Nourish Cooking School: what do users think?
T K: Had a wonderful time with Dan for his Ottolenghi Effect class. He's full of great little tips in the kitchen and has lots of laughs. You can tell he loves what he does. Looking forward to trying the recipes myself. Will definitely go back to try another course sometime.
Kevan Ramsden: I’ve been to two cooking classes with Nourish (Italian and French) and they were both lots of fun. Dan is a great teacher and you will learn some amazing recipes. Makes a perfect gift!
Tim Schofield: My daughter and I joined Nourish for the Japanese theme making gyoza, temaki, ramen and gomae e.Dan is a wonderful teacher, engaging and entertaining to all ages whilst remaining on point. We had a great time, enjoyed the food and are excited to cook these dishes at home. We will be back for more!
Todd Titera: We had a cooking class with our customers. Dan hosted a fantastic night that allowed great conversation between us and our customer while making some fun food and learning new techniques.
Janice Young: We enjoyed our first cooking class with Nourish so much we booked our staff holiday party at Nourish again. We had such a great time creating our Italian feast! Booking for our group was a breeze, Anisha was quick to respond to our inquiries prior to the event. Dan and his team created a lively and fun experience the day of. If you're interested in hands on cooking in a great environment, look no further!
Sean Curran: We recently had a company party held at Nourish. A great environment for our group of 12 and the cooking class of Italian Rustic was fantastic.Chef Dan was casual, engaging, informative and entertaining. It was like cooking in your home or at a dinner party. Dan's teaching approach was fun and we learned quite a bit about gnocchi and dough making! Can't say enough about the experience, the food and drink selection, and the overall enjoyment of the evening. Will come back again....
Kiran Brar: My friends and I had a blast doing their Italian Rustic class for my birthday. Great instructor, great food, and great atmosphere. Would highly recommend Nourish to anyone looking for an evening full of food, learning, and laughs.
J N: I went with my boyfriend to celebrate our 6th anniversary date. We wanted to try something interactive and engaging as opposed to eating dinner in a sit down restaurant. After some research, we came across Nourish Cooking School and we weren’t disappointed. We have previously visited The Dirty Apron and although it was a great time, we found our experience at Nourish to be more engaging and interactive. Dan does a fantastic job of engaging his students, incorporating humour and keeping it educational. We learned about knife skills and various home cooking techniques which made it very practical. Dan definitely prides his class on simple but delicious recipes that his students can replicate at home.Overall, I would highly recommend taking a class with Dan at Nourish Cooking School. We will definitely be back to try another class!P.S. we took the Rustic Italian cooking class and for people who have never really made pizza or gnocchi from scratch... I think we did a pretty good job! 🙈
SC Peter PANG: Attended a food prep class here and enjoyed it very much. Dan and his team was very knowledgeable about the topic, and are humorous too! It is a cozy place with a warm atmosphere. It was a great night indeed!
Jigme Love: Excellent experience!
Sean Bennett: Had a great experience here for a corporate team builder. Very engaging instructor who made everyone feel welcome and included. Food was great.
Kevin Hehr: Excellent cooking school and environment. It is a good place to learn new cooking styles that are practical and sustainable. Dan is a fantastic host!
parveen grewal: Had our company team building. My group had a very pleasant evening. The food we made was delicious. I would definitely recommend it for those looking for a team building event or even a fun thing to do with friends..the overall environment of the cafe and more specifically the cooking school was incredibly welcoming and fun! Couldn't say enough good things about Nourish. I highly Strongly recommend!1
Jennifer Ashby: My son attended the spring break kids cooking camp with theme days Italy/ Canada/ Japan/ China & France. He had a lot of fun learning to cook new foods, and his favourites are pizza, sushi, baos and the apple tart. He liked how sometimes you cook on your own and sometimes you cook in small groups, as well as sitting down after and eating with the rest of the children. He has already tried to make the items again at home and would like to sign up for another camp! As a parent, I love the interest he has in making his own foods and look forward to more help in the kitchen on a daily basis : ). I myself took the Contemporary Chinese class a few years ago with a small group of friends. The space is beautiful, staff welcoming & friendly and food was very tasty, fresh and filling.
