Press Start Video Games: what do users think?
Sean “@sean.cox.tattoo”: Was super impressed with Russ' knowledge of a random game out of the thousands on the shelves. (Lego Indiana Jones for wii) My wife told me years ago that he had been very helpful and generous with his time helping her to get her old NES working again. Thanks Russ!
Sai benjamin: Awesome store! Friendly, knowledgeable gentkeman with great selection! 🙂
Matthew U: Fairly priced lot of rare games good selection
M Blades: Prices were good but the store could use some updates/upkeep
Nicole Raven: Friendly and knowledgeable. Good value on prices. Gamers paradise.
Crumpet: My girlfriend and I stopped by, the selection was great! I picked up an old ps2 game for my buddy that unfortunately he already had. Called the store owner and he said he’d exchange it no problem. Just a really nice little store, albeit a little messy.Edit: will also add that they fixed up my old sega genesis promptly, they’re great at communicating expectations as well. Price was super reasonable and fair. Highly recommended.
Nillraac: The best game store in the greater Vancouver area. The owner, Russ, is a fantastic guy and is always so helpful. I will shop and trade here over anywhere else.
Tor: My go-to shop in Vancouver for retro games. Always receive great customer service and you'll always find something you want.
aaron vanstone: Great shop good selection and amazing staff
Wolfgang Bastion: Bought Pokemon Platinum for a fair price. Service was excellent, and he helped me finally figure out my Pokemon Crystal was dead, which gave me real peace of mind. Highly recommended.
Kirby F: The owner was helpful and understanding of the game series I was looking for. Will be back!
J R: Good place to buy games..friendly owner...looking for old/new games this is the place..
Eddie D'Agostino: Great selection of games and very fair trade. The people there are always friendly, helpful, kind. Highly recommend supporting this small family business!
Adam Dileva: Friendliest staff you'll ever meet at a game store. Fair prices and honest. Great selection of obscure and hard to find stuff
JEFF L: Owner is awesome and always helpful!
Alessandro de Lima: Pretty nice and helpful Buddy behind the counter
Quentin Mayne: The guy running at the very helpful and I was looking for a game everywhere and his store had it definitely will be back

Haihai Whutwhut: Great place with tons of retro games. Good prices. Nice guy!
Ryan Minks: The owner is a super nice guy and I loved leading through the classic game selection here. I'll visit again when I'm in the neighborhood.

Play N Trade Video Games Vancouver: what do users think?
Hossein Nezam: Lovely place. I would like to have more videogames stores like this in France. Good deals and stickers.
Sarah Mansour: The owner yelled at me for no reason the moment I walked into his store a couple months ago. I did absolutely nothing wrong. I had literally just stepped inside the store. I left a one star review and they took it down like they have with other people. The owner will likely respond saying I never came in, but I have the proof. I posted on better business bureau. I left my info and the owner had the nerve to call me and yell at me. I also have proof of that. They have verbally assaulted other people as well, just look at their one star reviews and the way they respond. They might take this down, but I’ll continue to post as I won’t be threatened and silenced any longer.
Tangly 250: I wrote a review about an employee yelling slurs at me and my son and they took it downEdit: I didn't lie in my previous review, and I wasn't banned from the play n trade in Courtney as I never went there
Justin Loza: Great staff, great selections, great conversation with the man just working there. Bonded over sports games and NBA definitely recommend coming here if you wanna give your games away!
Narayan Taniwa: Dishonest staff. Called, asked how much they'd pay for Xbox 360 games on average. He said "a buck or two". Went to the store with a dozen games, a very unhealthy lady working the till told me $5 for all of them.
Noah Watson: Was in a couple weeks ago to grab and handful of Xbox original games, prices were cheap, buddy gave me good information, going to go get more games for sure
Nolan Kovach: Owner of this shop is a standup and honest guy. The best selection of legacy video games in all of Vancouver. I will definitely be returning for more business in the future.
darius payne: Great place for all your gaming needs
Kulvinder Bhatti: Best video game shop you'll find. Best stickers money can buy, only matched by the great service!
wayne learie: Very high prices and the owner is socially inept
Youngdaggerdick69: Very nice place and cashier was very polite
Giulio J.: Great selection with tons of inventory and the nicest staff I have ever met!
