Me and my friends had been waiting for about an hour and one Asian guy allowed other people in so quickly without even tickets, we are just visiting Vancouver so we don't know about entry tickets but other came late still they gave them priority WITHOUT TICKETS.

More recently, there have been newer girls who are working who are nothing but rude and disrespectful to me and my friends. Will not be returning if the new girls are still working. Unacceptable.

Her uncle bouncer came to me and ask what my issue was I said I didn't have an issue I thought she was starting something so I tried to put my arm between it and say not the place or time. They’ll charge you again if you wanna grab your coat to go outside for smokes and come back too!! This is ridiculous!

PourBoy Event Bartenders: To be honest, I was looking for more house and EDM style of music but this one fit the score for a pleasant night out just the same. Some Ultra hotties around there LOL so if you're looking for something along those lines you'll definitely find it there, I went to the VIP line which cost me 20 bucks to pick up a VIP pickup ticket and then it cost me another 16 bucks to get in the door so just be aware that it's a bit pricey in that respect. 10 bucks for a beer which is standard in Vancouver but close to 20 bucks for a double rum and coke seemed a bit over the top. But that's the price you pay if you want to go clubbing. Overall a good experience though with no fights and some friendly people to boot. I recommend checking it out.

Jordan Basra: Terrible establishment with high ego bouncers who think they have a special job. You really just have to pay them extra outside to get in. My friends and I got there around 10.30 and an hour later we still couldn’t get in. Not a positive experience visiting out of town. Also, allowing people in without getting padded down or checked is a major red flag as it is a huge safety concern. Please avoid this club for your own well-being

Vitor Porto: I went with a group of girls there. We asked the price when we were waiting in line and waited a long time. However, when we got inside, they made us pay way more than the amount they had told us before. Not the place to go for a safe environment to just drink and enjoy the night without having to worry about that type of sketchy practice. We also found the music awful and hard to listen to if you are not super drunk.

People came here to have a good time and not just to hook up. loved that all ages were here so it's not only those in the 20s enjoying themselves.I want to give extra shout out to the admin staff. My wallet went missing and I've called them 3 times to check, once first thing in the day, 2nd time later when cleaners were done and 3rd the next day. I also emailed them. They were so friendly and gracious and I felt they tried to help (it's by phone but felt they were looking). Some lost and found treat you like you are an inconvenience but not the staff here. So kudos to you. You made a good impression to me, even though my wallet is still MIA.

Justin Morgan: Usually good but the last time I went was terrible, we waited an hour to get in and then all wanted to leave because it was so crowded inside everyone was constantly being aggressively shoved and groped. You couldn’t move at all or even dance without people almost knocking you over. I don’t get what the point is in making people wait an hour to get in if you’re still gonna let the club overfill like that. I’m used to crowded bars but this was the worst I’ve seen.

Then she tells me I’m banned from that bar..really? What kind of scammers are you hiring to steal from people who go clubbing here?? Unbelievable..

