Jericho Tennis Club: what do users think?
Julian Noel: Great except needs table service
Fardad Moayeri: Stellar private tennis club with amazing water and city views. Beautiful architecture - but I think you need a membership to even access the restaurant and bar…..
John Pozer: Fabulously luxurious tennis club on Point Grey Road next to the RVYC. Well-appointed with great attention to detail in every regard. Best restaurant overlooking the water in Vancouver. Great views from the gym and hot tub. Excellent pool. Feel blessed to be able to enjoy this Vancouver landmark. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
jerichobeachbum: Private club with the best location possible
mik ray: Nice location, good food.
Pedwin Wong: By the beach. Great food.
Zhang Steven: Food is bad, facilities is good, beautiful ocean view, old money smells everywhere
bhuvan chaturvedi: Excellent location for a tennis club.
jonathan havard: Great food, good atmosphere. Service is generally top notch
Greg Thornton: Wonderful ambiance, great food, and tennis, too!
Blake Olafson: Great setting on the beach.
Ashwani Narwani: Beautiful views and facility! Loved playing the Sun and Surf squash tournament here 🙂
Chapmann Cheung: My favorite office. Since sept 1998. #cancerJEDI
Duke Stevenson: Summer has finally arrived. Great pool and bonus hot tub.
Adam Smith: Very nice place. However, I leave a mediocre review as I was very disappointed in the one tennis lesson I had at this place. I signed up for a group lesson, back when I was a student. The three other people did not show up so it was just me. I finished my class and then they wanted to charge me about four times as much for a private lesson.I had not yet gone to law school and paid them for the private class even though I contracted for a group lesson at a set price and it was not my responsibility that the three other people did not show up. I explained this to them but they did not care. I should’ve held firm. They probably would’ve called the cops.As an undergraduate student this bothered me, this was about 20 years ago. I’m over it, but I’m reminded of it when I see unfair overcharging.
Robin Hill: This is THE best private Club in the City - maybe the Country! Food, social events; management; views (obviously).
Barry Price: Good place for small meetings, and wonderful views of the Harbour
Doug Taylor: Great food, great facility, great people
Robin Ritchie: This classic private club had beautiful architecture on the oceanfront.Heated oceanfront pool was in use.we had the prime rib buffet. Nice service.music was a bit loud.Beautiful location.
Bijan Markazi: Great facilities and a great view of the ocean.
LIsa Jones: So fortunate to be a member of this club. Incredible location on the beach with a resort like atmosphere. Live music on the large sunny deck overlooking the pool and hot tub with an extraordinary view of the mountains and ocean. Strict rules for juniors make the club less than ideal for families but great if you prefer a more adult oriented atmosphere. That said we spent many an evening on the beach with the kids so it does work, just not the best pool and dining hours for kids.

Vancouver Lawn Tennis & Badminton Club: what do users think?
Dillon Sharan: Visited the club to play badminton as a guest and was asked to leave the courts because my shorts weren’t white. No phones allowed in the club. This club is pretentious and rules are antiquated, will not be returning.
Adam Jinks: Great club, great members, and great staff.
Property Tech Enthusiast: VanLawn is a popular tennis members only tennis club. I’m fortunate to hv a few mom friends who r members. Indoor bubble courts r handy especially to avoid intense hot sun or cold wet weather.
Philippe Drouin: I signed up for their ITF tournament for both doubles and singles, sent an email asking if everything had gone alright including a screenshot of my dashboard, realized my name was not in the singles draw when it came out, asked what was up with that and got an answer saying I was just not playing singles. They did not try to implement any other solution and refused to provide a full refund.
Jackson Boyle: Great place.
Helene Childs: Always friendly staff and lovely having dinner here.
William Hooley: Possibly one of the BEST badminton halls in North America. Nice facilities including the change rooms/downstairs areas. Friendly staff!
Mrs Circle: Very limited parking. Staff are nice, cafe food and drinks both are good, facilities is clean. No phone call allow inside the club.
Percy, Jones: Mediocre club..courts are decent, gym is limited with the amt of equipment, locker rooms are just ok for what they want to call ‘exclusive’ club, food is somewhat acceptable.