Zx_hoaxer: Awesome experience definitely go check it out!
LylatR Fasts: The place doesn't seem too well maintained and neither does the stuff sold there. I bought a Gameboy there and opened it up, it had obviously had something spilled on it and smelled really nasty. I didn't bother returning it because I was able to get it working, but it was still pretty gross.I'd also expect to pay more at a store than for something on eBay, but some of the items here are completely out to lunch in terms of pricing. Beware of the "XX% off" sales, sometimes it's a good deal and other times the items will still be double what they'd be in other stores.
bobby hummer: worst employee ever!! tried to sell a playstation that needs a new hard drive and he had a hissy fit and was extremely rude. you would a assume a video game store would know how to put a new hard drive into a playstation which costs 30-40$ but i guess not.
Erich Magdzik: Love this place. The lady who owns this place is awesome.
Jake Dawson: Great collection of newer and retro titles and very friendly guy running the place!
Brittany Kopetsch: Found this shop on google and headed over to find PS3 games, and wow were we impressed with the selection!! Amazing prices as well. It felt so nostalgic being surrounded by the classics we played as kids. The shop owners were so lovely too! Highly recommend!
laura X: This was a random pit stop during our day trip to Van city from Chilliwack.Ended up being an awesome highpoint to an already epic day!The couple running the show told us as we walked in that they were having a 50% off sale, for EVERYTHING (ya, everything) in the store - just cause 🤓That created nothing but fun. They are rad, and true to their word and then some!Highly recommend - and encourage!!!
Adam: Out of the 50+ places around Vancouver to get used and new games... I wouldn't even recommend this last...
Susan Ilivitsky: Avoid this place at all costs. Very rude and unpredictable owner. Will either ignore you or yell at you for no reason and then gaslight and blame you when you try to call him out in his behaviour. I’ve heard many stories of him mistreating his customers. Also it was dirty inside.

Rain City Games: what do users think?
Melih Yılmaz: Great place for board and card games in general. They have a huge collection of games and single cards. Cool place for playing commander games. Also the best prizing for Magic the Gathering events in city.
The Corvid: probably the best custumor service out there
Jason J: I feel like a kid in a candy store.
Igor Petrovic (IggyPop): Amazing selection of games. Great and helpful staff.
Joshua Ji: So many selections for games and the staff were very friendly and helpful! Very clean store and great atmosphere. Enjoyed the concept of the games schedule (different activities scheduled for different days and times).Prices were a bit high but the quality of the board games also looked very good.
Matthew Ellis: Staff worked with my non carding wife to help her get cards for my card playing son.Made her feel welcomed and respected …Hmm that kind of service is commendable and will be rewarded with additional purchases from my family
PB O: Asked for recommendations for conversation and language games and didn't receive any help, so was just about to give up when another worker who worked there (Tia/Thia, I forget, I'm so sorry) overheard us, intervened, and helped me and my colleague soooo much! I will be forever grateful for her help and knowledge of the products, she was truly great at advertising. She provided us with so many options, which was really useful. She always had a smile, was really approachable, and really helped our school out. The pride I felt when my coworker and I walked back into the office to show off to our boss the fantastic haul we managed to find, for a really great price too. She really helped us out, her immaculate energy perked our mood up too, and I will recommend this store to anybody and everybody now. We will certainly be back. Thank you, ma'am!
Trevor Bradley: Great game store. Very welcoming!
Sarawut Yuttanava: ❤️❤️❤️
Cort Carpenter: I should have gone here years ago. Rad selection of games and super friendly employees. They also ordered me a game I could not find elsewhere. Even on the net. Easy ordering system in person and online. Excellent store.
Vernon Lo: Great Selection of tabletop games available
Draco: 270 for a astral radience box is insane. Go to any other Local Card Store and itll be half the priceEdit: I was a bit too harsh, but I still believe it's overpriced
planes3333: Nice staff. I came to buy some plastic figurines, (they used to make them lead) pretty fair priced. Helpful staff, the one dude lingered a bit hovering over me but I assume he was just trying to be helpful anb also in being in the downtown eastside I am sure they deal with lots of attempted thefts. I like going there lots of stuff and hopefully they will get more dragons in.
second stone: Great selection. Very knowledgeable. -1 star for prices being on average $10 more than anywhere else… Down town tax?
