Aquaventures Swim Centre: what do users think?
Wilson Hui: New updated facility. Very clean and well organized. Temporary limited parking on the side of the building and pay street parking.
Karen: Most idiotic registration process I have ever encountered.
A Prakash: If you are not a current family, please do not waste your time applying for their programs. We spent hours of our time, across two terms and couldn't get any class for any of our kids. Their system is very time consuming, including multiple mailing lists and making sure you are in the correct mailing list, keeping on checking for available classes, being available at 8am on the registration day for getting a classes, when you might have to drop your kids to school at that time.We attended some classes in the summer, but somehow they decided that we are a previous family because it was not a full term. Their priority order is Current family - Previous family - New Family. By the time it reaches Previous family, there are practically no classes left.I understand that they are optimizing for spots for current families. But they create a false hope for everyone else and people just end up wasting their time.If you value your time, stay away! We wasted our time, please don't waste yours!Update: To add few more details. Mid way last year we found that one of the sessions had a spot. We reached out if we could join, but they said that they can't have someone join mid session. There is just so much bureaucracy at Aquaventures and the whole place feels very impersonal. Life is difficult enough dealing with academic milestones and all the other kid activities, you shouldn't have to go through such a non-deterministic process here. Our application process at all the private schools in Vancouver was better and more personable than dealing with Aquaventures.Aquaventures has implemented an extreme version of legacy+first come first serve admissions. Sure, they fill their spots - but I wonder if they are missing on a lot of talent and commitments. Thankfully, schools and colleges - don't follow their model.Hope Aquaventures can learn and improve their process.
tash ridley: Aquaventures has an amazing facility and great instructors. We love it there. My main complaint is that it is impossible to get through to anyone if you have any questions. There has been several occasions where we had time sensitive questions, called and or emailed. We have never received a call back on any occasion, and the email responses are too delayed to be able to help.
Devon C: Teachers and the new facilities are amazing
Mathew Buksh: Great place !! friendly staff and very clean highly recommend checking it out for your swimming lesson needs.
Rachel: Their instructors are lovely but their registration process and customer service is a nightmare. For the cost, the overall experience should be higher quality.
Heather Mannas: There are so many great things about Aquaventures. We've been coming here for almost 5 years and every semester, we've had excellent instructors. They are incredible and I can't thank them enough for their patience and efforts. For those of you who question the cost, the instructors are teaching something every second in the water and it's completely worth it (in my experience). Most staff have been there for a long time. If you are looking for a place with quality instructors, this is it!
Donna。 Lo: The entire staff and instructors are hands down the best in town. My children have been taking lessons since they were 14 months old and now they are 7. The instructors care about the children and their progress. Every instructor is excellent. My children love the water and love to swim. I hope that one day, my girls would want to teach there too.
Greg T.: Great instructors and excellent place for young children to learn the fundamentals of swimming. The facility has a great layout and easy to follow procedures in order to adhere to Covid protocols. Separate entrances for entering and exiting. Booking system is also easy to use.
J D: We have been going to aquaventures off and on for almost 8 years. Most importantly during the baby, toddler and beginning of independent swimming levels for both our kids. I was a Red Cross swim instructor in my teens and the training left me unprepared for teaching parent and tot levels. I was so happy to see and participate in a program where the staff were much better trained and the program flexible to each kids abilities and ages. Because of the higher cost we have come and gone after the age of 3/4 depending on what’s going on. We have returned to it when something hasn’t worked elsewhere or if we were out of swimming for a period of time. I especially like the summer where it’s everyday for a week. My older kid really improved this way after months of no swimming, and my younger one has learned so much in the private covid style right now. The registration is yes unfortunately stressful, however I have been willing to deal with the short term stress for long term gains. I do wish for a better system in the future :)
lj staiger: Just going through some old files and found a letter I sent to Aquaventures in 2010. My son had started when he was 5 in 2008 and we went for 2 years. I was so appreciative of the experience he received. They gave him confidence being in the water. He is now 17 and for years has been in a triathlon club. He loves his sport, and I am so grateful for the start he got at Aquaventures. I was a very nervous mom when it came to him and learning how to swim. You instilled confidence in both of us. Seeing my old file on Aquaventure brought a huge smile to my face and many happy memories. Thank you!