Dan Tansey: Only used the gym and had lunch. Lovely place.
SHARON KIM: Very clean and tidy. Its also very private which is nice. Service is amazing and overall very relaxing. Recommend joining.
Eric Woo: Great place convenient parking. Nice squash courts.
Warren Oikawa: Food was awesome, the host was awesome
Nico: The worker at the bar was very polite and nice :))
Dan Gleadle: We are new members and finding the members, staff and facilities just excellent.
Edward Aranha: Great Atmosphere, Beautiful Courts,
parker flint: Great Club!
Christine Yuen: Beautiful, peaceful and elegant club. Delicious food and great service as well
Tim Mcgrath: Attended a Celebration of Life for a member. How do you do a star rating for that?
Mitch B.: Had a private event there. Very mirthful staff but small selection for beer. Very cooperative with the EMTs.
Richard Wang: Venus is nice

Summer Smash Tennis: what do users think?
Sean Davies: I highly recommend Summer Smash Tennis to anyone looking to get into the sport or to take their game to the next level. Their coaches and lessons are awesome!Update to review: I recently finished lessons with Martin, Jeremy and Yohann. The lessons were a lot of fun and I have definitely noticed improvements in my game. Can't wait for my next level of lessons!
Melanie Struve: Had an awesome experience taking beginners lessons with Martin and Jeremy!
Nina Laier: I absolutely love Summer Smash. I have taken a number of their programs as an adult coming back into tennis, and my daughter has been learning with them for over 2 years (just turned 7)! They have excellent coaches who are really great at spotting the exact things each player needs to work on and giving activities throughout the course that target these "developing skills". They're enthusiastic, fun and very good trainers! In the winter they work out of the community center gyms which at first thought is frustrating without the large court, however, they still manage to have you work on numerous skills from volley's, targeted controlled short shots, serve, movement, and always proper technique for all! Summers you're on the outdoor courts and can put all of the training to good practice! BRAVO!
IRINA SHININA: Amazing experience for my 10-year daughter! She loved it! Both Martin and Jeremy are great coaches! Reasonable prices, different convenient locations and times. Highly recommend it!
Jack: Highly recommended! Yohann and Justin are amazing coaches. They are very good with players of all levels and really pay attention to your needs. They are very professional and patient, and their teaching is very practical and engaging. Spencer is a fantastic director and coach who can inspire and make playing tennis enjoyable. Spencer is super friendly, and he is always encouraging, supportive and very generous with his helpful advice. We are very grateful for their kind help!
Ashley Morin: The team at Smash Tennis are incredible! I went from a complete new comer to the sport to feeling engaged and excited for each lesson. The instructors are highly observant and excellent at giving feedback. Highly recommended!
Caroline Jane Patel: The coaches and programs at Summer Smash are amazing. I've taken Adult Intermediate and private lessons and have been so impressed by the methodical approach to learning. I've taken tennis lessons offered through other programs in Vancouver, but Summer Smash is the only one that's helped improve my game substantially. Highly recommend if you're looking to get the most out of your tennis lessons and have fun!
Arash Shadkam: Great experience with the program. I keep coming back every year.Coach Aisling is fantastic! We came up with a plan on the first day of the summer program to level up my game and she coached me to achieve that.
Christy Jones: I'm very impressed with Summer Smash Tennis programs and really enjoyed my private lessons with Josh! I grew up playing tennis but haven't ever had a coach, which means any bad habits are pretty engrained (lol) but Josh was compassionate, clear, and patient as we worked through small tweaks that make a huge difference and new skills like serving that I’m not well versed in!He was encouraging, and enthusiastic while still always keeping me on track with our end goal in mind. Our lessons were well structured, engaging and fun, and very effective, and I love that he gave lots useful tips to keep in mind/practice on my own. Thanks Josh and Summer Smash Tennis! 10/10 would recommend and will hopefully return again!
Hailey Clark: Martin and his team were amazing! Learned a ton, had a lots of fun and met wonderful people. Overall, great experience!
Kathy Butler: This was my second year taking lessons with Summer Smash. Their coaches are all fantastic. Thank you Summer Smash team!