Gérard campos: Très sympa avec beaucoup de choix de jeux
Nereid Lake: So friendly and helpful. And if you are visiting from out of town, you can stick a pin in their world map to show where you are from!
Naiesca Wagner: I can't understand the comments about "little variety" people are either mean or really blind, the store is huge, has a lot of games, characters to color, space to play, special paints, brushes, stuffed animals. Complete, clean, organized store, with professionals who come to you and ask if you need something or are looking for something specific.
Reza Moallemi: I recently visited Rain City Games and was blown away by the selection of board games and the overall experience. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, helping me find the perfect game for my family game night. The store itself had a great atmosphere, with a wide selection of games that catered to all ages and interests. I appreciated that the staff took the time to explain the rules and mechanics of the games, making it easy to dive right in and start playing.
Johnny Tang: Cool place to play card games Yu-gi-yo, magic, pokemon and lots of boardgames and the prices are reasonable
Steven Phan: I ordered 18 of the same board game online to furnish and include it into my short term rentals because its a hot boardgame at the moment. The orders were flagged as fraud and cancelled. I called and spoke with Braden who said a manager would get back to me. I got an email from Channing who is one of the co-owners saying that it would be fine and to re-order. Then I got an email later from Andrea the other co-owner gaslighting me and making assumptions without knowing who I am. All orders cancelled again.Just trying to support small business.
Rhoss303: Great shop and nice staff. I wish there were more D n D minis to choose from. Other than that they had a decent selection of MTG and many other table top games.

Gamedeals Video Games: what do users think?
ShmokenTerps: Store is a rip off they ask 20% more then price charting do yourself a favor order off eBay or go to Press Start at least they negotiate and dont charge you almost $80 for a game thats listed for $30-$50 on price charting
Ralph de las Alas: Always a fantastic place to shop for games new and old. The staff is always friendly and fun to talk to for information. They have a lot of choices for retro games and it's definitely my go-to store for PS3 and PS2 games. I bought 2 Gameboy SPs here in good condition and I couldn't be happier. I definitely recommend shopping here.
Camille Mateos: I came by today at lunch to get a few xbox one games. The store has an amazing selection of games, consoles and goodies. It's well organized and easy to find what you are looking for. But you can also easily wonder for a couple hours to look at everything and spark childhood memories of your favorite games. The staff member I spoke to was great, friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks to him I was able to pick up a game I had on my wishlist but had forgotten about. He was also super excited to share about his experience with the games which got me even more hyped about the ones I picked.I think I have found my new favorite video games store.
hudson phillipsrobertson: this is where i'm going to get a gameboy advance it is in good condition for a good price
Edwin Singh: Cool store. Has just about everything. Awesome staff.
andrew wagner: Great spot, nice and helpful staff. Inventory is well organized and absolutely massive, they got it all. I will also highlight the fact they are very, very fair when it comes to trading in. Highly recommended!
Taylor M. Hall: Lovely store with welcoming staff and a diverse collection of games, consoles, and accessories. I was helped by Rory, who was a pleasure to talk to and clearly very knowledgeable. I know it won’t be long before I’m back again. Highly recommended!
Brad Apple: Great store, great staff and lots of retro and new stuff available! I sold these guys lots of stuff in the past and I will continue!
aaron vanstone: Great shop good selection of games and consoles.
ObsessedGamerGal 86: I wouldn’t reccommend this store to ANYONE! The female staff are kind but the new male staff are rude & unprofessional. It does NOT matter if a customer’s opinion is wrong you keep it to yourself! I talked to some fugly weeaboo in a Dragon Ball Z sweatshirt saying my favourite webshow VideoGame Reunion is fanmade while he kept on insisting it’s fan fiction! I do NOT like it when people put fan made Nintendo parodies as fan fiction it’s disgusting! I gave him feedback if he wants more customers to come in to keep his opinions to himself the other staff member some homeless man with a man bun just laughed this review will NOT be deleted unless those two idiotic staff are reprimanded for being unprofessional! the man said he’d give me 50$ for my single copy of Paper mario on the N64!It’s not a loose cartridge it’s a single cartridge! A loose cartridge is where it rattles & shakes clearly this noob NEEDS to do his homework! I think he gave me 40$ JUST because I disagreed with him he shouldn’t be working retail if he CANNOT handle nor show customers a positive experience he should work at McDonald’s fits his personality more.As for the homeless rubbish guy with the man bun yes I hate men with man buns he should work in clearing people’s garbage! I rather be served by the female staff as they’re much more understanding & NOT rude!
