Loyal Medical Clinic: what do users think?
Bohdan Vihurskyi: After a disappointing experience at other clinics, was very surprised by this one. Really high quality service. Special thanks to Dr. Ajay Mahajan.
C J: Receptionists unprofessional and inappropriateFind some new staff
Adina Mah: Try to visit early in the morning and they’ll give you an appointment time later on the same day.
Kayleen Windrem: Didn’t feel like my experience mattered, I was very open and honest of my needs and mental health struggles and was sent away in complete emotional distress. I get the feeling this place cares about seeing the most patients and doesn’t actually care about their needs. It was very disheartening because I find appointments very difficult to make, and follow through on and to be left feeling so horrible when you went for care is really not okay. If you just want meds thrown at you I suppose this place is fine, but if you want actual help, seek it elsewhere.
Mo Habib: Not answering your phone. I want to know if the walkin is for everyone or existing clients only.Guess I'll go to the hospital instead, less time wasted then calling all these failure doctors/clinics.
Numaan Mohammad: I walked in without an appointment, the receptionist was sweet and gave an appointment for the same day. I had to wait for 2 hrs. Dr. De looks to be a very knowledgeable person. Provided medicine for my pain. I would suggest booking an appointment and visiting them. The place is right opposite the Rexell pharmacy. Near Burrard skytrain.
Hireti Ruiz: Was here today 2h before closing. No one was in the reception area waiting to be seen so I find it hard to believe they reached their capacity 2h before their posted closimg time.
Romina Casas-Cordero Zuñiga: Great service! I went to the clinic around 10 am on a Tuesday, the receptionist was very welcoming and booked me in 5 minutes for a walk in visit. Super fast and effective process. I was put on a room and the doctor saw me 10 minutes after I checked in, examined me and gave me a prescription. They sent the prescription electronically to the Rexall drugstore that's just in front of the clinic. Highly recommended!
Rick C: Tried to book an appointment. But they only serve current clients. No new patients. Typical Canadian healthcare system
Dahye T: I wrote a review about my bad experiences a year ago, (accidentally double booked by staff, rejected when I showed up, and cancelled appointment in my face with "I don't know") which I haven't heard anything from what happened at that time thought I even emailed multiple times even now.Very frustrated, super upset about staffs' poor/rude attitude. However at last, I deleted all my experience+photo and just left 1 star review, they finally reach me out with "we want to listen" stuff.Appreciate that part, hopefully it won't happen again and would expect better service.
carlos enrique mendoza luna: I went as a walk in. Great service by Doctor and receptionist. Got prescription easily in pharmacy right in front of the clinic, no issues at all. Nice and clean facilities, open on Saturday , would come back for sure.
Lilyanne Nguyen: Good walk-in clinics are hard to come by. I've seen two doctors at Loyal Medical Clinic for my eczema and both excellent. I also appreciate that I'm able to book appointments online.
Bêwar Noland: We had a worst experience at this walk in clinic. My wife was 3 minutes late and they didn’t let her to see the doctor. She was advised that she can only talk about one medical issue per session and it took only about 5 minutes. For the second visit we had an appointment at 4:10 and we had to wait over 15 minutes to see a doctor. The doctors were su rude and didn’t want to answer our questions. She was advising us to buy a medical cream but she didn’t want to write a prescription for it. Is that legal?
Gurveer Kaur: The receptionists here provides great customer service and online booking system makes it very convenient to book appointments. Dr. Lewi attends in person and on phone appointments without rushing and attends patients with care and in a very professional manner.
Sally K: No follow up after tests, there is no way to reach out to clinic, no one pick ups the phoneEdit:They are using Medeo health system, it is way easier to get appointment with that
Ariane Ens: Unfortunately impossible to get anyone on the phone. Have tried calling since last week and it’s impossible to get an answer. Sad that no one will answer calls. And I tried morning, noon and afternoons before 4pm. So no idea how the clinic runs😢
Tom Moloney: I made an appointment first. Capacity for accepting walk-in patients is minimal. My appointment was booked 7 days in advance. Service is good.
asal torabi: Pick up the phoneeeee!! I literally had one question in regards to my medication and had to wait a few days for someone to pick up the phone! what kind of a clinic is this? I don’t care how busy you are you can answer the phone!!!
Clemence Vangout: Doctors are sadly unaware of what they prescribe, I asked a zamine contraceptive pill (which is matching the jasmine french pill), the doctor gave me a prescription for a 1st generation pill and an other with progesteron only, while I told him I needed the zamine, both other pills making no sense regarding the fact that I just needed an equivalent of the jasmine to continue contraception here; he then sent me to the pharmacy with the 2 prescriptions telling me to see with the pharmacist, who requested a 3d prescription (the Zamine this time, finally). The doctor also took randomly an allergic appointment for me, that I had to cancel, find a clinic with people who know their job, these can of people are a loss of time and could be dangerous...Also impossible to join by the phone anytime, and practicians are very expeditive, probably because they don't know what they do...
Matt R: I had a fantastic experience at this clinic multiple times. The customer service is wonderful. They always care to follow up with you. I had to find a pharmacy for medicine in Montréal and they had urgently booked an online appointment and then had to fax to pharmacists several times. They are very kind and I really recommend this clinic.
