Kalene: Horrible experience online. My order of over $200 did not show up. Apparently clicking on the check mark when ordering that says shipping address same as billing address actually does nothing! I went back to make another order just to check and yup clicking that actually doesn't change your order to your billing address. One service rep online just left the convo after saying she would check on it and never got back to me. Other guy said it defaulted to an old address I haven't lived at for 4 years and they couldn't do anything about it. I've bought stuff for years in store no problems but their online store has a few bugs and I've wasted a bunch of money for nothing. I'll just order on Amazon next time.

Pim: Super rude asian staff. Shout at me and my little brother for trying the neck warmer and choose the other design said it was dirty and they didn’t have the cleaning policy😦👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻I was completely terrified after that.Some other places have signs like no touching or something but this is a clothing and equipment store how can we purchase them without trying and how do we know which one suits us best by just taking a look.🤔However, I came back like 2hrs later cus my brother need some equipments and the other staffs were very helpful and friendly.

Camila Lerner: Great customer service, I had an issue with something and they were quick to respond and even gave me a discount for the trouble. Ordered the bute skirt 2010 and Cordova dress 4134 and they are amazing! The quality and fit is so nice, I was sceptical about sizing at first but was super happy when I tried them on!