Kaleb: I liek vidia gaems!?!?!?!
gavin lewis: Got a NES and SNES👍🏽 Very good quality and works pefectly
Derek Deacon: I’ve been here a few times now and it is always a pleasant experience. They are very helpful, engaging and knowledgeable. I would recommend Gamedeals to anyone. 🙂
Travis Curtis: Great crew, great location and good selection.
Christian Manansala: Good experience
Steve Duenas: Went in and got a reasonable quote for my amiibos, everytime Im here alone or with my bros the staff is cool n always playin something fire on the speakers
Justin Mohns: Lots of rare retro games.
August Onyschuk: Yes you can definitely find games and game systems at the average or slightly higher price then what is being sold online however I do not recommend trading in for credit or cash they will rip you off even if they seem kind and friendly... I have experienced and seen multiple times were they will give you 1/3 the price or less then that for what it's worth online even based off the site they use to compare (pricecharting) (CND) pricing. Tried to bring in 5 games for trade for credit which all together is worth $44 based off of average sales online and they had offered me $5 for all... That's a rip. The customer Infront of me traded in a game that was worth $18 and they offered and gave him $5 cash for it... Yes he took the offer not knowing the true value of the game. I suggest try to sell games on Kijiji or Facebook market or craigslist before dealing with them. Sorry I will walk away if i feel I'm not being respected.
Morgan Marshall: Lots of games options
Jamieson Irving: Not sure who the manager girl is, but she's never been inviting, pleasant or happy vibe EVER. Says 12-7 every day, I called ahead because I was tight for time and would he there right at 7pm. I was at the door at 7pm on the dot and the store was locked up and dark. Not the first time it's happened
Sai benjamin: Good selection 👌Lots of classic collectors editions to look at!

EB Games: what do users think?
Robert Point: Staff are always kind, helpful and knowledgeable with everything!
Rowyn D.: Went to the late night launch of tears of the kingdom. It seems the security was nervous with the large crowd and put a time crunch for 11 pm, it became clear that not everyone in line would be able to purchase their copy, it was a very difficult situation and I thing the game stop manager managed the situation with grace. There was a lot of criticizing from people at the time but, it was a difficult situation and it was clear the game stop employees were doing their best. Thank you
Isabel Atherton: Lined up for the Zelda Pre-order and waited in a long line and almost didn't make it to the store, but the manager was so unbelievably kind and understanding and really stuck their neck out for the customers to make sure we got our game even after the mall security gave the manager hell all day and the store was supposed to close by 11. The manager allowed a handful of the remaining people to get their game after hours. I highly recommend this location and their staff, they are all incredible people. To the manager: I'm so sorry you were yelled at by security and annoyed customers, you honestly did everything in your power and some. Thank you for being so incredible and generous to us all. There is no amount of thank yous to be said to show all of our appreciation for you and your staff.
Talia Bolt: ZELDA PRE-ORDER!!! Manager was a saint and did absolutely everything she could and DID NOT deserve to be yelled at by angry customers and security. I am completely happy with the customer service I recieved and would go back again. She tried her best to make us all happy and get our game. Hands down the best treatment I've ever gotten. 100% recommend going here.
Amir Beiklik: Friendly staff, great selection. Good cheap old games.
Logan Borgfjord: All eb games and game strops have really decreased in usefulness in the past few years due to only a limited supply of stuff. I only go there with my girlfriend looking for more switch adventure games. But even the switch games are pricey as hell.
Rossana Llenado: Regular shop.
Ohh Yeah: Its great gaming store. Just wish the shopping industry wasn't was stuck on the idea of everything has to be online, stores like EB Games allow new shoppers to find new and unique items.