Arnel Gabriel: Dan and his staff at Nourish are absolutely awesome! From our initial inquiry to booking our private session, Nourish was helpful with answering our questions which made it an easy choice for us to go with them. Dan was extremely accommodating when it came to meeting the needs of our group, and was happy to work with us to make sure we had everything we needed for the event. The staff’s energy and lightheartedness made for a positive experience for everyone in our group.12/10 would happily book another class with Nourish!
Lindsay Barnett: I won two spots at a cooking class at Nourish and was delighted upon arrival to find a beautifully decorated space, and to be welcomed by host and owner Dan. Dan has a great personality for creating an excellent group atmosphere, even among strangers. The class was a pizza making class, and while simple, the quality of the ingredients was fantastic, and the recipes were delicious and easy to replicate. I was particularly pleased that all of the learnings were actually applicable at a regular home without a ton of kitchen space or fancy equipment. Another huge bonus is that it didn't feel "salesy" as I've previously experienced at other cooking classes. Quality drinks were available, and I especially appreciated the beautiful nametags that were reusable for each class! Kudos Dan and team!
Krista Page: Had our team day yesterday and made the ramen and veggie gyoza. As you can see by my choice of stars, it was phenomenal. We all work with youth who are in care and this was just what we needed. Good food, lots of laughs and some drinks! Dan and his helpers (sorry can't remember their names) were awesome. I even ate some mushrooms (I hate mushrooms) and it actually tasted good. So extra points for that. This was a great day and thank you so much everyone at Nourish.
Genie C: A group of 10 of us went to nourish for my friends stagette to learn how to cook a Mediterranean dish. We all had a great time and the food was delicious. We took away a lot of good skills on how to prepare and cut certain foods. They have a nice area to sit down and eat what you just cooked after. It was also a great space to take gorgeous pictures of the food you just cooked. Would highly recommend this place!!
Liz Moxham: French cooking class with my 18 year old daughter - objectives: mom and daughter time, and some cooking skills, too. Awesome.
M Nguyen: ShawOpen wifi availableCame here for a bachelorette, Dan and his staff are super pleasant and knowledgeableNice homey feel, everything you use, appliances wise, you probably have at homeThe class is very interactive and a great date idea or something to do with friendsIt was a great experience and I would highly recommend!
Stephanie Soebagio: My husband and I attended the Ramen Revolution class and had a great time! Our instructor Dan was entertaining and shared lots of tips and techniques. The class itself was well organized, and the food was tasty and healthy. A great activity for couples, singles, friends, or a work group.

The Dirty Apron Cooking School, Delicatessen & Catering: what do users think?
Claus Laundrup: YVR Gate C - Huevos Ranchero breakfast wrap. Hot and very delicious. The only thing it was missing was some hot sauce. They could have had a spicy ranchero sauce on the side for those that like their Huevos with a little kick. A negatives go, it's a super small thing BUT it did cost that one star. Overall very good and would eat here again.
John Bragg: The prices are absolutely outrageous!!! $20 for a very average chicken wrap? For the low amount of chicken I suspect the food cost (the measure of value for me) is about 17%. That is a ripoff and egregious. Avoid at all cost.
Roy Wilson (Pup Bigbad): Great experience. Forgot all of the recipes behind though. Maybe the server could remind everyone during dessert to get your recipes before leaving. Load of fun.
Michaela Paterová: Great coffee and food!
Anabelle Mirfatahi: We had a wonderful time at the vegan cooking class. Our chef was lovely and every dish was divine! Would definitely go again and highly recommend to anyone interested in taking a fun cooking class.
Anita Tiernan: Was excited to find this place at YVR domestic terminal. My sandwich was $18.50 and orange juice $12!! I put the orange juice back. The bread was so chewy. What a disappointment. Sorry guys but not good.
