I wanted to get a few more house plants so my bf took me to the store. The selection is huge, prices are reasonable and the service is great! I really appreciated that he cared to deliver the flowers to her when it meant the most to her. My daughter even commented on how friendly Michael was in delivering them. Have never had this before from a florist. It was nice to know the flowers were delivered and what they actually looked like.I will be using Flowers by Michael Park again!

With a very short timeline and very minimal direction, Michael was able to put together an absolutely beautiful bouquet that was exactly what I wanted. It was truly perfect! He also made a beautiful corsage and threw in a really beautiful boutonniere for my partner. Pricing was very reasonable. I had so many comments on how lovely the bouquet was and will absolutely recommend this shop to everyone! Thank you Michael!
Glenn Baker: Incredible service provided by Michael. It's no wonder he has so many glowing reviews for his shop. Personally owned so you will deal with the owner directly. Understood my requirements and provided a text number so we could exchange updates through the ordering process. When a mixup occurred at the hospital, he was very accommodating on the re-order of the flowers as it was not Michael's fault the flowers never arrived. Highly recommend and will definitely use him again for any Vancouver-based flower requirement!

Yin Huang: Very frustrating that they don't answer their phones. I placed an order at 9am the morning of for same day delivery. Aside from the tracking code I was given there has been no update. By late afternoon still no update. Ive emailed as their phones state that i would get a faster response but no one has responded. I've phone to inquire about my order but the phone line only leads to a voice message box and cannot get through to anyone. Spending $100 for a bouquet of flowers, I would hope there would be a better communication service.

Chris Savory: Flowers are fine but I feel so mislead by the 'same day delivery' claim. I ordered at 8:30am on a random Thursday in January and they arrived in the pitch black at 6:30pm. Technically the same day, sure, but such an unreasonable delay for my mom's birthday.

The bouquet was at least 3x larger than one I purchased for more from an online vendor, and it was beautifully arranged. Would recommend Celsia for anyone that needs floral arrangements.And thank you to the staff at Celsia, who fielded multiple calls at once, and still took the time to go over my order, reassure me it would arrive on time. They even hand wrote my very long note. I had initially planned on using another florist, but I will definitely purchase our wedding arrangements from Celsia.

The team made the process so easy by sending me updates and making sure the flowers got to her even though she switched locations at the last minute ! I don’t know how they did it but I was SO GRATEFUL ❤️. They really are the sweetest team ever, our interactions were filled with so much kindness! . Would recommend them an infinite amount of times!
Linda P: EDIT: The owner reached out to us and provided amazing customer service and rectified the situation. We feel assured that the staff will be more attentive with orders and requests regarding pets in the future.Cat/pet owners be wary. Flower arrangements are nice, but customer service and knowledge of flowers leaves room for improvement. We ordered a bouquet of flowers and specifically requested that the flowers are non-toxic and safe for cats. Upon pickup, we received a bouquet containing LILIES! Which is very common knowledge that they are extremely toxic for cats and can be fatal when ingested! The lilies were replaced after this was pointed out and replaced with other flowers by the florist working at the time. Upon returning home, we became concerned about the other flowers seeing how careless they were initially so we emailed for a list of all the flowers used in the bouquet. A total of three of them came up toxic with a quick google search. We literally had to drive back to talk to them and return the original bouquet and then come back again the next day to pick up the new one. You would think they would at least offer to deliver the new bouquet. That’s a lot of time, effort, and stress for one bouquet which should’ve been done right the first time. Very disappointed with this experience.

The product ended up being so gorgeous (white jug dried arrangement) and it was so much more full than I anticipated - the recipient was thrilled, and bonus is it's something that can be kept forever. I've ordered dried florals from other florists for the same cost and it was so small.I highly highly recommend this company and would use them again.

