Even if we browse half the time, we are always welcomed! They are usually very well stocked with good variety of play sets (good displays as well for inspiration) and have fun events to attend (precovid-19). We prefer to buy from the Lego store than other toy stores if we want Lego.

Johnathan Dyer: This place was super cool. They had so many different types of lego aimed both ar kids and adults. It was honestly a really cool experience although I wish I had gone during non covid times as the build your own minifigure are was closed which is 110% understandable.

crywalkr: This is a neat little toy store on Main Street that's packed full of modern and retro toys. They had some cool toys from the 80s like Slinky, an Etch-A-Sketch and Lite Brite as well as the latest Playmobil and Lego sets. My one disappointment is that they didn't have a traditional Jack in the Box. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I hope to go back one day

Joanne Antoniak: The LEGO store!!!Taking your grandson to this store to pick out his 6th birthday present was the BEST experience EVER!!!The store is very clean and organized!! A fantastic variety of kits and bits. From the jaw dropping expensive to the "allowance money" cheap. The staff was fun and friendly. We had a FANTASTIC experience!!!

Andrew Bellhan: Feels like they have a good selection here, the staff is always very friendly, and rides a fine line where they aren't pushy, despite it being a small store, they let you browse without asking too many questions or bothering you, but they are ready to jump in if you have a question or need help. I always like to browse here, it's nice to see their sets built so you can see what they look like finished, and if I want to buy a set I usually come here.
Warren Quan: Went to store to get new sets as requested by my spouse. Lined up early (first group through doors). Did not realize that I needed to scope out the store in advance and be prepared to B-line to get what I wanted. Only got sets because I asked, but was probably seconds from not getting anything if someone lined up behind me knew they could effectively "jump ahead" by asking the right employee. Forgot to add - spouse had to go back because they did not give a free set that we were eligible for ... and I asked when I paid too, but guess I needed to tell the employee exactly what my spouse knew I should have gotten.

James S: I've been to this store far more times than I can easily count over the years (and yes, I can count fairly high), and I can honestly say I've never had anything less than an excellent experience. The staff here is uniformly excellent, and their worst day is better than most stores' best days. If I could I'd give them an extra star just for that consistency.Beyond that, it's a store filled with awesome Lego sets, the Pick & Build wall of an ever-rotating selection of cheap loose parts, and a staff that is just as enthusiastic about them as you are, if not more so. What more could you want?

Dan Last name: I mean, it's a Lego store. What more does a suburban dad trying to live vicariously through his pre-teen kids can say? All I do when I go to Vancouver is grab my boys and head to the sky train. We take the Canada Line right to the end. We get off at the end of the line. We go straight into the mall and unleash the boys who head straight to the Lego store to start putting together their own mini figs at the mini fig kiosk. I turn my brain off, as the Lego specialist engages my kids. I look around with nostalgia and get lost in my own memories of a time when life was simple and full of adventure and imagination. While I may feel the pinch on my budget, I appreciate the brief escape into my inner child. Thank you Richmond Lego store.

If you have a place to go and buy lego, it is there, you can see many assembled legos and your final expectations will not be bad because you already have a great base regarding what you are going to buy.

There's also divider at the cashier which is pretty standard these days.We found some of those popular jellycat stuffed animals and found some that are apparently rare to find. Also some fun fruit and vegetable jellycat plush toys.Also lots of little odds and ends

Aoife Dowling: Great selection of games, toys, lego, crafts, all squeezed into a fairly small space.
Ellen Wong: They have one of the best selections of stuffed animals around...although the prices for these are generally higher than what you'd pay at some other stores (like Miniso 😅), they probably have a larger selection of the more traditional, soft, and slumpy teddies and bunnies, and a selection of fruit and veg stuffies that's harder to find elsewhere. Store staff were nice. The store was kept well-organized. The only thing missing: On the day I went, I didn't see any hand sanitizer at the entrance, which I would've appreciated, seeing how everything inside the store is tempting to touch and check out.
