Ellen Hayes: We worked with Celsia’s A La Carte system for our wedding flowers. Staff were easy to work with, flexible and above all, created the most beautiful floral arrangements we had ever seen. Thank you, Celsia! We are so appreciative.
Yin Huang: Very frustrating that they don't answer their phones. I placed an order at 9am the morning of for same day delivery. Aside from the tracking code I was given there has been no update. By late afternoon still no update. Ive emailed as their phones state that i would get a faster response but no one has responded. I've phone to inquire about my order but the phone line only leads to a voice message box and cannot get through to anyone. Spending $100 for a bouquet of flowers, I would hope there would be a better communication service.

Chris Savory: Flowers are fine but I feel so mislead by the 'same day delivery' claim. I ordered at 8:30am on a random Thursday in January and they arrived in the pitch black at 6:30pm. Technically the same day, sure, but such an unreasonable delay for my mom's birthday.
Kat Medes: Not only are there prices beyond reasonable, the staff is incredibly kind and helpful, and their final product was absolutely stunning.They managed to complete and deliver a beautiful bouquet in less than a day, during the holidays. The bouquet was at least 3x larger than one I purchased for more from an online vendor, and it was beautifully arranged. Would recommend Celsia for anyone that needs floral arrangements.And thank you to the staff at Celsia, who fielded multiple calls at once, and still took the time to go over my order, reassure me it would arrive on time. They even hand wrote my very long note. I had initially planned on using another florist, but I will definitely purchase our wedding arrangements from Celsia.

The team made the process so easy by sending me updates and making sure the flowers got to her even though she switched locations at the last minute ! I don’t know how they did it but I was SO GRATEFUL ❤️. They really are the sweetest team ever, our interactions were filled with so much kindness! . Would recommend them an infinite amount of times!

We feel assured that the staff will be more attentive with orders and requests regarding pets in the future.Cat/pet owners be wary. Flower arrangements are nice, but customer service and knowledge of flowers leaves room for improvement. We ordered a bouquet of flowers and specifically requested that the flowers are non-toxic and safe for cats. Upon pickup, we received a bouquet containing LILIES! Which is very common knowledge that they are extremely toxic for cats and can be fatal when ingested! The lilies were replaced after this was pointed out and replaced with other flowers by the florist working at the time. Upon returning home, we became concerned about the other flowers seeing how careless they were initially so we emailed for a list of all the flowers used in the bouquet. A total of three of them came up toxic with a quick google search. We literally had to drive back to talk to them and return the original bouquet and then come back again the next day to pick up the new one. You would think they would at least offer to deliver the new bouquet. That’s a lot of time, effort, and stress for one bouquet which should’ve been done right the first time. Very disappointed with this experience.

We loved our floral arrangements for our son’s first birthday event. They fully customize to your needs whilst managing expectations during flower shortages due to covid and communicate very efficiently. The florals here are worth, every penny.

I ordered online for next day delivery and I had multiple changes with the delivery instructions, buzzer/suite number, etc. and they were so quick to accommodate and reply to my emails.I've never been into the store but I've seen their products on Instagram so my ordering was a complete shot in the dark. The product ended up being so gorgeous (white jug dried arrangement) and it was so much more full than I anticipated - the recipient was thrilled, and bonus is it's something that can be kept forever. I've ordered dried florals from other florists for the same cost and it was so small.I highly highly recommend this company and would use them again.

Emily H: my boyfriend ordered the 12 roses for valentine day. It’s not related to their website picture at all. The packaging is almost same as what you got from supermarket. Just one pink plastic paper. Not worth the $120 at all. And he ordered for pastel pink, received just the ordinary pink. If you don’t have the same color, at lease you could have inform the customer.Updates—The owner has been really attentive to resolve the problem and offered me a replace for the roses, and another free bouquet. Appreciate the positive response!
Shane O Connor: Picked up a dozen ecuadorian roses on the evening of Mon Feb 13th for my fiance! They didnt look the freshest upon pickup but I thought some water will do the trick!They were all drooping and dead by the morning of Wednesday Feb 15th! The roses were in water and at room temperature from the minute I got them home!I felt super embarrassed that they only lasted one full day,I have had roses from whole foods last over a week! I paid $120 + tax for the dozen....money down the drain!Two stars because the lady on the phone who took my order was super nice.