Tom: Kinda love that’s it’s called GameStop now. I don’t think store has changed much but I can recommend that they honor their return policy here
David Yates: Probably the nicest looking gamestop I've been in, very small though. The new manager seems like a capable fellow that is passionate about his store.
LESLIE MAC BAIN: One of the greatest places to find games especially used games which I don't mind playing
Austin J: Painfully slow service. Like 4 people in line and waited 30 min to make a purchase. Cashier couldn’t find preorder even though they had just called me to tell me it was ready for pickup. Should have gone to best buy
Darcy Joseph: Got my ps5 there...
Jeff Nahanee: Super helpful staff showed them my list helped me find exactly what I wanted thanks your assistance was overwhelming
CARTOON JACOB: Bruh
언제나: 작년 미국 주식 중 공매도로 유명세를 탔던 그 Game Stop.
Michael Western: Staff here has always been great! Any time I am looking for a new/used game to take a flyer on, they have never let me down.
andrew quock: Great place for games and toys for the kids. Employees are nice and helpful
David Watkins: Nice shop and great staff
B18Z3 YT: Still no ps5s in hope they r in soon
Nick Pizza: Great selection and understanding staff. Quite knowledgeable. Also really intrigued by the company future as per recent partnerships with Microsoft, will be back for sure

Games on The Drive: what do users think?
Fausto Inomata: They have several games I haven’t seen in other stores. Staff is super friendly! It’s become my favourite place in Vancouver
Andrew Gearhart: A hidden gem of a board game and TTRPG shop a few blocks away from the Commercial-Broadway SkyTrain station. Don't let the small size fool you! This brightly lit, well organized shop has a fantastic selection of popular, hobbyist, and niche titles. Their TTRPG selection is also great with books from many different publishers and the dice to go with. Finally, that staff are relaxed and yet eagerly helpful and knowledgeable.
Hastings Sunrise: These guys must love losing money! I travelled from afar only to find ridiculous 'Masks Required' signs on the front door. It's January 2023... Imagine chasing away customers like that.
Nic D'Angelo: Really great little store, packed with awesome games and goodies, staff is also really friendly and helpful.
Samantha Stade: Love this place
Cat ferris: Yay, thank you for still requiring masks for those of us that don’t want to get sick!
Fady Bert: The store has a very wide variety of board games. The sales rep was awesome, we asked him for games recommendations and he kept suggesting multiple games based on the games we had played before. He was very knowledgeable of the games he has in the store.
Jake Gibson: A fantastic store with incredibly friendly staff. Home to the best curated selection of games and books I've ever seen.
Kip Y: Friendly staff, definitely worth the extra effort to support local instead of giant retail corporations.
Nick: Good little shop that carries a great range of board games.
Rory Brimacombe: Great staff and selection!
Dandelion Thief: Tiny space packed floor-to-ceiling with games. So many games. A clown car amount of games. This is the perfect game store, condensed down small enough to fit in your pocket.Prices, especially for Magic cards, consistently lower than any other shop I know ofProbably single handedly inflating the property values for several blocks in every direction, as people move homes in order to live closer to this store
Jasmine Lemelin: went on a busy Christmas Eve for a last minute game, and the staff member working was very helpful and knowledgeable. A small shop with a wide selection of one of a kind games as well as the classics. Definitely check it out if you’re looking for something new!
Jade Konechy: I’ve never been so betrayed by a shop keeper before.I went in with my boyfriend waiting outside and asked if there was any root like games, he suggests a couple, I buy one, my friend and I exit but my boyfriend wants to go back in.I go in after a while to make sure no accidental hints come up, and when he tells the shop keep his favourite game is Root, HE PULLS OUT A GAME MADE BY THE SAME PEOPLE, WITH THE SAME ART, THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN THE PERFECT PRESENT.Looks were exchanged behind my boyfriends back as he did not hesitate to buy the copy of the game that would have been the PERFECT PRESENT.Edit: I brought back the game I bought that day and exchanged it for more stuff that I think would make a better present, and some other stuff, staff was very friendly and very helpful!
Gus Fowler: Great little game store! Good prices and selection.
Natsu Fujita: Small store but has a good selection of games.
Jasmine: Not for people looking for d&d books etc
Patrick Hung: There's a lot of selection for such a small shop!
