to give us the best care we can get. She is so genuine, knowledgeable, truly helpful, empathetic and just beautiful inside and out! I would highly recommend her even though we want to keep her all to ourselves!!☺️ Her receptionist Maria is lovely and helpful as well!

Wes Bishop: I called 5 times within business hours never answered phone or returned my phone calls. Receptionist was anything but helpful. Would not recommend.
Kelly: Lots if information in a short time, so be prepared to read afterward. I called the office with difficulties my child was having and she did personally call me back. I did find it a bit difficult to give my perspective while in the office, but the phone call went well and I was impressed that she took the time to call. Other questions were forwarded to her and she also responded through her excellent assistant, Angel. One way or another, my questions were answered.
Səid Goşaçaylı: Dr. Faber is the worst Dr I have ever seen entire my life. She asks problem from a child who are not able to properly talk and not familier with medical words. She doesn't let you to involve. You have to wait in the waiting room for one hour sometimes. She has no respect for people's time at all. I never and ever take my kid to her office anymore.

Gina Chirinos: Dr. Yong is THE best! So lucky to have her as my LO's pediatrician. She has seen my LO since birth and she has been nothing but amazing! Her experience, sound diagnosis, sense of urgency, timely action, empathy and patience are only some of her qualities that makes us truly trust her. Furthermore, she always takes the time to answer all of our questions and goes above and beyond on every appointment. Her MOA, Tammy, is so efficient and friendly. Dr. Yong's office is modern and squeaky clean. Her office decor is gorgeous, inviting and LO's oriented without compromising on style. We really enjoy our visits. Even during challenging covid times, we always feel safe at her office.
Hafeez Merani: Dr. Yong is a fantastic pediatrician. She always takes the time to answer all of our questions, going above and beyond every time we visit. Her receptionist Tammy is also wonderful. Highly recommend the practice to anyone with a young one!

He even didn't examine properly our daughter foot in our 2nd visit after 3 months which only took 5 minutes. My daughter problem which now is raised concerns with another specialist and pediatric physio, was unknown and natural to him. I strongly recommend not to consider him for referral.

Hueneme Nueva: Our GP referred us to Oakridge Pediatrics with Dr. Korn as our pediatrician. He is an incredible doctor; he is personable, reassuring and comforting to us and our 9 month old baby! We walked out of our appointments feeling confident that we were being well taken care of. The front desk staff are also very kind and approachable. Thank you Dr. Korn and Oakridge pediatrics for the outstanding family centred care.
Felicity Carter: I had a really terrible experience with the Paediatric doctor at Crossroads that reduced me to tears, and so I was referred to Dr Korn here at Oakridge by the BC Children's ER. I had one virtual call and one in person appointment. I have to say, he was just excellent, both times. So knowledgeable, so personable, he really made both me and my son feel comfortable. He asked questions and clearly wanted to get to the root of the issue. Best kids Doctor!

She shares her professional practice between the Oakridge Pediatrics and the BCCH and has been able to successfully connect and engage several BCCH departments in collaborative efforts that greatly improved my son's health.In addition to being very respectful in communication and committed to nurturing my son's self-esteem, Dr Ruzic is joyful and approachable, which is essential for a pediatrician. Myrel R.: Dr.Michelle Clarke is very professional,super patient and calm. On our first day to meet her, we were late bec we had a hard time finding the clinic (we're from Burnaby) but still she was able to wait for us and did her assessments to my son. The male doctor at the ER in BC Children's was right about her. She also makes follow up calls whenever I have queries or concerns. I don't mind travelling 45 mins. It's all worth it anyway. 😃 👍🏻
Emel I-z: We were referred to Dr. Lipson because of possible developmental coordinaton disorder of my younger sibling. She is a great professional and was very attentive towards our concerns about the little one. We could discuss several big health concerns we had about my sibling, and she was attentive towards all of them and helped in addressing all.Overall it was a good experience, both with Dr. Lipson and in the office in general- the wait was fairly short, and the office is easy to reach if you need to reschedule or ask follow-up questions.