薛健仪: The coaches at Summer Smash are the best in Vancouver! We have a very good experience with Summer smash tennis! My son began taking lessons with Summer smash tennis two years ago. Over the last 2 years my son has had the pleasure of having lessons with many of the Summer Smash coaches, they are passionate about tennis and ensuring that their students develop a solid foundation with good fundamentals. Summer Smash summer program was my son's first experience with tennis and now he wants to do more! I was very impressed with the quality of instruction he received and I started to take tennis lessons with Summer Smash tennis too! Both Children's class and adult class are fun and with well-planned activities. I highly recommend Summer Smash Tennis for all levels!
Michael Payne: My wife and I participated in summer smash 2022 in Vancouver. It was a great introduction to tennis. It was well organized and teached the fundamentals of a variety of shots. In particular, our instructor Martin Lorayes was great, providing great coaching and making the sessions a lot of fun.
JT: I highly recommend Summer Smash! I had my children in a different program the year before SS, and I had to convince them to go each week. I decided to try tennis again this year, but with SS. It was night and day. The kids ran back after the first lesson saying they LOVED it, so I was thrilled! We continued from spring to the summer camps, and are now doing fall classes. I even booked a birthday party with them in the summer, and it was super fun and made life easy for me. The coaches are young, positive and have a consistent coaching pedagogy, and in my opinion that is a recipe for kids to thrive. The coaches are also well spoken and polite. In my opinion they are great mentors for my kids in a way that extends beyond tennis. My kids also think they are very cool :)
James Dai: amazing experience and coaches !
Aaron Tsoi: My daughter attended 2 weeks camp at Summer Smash Tennis this year. She has found it fun. Besides learning tennis skills, she also enjoyed playing fun games with coaches and peers. This camp is especially suitable for beginner level.
Sarah Haysom: I had a great time learning how to play tennis this past summer. Martin and Ashling were great coaches! They were encouraging, patient, and made every lesson really fun. I significantly improved my tennis skills and am looking forward to joining again next year!
Sean J: Highly recommend Summer Smash Tennis! Had the pleasure of being coached by Martin. He is patient and fun to be around. He’ll make sure every lesson is tailored to your skill level. Definitely coming back next summer if possible!
Sanjin Cvetkovic: I took private lessons with Martin and I was truly impressed and satisfied with the knowledge, professionalism and attitude. I highly recommend Martin as well as Summer Smash Tennis. They were friendly, professional and had great communication with me at all time. Price was reasonable. Highly recommend!!!
HAFIZ ALI: Martin is a high performance coach. I played with him a couple times a week over the summer and my game progressed to a very high level. He breaks down the game on both strategy and the technical side. He drills are meant to develop endurance and consistency. I highly recommend Martin if you are a high level club player. Thanks for the great and gruelling hits!
Justin Wang: Summer smash tennis is one of the best tennis camps in Vancouver that I've tried so far. They have excellent tennis classes and are very experienced with teaching beginners. Fees aren't expensive so you should definitely give it a try. They teach the basic moves in the beginner class and will give your children an excellent beginners' experience and interest in Tennis.

EFAA Rizwan Siddiqui: Beautiful place for both( professional and learners)
Karl Landra: Great club for players of all levels.
Stephanie Mascoe: Awesome tennis lessons for kids.... excellent coaches!
Juan Patuel: Great Bubble and lights. Courts really nice too.
Gus Batal: Fantastic tennis club, very good staff, very nice members.
Lyn Blanchard: A great tennis club to join. Reasonable membership rates, friendly people and a wide range of skilled players making it enjoyable for all.
Don Cameron: I've been a member for over 15 years and the club is a big part f my life. It's small and friendly with 5 courts with excellent night lighting and a bubble in the winter months. Lots of social and competitive tennis for every level.Terrific value if you love the game.
James Parkins: Over the top with CV19 Protocols - unnecessary: should independently read the literature: should not need masks and S.D. - one or the other!!
Payam Shahbod: Get your tennis on here. The best year round tennis facility around here. Great staff and reasonable fees.
Emily Weeks: Friendly small tennis club with all the amenities you need. Lots of social and competitive tennis for every level. Great location, 5 courts with excellent night lighting and a new well-maintained bubble in the winter months. For the price, you can’t beat it.