Tom Szymanski: The instructors here are amazing. My daughter wasn't getting anywhere with lessons elsewhere. After just one term she became a lot more comfortable and confident in the water. Now she's a little fish.
Viv: Warm water for swim lessons for the kids. Excellent staff, swim instructors. Lessons during covid have been excellent. Kids get the pool to themselves practically.
Rose G: I don’t care how good the instructors are but the booking system/process is from 1990s It’s not worth it. I couldn’t be bothered to book anything because I lost patience having to deal with their outdated process. It took me over an hour just to locate and read the instructions how to book from their site, while it took me less than 10 min to book with another facility, hassle-free.
Owen Prior: The instructors here are so professional and caring with the kids, we love this place
Stefania Bogdanovich: We love Aquaventures!!!! Have been going for over 5 years. Thank you Daniella!
Lance Brown: We tried a few different swim places for our one year old at the time and this was by far the best. Even after we moved out of town we continued to drive 40min to do the class with our two kids.
Kelvin Fong: I’ve never heard of this place and wow, I wish I had. The instructors are professional and they seem to truly love kids. I have to admit the pool is in an area (neighbourhood wise) that is unexpected. My kid is looking forward to the next lesson.
naama landau: Great place but registration policy is the most stressful and annoying. They are getting so many students (including me) just because there is no other centre in Vancouver.
Barbara Anne May: If you are looking for the best Child Activity Center in the Vancouver, BC area, 3rd Level Consulting recommends Aquaventures Swim Centre. Based on our decades of working with Children’s Education, Entertainment, Arts, and Sports Instruction programs in multiple industries and Countries, we are confident in our recommendation

Pedalheads Swim l Swim Lessons for Kids Vancouver: what do users think?
L L: 50% of time they put the kid on life jacket and doesn't let them move on to the next level...didn't do much in the lesson wasted time and money
Jeff Seto: We’ve been extremely happy with our son’s development in the Pedalheads program. The one hour sessions, the ease to find parking and the enthusiastic instructor has made it a joy for my son and the parents! Keep it up!!
Tony Danza: we have been w pedal heads about close to 3 years now. The team has been very professional and most important of all they know how to make it enjoyable for my kids.
Maggie Lui: Love the location! The water is warmer which is good for kids!
Tenley MacNiel: My son has really enjoyed the swim lessons he has taken at Stan Stronge. The pool is big and bright which I really like. The instructors have been excellent and if you have concerns the office is very efficient at calling back and rectifying any issues.
o lau: This location @ Cambie/57th was convenient for me. Large change rooms and neighborhood parking.Teachers were patient and the 1 hr format helps with learning.
Kam Jhalli: We have been coming to Stan Stronge Pool ever since my son was a preemie and we had a group with Infant Development. I was really glad when pedalheads also started providing lessons at this pool. Love the fact that the lessons are an hour long. The teachers are amazing!!
Cameron Clow: Programs here are very well done and instructors are friendly and keep you informed on your child’s progress.
Sally Pau: Excellent location, easy to find parking and not crowded. Love that the classes are one hour long.
scott H: Good place compared to the big colder pools. Smaller, warmer and more intimate that the kids really appreciate.
Hugo Stahelin: Great location, warm water. 100% recommended!!

Propel Swimming Lessons Vancouver: what do users think?
Valentino Pereira: Had a very bad experience booked a class on Mothers Day and had my wife wait for 15 minutes outside . Upon contacting the instructor was told she had cancelled the day before as she was ill but Propel did not send me any notification. Was a waste of out time and money on mother's day . Still haven't heard from them nor have I received my money back from Propel.