Alice Manieri (Al): Simply bad service absolutely usefulness do not go here

Care Point Medical Clinic - Davie: what do users think?
Frias Fight Team: Doctor Heidi Mccaffrey is a tremendous doctor, who provided our athletes with great care and professionalism at the clinic. It is worth going to Care Point Davie, just to seek her out. Care Point Medical on Davie is a great clinic with helpful and friendly staff, I cannot recommend them enough!
Justin Wijnans: Great experience, in and out no wait at all.
Jamie Chau: Saw Dr.Heidi and she was very accommodating and quick. Would recommend her!
Sinead Bedford: New to Vancouver, no MSP and was seen to within 30 mins. Cost $200 and doctor was great and sorted me out!
luna: Dr Sunil Bhatt is extremely rude and disrespectful, he should not allowed to hold a medical license.
Cyberbunny: Avoid Dr. Sunil Bhatt at all costs! He will charge you money for things that are covered by MSP. Lifelab nurses were shocked by the form he wrote for me.
Sofía Navarro: Dr Bhatt is the WORST. He made me feel like I was worthless and my concerns didn't matter at all. His dismissive and rude attitude left me feeling depressed and hopeless. And to top it all off, his racist behavior towards me was completely unacceptable. I can't believe he's still allowed to practice medicine. Please, trust all the other Google reviews and stay as far away from him as possible.
Fernando Reynaga: NEVER GO WITH “DR. SUNIL BHATT my gf wait 1 week for get an appointment and when she finally got it just for get a dermatologist referral, she couldn’t get it even when she knows from doctors in Mexico than she needs to be treated for a specialist and he did a prescription with drops for eyes when that can make worst the eczema she have, he was in him phone always responding messages and didn’t gave the attention she deserves, never go to this clinic!
Kristina S: I called for a consultation, they got me in within two days of my call. I was seen my Dr. Mah, she may be the best doctor in the city. Doctors like her are as rare as unicorns.
Matt Doe: They are not equipped to deal with eye emergencies; no eyewash on site.
Tomas Hynes: Avoid any bookings with Dr.Bhatt at all costs. I only found out after stopping going to this doctor he was prescribing me medication for people over 80 years old.
Sophia A: Dr. Bowlsby (shouldnt even hold the “Doctor” title) is the WORST, most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. As patient we come seeking help/solution not to add stress. After a brief call (only 3 minutes of conversation) he chose not to help and HUNG up the call, without me being disrespectful. Did not help with my inquiry nor offered other type of assistance. I called later and spoke with Alex, the office manager, at the beginning of the call she was not receptive siding with the Doctors, however, after talking she understood and helped right away (ironically she is NOT a doctor and helped me more than this Jeff Bowlsby) I will not stop until I receive an apology and he understands that he shouldn’t play with people’s health! Dont book an appointment with him and/or if you get the chance to go to another walk-in clinic is best for your own mental health!
Andrea Pino-Olivares: I had call appointnent with Dr. Bowlsby. He listened to me carefully, asked detailed questions and seemed caring and professional. He was not able to help me much but gave me recommendations. Highly appreciate his advise.
Shealyn Stewart: I am so grateful for Dr. Mah! She is wonderful
ck: I had to wait over 3 months for my first check up results, at that point I had to request for them myself. The blonde women family doctor, prescribed the wrong medication, assuring me that this is the right medication. Which would have severely affected my health, only if I didn't do my own research. It's fine as a drop in clinic, but do not sign up for a family doctor here!
Sima Nuri: I don’t get all the bad reviews lol every clinic has wait times as always, they can’t control being late. Also the receptionists have been nothing but lovely. I’m very happy with this clinic :)
Elizabeth McCormack: These people do not care about your wellbeing. Go somewhere else.
C Chan: Been coming here for a while, the clinic is getting busier and busier but thanks to the staff for always accomodating me, special thanks to Bella for always being helpful and thanks to the Doctors (Dr Bhatt/Dr Mah) who also took the time to follow up with me when needed.
Katherine: Just arrived on an IEC, no SIN number no health care set up yet.Went in at 8:30am was seen in 10mins.Staff and doctor really lovely. $200.
Dryden Tamura: Came in this morning for a walk in and had a positive experience. Reception was friendly and contrary to some reviews here Dr. Sunil Bhatt was professional and kind.
Luke Piotrowski: Understaffed. Doctor's are not interested in helping patients, just get them out the door.

Specialist Referral Clinic: what do users think?
jordan bray: never returns calls. I was put on a year(+) long waiting list (b.s. as im a risk for colon cancer since i was a toddler) and when my appointment was eventually booked it came and went and nobody contacted me... I have been trying to get an appointment since and nothing. I'm furious with this useless operation.
Marge Urbani: Terrible!
JD Projects: this place never return calls or answer emails.
Mar Clanuzzi: This is an excellent clinic. Dr. Rod French was so caring and helpful with my husband's ganglion cyst and wrist arthritis. So thorough in his explanation. An amazing doctor. And the staff were courteous and helpful.
