Camay Wok 佳美廚: what do users think?
Pilar Guinea: Awful food
Ashlee Tam: Reasonably priced with nice staff. Didn’t like the BBQ pork combo I had last previously, as the meat was not very good. The mapo tofu I had this time around was large and tasted good. Would recommend if you’re in themood for greasy take out Chinese food in the Waterfront area of Vancouver :)
Joy Oh: All over too salty and black pepper beef’s texture isn’t right and so oily I am sorry ..
Robert Kent DesRochers: Food: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 4/5More
Kevin Leung: Food was good. Pricing was acceptable.
Simon Gee: Not too bad! Decent delicious and big portion Chinese fast food. Yummy and good value.
Tyson Wong: Good Old Greasy Take Out Chinese Food!
Masahiro Suzuki: よろしゅうございました。
Mari S: Wasn't expecting much and was still disappointed. Weird taste aside, the veggies in my chow mein somehow managed to be both mush and rubber. The beef was like bad quality jerky. Even the flavor of the noodles was off.The most edible thing was the greasy chicken ball since it's mostly batter.Blandness would be an improvement, I couldn't even finish a 1/4 of it.I'll give it another star if I don't get food poisoning.
Jora Nijjar: Sometimes you are craving mall Chinese food and need a place to satisfy you. This is not that spot. The food was terrible.
Don Charters: This food was both bland and had MSG -- I didn't think that was possible.
Suneet D'Silva: Trying to overcompensate the terrible meat quality with melted sugar
Kevin S: Place is disgusting. I ordered the beef brisket soup and they gave me all fat. I think they were sneakily trying to give me the lousy meat thinking that I would not complain. They were right I didn't because I was in a rush and they would look at me with big stupid eyes if I did, knowing that they were trying to pull something over and denying it.I work with about 50 people in the area and will put the word out about their pathetic idea of food and service.
D Farhey: Good vegetarian choices, reasonably priced.

Also few weeks earlier I had dinned with them. chicken kung pao don't bother ordering because it was more like peanuts showers. I wouldn't personally recommend it but overall the sauce and chicken were really tasty but the overload of peanuts destroyed the dish

Storm Knight: Just frickin love this place . The chicken 🐔 balls with the orange sauce is to the moon 🌙 & back hood. The chicken chow main yum 🤤. I just love 💕 this food 🥘 Iv been ordering here 6 years & even my huskies love the chicken balls for real
BOB FLOOD: You won't be disappointed with the food.The flavors are authentic, and so is the customer service! Only thing wrong is they not open till 12:30 :-{
Matt T: Was always a nice cheap place. Not the best but at least inexpensive. Now they almost doubled the price so I'd rather pay up where the food is better.Parking: Many
fotis tsonis: Ordered from here for years, 3 months ago I ordered it was horrible so I threw it out and ordered a pizza I was starving. But because I went there regularly I called to let them know of my experience she says so what do you want I said I'm not looking to get my money back just letting you know She said ok thank you and hung up!! Never again so rude!
Pedram: It's better than 1 star, but that's about it. It's no longer cheap or good. The food is below average and the prices are pretty high now for what you get. The online pricing is wrong. Add $2-3 dollars per dish. You won't know until you go to pick up. It's even higher than the menu they have in the restaurant which doesn't seem legit.
song michelle: I ordered the salty fish fried rice and beef rice noddles. Both are delightful.
Marina Kitt: Vegetable chow mein & honey garlic boneless pork was affordable and delicious! Will definitely order again from here.
Sophie Chai: Ordered a chicken with ginger & green onion hotpot. The dish ended up with all onions with only couple pieces of chicken. Those are not even green onions. The worst thing was the onions were mostly raw. The taste was totally dominated by the raw onions. First time there and will never go back! Terrible dish for $16!
Candice: Excellent service, polite, fast accurate. Food was fresh and just what we expected.
Golden child Vancouver: Absolutely the worst Asian food I’ve had in Vancouver.Order taker was arrogant. Food was not hot.One order was a house special item “ nothing in it that was special and cost $2.00 more. Will never go back!
K T: Family run restaurant. Food is good
Chris Duncan: Ordered delivery on a Saturday night. Food showed up hot and fresh in less than 30 minutes. We even had a few substitutions/requests that were taken care of. Nothing was overly greasy or salty - meat and veggies both tasted nice and fresh. Would order again!
Kyle Grieve: Good food quick service!
A: You will most likely survive eating at Iron Wok, if you must eat there.
Rooftop Your mom: ordered Ginger Beef (soggy with no sauce ) chow mein , hot and sour soup(gross texture and NO FLAVOUR) rice( was crunchy) UNBELEIVABLE THAT THEY ARE ALLOWED TO SERVE FOOD !!!!!!!! nothing was even remotely edible !! SKIP THIS PLACE
Robert McPherson: Our local Chinese takeout place. Broad selection of good food which they prepare well, and quickly.
Theressa Lecraw: Dishes tried: spring rolls, hot& sour soup, Shanghai noodles. All were disappointing and lacked any flavor. The soup texture was disappointing, shrimps tiny, taste blah.Lastly, no soup was included or cutlery for the lunch special, as advertised. Plus the server looked at me awkwardly when I asked for change (typically take out requires no tip). It's convenient to me but I hesitate to spend any more money on bland food that I can make myself.
Thomas Lee: 2019, they are closed until August 7th.