Jarrod Sidhu: I had my first lesson today with propel and it was excellent! At first I was a bit apprehensive with how easy the process was online, but I had never heard of propel before.I was extremely impressed from the get go. I had a lesson with Kirsten K. She was very patient and encouraging. I had some experience in the water but am by no means a good swimmer. In the hour session I feel much more confident and like I had actually made improvements, and to me they were significant improvements in my mind.I would definitely suggest propel to anyone.I did the fitness 2k location it was nice, but a bit dark with no natural light.Overall for value, and th experience definitely 5/5 stars.
Cherlyn Cortes-Manderson: As an adult learner I’m finally learning how to swim with Propel instructor Thadene! She’s kind, patient and is a very skilled teacher. It’s very easy to use the Propel website to book or modify lessons and I’m very glad to have found this company.
Anoo Mammen: Swimming with Propel has been a great experience so far! I love the convenience of choosing from a variety of time slots any day of the week and not having a set number of classes, or registration day. Just as important, the instructor Haley is amazing! She crafts a completely customized lesson and is very patient and encouraging. Customer service is also very friendly. Strongly recommend Propel!
Haider Abbas: Good morning. I have had a very positive experience while finally getting down to learning how to swim with the knowledgeable instructor Jasmine S.This will help me throughout my life later on wherever I go, since knowing how to swim and to swim well is an essential requirement in life I believe. Thanks again for your help.Exact and precise instructions were provided by Propel before each lesson and the pool was well maintained too.Have an excellent day and au revoir.
Laura Danforth: Positive:Communication,ProfessionalismGreat lesson. The teacher, Haley K, was great at explaining things to my son (4) and really encouraging. I got some good tips to work on with him after too. A lot was covered in the hour but she kept him engaged the whole time.
Ayisha Parmar: I found Propel by Googling private adult swimming lessons. It was very easy to book through their website- you can choose the pool, instructor, and time. Each instructor has different rates, which seems based on their experience and credentials. My instructor was Thadene. I never quite grasped swimming when I was young, and I'm embarrassed for my lack of ability. I also find deep water scary. In my first lesson, Thadene taught me how to breathe and float. I never knew how to float properly before, so that was very exciting. I also swam a bit, which was very surprising! Throughout the lesson, she asked if I felt okay and went at my pace. She didn't embarrass me for my lack of ability, body, fear, etc. I will be booking more lessons. So far, I would definitely recommend Propel for adults who are trying to learn how to swim!Update: I changed my review from 4 stars to 3 stars. The reason being that the lesson prices have increased a lot and my instructor has little availability. It's hard to schedule in regular lessons if you work Monday to Friday. Forget getting a lesson on the weekend, the instructor is booked. The remaining available slots are usually at weird and inconvenient times. I might have to change my instructor to someone who has a better schedule and pricing.Update: Forgot to mention in the previous update that this company offers $5 off if you write a Google review after the first lesson. So a lot of these reviews have been influenced by this (look at how many are made after the first lesson and have not been updated). Be cautious. Also I didn't find the company's response professional after my first update. This was many months ago when they emailed me in private. They claimed their lessons only increased by $5. The lessons increased several times when I did use Swimco (more than just $5 overall). Thinking over about it, I wouldn't really want to try Propel again, and I think a lot of these reviews should be removed.
Jen Jacoby: There really is no substitution for experience, and Christa is by far the best.  Our lessons with Christa are everything she has so thoroughly mentioned on her bio page of your website, and then some!  We are all very impressed by her caring and fun approach, she clearly is an expert of calmly maintaining the safety of both my kids in this environment and her kind and playful engagement with us is inspiring. My kids progressed exponentially more with Christa in only one session, compared to multiple sessions elsewhere (and over several years of attending different pools in both private and group classes).  She is easy to communicate with, forthcoming, professional, compassionate, a great leader and was thoughtfully prepared.  Furthermore, her initial communication included class details with helpful logistics and then her follow ups include things to practice, which is all very appreciated!  When my kids lesson sets are done for this season, I will gladly be signing myself up with her, too ~ Otherwise I won't be able to keep up with my children at this rate!  Smiles from the fun and newfound confidence in the water are priceless. We would happily recommend her to anyone.Thank you for this service Propel! The booking experience is easy to navigate, within a very informative website.  I love how I can book at a time that works best for us, with an instructor we've chosen, in hotels that aren’t crowded. (Or even now at our home pool!)  It’s a much nicer system compared to what I’ve experienced before and there’s no going back.