Christopher Hall: My girlfriend and I recently had an unfortunate experience at Levels and I feel compelled to share our disappointment with the service we received.The incident involved one of the nightclub's staff members, an attendant at the coat check, who displayed extreme rudeness and an unprofessional attitude throughout our interaction.After lining up to check my girlfriend’s coat at the beginning of the night, the attendant mistakenly handed my girlfriend the wrong coat check ticket. She gave her the one that was suppose to go on the hanger, not the one that was suppose to be given to the client. When we returned to retrieve her coat at the end of the night, we were immediately met with an accusatory and dismissive tone. The attendant immediately said that “this isn’t a coat check ticket” and accused us of finding the ticket on the floor and attempting to steal somebody else's coat. Despite our efforts to explain the situation, the attendant completely dismissed our side of the story, even saying “it’s impossible that I gave this to you”. The attendant then turned away from us and ignored anything else we said.After several minutes of trying to speak to the attendant we requested to speak with a manager. The attendant finally called another girl over to assist us and quickly explained to her that we were making up lies about our ticket and that we were trying to steal someone else’s coat from a ticket we found on the floor. The manager checked the number corresponding to the ticket we had given her and discovered that the original attendant had indeed placed the wrong ticket on the hanger. It was clear that the attendant realized her mistake, but instead of apologizing or attempting to rectify the situation, she immediately began laughing with the manager and retreated to the back of the coat check area. After the manger came and tossed my girlfriend her coat, the attendant continued to laugh in the back and avoided even looking at us.This lack of professionalism and accountability was utterly disheartening. My girlfriend and I were left feeling disrespected and undervalued as customers. The fact that the attendant never returned to apologize and actively avoided any further contact only compounded our disappointment.Customer service is a crucial aspect of any establishment, especially a nightclub where patrons come to enjoy themselves and feel welcome. Unfortunately, our experience at Levels fell far short of these expectations. The behavior of the attendant in question was not only rude but also indicative of a disregard for customer satisfaction.I understand how mistakes like this can happen, however what’s important in situations like these is taking accountability and rectifying the situation, neither of which the attendant even attempted to do.I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for Levels to address the issues with their staff's behavior and improve the overall customer experience.

I was there last Sunday and witnessed a disgusting display of homophobia by one of the bouncers. He dragged a guy out, like a criminal and use excessive force in doing so. Mind you the only thing this guy did was dance and have fun, The head bouncer, Bruce, even agreed that the situation was highly inappropriate and offered an apology. The damage had already been done. I contacted this club to notify them of this and made a formal complaint out of the sheer horror of what I witnessed. They said an investigation would be done but since then they have gone radio silent. I’ve gotten the impression they will probably try to sweep this under the rug, but by reading the other reviews this isn’t an isolated event. Personally I will never step foot in this place and will advise the everyone I know to go somewhere else. I’m not wasting my money at an establishment that isn’t a welcoming nor safe environment for all.

Renzo Ramos: 0 stars for this place. As a friend i lived the most homofobic situation of all. The bouncer didnt warn my friend that took of his shirt to put it on. Amarjot Pabla: Been to this place many times. In the past, have enjoyed myself, but unfortunately tonight we experienced some unprofessional behavior. The man at the front, as we were exiting, stopped his coworker from stamping us for re-entry as he decided for us “because we would not be re-entering”. Not sure if this is a policy Guilt&Co has now, but from my past experiences, paying cover allows for re-entry later on. Kind of sad to see a place that I truly enjoyed fall to some horrible customer service. Maybe Guilt & Co can speak to this issue. Is re-entry not allowed after paying the same cover as everyone else in line? Kind of sad to see one of my favorite places in Vancouver fall to this type of behavior. I have so many good memories here, but unfortunately overshadowed by this staff member’s behavior.Followed up by going to Smith’s. Great staff, friendly, genuinely kind people. Highly recommend.**edit: I had a back and forth with the owner because I wanted to clarify some details. I received thoughtful responses and it seems like they are taking situations like this seriously. It’s nice to see that they are trying to improve. I have upped my star rating because of this and I hope the next time I visit, the staff will be as respectful and kind as I’m used to!

Suzette McFaul: Terrible experience. Was asked to leave as someone in my party was intoxicated. Not falling down or obxious. Maybe profiled because of age? Yes certainly older than average person. But really? Sad and disappointed tonight.

Linney Sylvester: Excellent vibes and dimly lit underground live music venue. The charge $6 per set of music. Drinks can be a bit pricey and the food is a limited, but the music is always good and so are the staff! I recommend happy hour to save a few bucks. I'd except to spend about $100 a person if u stay for few drinks and a few sets and snacks to share

Grounds for Divorce cocktail is hands down one of the best drinks I've ever had! One star lost only because I'd expected more of the food, and there were some issues with my guest receiving their meal in a timely manner due to poor planning on the part of the kitchen.