Address: 805 Boyd St Unit T115, New Westminster, BC V3M 5X2, Canada

Schedule: Opens at 11:00 AM

Telephone: +1 604-540-9657

Business type: Asian restaurant

Wok Box: what do users think?
Gabriel Fox: This place has given me a greater appreciation for the good Asian food options we have around Metro Vancouver. This place's food was absurdly sweet, and probably overly salted etc as well though it was hard to tell past all the sugar; spicing was entirely wrong, even for "fusion cuisine". Was also expensive for what it was, and even for the portion sizes.Based on this experience, I will avoid every Wok Box location from now on.
cody bethueser: Guys at work order here time to time and i always call at 11 asking for 1130 to be ready…they usually tell me 20 mins ok sweet….but when i get down there after waiting 20 mins im always waiting another 30 mins for them to finish the order ….its only 4 meals and i wait an hour???
Tannis Steele: The beef and broccoli beef was a little tougher than preferred but otherwise the rest was really goodRecommended dishes Mongolian Beef, Potstickers, Spring Rolls, Thai Pad Thai …More
Karen Fuentes: The floor is sticky. The service isn't the best. Food isn't tasty.
Timothy Tucker: Quick delicious meal. PerfectFood: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Gabby Ciardullo: Love Love Love Wok Box. 👍🏻 always got the best food from this location as well.
Jessica C: My first time here. Ordered the ginger beef however for the price ($22 - larger box) was disappointed. Beef had lots of fatty pieces and was not very appetizing. Didn't taste any ginger. A few hours later I am burping up the food. I added extra broccoli and was surprised to find it was microwaved first! That was the first turn off. Cooking with a wok and high heat does not require any vegetables to be nuked. At least the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, it is unlikely I will return.
Bryn Savage: Predictably decent food.
Sonny Backus: Got the pad Thai and butter chicken. Both were a bit bitter, and pad Thai was on the sour side. I liked the bread. Maybe I ordered the incorrect items. Best was the cooking kitchen cooking. Quite cool. Big fire. Warm. Taste like white people butter chicken ps. I am from surrey.
Tima Jabi: *so tasty *
Bill Kastelein: Locked doors open signs on no chefs Around people inside at booth ?????? Tried to get take out but ? There for 20 mins if you leave and lock door least you can do turn on closed sign !
Ope: Nice staff and great food!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Manish Kumar: Food is soo good and tasty,I visted this location atleast once a week, i love the place and food.Staff is also good
Alex Webb: Garbage food better off going to McDonald’s lol
mike thomas: Over priced for what it is. Staff don’t listen to your orders.. Eat next door at nandos
Anmol Kalra: Garbage service. Took 25 minutes to make 3 takeout boxes and the guy was being mean when we asked for how long it’ll take.
Shahbaz Bedi: Food was good. I treid the Dan dan. However the staff members seemed to sad to be at work.
darren young: Went here for the first time last night and was totally impressed how helpful the staff were in answering any questions on the menu we had. I will be back forsure as the meals we ordered were great , definately a hidden gem to eat at if you are in the Queensborough area:)
Lise Gaudet: As soon as u walk super hot . No ac. Ordered and sat down. Had to get up to get the food. Back in the day they use to bring to the table. Over all food was decent. But to hot to eat inside.
SweetCaroline33 Xx: This is not an honorable establishment. They have the menu on the outside which says “kids eat free Saturday and Sunday - 1 free kids meal with regular box purchase”. Today is Saturday and they refused to honor the promotion claiming it is only on Sundays even after showing the poster hanging outside of the restaurant. The person taking our order was adamant and refused to accept the advertisement. *Update: We did finally speak to a manager before we left who offered to give us the kids meal but at that point we had already finished eating and were ready to leave. He did not offer to reimburse us for the kids meal we were charged. Unfortunately, it did not erase the frustration of dealing with the person taking the order who also made mistakes on our order when we asked for noodles instead of rice and no onions. We were told the drink machine was also broken so we couldn’t even get water. Overall a very disappointing experience when we’d gone to this place regularly.
Rick Grant: Food is good, my only complaint is that this place seems very understaffed (one guy working alone, and seems very busy) and this place has zero air conditioning. It’s easily 25 degrees on a good day. Be prepared to sweat if it’s a summer day and you’re eating at the restaurant.

