J: Critical:Professionalismwrongfully billed twice on purpose. Said phone call was "free" when I explained why I had to terminate service. After this they continued to have an assistant do work we did not need and aggressively keep billing us.

Tyree Hudson: My experience was horrible I kept getting the run around on the brand that I was trying to trademark. Criselle kept telling me I needed to add something to my brand name to get it approved. When I asked her about the money for it she said it would cost the same price then after I paid to get the logo created she told me the logo and the brand name would have to be submitted separately so it would cost more. I spoke to another lawyer that informed me that my brand name could be trademarked as is and showed me why and it cost me less then what this company was charging. Getting in touch with the people in this company takes days at a time. They could have submitted my trademark 3 weeks ago. Now they don’t want to refund my money after all the run around I got on getting the trademark completed. They are a scam.

Rex Liao: Not professional and made the most unforgivable mistake possible on one of my clients' property. They mistyped the email wrong so my client never got any notification and was accrued a lot of fines in the end

Dylan Roper: The guys working the counter were friendly and want to help. Found me a part to fix my vacuum. Although it’s too bad the lady on the counter is such a soar apple. I watched her be rude to multiple customers and her own team mates.

And answered it is made by "Baccus Global". They gave me a number related to Baccus Global and after waiting 30 minutes on the line, asked me to return it to Canadian Tire.and gave me a store credit. Basically do not buy this product at all.As the quality and warranty is not Dewalt They just sold its brand to a low quality company.under bottom of box,it is written very small manufacturered by "Baccus Global". SO NEVER BUY THIS one because it is garbage

Ash Construction: I took in two nail guns for repair and technician said $290 for getting them both fixed. When I went to store to pick them up they said I have to pay$290 each. I spoke to store manager and he is so unprofessional about it and said they will open up the parts and I can pick up the nail guns. Very poor customer service and rude attitude. I'll never go to this location ever again. 1

Andy Petersen: Visited for the 1st time last week to get a part for 1 of their tools. They sell their tools there but not the one I needed while I'm waiting for the part to come in. Had to go to Summit Tools to buy their tool. It was, a quirky experience. Showroom and order desks needs a major overhaul.
