The course is well-organized, making it easy to follow, and the instructors are both knowledgeable and supportive. Thanks to the practical skills I gained from the program, I was able to secure a job in software testing shortly after graduating. Igor Dovgal: When I moved to the United States, I was 53. Despite having a successful academic and business background back home, the only work I managed to find was as a glass plant laborer. When I first found out about Hitek Computer School, I had my doubts about whether it could really change my career path at my age. I expressed these concerns with Oleg Vertlib (Hitek School director), who connected me with a graduate around the same age, who came from a similar background. It was inspiring to hear and learn about his success after graduating Hitek Computer School. I realized that my fears were overrated, and marketability actually depended more on proper training and related work experience—which Hitek provides. I took the dive and enrolled. Upon completing the course and two internships, I began searching for a QA job. It wasn’t easy. I sent many applications, had dozens of phone interviews, and four onsite interviews. But in the end, finally, I was offered a permanent position with a salary I had never even dreamed of!About the course itself — the course content is detailed and well-explained. It feels readable and easily understandable to non-technical people. There is an excellent presentation of software QA philosophy and methodology coupled with quizzes and scrupulous practical examples following every lesson. The responses from the instructors were always prompt and supportive. Another important thing I’d like to acknowledge is the thorough interview training, which is SO important.All you need to succeed in this is persistence, curiosity, and most importantly, a belief in yourself.

Kalpana Ganesan: Hitek Computer School provides the best online QA course. The course structure is practical oriented and will give confidence to even a person new to software industry. Instructors can be reached easily and clarification comes promptly. Automation course also gives insight to many tools, processes that a QA person should know. Course also has an interview training lesson that prepares one for the next step. Hitek school finds an internship at the end of the course which would help in finding a QA position faster. That first experience right at the end of the course proves to be the job finder for many students. Mr. Oleg of Hitek School has great experience in this industry and provides guidance when required. Being an online course, it allows students to take the course in their pace. Firm routine may be required from the students' side to finish the course as planned.

Katherine D: I took various courses from them through a college certificate problem. Our main instructor didn't take the course seriously and he was chatting as much as instructing. There was far more at stake for us than there would be for employees of a business because we needed to find a job after our training. Our school should have had a daily report from any instructor because as the course went on we had different instructors who had no idea what material their colleagues had covered with us. The next two instructors- both women- were much better but unfortunately they created a distraction by trying to compete with their colleagues for the popularity crown. I was amazed at how they spoke badly of their colleagues and each of the two urged us to request them as our instructor. "I think x wasted your time- I wouldn't have taught you that way." This was extremely unprofessional and shows the lack of collegiality. Much more oversight from our school was needed.

NC 08: Thinkific is NOT a good company and offer terrible support. We've had problems with their custom domain integration for almost one year. Their setup with aws is not accurately setup meaning you have endless tech problems with the custom domain integration - which gets all ad accounts banned and blacklisted. We can't even run ads.... They couldn't care less and never do anything except copy and paste the same b.s. response.There are a lot of technical issues with the Thinkific platform. AND once you add your content, they have no allowance for you to download and save a backup.... Unless you pay them forever, it disappears when you stop paying them. And it takes A LOT of time to put a course together, let alone multiple courses.
Rod Lloyd: I have had a great experience with Thinkific. I have reached out to support several times with launching doubts, and a real person answers within minutes. And they follow up, as they said. Reading the other reviews, the unhappy people seem to be using this to complain about single experiences, rather than the entire service. I am blown away. Try some of the alternatives, i have tried them all, and this, hands down, is the future of course portals. No one, and nothing is perfect. The resources and Thinkific academy are there, educate yourself, and make a successful school. As far as tools for creating, it is the best that i have found. after studying and comparing every portal since 2017. You cannot go wrong with the top 3 online portals, but this one is multilingual, now has an app, excellent support, and a very clear roadmap, that makes you feel you are part of each others journey.
Prabhat Kataria: These guys have been sending scam phishing emails to me for the last 3 months. Their emails seem real and ask for personal details.I've let them know about this 3 times and each time someone gives the same generic answer that they've taken care of the situation. It's a horrible company with horrible customer service.
Margaret Valentine: Well, I managed to log in after great efforts, changed password several times. Hope my luck continues, so that I can finish my studies.
Victoria Vacaro: Horrible customer service and values. I reached out to them to update our contact information when we had internal turnover. They neglected to do so and continued to send invoices to the wrong account and then claimed we owed them gobs of money after our original term of 12 months had already expired. Never once apologized for not updating our contact information - claiming they "had a different point of view". This is all with a Thinkific "Plus" account that is supposed to have a concierge tier level service - they didn't even know anything about our account and claimed the person who signed the contract wasn't even on the account. If they are trying to shakedown non-profits that serve underprivileged mothers like ours they must be really struggling. They care so much about their customers they threaten to send their account to collections! I would completely avoid this company. You don't have to take my word for it - see the plenty of previous review on how they have predatory billing and cancellation policies.
Jenny B: I cancelled in 2021 and provided record of it to the company. They continue to charge my credit card and the response is to place blame on the customer for not following their "protocol" for cancellation. They are not professional, they will take your money, and I do NOT recommend their service. Make sure to check your credit card statements regularly as they collect their money charging you without your consent.