Karen: Amazing unique sandwiches and London Fog. Flavours are perfectly balanced , savoury, tangy, sweet umami. 😋😋😋😋 Interior is very chill and comfortable to sit.I come here all the time to grab lunch, their food is awesome 100% of the time — very consistent taste and quality.
Vicki Wenman: it was a wonderful experience. I went solo and felt at home with others. the Chef was knowledgeable and super friendly. I highly recommend this cooking class. the food was great, instructions easy to follow and relaxed atmosphere.
Nicholas Hermansen: 6am in the morning with a line up 40m long and they have 1 staff working. If there was literally anywhere else to go I would. Great job in staffing…..not!
Puja Raniga: When you hear the name Dirty Apron you think it's going to be a great experience. As someone who enjoys cooking I can say, this was not the case. Overpriced, Overhyped, you can't even support local without the owner wanting to not admit to being wrong when you try to explain why you didn't enjoy the experience. What a horrible practice. Also, who serves sparkling apple juice? Is it that hard to buy a soda stream?
Michelle Caven: I took the Valentines virtual cooking class last night 6-8pm. Chef was wonderful! Good pace, personal, fun…seafood chorizo paella was incredible, sticky toffee pudding yummy and manchego cheese/Iberian ham appy welcomed! I picked up my box of ingredients the day of and everything was premeasured and soooo fresh!
Patricia Sagert: Amazing experience, great ambiance, fabulous ingredients and easy to do. Overall incredible!
Henry Duffy: Tasty vegetarian breakfast wrap and a nice coffee, great ambience too although I wouldnt have chosen quite so many Killers songs in a row.....
Tomas Koronczi: We had a staff party at The Dirty Apron. Great atmosphere, a nice kitchen setup and friendly staff. We truly enjoyed the event! Highly recommended. Thanks for the great event! Tomas and the EVS Nespresso Professional team.
Jane Mcmahon: We enjoyed a family outing at the Dirty Apron with Chef Carol Chow sharing her expertise in an entertaining and informative manner. We were certainly - winner winners at the chicken dinners! Thank you and highly recommended.
Marie Gleason: Fantastic, delicious & fun! 😋
alejandra lopez: Súper amable el personal, la comida deliciosa, muy bonito el lugar, sin duda, un lugar muy recomendable
Sahar F: Have organized multiple private client events over the years at Dirty Apron and they are beyond exceptional. They make the process of hosting an event super easy, offer high quality produce/poultry, staff are extremely professional and the instructors deliver a fun yet educational experience!Who can not love cooking when all your ingredients are measured, cleaned and cut? 🤷🏻‍♀️
Ghazal: A friend recommended this place and it did not disappoint!!! We were a group of four and each of us tried a different sandwich and all of them were super delicious!!
Peter Prevost: This restaurant was supposed to open at 7 AM, but only opened at 7:15 which made catching my flight somewhat of a problem. The staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing and there wasn’t a smile to be found anywhere. Quite a disappointment. The franchise owner should have a serious talk with the staff.
Lynn Kairis: What a fun and amazing time we had again cooking with the dirty apron! This was the second time the dirty apron hosted our dental office for a team building event. We were greeted by the hosts upon arrival, who instantly directed us to our aprons and poured our glasses with wine (which were all very good btw). We were divided into three teams (appie, main and dessert) and each of the instructors guided us through the preparation of our course. We made crab cakes/prawns, beef medallion and a potato crosti (which was to die for) and a trio of chocolate desserts. Not only were we surprised how delicious the food was, we were so immensely full and satisfied by the time the desserts came. The instructors made it clear they were not there to turn us into chefs but to teach us how to make good food in a simple way. Thank you so much for making our experience at the Dirty Apron memorable and we look forward to our next visit in the future!!