Won More Szechuan Cuisine: what do users think?
Lisa Heddema: The quality of the food was terrible. We have been ordering from Won More for decades and have always enjoyed it - until now. The ginger beef was like tasteless crackers because it was so over cooked. The Shanghai noodle were undercooked and had no flavour whatsoever. There must have been a change in ownership. So sad to see the end of a neighbourhood favourite.
Brian Pahl: I'm wondering if Won More has checked how poor their rating and reviews have become for the past 6 months since changing ownership as they clearly need to re-evaluate their business operations. After an hour of waiting for our order with no sign of it coming, I called Won More and was told that they weren't sending out orders due to their technical issues. It would make the most sense to let (very hungry) people know the problem right away so they could order elsewhere, but they showed absolutely no accountability and just blamed "the system". Call your customers back to say something instead of leaving them hanging! I won't be ordering from here again as it's clearly managed improperly and I won't chance an event like this ever happening again. I clearly don't won more.
Di Fo: used to order here a bunch before they closed down for a couple weeks not too long ago. i have ordered here twice since they re-openned, today being the second time, and the quality of the food is just, different?? i don’t know how to explain it, it’s still good ( ) but i don’t know what happened with the kitchen but the food is different.honey garlic pork came dry the last few times when we’re used to it having a rich sticky brown honey garlic sauce. it’s the best part.and the vegetarian fried noodle dish came almost uncooked the last two times as well.the noodles still bright yellow, it used to come with a kind of smokey taste, and a darker yellow cook, which made the whole thing just work really well.i’m not sure what happened there but i don’t know if i’ll be ordering again, money is a valuable resource and if i’m putting mine on food i kinda want it to be done right, or at least have it be consistent, unfortunately, for you guys.service is always great though.
Moses Moses: Probably the best hidden Chinese restaurant in the West End . The food is great the service is fast - I have been ordering food from them for so many years and it’s always been the best quality . Tasty authentic and the portions are a good size . Simple place to dine in. The spicy tangerine chicken and the ginger beef are my favourites! This place is worth the visit .
Colette Dubois: Meh. Wor Wonton soup broth tasted like water with chicken grease floating on top. Egg roll filling like mush with no identifiable contents... Good fried rice and duck though. ** Update four months later -- the fried rice was gritty like it was two days old, not pleasant. The price has gone up, the portion a third smaller, picked up and no napkins, no soy sauce never mind no fortune cookies And they no longer offer duck. Won't go back.
Tanya Greeno: Food: 3/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 4/5More
Braydon: Extremely disappointed with the decline of what used to be an amazing spot. The longtime owners (Winnie and company) sold the restaurant to new ownership this summer. And after some time they have drastically changed the ingredients and quality of the food.See both photos below, what used to be a filleted piece of NON FROZEN chicken, replaced with worse than cafeteria frozen chicken breast, lemon sauce is also much more artificial. Will not return, which breaks my heart as this was such a good value, large portion, home cooked restaurant.Looks like many others agree so hopefully ownership takes note sooner than later
Aaron Hollingshead: Use to be the best. Now it is overpriced tasteless small portioned low quality food. Won More...sorry for me No More. Sad.
Kenneth O'Grady: There is meat (chicken, sausage, pork) in almost every dish on the menu here, but it is usually not mentioned as an ingredient. So, before ordering something that sounds vegetarian, make sure that you specifically ask whether there is meat in what you are ordering.
Andrew Mackie: Large portions, great food. Empty and no atmosphere.Food: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 2/5 …More
Jason Brien: Woke up today with classic food poisoning symptoms, which I won't detail, but it's bad. Been sick all day.My friend and I have been going there for years, but something about the food has changed. We ate there in August and had upset stomachs the next day, but we attributed it to just bad luck because Won More's food has always been so good and reliable. Last night, I ate there again and now I am truly sick.I came to these reviews and found out it's under new ownership. Something is not right about this restaurant's food quality anymore. I will not be eating there again, and I've been a loyal customer for 10+ years.
Dave Aloisio: What a disappointment. It was the best.Food quality has severely declined. I won't be back.
Mr. Beautiful: The only positive thing about Won More is that they are not intentionally defrauding customers, because the new owners know nothing about Szechuan style Chinese cuisine. I ordered Twice Cooked Pork, a reference dish which most every Chinese restaurant offers. The menu shows a spicy chili symbol. I received "barbecued pork" with sugar syrup poured on top. The other half of my order they forgot. Obviously the 1st family that owned Won More has retired. Now its poor quality Guangdong (formerly Canton) style.
Kosta Fotiou: Everyone is very kind and the food tastes great.
Byron Pelly: Ordered some delivery , was pretty enjoyable.Recommended dishes …More
Karen: Nice location and food taste great!
Verlie McCauley: Fresh food. Quick delivery. Hot
Brent Mathisen: Place rules. Straight up.
Natalie Niedzialek: I have to edit my previous review. I'm not sure if the chef changed but my recent order was nothing like what it was the countless times I ordered before. The fried rice was tasteless and the spicy beef tasted off and the sauce was horrible. The fortune cookies were also missing. After coming here for 7 years I don't think I will return after this recent disappointing experience.
Moira Casey: I have to edit my formerly good review. We ordered the Wor Wonton Soup and Chicken Fried Noodle. The wontons in the soup were slimy and the fish/meat tasted "off". I wish I could say the chicken fried noodle was good but this couldn't have been more tasteless and boring. The food at Won More used to be so good I'm really disappointed it's been getting worse and now I will never return.
Aubrey Gee: We had a great takeout experience! The food was delicious and hot and everyone in my family loved it, even the picky eaters! The potstickers were especially good! The customer service was great as well - we had plates and utensils and everything that was needed. Thank you!