an sheep: Are you having trouble with customer support at Thinkific? it might be because of their terrible hiring process. I applied as a manager and was encouraged to apply for the customer service role instead because my experience would be really valuable in that role, and then I was screened out of the customer service role because I had previously applied as a manager. All by the same person. With hiring practices this inefficient I wouldn't be surprised if their customer support was struggling.
M M: I have my Master's in Educational Psychology and in terms of instructional design and cost, Thinkific is the best. It offers better tools for effective learning experiences. It's pretty easy to create landing pages and upload content. I love that you can have discussion forums in your course for student engagement, as well as the option to accept assignments and return them with feedback (with the higher plans). My issue is that I am still working on my content, so I am learning the platform as I go. I am using the free plan now so I can fiddle around with my course, and then I am upgrading to a higher plan. I love that I have the option to practice my work and see how it looks before investing money. Customer service has been supportive and provides me with clear answers to my problems. They are always checking up on my progress to see how I am doing, too. That's pretty good considering I am using the free plan.
Karl Janisse: This is an amazing platform to build on as a developer. But sadly the customer support is really lacklustre. My customers have noted concerns surrounding small but impactful elements of the sales-side of things and Thinkific recommends I hire a paid developer to customize their platform for more money. For example you can't list your course as being on sale. There is only one price-entry point and you can't advertise sales, or limited time offers. Which is a really intrinsic part of a sales ecosystem.

For added features like offering coupon codes and more they offer different paid Subscriptions.They also provide a pdf document with 55 ways of promoting your online course so they really care about the course creator success.Their platform is intuitive with a bulk pdf and video uploader.I would say if you have a trade or specialization and you would like to share your knowledge then this is the right platform for you:)

There are a lot of CMS platforms available on the internet, but only Thinkific being able to provide a user friendly CMS platform that allow all users business or personal to share knowledge, experience, techniques with one click or tap. Looking at their option on how we can create a site of our own which is super easy. No need to know about heavy process stuff just to create your site. With their software/platform, I'm sure even a 10 year old can build his or her own site. Love it, so exciting, go Thinkific more power!

Eveline Sibbald: I'm not sure where to leave this review. I bought a brand new Surface Pro 9 from the Microsoft online store. They left it on my front porch a day early, when I was away from home. An expensive product was left out in the open, exposed to the elements. I spoke to the delivery company and they explained that Microsoft's shipping policy is not to require a signature.I'm disappointed that Microsoft does not value the product I buy with more care. While it may be a trivial item to them, this was hard-earned for me and I had wished Microsoft would not use such a careless shipping policy.
Patrick Gray: Worst Customer Support Service ever created.If you have any issues with any of their products and cannot access Microsoft help online to fix the problem. You are on your own and It would be faster to either reinstall your software or operating system or purchase a different product from another company, because Microsoft doesn't believe in supporting it's customers.

Vinojeith Varathan: Very Immersive Experience. I took Data Analytics at the Toronto campus and overall found it to be such a great course. Very immersive and am always supported by both the lead and the assistant lead on any issues we have. Great introduction to data analytics and has given me the foundation / confidence to start a more defined career in this field.
Roxanne Tan: Just finished the Data Analytics course at Brainstation. The teachers were knowledgeable and encouraging and it was great to be able to learn an additional skill set to add value to my day to day at work.
Sebastian Astaiza: I was worried it was going to be like other courses i had taken before with a lot of lectures and little practice. Also, I had little experience on data analytics so I wasn't sure if I was able to wrap my head around the topic. None of these happened. Instructors had lots of experience in the area and knew how to explain complex topics. All lessons had tons of practice exercises and collaboration among classmates was amazing. Never thought I was going to like it that much.
Heejin An: This course teaches basic to advanced Python, such as how to explore and analyze data in Python and machine learning algorithm types and applications. Even though I studied Python and Machine Learning algorithms before taking this course, I learned a lot. I could understand the statistics behind the logic and codes better and apply all those points to my own project. The best part is that the instructors are industry experts who are data scientists and machine learning experts in the current industry. It was a great opportunity to learn their precious tips and experiences.
Abigail Nierves: Took the Product Management course and it was systematic and easy to follow. The flow of the class was well explained by both the instructors and they were also there to answer any questions with clarity while using their work experience to elaborate further.

I wish I'd taken this course sooner, as it helped me to understand, and better appreciate their methods. Which, in turn helps me to be a better thought partner with them, better represent them in annual performance reviews, and support them during promotion reviews.

CTM C: My first class was a big shock as there is a lot of systemic racism among the classmates based of ethnicity, gender, and ugliness.The teacher should not have asked the students to make their own groups based on their personal liking. This is so unfair to people like me as nobody wanted me in their group. Also the teacher made some offensive remarks against women which hurt my feelings a lot as a woman who does not have a pretty face.
Saba Farheen: Overall, I had nothing but positive things to say about my experience. I was away from my studies for a long time but was admitted to the Diploma of Web Development. The study materials were excellent; the faculty members were very helpful and supportive. They motivated us to find the solution by ourselves by guiding us and not spoon-feeding us. If you are ready to emerge and challenge yourself in web development, then BrainStation is the perfect coding school for you. Be prepared to work hand and touch the sky!

A challenge on which I got a “solid submission” and “it’s better than the one I submitted” approval by three UX Designers, one of whom was a previous teacher assistant at BrainStation, did not “meet the minimum requirement.” Then, that was followed by my calls getting repeatedly cancelled and rescheduled and emails ignored.Just horrible. Save yourself the energy and time and don’t even apply. If I could give negative stars, I would.
Darian Kovacs: They continue to put out grads that our agency LOVES to hire - well trained, well versed and solid response from their instructors for references. Great school.