Laia Bertran: My daughters loved it. Courtney was knowledgeable teaching kids and after each class she gave me a summary of their abilities, expectations, recomendations... As soon as their goup lessons end in Dec. we will continue to book with her. With 30 min in group lesson they only get to swim for 7 min each, here, they have the 30 min all for themselves in the comfort of a hotel pool. Just with the first class my eldest felt more confident and improved in her group lessons.
R Chan: It definitely worth the cost! Private lessons, in an almost private pool, have made my child progress in her confidence in water much more than any other swimming lessons (both groups and private) I have ever put her to. Thank you especially to Kristen, who is very patient and encouraging to my child (elementary school age). Kristen really knows how to help older kids feel at ease in water.
Jennifer Tsang: I love their customer service, my daughter loves Kristen as her trainer. She had lots of fun with Kristen and Kristen helps my daughter enjoy the swimming.....
va10: My daughter has been swimming with Propel for 4 lessons now. The results have been amazing. The last session with Kristen has shown how much progress my daughter has made. Kristen's attention, and positive reinforcement helped my daughter make great strides in her confidence and ability with swimming in just 1 lesson with Kristen. We hope that Kristen is recognized by the organization for her amazing instruction and we hope that she can be my daughter's instructor in future sessions.Lorraine
Tanya Grace: My child has always been nervous in group swimming lessons; and the instructors in group lessons don’t have the extra time it takes to give her choices or talk to her to make sure she’s comfortable, making her progress slow which in return made her confidence in swimming very low. We’re 2 lessons in and her confidence is high. She did more things in one lesson than she did in a 6 week group lesson. Seeing her smiling and confident in the water is priceless. Plus, I was able to put my son in the lesson with her, and he is progressing equally as fast and having so much fun. And as a parent of 3, I love the ability to book one session at a time when it works for us, and it’s so easy to book too.
Neal Peacocke: As a novice swimmer, looking to improve my technique, the lesson was great and Kristen was a very effective instructor. She made very good use of the 60-minute lesson to provide me with useful drills and diagnose some issues with my swimming form. As for the booking experience, I found it very straightforward.
Aki Dickstein: The best swimming lessons ever! My son used to take one of the original private companies saying “Learn to swim in 1/4 of the time” but his progress with Propel Swimming's is actually much faster. Also their reservation system is super simple and flexible. Strongly recommended!!!
m a: My kids had an excellent swimming lesson with Courtney who was very attentive and an awesome instructor. The booking process was very easy and the facilities were also very good. I plan to have my kids take further lessons with Propel.
Flora Zhang: Courtney is very professional and motivated, I have learned two swimming strokes to swim individually within 4 classes. She is very sharp and intelligent to point out the key problem and correct immediately, I can improve in every class.
Lily Mallin: The experience was great! Kristen is a pleasant and very patient instructor. I'm happy to have found this place to become more confident in swimming! I highly recommend it!
carmen S: Tayler is a fantastic teacher! I learned more in the first lesson than I did in 6 weeks of community centre classes. I also love how easy Propel has made the sign up process and how clear the instructions are. I appreciate a well-organized business that considers all the details and makes it simple and easy for the client.
Johnny Yin: My first adult swimming lessons with instructor Courtney L in Vancouver downtown was very successful. Courtney showed me her good professional techniques in swimming and corrected my stroke, tought me new stroke accurately which should be more than I expected. I like to take her lessons to improve my swimming skill further more. Certainly her teaching method is in very details and patience which I can understood very well.
Oğuz Istif: I have sent my daughter for lessons with Propel. Register process was really easy, they have a friendly online profile. They follow up before and after the class and make sure you had the best experience. Our teacher Tayler is really good as well.