Corey Doell: After living in pain and fighting with the public system for 1.5 years on a botched hernia surgery the team at SRC and Cambie surgical repaired me. They are fast( 24 days start to finish) , efficient and increadible professionals to deal with. Called after to make sure I was OK. I would highly recommend them!
kami Ra: I visit my specialist after my torn 3 ligaments in soccer .Dr Saswah said no surgery I decided to get second opinion and I visit Dr day about month ago he told me come back in month they called me back after 10 days and arrange another visit I went back to Dr Day , like last time he was very kind and respectful and kindly exam me and he said keep going no surgery and again offer me follow up in 3 months for $550 this great man allowing me to visit him for 3 rd times ,what else I should expect ? Dr day thanks so much for your effort and honestly .Both times you spent more than enough time with my knee
CT M: After paying close to $1000 for a consult I can’t get them to call me back or Email after 6 attempts in 4 weeks. Waste of time and $ that I could be using to heal instead of get taken advantage of.
Breezie Lee: Wow! Excellent Service. Professional, kind, compassionate and very organized. I decided to see Dr. Alastair Younger regarding my ongoing issues with my right foot/ankle as I had an accident/surgery in Costa Rica nearly a year ago and have been in terrible ongoing pain. Dr.Younger is a leading foot/ankle surgeon, and I really wanted his opinion. And I was right! He was so patient and empathetic, he spent a significant amount of time going thru my MRI's, X-rays and all other medical reports. Plus, he examined my foot/ankle thoroughly and explained what he believed was going on. Furthermore, he reviewed all my options so I could make a decision on my recovery moving forward. I cannot recommend the Specialist Referral Clinic enough. The receptionist that I booked the appointment with, Evangeline was so sweet and extremely organized with my instructions for pre-xrays and other necessary documents in order to properly prepare for my consultation with Dr.Younger in advance. I highly recommend the Specialist Referral Clinic to anyone dealing with health concerns. It was the best decision I have made since I got home from Costa Rica and simply couldn't handle the pain anymore and needed answers. Our health is in our own hands! Listen to your body. THANK YOU Specialist Referral Clinic. I greatly appreciate everything you did for me.
M T: The service is mediocre.
A T: Extremely Unprofessional, Poor and Unethical management. It is Unbelievable how they treat their patients. They do Not care for their patients. They take advantage of the patients' desperation to see a doctor because of the waits in the public system. This is wrong. It is not worth the headache and stress . After three and half months of stress and frustration, I did not get any result. No patient should go through this. This is a private medical Clinic!! Act like a medical clinic. The office manager did not respond to patient's emails for weeks, either ignoring them or arguing back and forth about any routine patient questions. The only reason I endured the way I was treated by him for three and half months was because the doctor I needed to see only works at this private clinic. It was extremely negative and stressful experience to deal with this candidly unprofessional management. I did ask him repeatedly to speak to the director for over three months. He said that he conveyed my message. But, I was not given her email and she did not email or call me- a patient of their clinic !! She could take a few minutes to resolve this unnecessary nonsense issue which was created by her staff , which should not be an issues for any patient in the first place. I would have not written a review if the management/director had taken a few minutes to call the patient , listen to them and address the issues. This is simple Wrong. No patient should go through this headache.

Aquarius Medical Clinic: what do users think?
Amin Wu: Reception lady is very rude, and she will charge me $75 for no pick up my phone call appointment (they only call you once), but she refuse to send me an appointment confirmation. If i can give 0 star, i will go with 0.
Maria Thereza Nobrega Fernandes: Got my IUD inserted today, loved everything. Receptionists were super nice and friendly. Doctor was amazing!
Tristan Miura: Worst medical clinic I've ever dealt with avoid at all cost. Was kept on hold for almost an hour going between telling me to hold then not allowing me to respond before going back to elevator music. Finally answering to tell me they are no longer booking appointments. Waste of time.
K K: Horrible place. Do not waste your time to go as walk in.
Gao Grace: I had good experience with doctors in this clinic but not with receptionists, especially the one who answered my call today! She was negligent, unfriendly and impatient. She interrupted me many times before I could finish my questions :(
Logan de Bruijn: Not a walk in.Told "no new patients."
Brodie E: I have been a patient of this office for the last 20years, only to ever receive rebuttals and attitude from the front desk yet they keep their jobs, scroll through the reviews and you will see the ongoing issue for years. If you are going to overbook your clinic and push your original clients to the side in order to increase profit, that makes you very shady. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend calling them for anything
Tsugumi Watanabe: I got prescription without doctor's signiture. After I contact them to get new prescription with sign, doctor sent paper which I need test needs take lots effort to get medicine. I get tested regularly in this clinic and there are no problem.I need medicine so if doctor wants me to take extra test, he should give me medicine and take test.so weird.
Angella Carter: Doctors are extremely brilliant, experienced and take such great, painstaking care of patients.
Mackenzie Key: had an phone appointment for 8:30pm, doctor was supposed to call. They close at 9pm and they never called for the appointment.
Meghan Walsh: A few visits over the past year and nothing but positive experience. Everyone has been kind and professional, thank you!
