Livia Lau: We have been working from home since the pandemic and having our documents delivered on time is very important to us. The previous courier company that we used provided very frustrating service so I suggested to give Eeko a try. Their pricing is slightly more than the previous one we used, but the service is so much better! Our team rarely have issues with Eeko. Yes occasionally the delivery might be a little bit late but we understand that things do come up and traffic does not always cooperate. I am the most impressed when Eeko dispatchers would actually call me and letting me know what's happening. maybe there could be a potential delay, or need more clarification on the delivery instructions. They always check to make sure things are okay. Overall I am very pleased with Eeko's service and would recommend using them! :) FIVE STARS!!!

Tejas Gavhane: I dealt with Reema and she was so accommodating.she stayed 30 minutes past the closing time as I had an urgent parcel to send out. She was very friendly and patient with completing my parcel. She made sure all of it was accurate before sending it.Always a good experience here!
Parminder Sandhu: So i usually I send packages to India through Skymart Surrey location, but this time I had the worst experience. I sent a package around 18kgs but when my friend received it , it was only 7kg. More than .28 items were missing. I have the pictures and video of the box opening. The box seemed to be opened before and all the expensive stuff like make make uo. shoes , rayban sunglasses were missing. I cant explain what am I going through right now. The service that i received was pathetic especially the India team.