Pedalheads Bike, Swim, & Sport Programs for Kids: what do users think?
Yoni Levy: The program was great, well organized, and fun. The instructors kept the kids engaged and focused, and so their swimming skills have improved. I can confidently recommend the Pedalheads swim program.
Kimberly Crow: Inconsistent experience. The first time my son did pedalheads swim lessons the instructor was great, unfortunately this time the instructor seemed to really struggle with both the skills themselves and instructing the children. Unfortunately, his last lesson was also canceled (not pedalheads fault), but it’s a lot of money to pay for one fewer lesson than you expect.
Alexa K: Love pedalheads’ swim classes at BSS. Nice small classes and I like that it’s 60 mins instead of 30. Our instructor this session, Kael, was especially fantastic.
Chelsea Smith: We are huge fans of Pedalheads Swim in our house! The programs are fantastic, the staff are a dream, and the progress that my kids have made in a single set has been incredible!
Mona: Very good experience with Pedalheads so far. We have been with Pedalheads biking, now doing swimming with them. Both satisfactory. A big thanks to supervisor Kevin and Britt for helping me getting some documentation from last swim level at the last minute . They were both so willing to help and see what they can do to work it out with you. My son's swimming teacher Farid is also a good and dedicated swimming teacher. Thank you!
Ridhi Kumar: I am giving it a 3 mainly because of swim lessons not bike camps. Honestly I believe Bike camps is the best with Pedalheads. Great instructors and very structured. With swim lessons it's a hit or a miss. They try to squeeze in 4-5 kids with one swim instructor & don't follow the age protocol. We registered our kid for 5 and up however he ended up with 3-4 years age group which is not cool. At least the parents should be informed about this and then we can make a decision. As is it's expensive to register for these camps and if you get the wrong age group then you are stuck. My kid was almost level 2 but somehow when you place a kid in a younger group which is play based then of course he will be follow that direction. Just double check the age group that you registered for and the age group you get when you have your first lesson.
Gurleen A: My son is now comfortable in the water and the teachers have been great and patient!
Fl00fy Kittens: Had heard amazing things about Pedalheads. I normally don't post reviews but we enrolled our kids last summer with a few friends for the first time and we had an absolutely terrible experience with one instructor in particular (went by the name Elodie). We were at the Jericho location and will NOT be returning for classes this year if she is "coaching" again. She was rude, condescending, and was not nice with the kids when she didn't think anyone else was watching. Our other kids had a better time with another instructor.
Patrick Collins: Pedalheads camp was amazing! Our four year old daughter was able to learn how to ride a bike without training wheels in only one week. She loves camp, and can’t wait to attend another one soon.
Sidonie freeman: We loved Pedalheads so much!
Kathryn Lucas: My daughter was in the Newbies group for her 5-day Spring Break camp. She’s 4. Her bike had training wheels Monday. When I picked her up Tuesday, the training wheels were off, and they’ve been off since. But after the remainder of her week at camp, she is utterly unable to ride without them, and now doesn’t want to ride her bike (when before, she was always wanting to go out riding). Now I have no idea what to do. Do I leave the training wheels off? Have her go back to her strider bike for a while? Put the training wheels back on, so she wants to ride again? I feel like I should’ve been given some advice in her report card, but it was just a long list of things she cannot do.Also, and this really made me angry, I had no idea there was a Bike Parade that parents could attend the last 20 minutes of Friday’s class. Why was this information provided in an email Thursday afternoon (less than 24 hours’ notice) and not when the camp information email went out the week before camp started? I cannot constantly check my email, especially when I’m spending 21 hours a day with a 4-year-old. When I arrived at pick-up time, nearly all the kids had gone home already (I guess the Bike Parade ended early?) and my daughter was the last kid there. She was hanging out with the instructors under the admin tent. I had no idea what was going on until I got home later and saw the email from Thursday. I felt terrible for her, that her mom wasn’t there for the parade. So I really don’t have a great impression of Pedalheads’ bike program after this experience — which is disappointing, because I came in with an expectation that this would be as great as the swim program has been for my daughter. I certainly thought that 15 hours of instruction over 5 days would at least get her to the point of being able to ride wobbly on her own for a few pedals. But I don’t think she improved at all, and her enthusiasm for biking took a big hit.