Justin Marchewka: Constant appointment cancellations due to doctor holidays sickness, etc! Place is joke they only care about there pocket book not your well being. All I needed was a doctor in person to sign off on a simple blood pressure test so I could go back to work, but there is never anyone to do this which in return for there lack of performance I lost my job. Great job 👏!
Inderpreet Singh: Not satisfied with quality of attention. They don’t take sufficient time to explain nor explain clearly. Instructions are all over the place.
Sumit Narang: I had the worst experience with the doctor Nicole Redding and the receptionist at Aquarius Medical Clinic. Doctors here don’t have patience. We came 5 minutes late because we couldn’t find the parking and Doctor Nicole Redding left the clinic in front of us saying that she has another appointment somewhere else and didn’t even see us and felt remorse. Receptionist didn’t even feel little sorry and tried to justify doctors behavior and didn’t even ask us if we want another appointment. An hour later they called us and said that we didn’t show up and if we want to reschedule. No coordination. This clinic is the worst, both doctors especially Nicole Redding and receptionists don’t show any respect towards patients. There are other clinics in the area, I would strongly recommend visiting those instead for good care.
nevena boskovic: Horrible, got a phone call the day of my appointment notifying me that I would not be able to be seen today. The original appointment was scheduled two weeks out, then I was offered another time of 1 week later. Absolutely don't waste your time going here, I wouldn't be surprised if they treat their patients with this same care.
Diana Svenda: This review is solely based on withholding options of care for Canadian residents and the attitude of the older receptionist. The lead receptionist who is older is extremely rude and condescending. Earlier in the day, I had spoken with someone who was very pleasant. They are refusing care for anyone with OHIP or out of province coverage. Upon speaking to multiple workers from Health Insurance BC, they let me know that it is the clinic’s responsibility to figure out billing and they can not deny health care based off of this. The clinic is responsible for directly billing and the older receptionist stated that “it’s only their clinic’s rule”. The younger receptionist told me that they stopped seeing a lot of their long term patients because of this issue, which is extremely negligent in care. Other clinics are accepting OHIP, but this clinic chooses to be the way they are. Please note that some of their doctors are very good.
Scarlett Henderson: I have always had good service here, Dr. Martins always makes me feel comfortable and the wait times are never longer than other walk-ins - HOWEVER, the way they handle their patient aftercare/administration is quite depressing. I called and left a voicemail for a follow up appointment with all of my personal information on file - an appointment I was told I need by the MD - and never heard back. On top of that, their phone line will be dead for hours, no voicemail, no option to leave your number for a callback, no forwarding number AND no email to reach them - NOTHING, during business hours! There is no indication on their website or google search that they are closed and should therefore not be ignoring calls, it's a medical facility for heaven's sake. Completely unprofessional and honestly bordering on malpractice. I've also been informed they specialize in maternal care, I will never put my baby's health in their careless hands, no ma'am!
James C: Absolutely useless. A complete waste of time after waiting a week for a “phone” appointment. Any random person could have provided the same information as this self-proclaimed ER doctor. Just laughable
Melissa Sizer: The doctors are absolutely lovely in all my experiences with that clinic. However the receptionist is negligent and unfriendly, I’ve called about six times, and each time am told “please hold” in a very miserable tone, and kept on hold for an extended amount of time. I left a voicemail three days ago kindly requesting a call back and have yet to hear back. Bad representation for a wonderful group of doctors. I see I am not the only one with similar complaints.
mahera patel: Truly the most pathetic and inconsiderate front desk staff ever
Nina Curse: Booked a call in appointment and the Dr never called. This isn't the first time I've had a no show Dr appointment either, which is why I'm finally writing a bad review. Also, there is a horrible receptionist who mumbles and then gets angry when you ask them to speak up!

Canadian Travel Clinics - Vancouver Burrard St.: what do users think?
Emma Toevs: Do not use this clinic. Horrible experience. I called to book a TB skin test and was NOT informed at the time of booking I was required to book a follow up 48 hours after to get the results. When I arrived the nurse told me the person who booked me was required to give me this information. Since I was leaving town the text day for work I could not complete my appointment and get my test done in time before work. It was a complete waste of time. I called the phone number and asked to speak to a manager and I was told that was not possible. Zero customer service. Also when I arrived to the downtown Vancouver office the front door was locked and there was zero signs stating where the clinic was. I was told by the nurse that because it was a new office that they hadn’t had the chance to put a sign up. Seems pretty ridiculous you can’t even put a simple sign up before opening. Absolutely horrible customer service. Don’t bother using this company there are way better ones out there.
Tanner March: I had a horrible experience getting travel vaccine advice. The people doing my consult were unprofessional, had no relevant medical experience, knowledge or training and were giving bias misinformation. As a medical professional myself I would highly recommend avoiding this clinic at all cost and going to a trusted center such as Vancouver Coastal Health Travel Clinic where you receive advice from an actual doctor. DO NOT GO HERE!
Ella G: Great staff! They were so nice and helpful I will definitely continue coming here in the future!