Cam Marshall: Terrific little shop with amazing selection, great prices and kind staff 💜 well worth the trip out next time you’re considering ordering a game online!
Corey Baker: Awesome little board game shop on The Drive. Despite the small space, they have a surprisingly broad selection of top board games. Staff was friendly and very helpful in recommending games. The prices are within single dollars of "that big online store". Enjoy the in person experience and support local business at the same time!
Flynn Dixon Murdock: Great shop with great prices for Magic the Gathering in Vancouver

TheAnarchistKampfen: Prices weren't bad staff was very helpful the selection of what I was looking for was less then I wanted but it's hard to keep stock of what I was looking for

Katsuie: Kind employees

Melih Yılmaz: Great place for games overall. They have huge catalog of MTG and other tcgs singles. Also hurray for edh events. Great place to play commander and awesome community.
Timothy Dyksterhuis: Have good prices on games workshop models and citadel paints. Also have multiple huge bins of terrain which you can use on the days that they do wargaming.

Brandon P: Very friendly staff, had what I needed and some fun pinball machines!
Diogenes Nicacio Mota: Great staff and good selection of mtg cards and products. Definitely I’ll come back to play some of the store tournaments!
carlos torrico: Nice place to play magic.
John Nightingale: Don't let appearances fool you this is a great store with friendly staff. The parking situation isn't great but it is worth the effort.
David Yates: Good selection of minis, even picked up a game I haven't been able to find at any GameStop so that was a bonus. Definitely hit up this place if you get the opportunity to!
Alex L: Went to pick up a game listed in the website. They didn't have, had never heard of it, and said the website was wrong...
Dubusaur: They refused my trading card supplies return saying it was a final sale, but this was never written anywhere.I went home and re-read the sale details and took a screenshot as proof. They later added the final sale line and claimed it was there all along.I sent them the screenshot before they updated the sale details and only then did they allow a refund. At the time of refund, they told me sale items are usually final sale. I told them that stores usually disclose this information beforehand and they replied by saying they don't know any stores like that.Their return policy also says, "You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by The Connection Games & Hobbies within 10 days of delivery for a full refund."
Basia Kowalska: Best game store in the GVA. Good prices, friendly staff, clean space, and they're always willing to make friendly conversation and keep the atmosphere safe and inclusive. Online stock is kept updated, and you have the chance to test equipment to make sure it works, or bring it back for exchange or credit. Looking forward to making this a regular stop!
Chris Jones: Tis a grand store with friendly staff.Always a good time!
Jj Kwak: Love this store. The guys working there are very chill and professional. They do a great job organizing events there every day.
Brayden Appleby: This is the place I started to play MTG at way back in RTR. The staff here have always been super helpful and knowledgeable, the community here is also very chill especially for EDH. You get a mix of power levels for decks which makes things more enjoyable in my opinion.
Phil McFadden: They gave me great advice and complimented my watch. 10 thumbs up.

Cecilia Mok: A well stocked games store with helpful and chill staff. They have a great selection of games for all ages here.
Abby Nicole: Great selection of DND figurines & books, as well as board games.
Steve Lemky: My favorite game shop and the unofficial game store of Thunderbowl, the lowermainland's premiere blood bowl league. Love this store!
Leah Chatfield: Great selection and helpful staff!
Charles: The staff are not friendly nor helpful. They don’t seen to like their jobs and seemed rude.
Bob O: They do not carry a wide selection of paint if that is what you are after, but otherwise a fantastic local game store
Michelle Oh: helpful staff
Pedro Medeiros: Awesome and helpful staff. They are always very well stocked on board games and RPG books
Jack Aurelius: Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great selection
Matt Blatz: Fantastic selection, knowledgeable staff. 10/10
Gab Houghton: The shop is clean and well laid out. After 5 visits over a year, the staff are still rude and short- more motivated to get you to leave quickly. Asking a question about the products is often met with an eyeroll. Online shopping may be preferable.
Steve Miller: I've been coming to Strategies for a while but I don't find the staff to be all that friendly or engaging. In my experience, they don't seem to try very hard to foster loyalty, rapport or repeat business. For example, despite having spent hundreds of dollars there, I had to negotiate pretty hard just to return one unopened paint pot. This experience, combined with their pretty high prices, makes me want to look at discount online retailers instead. Still, 3 stars for a good selection in stock.