Julie Falk: Always a great experience and our kiddos progress immensely in such a short time.
Bryony Harvey: Thank you Pedalheads North Vancouver Brockton Elementary venue , my son had the best time learning a pedal bike. He picked it up incredibly fast and was engaged the full time. The instructors were so patient and supportive - what a great team! Big thank you to Ahoura and Rich
farisha rache: Amazing instructors at our lady of mercy school! They’re all patient caring and absolutely amazing at making the kiddos feel at ease when they feel nervous. My daughter has separation anxiety and the instructors were phenomenal with making her feel safe and excited to be there. And they got her off training wheels after one day!!
Theresa Singh: Amazing bike camp! Well run and the instructors are so patient! Both my boys loved it! My youngest son had training wheels off in 30mins! And my oldest son learned crucial bike safety skills for road riding! They LOVED IT! Thank you so much! 💖
Alina Soldatova: Good swimming lessons and friendly staff. You really cas see the progress!
Виктория Шадуро: waste of time and money, not organized, swimming skills after 9 months of my 5 years child - 0
Tiago Lage, CFA, MBA: No hot water in the showers for several weeks. Old and worn out facilities. Swimming pool with cold water. Terrible value for money. Only big plus, the staff.
li liu: Instructors are nice and experienced.
chloe cheng: My son had swim classes at the Jericho Hill Pedalheads with Nadia and Aliya. They are both absolutely fantastic! They were super positive and encouraging, maintained their cool when dealing with very energetic 4 year olds and made classes super fun. I highly highly recommend them and am grateful for such amazing teachers!
Lixing Stella Wang: The register level is totally different with the actual level that my kids should be, but the coatch just teached as the registered level which is high 2 level than the real level.I don't know how the coatch teach it and no one noticed it. All the pedalheads system or administration is really bad.

Pedalheads Swim Greentree Village l Swimming Lessons Burnaby: what do users think?
Steve Sapriken: Very good lessons with small classes. At least you can get in, not like Vancouver Park Board Swimming lessons
Tanya Podlozniuk: Great instructors and some in particular were so patient with my very nervous child.
Robert Boyle: Great teachers and small classes. My kids really enjoy it and with the longer lessons they've really started to excell. The Greentree village facility is excellent as well.
Paul Thola: Small personalized classes, nice facilities, great staff! Costs a bit more, but it is totally worth it!
Marlene Mann: First time at the Deer Lake facility which is really nice. I am a fan of Pedalheads due to smaller class sizes. Although it is pricier than community based swim lessons the kids seem to progress through the levels quicker.
Natalie Allinson: Our kids have progressed really well at Pedalheads Swim. We love the hour long lessons, engaging instructors, small class size, and the fact that we can book our kids lessons during the same time slot despite them being a couple levels apart in ability. The Greentree Facility has been fantastic. Clean & spacious changerooms, warm & bright pool with deck seats for parents who want to watch. We are definitely signing up again next session!
Balpreet Gill: Instructors are always supportive and helpful.
B Mnhs: Instructors are patient and helpful
David Yu: Overall great experience so far. Instructor Melissa is actively engaged with the students and constantly providing feedback to help them improve their technique. My daughter used to dread going to swimming classes but now looks forward to it.

Pedalheads: what do users think?
sarah J: My daughter went to swim 1 when she was just 6. Within 2 weeks, she passed swim 1 from totally beginner level. And she is now at level 3 (6 yr + 2 months). Their teaching is very efficient and I can see she is developing swim skills every single day.