Roxanne Brooks: Andrea’s Healthy, weekday meals class was so great! I’d like to think I’m pretty good in the kitchen and I still learned SO much! She’s extremely knowledgeable and taught wonderfully delicious recipes! Can’t wait for my next class. I highly recommend!!
flerrry: Healthy, interesting and fun!! Nice venue. Organized and clean. Tasty snacks. So much information. I highly recommend these classes. I have signed up for a few and others in my class have already taken a few different classes. Photo of Cashew Nut and Chickpea flour crackers
Steven Morin: I have taken two classes; how to make saurkraut, and how to make ginger beer. In both cases the classes were well run, and very informative. I have successfully made both saurkraut and ginger beer after the classes, and I am looking forward to experimenting with some of the great suggestions the class provided for future ferments / brews. I highly recommend these classes!
Bengül Kurtar: Hands-on experience in cooking!
Christine Wong-Siew: Knowledgeable and practical course! Learn so much in 3 hours. Thank you Andrea!
Lori Schlechtleitner: Incredibly knowledgeable instructors and a truly enjoyable learning experience. I took the entire series and really each individual class was wonderful.
Thomas G: Enjoyed a Kombucha 101 course with Andrea - she has a very accessible and friendly teaching style whilst being really informative! Looking forward to trying out my SCOBY!
Tony Miniciello: Chef Andrea has been a regular guest lecturer and demonstrator at Northwest Culinary Academy for some years now. She walks the walk to give substance and context to her talk. Andrea brings the right balance of mindfulness and reality to the table about such a polarizing topic as health and nutrition - a topic which ought to be positive and engaging. She has figured out how to teach food, cooking, and nutrition is a way that is accessible to all, a feat that reflects the authentic nature of Andrea as a communicator of all things good about food. Trust me, it is worth being influenced by her!

Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts: what do users think?
Valerie Farnsworth: We did a fun and insightful cooking class of Japanese cuisine.Wonderful teacher and student helpers , great recipes that I WILL repeat at home
jen h: I have been fortunate enough to have two events held here for clients. This is a very unique and great team building exercise as one of the events they offer is an iron chef challenge. The basis of this activity is that you are put into teams and tasked with the difficult and creative job of cooking a appetizer and entrée using a secret ingredient that has to be incorporated in both dishes. They hosted our clients professionally and with care which was much appreciated. The experience can come in at a little bit high of a price however, it has been a very successful event and our clients seemed to love it (which is the main goal!). You have to cook for one hour and have access to the kitchen and ingredients and can talk with some of the students that are there as well. It feels very high pressure and depending how you cook or eat it could be either very creative or a little bit overwhelming but it’s all in good fun. After that, the head chef tries out all the dishes and scores everyone. Don’t fret, you do not have to only eat your concoctions after the cooking challenge. You are then presented with a three course meal done by the students. One thing I do wish they offered was perhaps a Feedback card (I understand this is difficult for a client event but could be coordinated to the organizer). The dishes we got for good, the portions were a bit small and some of the dishes were a bit over salted in my opinion but overall it was a great meal and event. There is limited parking and just have to register your car with the business beforehand, otherwise be prepared to get towed.
Joseph Harasymko: Brilliant school. Very welcoming and knowledgeable about all aspects of the culinary arts.
Marc Bellera: They have a pleasant space with good views. The pastries and snacks are really good. The reason for the low punctuation is unfortunately due to the poor quality of the coffee and the lack of preparation as baristas and fortiori in a city where the competition of coffee shops and their quality is very high. Unfortunately, bad coffee definitely ruins a good meal.
Cindi Jones: We were there for a group event and did an Iron Chef challenge. It was a great experience so much fun. And, the we enjoyed a lovely meal prepared for us by the chef. Great team building event!
G I: Used to stop by every time to buy their delicious danish, croissants etc. Lately the are smaller than they use to be. They are almost half of what they used to be. When i asked to talk to the new baker , i was told the size it is the same.We are regulars and we know what size the pastries were.Anyways, time to look for another bakery.