Anand Sriganeshar: Good selection and knowledgeable staff make this a great local option for board games & table top games.
Jerry: When I asked for a recommendation for a nice family game, Gopaul (spelling?) gave us a few of his personal recommendations. Everyone there was friendly, courteous, and helpful. Above all, they all seemed passionate about what they do. Will definitely be back.
Tully Pinkerton: Great selection of boardgames, wargames, and RPGs. If they don't have it, they'll gladly order it in for you.
Badger and Yew: Always love this store! Really great game selection and amazing people!

Drexoll Games: what do users think?
Thomas Byrne: Popped into the shop this afternoon to look at games for me and my gf. The guy (wish I got his name, Black beard) who works there was one of the most professional people I've ever dealt with in any business. He knew exactly what to recommend for the games we currently like and play and was able to recommend different variations of what we could like. I work in enterprise sales for fortune 100 companies and this guy is one of the best sellers I've ever come across because he genuinely cares. I will be coming back for sure!
Maile Carpenter: Such a lovely experience. The shop is set up nicely, the cashier was friendly (despite my slightly grumpy attitude, sorry!) but not overbearing and very clear about where things were in the store (awesome for people like me who struggle with directions and have a slower processing time). Always intimidating to go into a game shop as a woman, and I know the bar is on the floor, but I didn't feel out of place at all which i'm super grateful for. I just wish they had a bigger dice collection. Keep up the good work gang!
Tim Woodburn: I walked into Drexoll to shop for, and ideally purchase, a travel cribbage board. I walked in and a mother and son (my assumption) were in the store shopping and a group of folks were at the back table playing a game. I looked around for what I needed. I found a case the looked like it had the boards in it but it was a closed glass case. I then walked around the shop to see if I could see anything else. Finally, after a few minutes, I wandered back to the glass case. At no point was I greeted by anyone or offered assistance. I settled down and opened the case and started rummaging to see if I could find what I was looking for. Behind me I heard someone greet and speak with the mother and son. After some time moving items in the case, pulling things out and searching, I looked up to find the person that spoke to the other customers, standing back at the game table in the rear. Finally, I put the items back in the case, glanced back at the table and left. Why no one felt the I should be acknowledged or offered assistance is baffling to me. Great customer service is rare but zero customer service is astonishing. If you're looking for a game, I'd suggest you try somewhere else.
Trevor A: Good selection of games, CCGs, and table-top RPGs. Friendly staff that was happy to give recommendations based on what we liked.
Sasan Ahmadi Asl: Little shop, not so many options on the paint and coloring section! A little unorganized in that section!
Jeff Dittmer: Wow, great help and amazing selection! If you can’t find it here I don’t think you’ll find it anywhere
Anthony Chow: Good selection of top end games, and wide variety, didn’t have some I was looking for (one was out of stock) but generally great place
Brenden V: Plenty of games for all kinds of gaming experience. The staff had plenty of recommendations for anything I asked.
Gigi Peters: Lise is super helpful every time I needed help or offering recommendations. This place is a gem and supports a local community of gamers by offering space for people to connect.
Hubert Courteau-Godmaire: Great advices to find a game for my friends and I
Tim Worthington: Absolutely fantastic selection of board games! Had a range of games that includes every style you can think of and the staff are super knowledgeable and helpful at finding the games you want.Personally picked up a Jan Sasaki game since they’re so hard to find, as well as Parks since the groups I play with tend to vary a lot in skill level.Would definitely recommend going here for all your board gaming needs
Markus Gerhard: Excellent selection of new and older games and especially Pen & Paper RPGs. I was able to find some Battletech books I’ve been searching for years. The staff was nice to chat with and to top it off I was given an oversized D20 for free.
Chad Rattie: Great selection and friendly staff
Andrew Martinez: Great store with amazing staff. These people know their stuff and are more than happy to lend a hand or provide some insight. Highly recommend
Jean-Simon Deslauriers: This place is a treasure trove for board game enthusiasts. They have a huge selection, including some long or of print stuff left. Somewhat or of the way of the city center, but if you like board games, is a must
Badger and Yew: Huge selection of games new and old. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, it's a little far from where we live but we always go when were at that end of the city. Great place for puzzles, rpg books and boardgames.