Sophia To: The pool at Jericho Hill is tiny, and there were 4 classes (Swim Kids 4, two preschool, and maybe Swim Kids 1?), plus one private lesson going on at the same time. The preschool classes had singing, which made it difficult for the older kids to hear their instructor.4 kids per class, 55 minutes each. The price tag was pretty steep, but other places were full, and a friend recommended them. I can see the younger classes being good - there is a supervisor on hand so kids having meltdowns wouldn't completely interrupt a class. The instructor tries to give individual feedback, but since she was coaching from the side out of the water, inevitably, the kid would stop swimming and come closer to try to hear. Not a great way to build endurance, especially in level 4. The kids also weren't able to implement her feedback most of the time. It would be more effective if she were in the water to physically adjust them so they have a tactile sense of what she's talking about. I'm also not sure if this is a company method, or a quirk of the instructor, but she calls them by number, rather than name most of the time (ex: "number 3 go")--and most of the time, the kid doesn't realize it's their turn. There's only 4 students in class. Calling them by name is better.I suspect there's some passing levels where it's not warranted. Two of the four kids in our class were VERY weak for that level. They could be in the remedial level, who knows (there's level 3, 3 advanced, then 4).My child was uncomfortable with the change room. He said there was no privacy and that it stank of urine. Since it's summer, we just wrapped him in a towel and into the car.
Jared Diamond: We paid $352 for one cycle of sessions compared to $64 with community based swim lessons using yvr community centers. We expected that the training and Coaching would be almost $300 better!? Boy, what a let down!!! Awful instruction and no advancement for my daughter. But comments at the end of each lesson by the instructor at how much improvements he sees? Apathetic and without the acumen to improve the little swimmers! I would not under any circumstances pay for this again. I would rather my kid take up another sport if we could not register with the community centre swimming programs which in my not so humble opinion are 10 fold better!
Mory M: We registered our son for level 2 and 3 bike camp in the summer and we were very happy with the program. The classes can be a little intense for early riders but over the time they get use to it.Our 5 year old really liked the camps, specially the reading part 😅His skills and confidence increased immensely after participating in the program.Special thanks to coach Emma🙏

Alex Komisarenko: only 1 toilet stall and 3 change stalls in boys change room for 20+ people to use after the lesson is not acceptable.
ji hong: This is a fantastic swimming place for children—clean and comfortable environment, with lovely staff, patient and professional instructors, especially Faraz. My 2Y daughter got a lot of fun in his class.
Stephanie Gust: This is our 3rd time in a pedalheads swimming classes and it's been a great investment. I want to recommend and give credit to SANTIAGO who just taught my son's class. His teaching style was very effective. His enthusiasm, confidence and clear instructions made it a win win: the kids had a blast while they turbocharged their swimming skills in no time. We'll definitely do another week long for our next level.
Beverly Ngo: My daughters took lessons at pedal heads park royal and they really enjoyed it! The instructors are super patient and kind with the girls and they have learned so much!! Propel Swimming Lessons Richmond Bridgeport: what do users think?
Lovepreet Singh Khaira: Hi thereToday we came here but we found it close so can you share any contact. Thanks
Kathleen Paiger: Propel provides a wonderful service. As a parent, I enjoy the flexibility of choosing dates and times that work for our family’s schedule. The online booking service is easy and convenient to use. Lessons provided by Jordon have been filled with instruction and swimming time. The River Rock Casino pool is a warm and inviting place to swim.
Josh Bennick: We took our 4yo son for his first 5 swim lessons with Priscilla. She made the time fun while introducing swimming concepts to him--picking up toys from the bottom of the pool, putting toys on the kickboard as he kicked around etc. She challenged him to get better and our son responded well and was well prepared for when his group lessons began. We will use Priscilla again as he progresses. The River Rock pool is great- large and not overly crowded or noisy.
Harkurn Ubhi: My lessons with Propel have been great! The personalized lessons really make the learning experience faster and more enjoyable!
Oilers Titans: This is our second month with propel and booking was easy. The instructors are all good and very welcoming. I highly recommend it!
Shenica Scarpino: My kids absolutely love their lessons with propel. They learn so much faster with the individualized attention they receive and I love the convenience of being able to choose the pool, day and time of the lesson. The instructors are knowledgeable, kind and great with kids. I highly recommend them!