Julia Brewster: TLDR: Do not go here. Go to the other clinic in the same building - Travel Safe Immunization Clinic.Canadian Travel Clinics was over priced, the other clinic in the same building - Travel Safe Immunization Clinic - their prices are 20-25% less than this place.Overall impression was that the whole place is extremely inefficient. Arrived to the appointment and then asked to fill in about 20 minutes of paper work. Why was this not sent before the appointment? Was texted before the appointment and asked to bring our passports.. but not a link to fill in paper work. Why would I need my passport?Lacking in any real advice. If you have never travelled before I would not recommend this place to get any real advice. They will read a print out from the internet and suggest every possible vaccination without asking you where you're actually going within a country. Offered publicly available free vaccinations for a cost. For example, if you need a tetanus shot go get it for free rather than being suggested you pay for it.Less than desirable office space, for example a laser hair removal in the back room beside where you are getting your shots. Overall the entire office space did not make you feel you were in a medical clinic. Dirty. Unkept. Understaffed. Strange.
Nina Tan: *This is a review of the online video-supervised COVID rapid antigen testing offered on the Canadian Travel Clinics, not at this physical clinic location. There is no ability to review the web services themselves*I had a terrible experience with the online video-supervised COVID rapid antigen testing services offered by Canadian Travel Clinics. Pretty much the only smooth part of the process was receiving the actual test kits. Booking the appointment took longer than it should have and no one from their company showed up at our video appointment times. When I tried to book video-supervised appointments by phone, I found out appointment bookings can only be done via a link in the order confirmation email. I didn't have the email. I'm not even sure whether it was ever sent out by the company as an email inbox search had no results. The rep on the phone located my order number, sent it to me, and asked me to reply back to ask for a booking link, which I did promptly. After 2 days of no response, I called them again to follow up, and I finally received a booking link. After selecting the appointment times, there were Google meeting invitations sent out which matched the appointment times I chose. The time for the appointments come and my parents who were using these tests opened up the first meeting link 5 minutes earlier. Nobody showed up for the whole 15 minutes that the appointment was for. Nobody showed up again for the second appointment either. I called the help line to tell them no one met with us and was told again to email them. After I did that, I received a reply saying that our appointments were later on in the day. When I showed them the screenshot of my Google meeting appointment times, they still insisted that my appointment times were not missed and replied with a screenshot from their side showing later appointment times. There was clearly something wrong with their appointment system but yet they did not admit there was an issue. They offered to reschedule us, but at that point, we just had enough of them and requested a refund. We didn't expect to actually be able to get a refund, and we were right.Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the customer service of Canadian Travel Clinics (online) and would advise people not to use them.
Yuen Ip: Efficient and professional service.
Malcolm Mitchell: Needed a medically observed test at short notice and this clinic was excellent. Easy to make an appointment and very efficient fast service. Results within the hour with a certificate. Highly recommended.

Jan Kubik: Great service. Well organized, quick. Very nice person.

Thomas Lea-Humphreys: Super easy to set up an appointment, fast turnaround, nice staff, convenient location. Really removed the anxiety of getting everything ready to travel!
Sanders Falcon: On time…did exactly what they said they would do…nice people…easy
Anjali Potdar: Had the most pleasant experience with this clinic. The receptionists were very helpful and approachable. I highly recommend using their services. Thank you for making our visit as smooth as possible.
Frances G: Well run Travel Clinic. There was no wait time.Got my certificate a few hours later as was promised. The staff was awesome to deal with.
Kristin Guertin: Every part of the process was simple - making the appointment, parking, and a 3 minute wait after I arrived.
Robbie g: This place was great they were fast polite And it was real easy to find I was in-and-out in seconds.
Aaron Sam: Quick and easy
Julia Margulies: Professional and efficient!
Joe Erne: My coworker and I had a blast getting our COVID-19 antigen tests done here. They were humorous and courteous.

Pacific Medical Clinic: what do users think?
AMANDEEP KAUR: Receptionists are always rude. Doesn’t know how to talk to patients. Every time I call in, same rudeness. Although doctor G is the best.
C M: Came in at 2pm for a walk-in, was told “no more walk-ins available today”, and the next time for walk-in appointments was the following Monday (1 week away). No way to find this out online (booking system doesn’t work). Called on lunch break and got an automated message which just said they don’t accept calls from 12-1pm…Can’t speak to the quality of the medical care, but this was pretty disappointing for an attempted visit (first time, too).
_-_-: Receptionists are NOT friendly and NOT accommodating. They are not trained to give patients a warm welcome. I already said hi and no response at all, I stood there as if I don’t exist. This clinic has poor customer service. The doctor was nice though, that is why I gave 1 star.
Pavel Boparai: Dr. Brian Gee is the most caring, honest and genuine Doctor we have ever had.
Maylin Inefable: I do appointment last April 4,2023 by 1:00pm for phone appointment I call the staff she said the doctor can call anytime is it right whats the reason that you book and get the time I dont why the management go on business just like this very rude staff and irresponsible the keep saying that the doctor keep calling but I never recieve any call I have proof. And inform the staff she booked again its not my fault as a patient. Management in overall is very poor I wonder the reviews is so low. If you have serious illness this clinic is not arecommendable one.