Gabriela Ganancio: I recently visited Guilt to celebrate my birthday, and while the waitress who served us was good and very attentive, unfortunately, the evening got off to a bad start due to the unfriendly and rude staff/lady at the door. The staff member at the door seemed disinterested in providing even basic customer service and was unwelcoming from the start.Despite my attempts to engage in conversation and let the staff know that it was my birthday, they showed no interest and didn't even wish me a happy birthday. The staff member's negative attitude left a bad taste in my mouth and made me feel unappreciated and unwelcome.I hope that the management takes note of my complaints and takes steps to ensure their staff provides better customer service in the future. Birthdays are special occasions, and it's disappointing that my experience was marred by such poor treatment by this lady.Ps: Music it was very good!

Keep the great music and exquisite cocktails going ;)P.S. the mezcal sour with an egg white on top was 10/10 and so was the garlic bread.

Simran Gill: I have throughly enjoyed this place every time that I have been to it. I love how they encourage the works of local artists. It’s open everyday and hosts two shows- the early & the late show. They are both equally great. There is no reservation required as its first come first serve basis. You might end up sharing the table or standing at the bar as they try to accommodate as many people as possible. The food is average but the drinks are great. Definitely one of the must-dos in Vancouver!

Sean Carey: Was not informed we’d be charged “per set”for cover charge. Was given the short straw, getting charged $12 for hearing 5 minutes of the first set. Waiting 40 minutes while the band took a break, and hearing 1-2 songs of the next set of the same Maroon 5 wannabe band, and getting charged another $12.All told I paid $24 to listen to ten minutes worth of music with my partner, at $20 a drink too. Maybe part of the cover is the set you hear in line while all the people who “know” someone who works there cut you. I am pretty sure the homies were being charged cover at all. Pretty disappointed.

Ohad Okon: Wonderful drinks served by super knowledgeable and friendly bartenders (I sat at the bar). The atmosphere is wonderful. I had the charcuterie board and enjoyed it tremendously but if you’re hungry and want anything else I would probably say eat before then come here for drinks as (other than charcuterie) they only have snacks (appetizers). I highly recommend coming here 😊

Luke Schuss: My first negative review in 15 years in Vancouver! We came in after dinner for a quick cocktail. Our first server was very friendly and gave good recommendations on drinks. The drinks were nice and enjoyable.Halfway through our drinks, we noticed a couple of mice running around our feet. Not ideal, but understandable-- it's an old building in Gastown. We decided to quickly move tables to get away from the mice.Couple minutes later, our second server comes and rudely scolds us for changing tables without asking her. Normally I would've asked before moving, but given the persistence of the mice around our feet and abundance of empty tables, I figured there wouldn't be a problem.We paid our bill immediately and left. The drinks were good and the atmosphere was fun, but the second server's treatment of us was so bizarrely rude that we'll never be back.

Ethan McDonald: This place makes the best Old Fashioned you'll ever try. It's been a while since I visited, September 2022, to be exact. But I figured I should leave a review since I've spoken highly of this place to friends, since.On a summer evening, this is the place to be. It was very relaxing to sit by an open window on a second floor bar and watch the busy Gastown street below. Really interesting little bar, knowledgeable bartenders, and high quality drinks. Next time I'm in Vancouver I will be in a hurry to come back to this place. I've tried many cocktail bars in my days and this one is certainly one of the best in Western Canada.

Jimmy Feng: Great location and ambiance. Cocktails are reasonably priced and bartender’s definitely know what they are doing.The only downside is it seems a lot harder to get a table at this place especially with their very short timeframe to return for your table. Estimates are often very inaccurate and you don’t have enough time for you to settle up a bill somewhere else to make your way back. Pretty much have to wait and hope for the best.

Audrey Aubertin: Good service by the sommelier or wine guy, good chatting with him. Wine was good. We sat at the bar but not interaction from the barman what so ever not even a “how’s your evening ladies or something” very average atmosphere. Lovely hosting staff though.