J F: Amazing. Love this place. Best bakery, great customer service, and relaxing environment.
William Johnson: Good classes, but absolutely terrible customer service and student communication.
Martin Merrigold: Always interesting when a place transfers to new ownership. Prices up, quality is somewhat the same but evm that has taken a hit. Too bad it was a bit of a gem. Long term staff are still great!
Richard Felske: Blue Hat Bistro is great for coffee and pastries with a view of the marina and seawall at the entrance to Granville Island.
Asif Asad Jan: It was a great visiting there.
By my reckoning: I’m an international student who graduated from here, this place was my safe space tbh, at first when I was trying to find Culinary school this is the one who always got the good reviews which I don’t know why, now I know!!! Everything here is so blessing, all chef instructors and my friends are amazing. I don’t wanna say this but I don’t wanna graduate and still stay in this school PS. As the international student, it’s hard at first to adjust but when you do you will love it!!!
Me Mehl: Nice place to find something tasty and a good cup of coffee served however you like it.
Brooklyn PA: We ordered Easter dinner. They accommodated us as a high risk family. They accommodated curbside and were so friendly via email and phone.Team was amazing 👏 Food was great.
Kawa Rammo: Amazing aria
Felicity Shaw: My partner and I took the laminated dough class on Saturday. The class was taught by an incredibly passionate and talented chef / instructor named Christian who's enthusiasm for pastry was infectious. We cannot recommend this place enough. We will definitely be back for more classes
MANBIR RANDHAWA: If anyone out there wants to be a chef, baker or anything in the field of food cooking please do yourself a good favour and invest your money in this school.Since 1997, the school has graduated many wonderful talented students who not only learned from the high quality teachers but also learn to survive in the competitive hospitality field. The school is not just a school but also a full fledged restaurant and cafe overlooking the ships, yachts and boats parked from its big glass window. What a view and so I didn’t miss a chance to grab a coffee with yummy in house baked goodies.Lets talk about the school itself. Massive kitchens/classrooms, small size classrooms , student study room with apple macbook desktops and full fledge change rooms are just some of the features. Very spacious and clean especially during covid time. All precautions and safety measurements are taken before you go further from reception. Friendly staff and career advisors are very knowledgeable and helpful. Check in with “seane “ the admission guy for all ur program related queries.
H: Do not try and get help through their website, they won’t get back to you. Pre covid.
Mali DS: Very cool spot, with great views and lots of space. I love how organized and clean everything looked like. They have a good choice of desserts and bread.I only had a coffee, bit I will definitely come back.
Bailey: Definitely one of my fave spots for lunch in the area. Fresh food & ingredients, great prices and wonderful staff.
Purple Chainz: Was a pleasant experience

Northwest Culinary Academy Of Vancouver: what do users think?
Thomas Matthey: First time participating in a course at the Northwest Culinary. The best course I have done in years.
Sara D: We did the Sushi class with Chef Tarek, it was a lot of fun and we all felt it was great value for money. They even gave us all goodie bags at the end with Poke Bowl ingredients. Will definitely come back in future!
Amee Barber: We went to the one night wonder event for pad Thai. It was so much fun and great tips you’d never figure out on your own. Five stars for sure and I’ll be back!
V B: Highly recommend this place. My partner and I started with the lasagna class, then the risotto class and we just signed up for the bread making series.Couldn’t recommend this place more !!
Stella Ammendolia: The course exceeded my expectations. The teachers wereprofessional, well informed and had a down to earth wayof explaining the lesson. I would recommend this courseto all levels of cooks. The proof is in the pudding...as soon as I arrived home, (I flew infrom Ontario), I went to my garage and fished out my very largecutting board. It now has a place on my counter. Also, for the first time ever, I am using my pastry scraper.Thank you for a memorable course.
Kristian Kletke: Had a great experience with Fundamentals 1. The instructors were friendly and knowledgeable, not teaching you to just read a recipe, but to understand it, and the facility was clean and well prepped. Nice wine pairings too!