Amir Beiklik: I have to say for a doctor visit it was a very pleasant experience. It was very organized, clean and was able to get an appointment and did not wait long to see the doctor. The doctor was great and staff was friendly.
Kyla Nesbitt: Just curious - Is it supposed to cost $150 to get a Doctor to sign off on a Disability form?My Doctor this morning sucked. She was uncompassionate and made me cry. I tried to get a Doctor's note after following orders from both my Union and WorkSafe BC. I have Chiro, Physio, and a Therapist who are willing to fill out the appropriate paperwork, however WorkSafe seems to take a Doctors note more seriously to be accepted.Do I have a Family Doctor? No. The best I could do was try to get into a walk in clinic. Get in with a Doctor and do updates with them.I pressed her for needing more than a "sick note" to give to my employer or HR (Which we don't really have in the Film Industry). She proceeded to gaslight and guilt trip me. Before even giving me any sort of exam, she decided that 4 weeks should be good for me to "heal" and get back to work.By the end she finally gave up and said she would write up a doctors note for my disability form, but I would need to pay $150?I don't know anyone else in my Industry that has gone on Disability that has needed to pay for a Doctor to fill out the form.Horrible Clinic, Horrible Doctors, Would not recommend.
Devin Alexander: Worst medical clinic I've ever had to deal with. Hung up on twice today after mentioning that it has taken them weeks to fill a very important prescription that I need every day. They never apologized and blamed it on me. Never going to use their services again. Won't recommend.
jordan andrej: Dr. Jessica Fenn! she lacks empathy and compassion for people with mental health. The one comment that really got to me as I’m suffering with mental health was “i don’t know just breathe or something”Not only that she held my prescription and did not release it when she said. She has added to my stress and anxiety during such a difficult period. So much so I have regressed in my journey to getting better.I asked to speak with the manager who literally couldn’t care that I had an issue. Then said to me “are you arguing with me” and cut off the call.I beg anyone who has mental health issues to stay well clear of this clinic and it’s brutal approach to suffering people.
Conor Birarda: Super friendly, quick and helpful. Went to another clinic earlier in the day for the same issue where they had rushed me out the door without solving the problem. Came to pacific and the problem was resolved quickly and effectively.
Matias Anun: If you are sick and come here you will get sicker just by interacting with the receptionists. They are rude, they don't listen to you. I feel for them but avoid like the plague.
Google User (M. B.): Poorly managed clinic especially website. There's no way to reach the clinic, they don't answer the phone, no fax number provided, no online booking unlike at the Richmond and SE Marine RCSS location. The CONTACT US option returns you to the map/location page. The online booking seems to be designed for patients who have a family MD at this clinic. Some of the physicians working at various PM Clinics in Vancity seem to be a very disgruntled bunch. It's not comforting and reassuring these physicians don't seem care given our broken medical system in BC. It only adds to the crisis, it doesn't do anything to alleviate it. It's no wonder the Feds refuse t want to give money to BC for healthcare funding.
Amardeep Hare: I had a phone consult with one or their doctors and 3 times she told me to see my family doctor. I said he retired but she doesnt listen. It's like madam u are employed as a walk in so it makes no sense what u are saying.I was told the doctors are good but I beg to differ.
Bana A.: Tried calling to make an appointment and receptionist was very rude
Yogesh Prasad: I went in to get my 5 stiches removed on Dec 11 at 8:54AM. A lady came out and said "we are booked for the day and I should go to urgent care". A walk in clinic booked for the day. Really? Btw there was no body waiting in line.
Culturellement Ambre: I had a really good experience at this clinic. They were very quick to find me an appointment (i called on wednesday and got an appointment for the next day). The reception desk agent were really helpful, since i had to fill out many documents for my insurance. They were also very nice. My doctor was also really good, he didnt rush me and took the time to check on me. He was very nice and gentle. Overall my experience is very positive !
Deana Horsman: I find the front staff extremely rude. I don't know who was saying they were friendly but they aren't not at all very snobby and very rude almost shut off emotionally
nick m (keisersosae): Horrible front staff and pricy to get fourms signed $150 to have my Dr sign a fourm for a disability tax credit no mention of the cost either on the phone or in the waiting room seems like a scam to me pretty criminal if you ask me as someone who doesn't make all that much they wouldn't even work with me on the time sensitive forms needed to be filed before then end of the year this place needs To be shut down or get rid of the grouchy staff who care less about you than anything
André Gaudin: I've been in to the clinic once, called a couple of times, and have two phone appointments with a doctor here. I have to say the reception staff, or at least one, are quite rude. I was rushed through and talked over when trying to explain things. When I went in the first time, I was told they weren't doing walk-ins, despite the sign on the door clearly saying walk-ins were welcome. When I inquired further, they explained they were filled up for the day and couldn't do any more. They had been going to send me on my way without providing that information. In the end I was able get an appointment for the following week after insisting I needed one. The same reception staff didn't even realize my PEI health coverage was valid here in BC and almost charged me, quite a bit, for the appointment. This staff member shouldn't be responsible for reception if they are that incapable of their job.Thankfully, the doctor I have talked to was good, even if I felt a little rushed with them.
