Marnee Klintworth: As a personal customer, not a business, I can walk in and make a purchase without needing or having a corporate account.Almost always able to purchase what I need for home (was a hospital & hotel cleaner for 20 years) or for personal use at work - except when 'supply chain' issues arose, then you might need to stop by in a couple days.Staff is always willing to accommodate, answer product questions and help any way they can. Very friendly staff and even went out of their way to find me a supplier for replacement part on a fan, which is not their line of service.On more than one occasion I've seen them go out of their way to help a customer get an order to their vehicle & help load up. Really helpful, very friendly & never feel like you don't 'belong' in their store.Lots of product, great prices and location work well for residents/businesses on south east side of town - since another provider ditched their Marine Drive shop about 10 years ago. Conveniently located near intersection of Fraser/25th = easy to get to by vehicle or bus. Ahmed Arabi: Horrible service, website says to call in for pricing. Lady on the phone was super nice until she found out I didn't have an account there. Then all of a sudden the item I was looking for was back ordered. First and last time I'll even consider giving these people a chance. Disgusting!
Gurpreet Mann: The worst customer service line i have contacted. I am sure that they are based out of Canada, but it doesn't sound that way. I have had better interactions with outsourced call centers than this place. Stay away, if possible.
Maurice Harting: I used to get pretty good service from Wesclean but now find that their sales staff do not call their customers back and are playing golf and in meetings all day long. I guess they don't want business.Wesclean has teamed up with PlanetClean and now their prices are extremely high on various products. I will not use them ever again.

Rogue Primate: I’ve been using this product for Roof De-Mossing on the Sunshine Coast of B.C. and highly recommend it. Used as directed it’s absolutely effective.
Michele Boudreau: We received Painter’s Wash promptly, within 4 days of ordering, just in time to get washing some smoky walls at our son’s newly purchased house. The Painter’s Wash dissolved easily and worked extremely well in cleaning the tar and nicotine off the walls of what had been a smoke room. This product nicely prepped the walls for priming and painting. So happy to be able to clean all the walls in the house with a product that is environmentally friendly. I would highly recommend this product!
Al Jones: I used Roof Wash on my own roof, my neighbour's, and our office roof.Our office roof had heavy moss, took a couple of applications and more work. I use it now every couple of years, usually just to remove algae.We now stock it in our roofing supply store, Pro-Line Construction Materials

Joe Heilman: They said they repaired my dehum and ran it for 24 hrs to make sure it was working however when I got it back it wasn't working. I took it somewhere else to repair because I felt they were imcompetent and the new repair depot said Planet Clean installed polarity on a sensor backwards. I gave them the opportunity to reimburse my expense however they didn't. I give them a one star for poor service work, bad customer service and for wasting 5 hours of my time.
Glenn Redbear: Much better quality cleaning equipment for your home with staff who are qualified to answer your needs for products and show you the most capable ways of using less toxic chemicals and I for example only purchase cleaners quarterly. The time and fuel savings alone lessen my footprint. I will encourage you to self educate as much as possible and know what surfaces in your home you clean.As an example the price of wood floor cleaning tool that will have less than half of the life of products here are about 70% of the price. Spray for dust adhesive and anti-static will make dry mopping much more effective.

Russell Kozub: Find somewhere else to shop. I ordered 2 batteries for my floor cleaner and was quoted $150 ea. when I went to pick them up they wanted to charge me $250 each. When I asked about the price difference between the quote and the new price they said that's always been the price. Needless to say they were rude and unhelpful.

Rippanjeet Kingra: I had the first worst experience ever at Costco. We have been shopping Costco for more than last 10 years, but today was horrible. Today I , my husband and 2 young kids shopped at this location which turned out to be a really bad day for all of us. I wonder if supervisor has the right to deny customer's separate transactions even when you are paying memberships annually. The supervisor (katherine) at this location wasted ours as well as other customers' time who were waiting in the line behind us. After paying when we tried to clarify the policy and asked her to call the store manager, she paged someone and told us that the duty manager was on her way. She left for a while and came wit another employee who supposed to be the duty manager. However, at our surprise, when we asked , she (Rukhsana) was not manager at all. I and my husband got shocked that how could they treat to their customers like that, why do they need to lie to the customers. And if there is any policy about the separate transactions is not allowed to single customer why don't they write it on each cash counter or mention it while we pay for our membership. On top of that, how could you think that you gonna lie to a customer by presenting another employee as a manager. One needs to speak the truth while having such position in a store which is well renowned for it's service. I hope this review brings attention to the manager of this location, I felt like that we were Asian that's why she might have thought that she could bring anyone to tslk to us and we would move out of the store. Horrible service!!