Flaming Wok: what do users think?
Tim Pan: Hmmm, Small portion, no beef meat in beef stew which is so funny
mubark e: Food and service they don't deserve one star. Google should add zero star option specifically for this kind of place.
A G: BEWARE of their traps... I asked for combo 2. They said, you pick.... I selected, with ZERO guidance and my $6 worth of food came to $25! Noodles, chicken, spring rolls and a drink. TWENTY FIVE FREAKING DOLLARS. And they asked for tips.Wow. I can not afford to Flame MY wok.
chizikkk: Very delicious and cheap food. I would recommend it if you want to eat fast and cheapFood: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 2/5 …More
Melissa Mo: Paid 17.85 for 3 item combo and asked for their bourbon chicken, bbq pork and vegetables. Portion is small compared to other Chinese food court places and very surprised that the bourbon chicken only came with 1 piece. The difference between 2 item and 3 item is 2 dollars. I feel this is unreasonable and will not be back.
손찬양: Increased priceReduced portionSo so tasteWhat else do I need to mention for you to avoid this one
Rebecca: ordered beef,only 2 pieces!ordered shrimp, only 3 pieces,this is rediuclus
erwin yonathan: 12.39 for 2 items. They charged 14 something. Too bad I was hungry and had to catch the bus, but will not come back.
Bri: I ate combo A. the chicken was nice but the fried rice was really salty! It was soooo salty that I couldn't even eat it. If I go there again, I'll order three chicken.Food: 3/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Marian: Awful
Pranjal Mandal (The Multitalented): Literally one of the worst food I have ever had, I regret even giving one star to this restaurant. Just so bad
Shani Reza: If I could give it 0 stars I would.Worst customer service ever. They rushed my order and asked me if I want a bag to put the food in since it was takeout. I said no because I decided to eat my meal in the food court afterwards. Half way through my meal I was full and went back to ask for a bag so my left overs can stay fresh. She refused giving me a bag and told me it’s 1 dollar for a bag. I showed her my meal and told her it was for takeout and I did not get a bag before. She said I did not get a bag when I ordered my food so now it’s 1 dollar. I got upset and she tried ignoring me but comes back up and says 50 cents for a bag this time. I got super upset and left. They make up their own prices and rules here and the food is overpriced for what your getting!!
Drayton T: If I can give one I would
sara jane: I have been buying lunch here for YEARS....since covid the prices have expectedly creeped up 9which i understand) now they are almost double the price with a 50% reduction in amount served. i just had my last meal there. Sorry guys....getting too greedy
chad h: brutal place.... management could care less and a total scam!I ordered steam veggies,,,,, to my surprise on my first mouth full I had the added bonus of a "NAPKIN "with in the food which I was lucky enough o put in my mouth...upon discussing the situation with 2 ladies at the front the refunded my my mail, had to fight for the tip back as well they had the opinion that the water I should not be refunded for.... or even the taxes for that matter....they were more interested not in the error on their end but moving the line along and getting me out of there...hope they enjoy theist for m the health department....its coming
Mahmoud Chibani: Awful service, rushed and agressive.. i noticed that I am not the only one having this experience,
Gurmit Chopra: Really disappointed with the serving and also they charge for the take out dish, bag and the hot sauce sachet. That was just not the right thing. Do they expect they serve the food I bring hot sauce from home. I will never be going back there.
Hsin yi Shih (心怡): 態度差就算了東西還不怎麼樣份量也還好:)
Jessie Luo: Worst dining experience ever. The lady was rude to me and sweared in a different language after I told her I didn’t want the drink. I found a hair in my food and the food was greasy salty and extremely bad. I only took a few bites and threw the rest away. DONT COME