Cindy Álvarez: They’re rude. The three times I called they are in a rush and with a really bad attitude. To the point I they don’t let me speak.
Paris Borges: This is our first pregnancy and never imagined being treated this way by Dr Hippola. So unprofessional and always making excuses for not being able to provide information that is time sensitive. Blaming the system and making us feel that we are stupid because she has no time for us.If you can avoid Dr. Hippola, please do it. She will end up asking you to change OB because she doesn't want to deal with you. What an unpleasant experience for our first pregnancy.

Coast Medical Clinic: what do users think?
Gursimrat Sidhu: Front desk staff are great especially the girl with the brown hair
Amardeep Hare: Dr Yang Liu is horrible. Its one thing not helping with the simplest of requests but when the doctor is rude arrogant rushed etc. this guy needs to be reported.
Farshid Sh: I tried to get an appointment with my family doctor, Dr.Shoshtari ,I called them, used the application and emailed them but after few weeks there is no answer. It is impossible to get an appointment.
Hana Dethlefsen: Had great service by email while trying to get old records. It took a few emails/tries to figure out which email was the right one, but once I did, it was really easy and they were super helpful.
SEDA CINAR YALHI: l can’t reach the receptionist neither can get appointment from Dr. Christina. Can you reach me please? Thank you.
Aalia Eva: Was supposed to get test results emailed after a month. Have Have 3 emails requesting results. Does staff / reception respond please? It's been 3 weeks.
Freda F: The staff have been very friendly and the manager very kind and accommodating.I am very sad that dr Shooshtari is leaving this office because it was very easy for person like me that is disabled and needs help , the staff would be so easy on me because of the good management of shahrzad the sweet managerI can’t thank them enough for such a great care and helpI am going to miss the staff so muchMany thanks to them 🙏🙏❤️❤️🌺🌺
Jay S: It is noteworthy how the staff and physicians have been handling all the challenges of a pandemic, short staffing, and difficult patients. The staff is extremely caring and manager has utmost professionalism. It must not be easy working in these circumstances, so credit must be given to this committed team of individuals. It is unfortunate the clinic is closing. Thank you for all your hard work.
Solomon Anandan: Makes sense why the clinic is closing. Great doctors, but terrible (and I mean TERRIBLE) service from front desk assistants. They don't pick up calls, don't reply to emails and a myriad of other things. If management is wondering what went wrong, hope this review (and the countless others saying the exact same thing) helps.Highly suggest Dr. Kevin Li who will be moving to a different clinic after this place shuts down.
Aida Davis: Thanks, Shar, you have been a most helpful person. I have had so many difficulties in the past dealing with staff by phone, and it has been a pleasure to receive your support and assistance. Cheers, Aida
Seda Çınar: It is not possible to make online appointment for Dr. Christina and they never answer the clinic phone either.Thank you for reaching out and solving my problem. Good to talk with real person instead of otomatic machine.l got my appointment end of october.
Andy R: I am feeling sad this location is closing-is there anything that can be done to save this clinic? I dont have a family dr so i have relied on this clinic a few times over the past 2 years and my experience has always been positive . The girls at the front desk are friendly and the different doctors I have seen have always been personable and have listened to my concerns. I have never felt rushed or pushed out the door. Please save this clinic-its vital to those that live in the area.
Kj M: I've tried to get in touch with them over the phone and by email several times and no answer. It's impossible to book an in person appointment. I sent an email 2 months ago, then again last week and call multiple times for days and still no response.I booked an online appointment with my new family doctor (Dr. Bedeker), who told me to get a in person appointment next time, and he even said his assistant would call me after I told him the booking over the phone or email didn't work; I never got a call from them, that was a month ago. So far I have only been able to meet my family doctor 2 times on virtual appointments but I can't get a pap test virtually. I guess I would need to find a new clinic
Grizabella Li: I had several visits virtually and in-person. The staff and doctors are good.
Philip Harris: The doctors are fine but don't expect any kind of service from the rest of the clinic. They never answer the phone and ignore the emails they suggest you send instead. I've been trying to get a copy of a referral they claim to have sent to a specialist for over two weeks. Avoid.
Aaron Lacey: Definitely the worst clinic I’ve ever used. Impossible to get in touch with. They never answer the phone and never respond to your emails. Awful
Devon Gestrin: I went here seeking treatment for a chronic condition and was taken in as a patient with Dr. Bedeker. At my first appointment, when I described the problem and symptoms, he seemed to be a little on the dismissive side but I gave the benefit of the doubt and was optimistic about the next appointment. I had filled out a form that quantified all of the symptoms, and he mentioned a couple potential treatment plans that we would talk about at our next meeting. When that next appointment occurred however, it seemed he had forgotten almost everything we talked about. I felt strongly that I wasn't being taken seriously, not believed, or both. After he asked me some of the same questions again, I struggled to clearly describe and provide specific examples of the issues I'm facing in the ~5 minutes of time the over the phone appointment is allotted. So now I feel a little hopeless to work out the issue. I'd hoped to start tackling it before I had to move across the country next month, but I guess I'll have to start over again there.
Kurt Unger: Don't book here if you value your time. You won't be seen at the time you booked. First appointment today, been waiting an hour and haven't heard anything at all. No one will even answer the phone. Totally unprofessional.