Charis Young: Amazing selection of games and resources, the staff is super friendly. One of my favorite places to browse and pick up new games.
William Vogel: Good people, always out of realeases .
John: Classic. Great staff and great selection, been coming here for years.
silberlichtchen: Have been going to this store for the past 10 years. One of the best games selections in town. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.
Jamie Banks: Helpful and funny staff, great selection

EB Games: what do users think?
TheAnarchistKampfen: Staff was very helpful and store was very full and well stocked
Taylor Folino: I live across the street so I come here very often. All the staff are very friendly they have great deals on used games and if they're out of stock on a game you want they try their best to order it from another store.
C Rae: Bought a refurbished ps4 online that ended up being defective. I didn't start using it for a month after I bought it because I was finishing an Xbox game first. I contacted support online and they basically said to bring it in and management would have to deal with it. Management wasn't in, but the staff called management twice to help me! I'm super grateful to both staff members as well as management for helping me with this return!
Kortney Aukerman: The girl that helped me on the phone tonight was so sweet and helpful that girl deserves a raise! 10/10 👏🏼
Kasandra Alvarez: Best Gamestop ever 💛 great customer service
Rebeka Alvarez-Heck: Great customer service. Ordered a game for a friend in Canada and person on the phone was able to correct the address. She was so sweet! Highly recommend this store.
Ethan Bulcock: The couple times I've gone have been quite nice staff are super cool and love talking about whatever I was buying at the time and even got me into amiibos.
JD: Has all you need when it comes to games
Seonjae Im: Same old GameStop.Staffs are friendly and they got good selection of trading for video games.
Ee Iew: Good place
Dameon Balthazar: Great staff, were a huge help today
trevor pullen: I bought a knockoff controller on Amazon thinking I would save some money. That was a terrible decision; that controller did not act like an original ps4 controller. I forgot gamestop had pre owned legit controllers. Plus they also have available warranty for them as well. Staff member was super helpful with my purchase
Plamen Apostolov: Every game you are looking for and then some. Lots of game merch. Staff is always friendly.
Ryan Criss: Amazing staff. Great customer service
Macaw: I mean, it's alright but some parts of the store are messy.
Kazuma Kiryu (Sanjuro): What on earth happened to this location. The whole new team along with the manager are by far the reason why this store has gone downhill. For years this store was my go to when it was still EB Games. But nowadays, I cannot even get a single collector's edition pre-order in and when I do ask if there is any way that I can obtain it. I always end up getting a sarcastic response from a staff. Congratulations, you just lost yourself a customer.
Orton Mak: Very poor customer service at this location. Much prefer quieter locations not at shopping malls. I wanted to buy a few played before soccer games. They had a deal for $20 for two of them. When I asked whether a $17.99 game qualified, they weren't sure and said their computer system would decide. When I went to pay for the games they told me that 2 out of the 3 of them could not actually be found. If they can't be found, why in the world are their cases sitting in the store to be sold? Then the cashier told me to put the cases back where I found them! What kind of customer service is this? The store is also very messy.
Killer 3000yo: Zero stars, ordered game online to pick up in store. When I went to pick it up they did not have the game and tried to give me a cheaper version even tho I bought the more expensive one. I’m still waiting for game stop customer service to refund me and it’s been two months. I suggest going to your local store that is locally owned. I’m pretty sure one of the employees stole it and now it’s probably a big internal investigation. The employees was super nervous when I showed up and kept dropping stuff, ask him about it and he just ignored me and gave me attitude.would no shop here again.
A T: I don’t really review service at all but Taylor and John at this GameStop helped me so much. Amazing service and they’re very nice. Getting care bear funko pops for my mom today
J B: Store has really gone downhill this past year or so (new manager I believe). The staff look like a bunch of slobs so it’s difficult to tell who actually works in this store. The store on most days looks like a tornado went through it. One of my least favourite GS to visit
1_olz: I just need a quick question, do they clean ps4 because My uncle gave me his ps4 and he had it for a long time. the fan makes A JET ENGINE NOISE every time when I play GTA or warzone, so do anyone know if they can clean a ps4??