Gourmet Wok: what do users think?
Eric C: As far as value goes at Granville Island, this cannot be beat. 3 item combo for $13, super high value. Excellent bbq pork and fried fish.
DM Gregoire: Average quality.
Arda Altinay: Food was good I like this type of Asian foods. I really recommend the fried fish and chicken options. You can see what are my plate options on the last 2 pictures. Good food and also pasta tasted good.
Andrew Chow: The food feels rushed and the quality isnt there. Overpriced for what you get, better off eating somewhere else.
H PJ: My friend accidentally gave two $20 bills that were stuck together to pay for her food and the cashier separated them, then lied to her that she only gave one. The lady refused to acknowledge it. My friend got her extra $20 back but she still overpaid, as she wasn't given the change for her initial payment. Very unprofessional service. I would give zero stars if I could.
Tiffany Nguyen: Scammers fr. Hope your business go downhill after stealing my friend’s money and not giving it back.
Zoe Montoya: These people were rude and stole my friends money definitely would not come here againLooking from all the comments there food is not good as well if your ganna have a Business you should not be scamming consumers like that might as well close down 😜
Matthew Piton: I go here all the time for the wonton soup and other dishes and the food is always fast and delicious, you also can't beat the price for the generous portion sizes compared to other places.
Mhsas: Worst experience dont go here. I ordered one item with rice the amount of rice was good but I only got 6 pieces of sweet and sour pork. I asked for more but the girl worker said it’s going to be $1 per piece…Waste of my $10