Vivienne B.: I recently had reason to contact the clinic and my call was taken by a lady named Shar. Typically people who take calls put you on hold and sound like the client or the customer is inconveniencing them, so I was so pleased that this person treated me so professionally and so kindly. She answered my questions with utmost respect and patience. She was knowledgeable and pleasant. I would highly recommend this clinic and ask to speak to Shar. You will be treated very well.
Yalda Modarres: THEY LOST MY TEST RESULTS (AGAIN)!AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!Disclaimer: I had left a 1 Star review here before stating my bad experiences and concerns with this clinic in details. The manager was kind enough to call me to convince me that they would improve their service. I agreed to remove my review, however, things only got worse! (I here-by request of the manager to please DO NOT call me this time. I will NOT remove my review) - DON'T TALK, JUST ACT. DON'T SAY, JUST SHOW. DON'T PROMISE, JUST PROVE.My concerns in summary:- They never pick up the phone.- They forget to let you know your appointment was canceled.- THEY LOSE YOUR TEST RESULTS- If they ever manage to not lose your results, you will never have access to them unless you review it with their own doctors (every other clinic allows you to view your results online / send them to your family doctor)- THEY LOSE YOUR TEST RESULTSMy story:I had done my last pap smear test at this clinic. I was due to do another one this year and so I booked an appointment with this clinic again. While I was there waiting for my appointment, a reception approached me asking "are you sure you did your last pap test here? We don't have any records on file!". After I proved that I had done my last test at this same location, she said it might have been a bug in their system...I did my test that day. After a month of not hearing back from them, I called to follow up and see if I can access my results to review it with my doctor (or if they could directly send it over to my family doctor). I was suffering from a chronic skin hive issue and really needed to understand what was causing them. They said that the results will be ready in 2 weeks and recommended to review my results with one of their doctors. I agreed (as I thought it would be just faster), and they booked me an appointment. When the day of the appointment finally arrived, just before leaving my house, I called them to ask if it was going to be done over the phone or in person. After 15 times of trying their number, somebody finally picked up and said that my test results haven't arrived yet... I asked if they were planning on calling me at all to let me know that my appointment was canceled today! If I didn't call them before leaving the house, then I was going to find out only after arriving at their clinic! Now here comes the most interesting part: To my surprise, the Dr. that I had my appointment with called me at the time of my appointment that day just to let me know that she is surprised that my test results have not arrived yet. She also said that she WONDERED IF MY TEST RESULTS WAS SOMEHOW LOST! She asked ME to follow up with them again next week! We're at the "next-week" mark now. I called the clinic 20 times. No body picked up.I'm not going to EVER call them again. My plan is to just find another clinic at this point. I'm really unhappy that I need to redo this awfully uncomfortable test, AGAIN!Please save yourselves time, energy, and a lot of stress, and DO NOT CONSIDER THIS CLINIC EVER! I even suggest running at your highest speed instead of walking, if you ever pass by this clinic. Save yourselves! These guys are scary! #disappointing #notremovingmyreview #donotcallme #scary #avoid
Martina Elizabeth: I met with a doctor over the phone and he didn't seem very interested in my problems.. I am concerned for some of the things I have been experiencing and he just told me to come in for an in person appointment. I have waited basically 2 weeks for a reply on the phone and/or email and have not received anything. The doctor doesn't seem like he wants to help people as he arrived to the call pretty late and didn't provide any opinions about what I have concerns about. It was fine going here before the covid restrictions as you could just come in person pretty much whenever and it was pretty fast. I understand the circumstances, but I really really need help and I have searched elsewhere and had faster success. Not coming back.

Vancouver General Hospital: Women's Clinic: what do users think?
Erin Westbury: My doctor sent them a referral. They declined the referral but did not contact my doctor about this decline. I ended up calling the clinic myself to find out it was declined. Have been waiting weeks for a response. Very disappointed and very unprofessional.
Gary Beka: Just always been treated very nice workers are caring never bad experience ....had double lung transplant.nov 29th got out aug 21st have no issues. Go to vgh for testing and workers r great !!!!
Claire M: Great experience at the the clinic for procedures, all nurses I dealt with in person were caring, informative, and efficient. My low rating is due to how I received my results. I have only ever communicated with doctors here via my personal phone number for the last two years. However, they must have an outdated number included on my records somewhere, which is a family member’s number. They called that number, reached a voicemail, and left a message with the full and explicit details of the results of my tests - To the wrong number.I understand that dialling the wrong number happens, but to leave the full details of the results on a voicemail is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. If results are going to be given over the phone, please ensure you are speaking to the patient. This is so upsetting, and a massive violation of my privacy. My hope is that this review can serve as a reminder to anyone at the clinic that needs to hear it, to be much more mindful of how you are delivering results, and to whom.
Dani: Nurses are very friendly and helpful
Fraser Valley Homes Sales: Waiting for over an hour so far.. not even a magazine to be found! Bring something to do while you wait because you wont even find an old newspaper here.
Vikram S: Excellent Hospital and very kind and friendly staff who take care of you in a professional manner.