Julie Tan: A relative that couldnt attend the funeral ordered a flower wreath online. The wreath was quite small and theres a cheap namecard that came with it (not even ribbon) that has a section "for the funeral of (deceased)". What yhrew me off was that they shop mistakenly wrote MY name in that section and crossed off and right next to it was the actual deceased's name?!?!? As I was the recipient or person supposed to ensure the delivery was delivered to the funeral home but a note was left that it is for the funeral of the deceased. I find this EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and DISRESPECTFUL to both the deceased and myself. Seriously, its not hard to get a new card and rewrite the information as it was just a cheap 1mm thick card. ESPECIALLY if it is for an event such as a funeral. I am truly disappointed that there will be a shop that will just cross out a name on something important like this. Truly unbelievable!!
Raymond Yu: I bought wreath for a funeral. The size and quality looks nothing like the website. It’s much smaller and thinner, and contains much less flowers. The message wasn’t printed on a ribbon but instead hand written on a cheap piece of paper with a pencil. If you have family events where memories are important, do not shop here!

Young girl greeted me right away and I was enjoying browsing while trying to find a gift for my mother, but the older lady behind counter (I'm assuming is the shop owner) could not be more rude and unwelcoming! I first asked her a question about a plant and she brushed me off like I was annoying her. Then I saw some bracelets that I wanted to see how they looked in the mirror, and was immediately told to put them back, assuming I was going to steal them! Incredibly offensive since I was planning on buying one, but she turned me off so badly I left abruptly with a lump in my throat. As someone who also works in retail I would never make a customer feel this way, you don't deserve to run a business! I see I am not the only person complaining about service (or lack there of).

They were able to deliver on Christmas Eve even with the crazy winter weather conditions in Vancouver 👍One of recipients really loved the more contemporary creations (Which I liked myself ;-) The second recipients did make a comment that the arrangement didn’t have a lot of flowers 🌺 which was my mistake- since that was what I ordered online 😂I think the florists of this shop perhaps like to use more greens for their designs. It is called The Wild Brunch after all. If you are sending flowers to someone who likes more traditional floral arrangements, should pay attention before you checkout.

Despite increasing costs around the city, they’ve found ways to still provide bouquets and arrangements for every price point; making it not only accessible to all, but giving folks an opportunity to bring a bit of sunshine into their homes even outside of special occasions. Every time I’ve ever ordered a bouquet from here, I’ve been greeted with an incredibly unique selection of flowers; beautifully paired with complementary but diverse colour palettes. With so many florists differing to cheaper flowers to “fill” a bouquet, Blossom & Vine does the opposite; opting not always for huge bouquets but incredibly thoughtful, stunning, and unique arrangements. They’ll have a client in me for as long as they’re around!

Megan Fraser: Update December 2021: Michelle and her team have been my go-to florist essentially since she opened. Everything she and her team have created for me has blown me away, and I feel like she is continually trying to out-do herself on every order that I place. I had to update my review as, in September 2021, I had the absolute privilege of having Michelle and her team do the flowers for my wedding. I will be the first to tell you that I don't know much about flowers, and the idea of trying to tell a florist a vision was a bit daunting. Michelle took the time to have a conversation with me and somehow squeezed absolute magic out of what I told her (which I'm pretty sure was 2 sentences that said no sunflowers and some burgundy would be nice). I cannot begin to describe how amazing her flowers were. They were the star of my wedding (other than the bride and groom of course) and every single guest and vendor absolutely raved about them. I cannot recommend Blossom and Vine enough. Vonnie Caporiccio: First time ordering from a Florist in Vancouver for my daughter’s 19th birthday. False advertisement on their website. Picture shows flowers will come with a vase however flowers showed up with no vase. Although the customer service representative states that the description says tied up flowers which contradicts the picture. When placing an order online they should clearly state that the flowers DO NOT come with a vase. For $104 dollars this was a waste of money and very disappointing. This place didn’t even offer a discount or anything when I complained. Not the best customer service. I recommend not purchasing from them online whatsoever. Big disappointment!!!

Sidhu: One of the employees accidentally made my boutique with less than a dozen peonies, and when I called back distraught because I needed them for my engagement shoot, the owner immediately offered to come directly to my hotel, pick up the flowers, fix it, and drop it back off, without charge. She was so kind, and truly just wanted to fix the situation and put me at ease. Hours later, she sent me flowers just to say sorry at the Fairmont we were staying at. Everyone asked where I got my flowers from because they were put together and wrapped so perfectly. 10/10 recommend. Never have seen a place with such amazing customer service.