Mark Glimm: Just finished a one night lasagna class here, and it was just great. The instructors are knowledgeable, friendly and funny. The facility has I think 8 big gas ranges, with lots of other stuff, and there's a two table dining/lecture area with big screens to see the tutorials. Loved it. Thanks Tony and Jonathan!
Siavash E: .Highest ratio of instructors to studentsHighest ratio of cooking stations to studentsHighest spenders on ingredients and equipmentsNorthwest is not a school, its a passion project. This state of the art food laboratory is run by a team of chefs who are all owners - better described as family rather than co-workers. They'll take you in as one of their own, equip you with the most up-to-date culinary skills and knowledge, and give you unlimited support even after graduation. They are, however, selective in their admission process. You will need a lot of enthusiasm and a bit of luck. I wish you both!
Noya Madadi: I had an incredible experience taking the Enthusiast Level 1 course. Every day was packed with valuable information that are very relevant to everyday cooking including ingredient quality selection & all the reasons behind it. They teach you how to use your senses so you’re not reliant on a recipe or if you are looking to a recipe for inspiration, how to easily adjust things based on your touch or what you have available in your pantry. Every dish was delicious & very repeatable. Tony, our main instructor was very informative as well as the other chefs & instructors. I am already dying to take the next Level 2 course. My partner was so impressed with all the knowledge & relevant information I brought back home. Thank you so much for creating such a fun program. Cooking has never been so fun & stress-free. I highly recommend this course.
Alexandro Rubio: Great place to learn, only took the Basics 1 & 2 courses so far, since I cook for fun, but this place has made me think twice about my career choices, maybe I should have become a Chef! Instructor chefs are polite and knowledgeable, feels like you are cooking with friends and learning is nice and easy.
Janine Kreil: Could not recommend North West Culinary school enough! No matter your skill level, I can guarantee you will learn here from these wonderful people. I have taken 2 enthusiast classes now and I plan to take a whole lot more in the future!
J V: Took the 2 week boot camp as a proficient home cook and left with a new level of understanding for techniques and ingredients that I had never used before. The chefs were all great teachers and always there for questions and to help you succeed. The pace of the program gradually increased as we became more proficient and comfortable in our environment. The 2 weeks went by like a blur but with lots of practice after, I'm sure the techniques will slowly become second nature. Great way for home cooks to level up their game!
Banny Sohal: I would recommend the basic 1 course to everyone. The chefs are thoughtful and engaging and will teach you something no matter you’re level of cooking. The facilities are top notch. Overall great experience. Will definitely try some more courses!
Dayane L.: Amazing experience! My bf got us a couple cooking class this week - Phad Thai food! It so much fun and we learn how to make our favourite dish! The chef and his team were very friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming! Their kitchen is unreal! Very clean and well equipped. We’ll definitely go back soon!😍 highly recommend them! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Andrew: I took the Basics I: Flagship Fundamentals Course just recently to improve on my home cooking skills and to learn its discipline. I've been cooking by following recipes but this course has certainly opened up my eyes with a fresh look, i.e., by putting on a new "Reading Lens". I've also learned the art of flow in the kitchen with Mise en Place. Each Chef instructor brought to the classes their insights, techniques, personal experiences, and how to "Think like a Chef." There were times during the classes I have those light-bulb moments at either during the class or at the kitchen station. Yesterday was my birthday, and I wanted to share what I've learned. I couldn't believe that I was able to cook 10 dishes - first time ever - out from the four day class lessons for a family meal. And the verdict from family - "...every dish was delicious... and that it was a melody of food." I was inspired and I can't wait to begin with the Culinary Basics II: Next level of courage + creativity. Thank you Chefs, and thank you NWCA...
Anthony G.: Thank you for an inspiring lesson! Learned and ate a lot :p
Jim Grant: Really great Basics course with an opportunity to make and learn from meals we made and actually learn a lot of the ‘why’s’ of what you’re doing, rather than just following a recipe. Really enjoyed a lot of the tricks and discussions around things like different salts, and what’s so good about olive oil.