Ta cruise: I ordered 2 mixed bunches of eucalyptus online using the 1st reference photos they have on their website. When I arrived the eucalyptus was only one type, though beautiful and healthy it looked like the size of one bunch. I asked the florist and she assured me it was two bunches. So I ended up paying $70+taxes for about 10 stems of eucalyptus. As I was working towards a budget with a time line, I drove 45 minutes away to pick these up so I wasn’t paying more for delivery it was very disheartening to receive such a small amount and By then I wasn’t able to make any changes.Maybe this is the going rate for eucalyptus however I would encourage GIF to change your photos or clarify in their comments to match what customers should actually expect to be receiving.
Salona Gounden: Highly dissatisfied with GIF. Beginning consultations for our wedding went really well and they came highly recommended. However they did not provide us with the colour palette we had agreed upon and never informed us of changes to the arrangements. Rather on the day of our wedding the flowers showed up not looking anything like what we had discussed. It was extremely disappointing and ruined and the look of our event. After multiple back and forth emails with Suzanne, she finally called me and agreed to a refund. It’s been almost 10 months since our wedding and we’re yet to receive the refund despite multiple email follow ups to her. Highly disappointed and would not recommend.

We struggled to find a florist who understood our vision and was willing and able to produce the look we were going for. They even mocked up the arrangements and bouquets for us on two separate occasions to make sure we got what we wanted. But, what really set this team apart was their ability to manage a complex day of schedule, making several different deliveries and pickups to four different locations across two days—all on time, with zero errors. Lastly, due to a cold spring there was a shortage of white peonies—but, Suzane knew how much I wanted them so she found some so that I could have my dream bridal bouquet. Thank you!

Not only are they my go-to flower shop, but they have become the go-to for my friends and family. They may not be the cheapest in town, but their quality of flowers is exceptional and I cannot say this enough. When compared to flower shops that are cheaper in price, the flowers from Four Seasons always look fresh. And the key thing is, they STAY looking fresh even after 2 weeks! I am always so impressed. I only have a few photos from the many bouquets I have ordered, but the photos really do not do justice! Highly recommend Four Seasons for those who want high quality flowers.

I bought for my mom but I felt so suck cause the flower.The petals have shrunk, and the back of the many flowers are black and yellow from the front, and the packaging is very casual. She even put the better flowers in the innermost so that they are very short and not exposed. I really don't know that she is really packing I spent an hour studying. The level of the bouquet is not layered or seriously layered, it looks awkward, and a very disgusting shopping experience. won't come anymore.

When a mixup occurred at the hospital, he was very accommodating on the re-order of the flowers as it was not Michael's fault the flowers never arrived. Roberto Liuongo: I usually don't like to write bad reviews, but this one was necessary. I placed a valentine's day flower delivery 2 weeks in advance and thought everything was good to go. On Feb 14 I received a call asking me what time they could deliver my flowers by. I told them 8pm and they advised they should be able to deliver it around 6-7pm but by 8pm latest. I wasn't happy about it because I wanted to surprise my significant other early in their day (who wants to receive flowers at night?) but I understood it was one of the busiest days of the year for a florist. Not only were the flowers not delivered by 8pm, I received a call from their driver at 10pm asking if they could deliver the flowers, obviously not as the shop was already closed. On the 15th of Feb, I got a call asking if they could deliver the flowers, I said ok. When the flowers were delivered, nobody at the shop knew who the flowers were for. The flowers were delivered with no name, no card, only my order # and bouquet type. I had written a card at the time I ordered the flowers, it was never delivered. I dropped off my S/O's favorite snack to be delivered with the flowers a week in advance, they were also not delivered with the flowers. Unfortunately, this florist has lost my business and I will not be using them again.

Julie Tan: A relative that couldnt attend the funeral ordered a flower wreath online. The wreath was quite small and theres a cheap namecard that came with it (not even ribbon) that has a section "for the funeral of (deceased)". What yhrew me off was that they shop mistakenly wrote MY name in that section and crossed off and right next to it was the actual deceased's name?!?!? As I was the recipient or person supposed to ensure the delivery was delivered to the funeral home but a note was left that it is for the funeral of the deceased. I find this EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and DISRESPECTFUL to both the deceased and myself. Seriously, its not hard to get a new card and rewrite the information as it was just a cheap 1mm thick card. ESPECIALLY if it is for an event such as a funeral. I am truly disappointed that there will be a shop that will just cross out a name on something important like this. Truly unbelievable!!

The message wasn’t printed on a ribbon but instead hand written on a cheap piece of paper with a pencil. If you have family events where memories are important, do not shop here!