Sally Barbeler: Teya is great with children. Our son was very resistant at first and she patiently worked with him until he was fully participating in the lesson.
David Chen: The swim lesson was for my two grand-daughters. Teya is a very good instructor. My grand-daughters were apprehensive about taking swim lessons but I convinced them to try for one lesson. The girls had a lot of fun with Teya's coaching and they are going back for more lessons. Good job and Thank you, Teya.
Bill FLY Yeung: My daughter tried Propel few years ago. 4-5 lessons already get her to level 4 , Red Cross. More important is she get over water fear with one to one lesson. My youngest daughter is trying Propel now . Two lessons, she already getting over water fear. One to one lesson, the trust on the coach, and the professional coaching effectively guide the students to overcome their struggle.Thank you , Propel coaches.Any parent still wondering whether outside group lesson is a cheaper way to go, let me say this : many kids may learn well with group lessons. But you better go for professional help from professional coaches when you see your kids is struggling.
Gary Wang: Just had my first lesson with Rebecca, who is friendly and easy to work with. Already seen marked improvement after the first lesson. Will be coming back.
Pat Gustafson: My son J. was able to do the front crawl properly with Teya in about 45mins! She is amazing with him. Teya has a great demeanor with the kids and knows how to communicate with them. My son had trouble learning through the community centre as it was only 30 mins in a crowded pool. Propel is awesome! They can accommodate you anywhere! I would not hesitate booking with them again!ThanksPat G.
David Guo: Very effective and it's indeed worth the price.
Pierre L: Booking is a breeze as usual. Booked With Priscilla as the usual instructor our son had was not available at the times we needed. Even though our son (who is 5) was not thrilled at first when I told him he was getting a new instructor, Priscilla made him feel at ease right away and he really enjoyed his class. Priscilla definitely has a way with young kids.
Arthur Lai: Booked Priscilla at River Rock casino. She was very patient with my slow learning and thorough with her explanations on techniques and how to improve. 10/10 would recommend.
Aiden Robloxian: Instructor Chloe- was awesome and great with my six year old son. She was well prepared , encouraging and introduced fun games. Lesson was definitely great value and I highly recommend her.
Anthony L: A great, professional and trustworthy swimming school! My child has been learning here, firstly from Kiel O. for the first time since he was 7 years old. It is now the third summer. Although it is only one-on-one study every summer, my kid likes the teachers and swimming environment of this school. Now my kid can swim 50-100 meters independently, I believe this progress will be faster and faster, because he has mastered the most important basic skills. As long as he is training more and more, swimming will become one of his sports hobby projects. Continue to learn swimming in Propel. Thanks for the teachers as well!
Jenny Wong: My eldest failed his community center group swimming classes repeatedly (3times!); leaving us frustrated and him disengaged and disappointed. Like all kids, he loves joking around, playing, and being silly. Which resulted in him not paying attention in class. 😡We felt the best way for him to learn was to have 1:1 lessons. But in our case, we tried a 2:1 class and signed both our boys. Our first class was amazing. Thadene is a very awesome instructor - engaging, friendly, and great communicator. We learned that our eldest can do the techniques, he just needs to focus and apply. The boys loved their class so much we immediately booked a 2nd class on the same day for the following week. Sad Thadene won't be available, but we heard Nathan is good as well 🤗Would totally recommend Propel Swimming to anyone (kids or adults) looking for private swimming lessons. Just keep swimming, just keep swimming... 🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟
Twincle Chen: The instructors are awesome. They know exactly how to guide my son not to be afraid down into the water and teach him in a fun way. My son learn very fast and he always looking forward to taking the swimming lessons. And the whole team of Propel is so effective in communication and they are open to accept advice. One of the class has been cancelled and I didn't see the notification email in my email inbox somehow, Propel offers us a free make up class even though it was not their fault. I will recommend Propel to anyone who wants to take a private lesson.
Nicole Chan: Great facility, awesome instructors- a great way to spend some quality time with the kids getting them to swim and enjoy it! Would recommend.