Xiao Yu: Took the fundamentals 101 in-person class here, had a great time. Atmosphere was very relaxed and inviting. Chef and staff were very helpful and provided a comfortable space for all the students to work in. Great kitchen to work in and quality products. I have been cooking at home for some time but I think any level can benefit from this course. Look forward to taking more courses in the future.
Sonya Szoczei: Great classes! Covid distance friendly
A. Owens: The 2-Week Plant Based Bootcamp was excellent! Everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable + most importantly, approachable. The class was taught in a cohesive + professional manner, + yet it was still fun + lighthearted. I definitely recommend anyone who is considered taking a class and / or course here to do so.
Chanel Warshafsky: I came to Northwest Culinary Academy as a home cook, looking to advance my skills and make a career change. Northwest exceeded my expectations in every way possible and without a doubt, participating in the professional culinary and pastry program this past year, was the best year of my life. The instructors all made an incredibly positive impact and I am thankful for the newfound confidence I have gained as a result, both in cooking at home, and now working in the field. The entire team at Northwest is extremely supportive and encouraging, they care deeply about every student's journey, interests and are truly dedicated to help students navigate their first steps when entering into the field and continued mentorship throughout one's career. The curriculum and environment is one of a kind, you will truly have the opportunity to dive into your learning, hone your skills and discover a deeper appreciation for your love of cooking, and forever be inspired to follow your dreams!

HAVE Culinary Training Society: what do users think?
Johnny Wilson: Have Cafe provided Thanksgiving meals for 6 buildings where WholeWay House staff provide care and tenant support, which totaled over 200 meals. They were fabulous meals with extraordinarily well prepared turkey dinners that were enjoyed by all. We highly recommend them for catering events.
Mak Martin: Amazing social enterprise. Catering throughout the lower mainland. Employment and training of marginalised DTES population. Very compassionate and respectful work environment. Chef Amber and Chef Richard are truly special.
Lana B: We have used HAVE many times in the past for ordering catering for our larger events. The food is always unreal, customer service great and to top it all off we get to support a social enterprise that gives back to our community by providing training to at risk people. Great company and great initiatives!
Jordana Smith: Top notch. Affordable yummy food, and amazing customer service. Planning events can be stressful and HAVE makes it so much easier. We use them all the time and will continue to. Thanks!
Fresh Air Learning: We could not have been more pleased with the catering provided by the talented folks at HAVE Culinary Training Society. They went above and beyond to meet our group's varied dietary needs with unique, delicious and gourmet meals every day. They were professional, kind and wonderful to work with. We highly recommend their services!

Versarious: Really great food in an area lacking restaurants. Loved it.

CarnivalSized CinnamonHearts: Great catering great prices
David Paschall: I was somewhat lost in the Asian neighborhood in Vancouver and stumbled on this little cafe tucked away on Powell street. Intrigued by the sign: Hope, Action, Values, Ethics cafe, I decided to try it out. Great menu, reasonably priced, prepared and served with care. Soup, sandwich and salad for $6.95! If I lived in this area, it would be a regular haunt...
Erin Kenny: Brought my family for lunch. We loved it. The food was wonderful; good prices. Very clean and welcoming. So impressed and proud of the H.A.V.E. program.
V Red: best prices and best fish n chips ever!
Douglas Wilkinson: food was great excellent breakfast love supporting new up and coming chefs

Well Fed: what do users think?
D H: Super nice people and the food tastes awesome. The samosas are delicious!!!!
Nathalia McCullagh: I love the taste of their food. Just like homemade one! ❤Their meat lasagna and the meat skewer are our favorite. Almost forgot about their banana bread. I can eat all in one day. 🤭
Julie B.: The lettuce wraps and chicken burritos are family favorites but all the meals are delicious!