Sabine R: This is my family's go-to place for competition and social! I play most days of the week with different groups of wonderful people, participate in league and take advantage of the many coaching options available. The club offers different events throughout the year, and there is always a super fun social component. Having the bubble up during the winter months provides the opportunity for year-round action. Management is professional, accessible and responsive.
Jane Webb: I LOVE this club!!! I joined two years ago and it was the BEST decision!! I'm so happy here - the members are warm and welcoming and the staff are great! I've taken lessons with all the coaches and have enjoyed all of them! I feel so lucky to have found this gem... it's truly one of a kind! :)
Y pacific: I joined the club two years ago. The best decision I have made! people are friendly and fun. They use the bubble in the winter time so we enjoy our social work out reliably in any weather conditions.
Lesley Harrison: Love this Tennis Club!! My husband and I joined several years ago and it was the best decision we could have made. There are all kinds of fun events throughout the year, everyone is super nice and we have made a lot of new friends. You have the opportunity to play as much tennis as you can fit into your week. Our kids also took lessons here and the instructors were great!
Marina Alexander: I have been a member a the WVTC for almost 50 years. This club is big enough to provide any kind of tennis a member might want: junior programs, adult clinics, social tennis for all levels of play, competitive league play, tournaments and plenty of opportunity for booking courts with your friends. And it's also small enough to make members feel a part of its culture and community. I participate (or have participated as a junior) in every one of the things the club offers - I love my tennis. Coaches over the years have come and gone and I've taken several lessons with most of them. I have my favourites but I've never been disappointed. And the club manager, who seems to have been there forever, does an amazing job with professionalism and warmth.
Marguerite B: I am so very glad I joined this tennis club! It is the best thing I have done for myself in a very long time!! ❤️🎾
Lesley schwab: Just recently moved to Vancouver and join this club. Very friendly very social very fun
seanpog: I have multiple kids in the program and I always had a great experience here. Coaches truly care and the staff and management is helpful and friendly. Good instruction and high level tennis teaching. The tennis coach gave my child a home made ornament for Christmas. I recommend this place, check it out.
alex goldkind: It's ok
Richard Loat: Your spot to get in some tennis in West Vancouver. They have indoor courts for when the weather gets a bit bad. Check out becoming a member. Tennis may be just the sport for you or your family!
Michael: i took adult lessons here about a few years ago but these 2 adults coaches were terrible in their coaching, idk why they are worth 30 dollars per session, that is too much, why would you pay that much for something that feels like a drop-in session? the coaches and people there are nice in personality at least but just horrible at teaching anything new,i dont think i learned a thing or improved a little bit after at least a couple of months here, oh and you get to see some very spoiled kids and players at this club, quite obnoxious and makes you think what kind of parenting went on...

Burnaby Tennis Club: what do users think?
Randy Or: I recently played at the indoor bubble for the first time, and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations in every way possible. The club is well-maintained and cater to players of all skill levels. The courts are always in excellent condition and the lighting is perfect for playing in.What I love most about the club is the welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The staff and members are always ready to lend a helping hand and make new members feel right at home.Overall, I highly recommend the Burnaby Tennis Club to anyone looking for a great place to play tennis, meet new people, and have fun. It truly is a gem in the community.
Pedwin Wong: Lots public outdoor crts.
Benedict Jones: Well maintained courts with lighting in the evenings.
Wei x: Nice court
Starleigh Grass: Great space
Craig Silver: Needed to sweep but then it was great!
Milo Reid: 14 public tennis courts with lighting and a members only bubble and clubhouse
Louise: Lots of outdoor courts and indoor courts. Affordable pricing. Friendly staff. Well maintained. Definitely a gem in burnaby.
Tim Thomas: Good place to play. The indoor courts could be better lit but the lighting is adequate.
TravelZar Lex: Busy tennis courts, do not go to the Third row of tennis courts, they are dirty and full of pollen, overall great spot for tennis get-togethers
Miri Malkin: best place to play tennis indoors
Carolin Chan: 10 courts there players would get one easily in most cases. Courts condition are good in general. However u would find garbages which players left there and no official people to take them away.