Anne Nguyen: As a physician myself I have gotten to meet many pediatricians apart from Dr. Yu. Because of this, I can genuinely say that she is special amongst the pediatricians out there.
Saidi Chen: Dr. Yu is so knowledgeable, patient and nice and good with kids I could give 10 stars if allowed. My daughter sees her every time and she solved the problem really well! Love her! Definitely recommended!
Maria Santanya: Best pediatrician ever. She was with our son since the beginning- he had severe health concerns just after birth and she was there and continues to be there to support- not just my son, but my family. We love Dr. Yu!! Ashley Talbott: My newborn son was seen by two different doctors at Fairmont Pediatrics. I spoke to both about my son possibly having an allergy and both dismissed my concerns. When my son ended up very sick, a week after my last visit, the receptionist refused to let me make an appointment and we had to go to a walk-in clinic. From there we ended up at Children's hospital for 3.5months and my son's very first diagnosis was a severe cow milk protein allergy.I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. We ended up here after our son needed special attention after his birth and I really wish I had done more research first.No matter where you go, if something does feel right, speak up and get multiple opinions until your concerns are adequately addressed.
Scott Holmes: Dr. Phang is an outstanding pediatrician. We've had interactions with other doctors in this pediatric group (filling in and such). Nothing but fantastic experiences with all.

Lucia Amendola Saavedra: Went to see Dr. Paul Thiessen with my kid a while ago. I have never experienced racism in Vancouver until meeting him. We are from Mexico and came here as a grad student. He kept asking for my immigration status and said - in front of my kid- that all of my son's issues were because he was Mexican. Incredibly racist doctor! He kept dismissing everything I was saying because, following him, I was lying. At the end, he did not treat my son.

Jonathan Chan: Getting rescheduled twice, first time the doctor had a vacation, we got the call a week prior so we got rescheduled 2 months out; 2nd time we got call a day prior due to unforeseeable event and book out another 2 months.Not sure if they do this to every patient, or we are extremely unlucky. Or it is with this particular doctor. Support staff did not recommend any other doctor either and was told either take it or leave it.If this is what we should expect from this place, I can’t recommend this clinic with this sort of professionalism and willingness to help their patients. This feels bad, and I haven’t even met anyone from this clinic yet.I quote the receptionist “ you could either reschedule or cancel the appointment, you could still see your family doctor”, I guess I had no other choice?You had me. 0/5Revision:Officer manager Alina proactively reached out to us for our issue, I greatly appreciate her willingness to help our child, thank you. Eventually we did see another referral, however I wanted to revise my review for this clinic.

Emily Tai: LOVE Kids Clinic! Such a beautiful, clean, well-designed, cute and welcoming space. The staff are all wonderful especially the pediatricians there. Dr. Nguyen is so sweet and caring. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and always follows up! My baby cries with most strangers but whenever she sees Dr. Nguyen, she is full of smiles! I never feel rushed during my appointments and she is always on time! Definitely 5 GOLDEN stars for this clinic!

Steven: My 4-year-old son has been a patient of Dr Tram since he was 14 month old. Dr Tram is very knowledgeable and patient when dealing with us and answering a myriad of questions when we first found out our son is severely allergic to tree nuts. Also, the staff at the clinic are very friendly and helpful over the phone during the pandemic when a visit to the clinic was not possible.
Carmen Hou: I highly recommend this Kids Clinic to bring your little ones. It's new and very clean and inviting for kids. Dr. Tram Nguyen is our Pediatrician. She is so pleasant and friendly. She is very caring and my daughter loves seeing her. I love how they have a lot of specialists all in one place such as an occupational therapist, feeding specialist, dietician and allergies etc.

C A: The paediatrician and the receptionist were great, extremely professional and helpful. Then, I had a phone consultation with the feeding therapist at that clinic, Lauren Hershfield. I'm not sure if Lauren was just having a bad day...but she seemed annoyed with my questions, she didn't provide much information, and she was just very unfriendly in general. It's too bad because everyone else at that clinic has been great. I could never send my child to feeding therapy with such an unfriendly feeding therapist. Maybe she's better with children then adults but why take a chance?