Mary-Jane M: We love having Well fed dinners in our freezer. The food is delicious and when you don’t feel like cooking they are our go to. Some favourites include the Turkey burgers ( must have ) banana bread muffins raspberry loaf. Love the pastas and samosas as well. Keep up the good work !
Patricia Bonillas: My experience with Well Fed has been excellent. I contacted Well Fed a few years ago when we were looking for a new hot lunch provider for my children’s school. Their focus on nutrition, quality food, and variety, as well as their outstanding service, were hard to beat so we chose them as our sole hot lunch provider. Their meals were (and still are)a success and they have now been the only hot lunch provider for the school in the past 4 years.I have also used their meals-to-go service for my family. The service is convenient, the food is easy to prepare and it tastes great!I’ve also enrolled my daughter in their kitchen summer camps and I must say that I was impressed with what they taught and the food that the kids came home with. My daughter loved it the first time and asked me to register her again so she’s done them for two consecutive years.Well Fed is an excellent option for those of us that value nutritious and quality food. I highly recommend them!
Denise Morris: Love Well fed studios. We made some purchases to support a colleague who was facing a challenging time. Having healthy meals delivered to his door was a lifesaver. After a few samples, the gift card allowed him to choose what suited their taste buds. So handy that he could pull these out of the freezer in the morning and have something healthy to eat on the table shortly after getting home from work!
Alison Bridges: I love having a stock of well fed meals in my freezer for those busy nights when I don't know what to cook for dinner. The meals are delicious and the clean-up afterwards is so easy! I also like the fact that they use really clean ingredients (no fillers, preservatives or other junk in them). Definitely recommend!
Cambrea Strubin: Well Fed offers healthy and delicious frozen meals for the whole family. It’s great to stock the freezer for east week night meals.
Kerri Hansen: Amazing pre-made frozen meals! So convenient and caters to food intolerances which is important because we have gluten and dairy sensitivities in our family.
j jones: Delicious and healthy meals delivered to your doorstep for easy dinners. Our favorites are the one pot meals (such as the Chana Saag paneer). A great local company
Sandy Maduke: The food is delicious, easy to prepare and of excellent quality. Is always delivered in a timely manner. Communication with WellFed is always seamless. Highly recommend !
TK's Channel: Delicious meals. Daycare meals are amazing. My daughter eats the meals right up. Good pricing to
Shannon S: Wellfed is a convenient and healthy option for family meals. Communication is great, delivery is always within the time frame and the food tastes homemade and you can tell the ingredients are good quality. I order often. I also love supporting our school through their fundraising tab!
Sarah Borden: The meat lasagna is delicious! Even my super picky kids approve! And the veggie samosas are my go-to for work lunches when there are no leftovers in the fridge
Brandy Hughes: I have used Well Fed personally as well as for the Hot Lunch program at my child’s school. The food is always high quality and delicious. I would absolutely recommend Well Fed!
michael oflaherty: Great clean and healthy food made fresh, friendly staff, I support this small business and healthy meals for kids!
Rachael Simak: I stopped in to purchase a meal and only wanted one item. Standing at the till, trying to pay, they told me I couldn't purchase it and needed to do so online (which was a min $50). I was basically trying to give them by business and money, during covid, and they turned me away. Needless to say I wont be making that online purchase or referring them in future to my North Van community. Womp womp.
Cara Bablitz: Easy to order meals online. I tried them after they were recommended in a Mom group. The meals are delicious and perfect for delivery to someone as a gift. I gave them to friends recently with a new baby and typed the address in wrong. They went over and above to get the food to her the same day. The friend who received the gift said they were so happy to not have to cook it brought a tears to their eyes! I recommend trying them out!
Jules Ku-Lea: LOVE this place! Quality nutritious food at affordable prices. Waaaaay better than any of those meal delivery services. We are regular customers and appreciate the convenience and nutrition Well Fed provides for our growing family!
Hector Alcala: Excellent healthy food, very friendly people and they change the menu every month.