Jonathan Chung: Really nice courts. Even has the tape down the middle of the nets. The indoor courts are really toasty. Feels like you're in a humid country. But friendly staff, and as long as no club activities are happening, the outdoor courts are free to use for the public
Abhiraj Singh: The best courts by far.
steve morin: Great place for a tennis workout. 5 courts 30 minutes to play per courts lots of parking and public washrooms
ivy: Nice place to play tennis and watch geese
Diva: Great tennis court...well- maintained.
Cristina Gecolea: Enjoy hitting here with meetup friends sometimes. Also take pro lessons here since spring 🙏
Paul Kwiatkowski: I have been playing and training at this club for over 10 years now. There are 11 public courts and 6 member courts for the summer. From october till may there are 6 indoor courts for mostly members and some public. Courts are usually clean, have garbage cans, and plenty of room to move around.
Owen R: Cool and nice place
Simon T: Lots of courts and very well kept.

North Vancouver Tennis Centre: what do users think?
anahita nikbakhtan: Excellent coaching team and well maintained facility. The courts are great quality and it is the only indoor court in all of North VanThey have a website where almost all registration is done within 3min
Faria Sedighi: Great facilitygreat coachesworst staff(rude and incompetent)
Eric Arrouzé: Great facilities and staff
Minto Chawla: Great place for tennis, but expensive.
Kristie Lee: Clean and nice courts
Matt Beckstead: Great facility for indoor tennis.
Jacqueline Park: best indoor tennis club in Vancouver
Alex Storie: Front staff was very helpful & knowledgeable
Haydn Wazelle: Very nice and clean facility. Great staff.
Cindy Long: I like their regular programs which are valuable and funny not expensive
steve lord: This inside tennis centre offers 9 courts. These can be booked when lessons are not in progress.
Jounghoon Baek: Very nice place. Facility is good, coach is also friendly. Only bad thing for me is this place registration opens early only for North Vancouver residents and I can't get the spot that easy. If you live in North Van, it is good place to try.
Ruming Jiang: Facility 5 startsCoach 3 startsStaff 1 star, I'd give them 0 if that's an option. In summary you go there play tennis. It'sa nice place but be prepared to have your day ruined by the staff.
Sassan Rakhshani: Great and friendly team
Sean Aegis: Is ok
Bahman Yazdi: love this place, lovely courts! they do private lessons during pandemic which is great, specially that we all need a little exercise during these time. my coach is super friendly and nice and I really enjoy that he is always on time.
Kathy Stivin: Its a handy tennis facility in our neighborhood on the North Shore Indoor tennis courts all year around. Lots of great programs to join. Funds can be transferred by a phonecall so its very Covid friendly.
Ali Mehrizi: Classes are now all canceled because of Covid-19 but now they offer private lessons. Coaches are effective and mostly friendly! I like private lessons better because even at a 6-1 ratio the coach does not have enough bandwidth to spend sufficient time with each person. Single leagues are still on, however. There is plenty of parking around this location. And they have a website where almost all registration (typically within 5 minutes of when it opens) is done.
Firas A.A: Horrible customer service
E A: Super nice courts but sadly they rarely answer the phones for booking.
Joe Creamore: Excellent courts. Reasonable rates

False Creek Public Tennis Club: what do users think?
Alec Yu: This is a great little somewhat hidden spot to play tennis. Access is just off Moberly Road, you take a couple flights of stairs up from the parking lot. There are four courts that are reasonably maintained, and if you go on a weekday or before 8 on a weekend, there will reliably be at least one court free. No pickleball or washrooms/waterfountains.
Jason Yee: Way too busy
Christine Kwok: Nice and quiet, really great spot not many people know about! Every time so far we’ve come after work and got a court immediately.
Nick Kazan: Truly a hidden gem. 80% of the time, I show up and get a court immediately. It’s a nice and secluded area as well.
Ed Bryant: Great club.
Tiberius B: Great location for these tennis courts. Sometimes it gets busy, but if you avoid rush hours, then you can play a few good sets.
James Lau: Cool tennis courts set above a parkade. The stairs seems a bit sketchy at first but you'll be rewarded to a quiet area for tennis