Samantha C: Food: 2/5|Service: 2/5|Atmosphere: 3/5More
陳奇恩: The food tasted well but a little bit salty…
Leo Wang: People are complaining small portions and bad quality, just order standard combo or noodles. They have good portion and very flavourful. For 10$ in Vancouver, its a steal! this is my go to lunch meal everyday
Carolyn Black: The absolute best wonton soup I've eaten anywhere. I'd love to get the recipe for the wonton filling especially but the broth was very flavorsome too.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Rachel Alison: We really liked the shanghai noodles!
Gustavo Teodoro: The food is amazing!
Moj Noroozi: Very poor service by the staff. So grumpy and impatient. Nothing was really clean and pleasant. The beans in our meals were raw
alex bras martins: Concept sympathique, bon rapport qualité/prix . Et nourriture assez savoureuse !
Ho Choe: Never rated this low before. Extremely poor meat quality. Disgusting old chicken and beef. First bite I had to spit them out. Then I saw the ratings. Should have known.

Manchu Wok: what do users think?
Ryan G: Me and wife are currently suffering from food poisoning… we thought the first time was just bad luck but this is the second time… definitely never going to eat here again
alireza asharioun: The portion and quality not comparable to metrotown branch, I had better experience from metrotown branch.Food: 3/5|Service: 2/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
W Jonathan: Love their food. I’m a regular customer at this location and I really enjoy their orange chicken, fried noodle and fried rice. Gotta try this place when you’re around. Free fortune cookie as well :)
Charmaine Cheng: Honey garlic chicken and beef broccoli is very delicious, portion is big and good quality. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Very good service
Nora Rocha: MEH!!
WestKootney Living: Doesn’t seem very kind towards disabled people. Tried to refuse service to a handy cap man for having a speech impediment. I witnessed her shoeing him away rather then trying to take to time yo understand. Luckily I stepped in to support. Then she wanted to charge a handy cap girl 50 cents for a small extra plate. They’re literally paper plates too the dollar store. Ridiculous. If you’re gonna charge $15 a plate for mostly rice, then an extra plate shouldnt matter!
Paris Robichaud: The worker at the Capilano Mall location was super friendly and kind! Food was delicious and fresh!
Marilu E: Very tasty and fast delivery! The broccoli the noodles, the fried rice and the honey garlic chicken were spectacular!!!
liu jennifer: Love this place! Good price and lots in variety! This is my only go to in this food court!
Kenneth Cheung: Very delicious!
Reihaneh Pourghaderi: Smallest portion comparing to other locations
Franklin Sox: Food tasted great. Cheap on napkins and hot sauce
mangos_are_yummy: I went to Manchu Wok today. I tried their Honey Garlic Chicken and Beef and Broccoli, both are delicious. Also, the front staff are so friendly and nice. I would definitely go come again.
Lovejot Kaur: Worst serviceI got hair in my boxThis was unexpected totallyReally need to manage properFood was very oldAnd fresh . Very bad experience
Craig Listel: What is the point going to get food when they say they close at six but take the food away just after 530? We wanted to get take away for for a party of eight so stopped in for take out. I wonder if their boss knows they do this.
Jacob Ghazizadeh: Nah chief, ion kno bout this one. My stomach always be hurting after everytime I go here. Plus it over priced. Y’all need to change your orange chicken recipe. Not enough orange or chicken.
Eric Kerluck: Friendly staff member, tasty,Well priced meal
Dene Croft: I'm not even sure where to start - hands down the WORST fast food experience that I have ever had - awful, overpriced slop. You don't have a captive audience simply by virtue of being in a mall- there are choices, and any other would have easily outshone the offerings at this place. This kind of complacency and lack of pride is inexcusable.Inedible, overpriced and served with conspicuous lack of pride and zero apology.Disgraceful
성이름: The man staff was kind. Gochujang chicken is but salty and spicy it might good with rice.
Kristina Christensen: Please just learn from my mistake and never eat here. Worst Chinese food I have ever eaten. Starving is a better option
