Williams-Sonoma: what do users think?
Paula Lyons
Paula Lyons: Incredibly helpful staff & manager on a purchase I made but needed to return. The manager, Sam, was great to deal with. Beautiful store and staff that go out of the way.
Kelly P
Kelly P: Surely it’s not hard to update store hours on Google.
Inge Mueller-Langer
Inge Mueller-Langer: The store itself is pretty enough and offers good quality items but the customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced in my life. And I’m not exaggerating. They didn’t have a complete set of dish ware in stock so they CHARGED me to have the missing items brought in. A restocking fee. Isn’t that a normal part of owning a business that you ensure you have the product a customer wants to buy? And I was spending more than $1,000! I had to pay up front, then my order was cancelled REPEATEDLY by head office. I kept getting messages that my items were no longer being delivered as my order was cancelled. I had to deal with store staff (very unhelpful) head office staff, pretty much useless, and go online numerous times to try and get dishes I had paid for more than a month ago. Store staff couldn’t have cared less. Head office gave me bad information and I once waited 20 minutes on the phone as the sales associate tried, unsuccessfully, to log into the computer (apparently they have an old system). In the end it took close to three months to receive the product, in fits and starts, and I even had to go back to the store twice to pick up items I had paid to have delivered. One time I arrived and they couldn’t find the package in the store though I had been phoned by store staff and told to pick it up. Horrendous. Only buy what they have in stock. Save yourselves a lot of grief!
ur- gash
ur- gash: Great place if you want to spend $100 on a measuring cup while staff act like you're the gum on the bottom of their shoe. Skip this store.
Olivia A
Olivia A: Came in after an oncology appointment to cheer myself up with a small treat. Left upset with my day ruined after a large, elderly employee followed me around with her arms crossed like a thief. I have never felt so intimidated and judged. Considering there are so many other stores with kitchenwares in the area I'm not sure why they are literally chasing customers out. Stopped into Victory Bakery for something better anyways! :)
Kyle Rask
Kyle Rask: Absolutely abysmal customer service. Checked online for a product and it said there was 8 available. Showed up to pick it up and the employee goes to try to find it and comes back 4 minutes later and tells me “I didn’t see it. You should just order it online for in store pick up and then come back another time to get it”.Didn’t spend ANY time finding it after going out of my way the day before Christmas eve to pick this up. And then, 20 minutes after doing said online order I get a notification it was ready. Already home. Can’t make it back in time. Just the worst customer service and total lack of care I’ve seen in long time.Oh yeah, and should be mentioned that after the whopping 4 minutes of looking they also thought it best to suggest just going over to Ming Wo 2 doors down to get it there. This employee got to go.
Jenny Lo
Jenny Lo: 2022/12/03 10am returning an item that I didn't realize was final sale. The Asian female staff was dismissive and walked away while I was talking to her. I suggested to let customers know at the till or change the sign to 'final' sale. I like Williams Sonoma so much but this staff makes me not want to go back.
Jason Ellis
Jason Ellis: Ordered pans in March. Seven months later and still no pans. Spoke to reps on no fewer than 4 occasions. Finally cancelled order. Useless company. Will never order from them again!
marc leblanc
marc leblanc: I had a great visit today. Very attentive staff. Super quality products and prices are fair. It was nice to see the manager was absent so i could enjoy a visit.
Joshua Baerg
Joshua Baerg: I had a fantastic time while shopping at Williams-Sonoma. The staff were friendly and patient with me. They were excellent when helping me to select kitchen knives that were a good feel for me. They helped me to test and use each of their display knives so I was confident in my choice. I will be returning there to shop again in the future.
saber n
saber n: An incredibly special place for individuals interested in culinary arts. Unique products and cooking tools
Kaylee Kozyniak
Kaylee Kozyniak: Best store ever! Amazing customer service from Emily and Nancy!
Zaid
Zaid: Staff were unhelpful, and kept trailing behind my wife and I the entire time we were in the store. Very uncomfortable.
Myles Mcdonald
Myles Mcdonald: GREAT PLACE FOR THAT SOMETHING SPECIAL AND NO SALES PRESSURE ,HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE
Juan Leano (JD)
Juan Leano (JD): The associates were incredibly helpful and accommodating with a request I had. Very grateful for their help! The store has great selection. Prices are on the higher-end but quality is at par.
Caitlin Jesson
Caitlin Jesson: Thank you Basha! (sorry if I misspelled)You were super helpful and patient with me picking out a knife set for my Mums 70th birthday. She will love it.
T Ming
T Ming: Replacement was damaged in transit again, I’ve got my refund
Richard Cannon
Richard Cannon: They were great no pressure great staff and the coaches were amazing
B Naylor
B Naylor: No tap payments… what is this, 1997?
David Finch
David Finch: Helpful staff but didn't have the required items in stock.
K. B. in Vancouver
K. B. in Vancouver: CUSTOMER SERVICE from Williams-Sonoma is appalling. I ordered an Emile Henry Ruffled Pie Dish, which had no Emile Henry item number attached. The item was $39.95 and they charge an outrageous $29.95 shipping fee. The item itself was on sale, so I decided to go ahead. The next day I called to possibly cancel the order because the dish I wanted had a much deeper ruffle and I realized that on looking at the photo. They would not let me cancel the order, despite it showing that it hadn’t shipped. They said I could return the dish when it arrived, HOWEVER THEY ABSOLUTELY REFUSED TO REFUND THE OUTRAGEOUS $29.95 SHIPPING FEE. AS MANY HAVE EXPERIENCED, IT IS OBVIOUSLY WILLIAMS SONOMA COMPANY POLICY TO BE UTTERLY UNCONCERNED WITH CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. NORDSTROM’S, IN CONTRAST, BASES ITS WHOLE REPUTATION ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, which is as it should be. I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN.

Le Creuset: what do users think?
Aksana Kukushkina
Aksana Kukushkina: Terrible customer service! I am returning customer, used to buy many things from this store and spent lots of money here. We came back once again with my husband to buy a crape pan. My husband mentioned to the sales person that we are returning customers and used to have always VIP discount 25%, the sales person replied:”We have a new system now, all previous customers are gone 6 months ago, everything is gone from the computer”. Basically, he made us feel like we were dump as customers. We never will be back again. Prices on Amazon are much better, it was a waste of our time to visit this store today!
Running Tse
Running Tse: Good customer service, cozy shop!
Nigel Kellett
Nigel Kellett: Great staff, friendly, very knowledgeable, "go the extra mile" . Love their product but is a tad heavy
Jose Mario Ventura
Jose Mario Ventura: Great service, high quality ware.
Yareiah Starks
Yareiah Starks: The person who helped me was very informative, patient and attentive to detail. He noticed a speck less than a grain of salt inside the lid of the Dutch oven I was going to purchase and he showed it to me and then got me another lid.
Ron Wilson
Ron Wilson: Customer service, selection and location add up to a 5 🌟 experience.
antoine sauve
antoine sauve: Amazing customer service!! Thank you for helping me find what I was looking for!
Ron Russell
Ron Russell: I phone the manager to ask some information about a stove top griddle as I was given one as a Christmas present. But it's double sided and rough so I can't use in on my glass top stove. I wanted to ask about a flat top enameled one (these was none on line.). First problem was that Brian the manager didn't know if they had one (how does he not know the product???) . The bigger problem was that he didn't want to exchange the pan I had, yelled at me over the phone, refused to help me or give me a customer service number and then hung up on me (after he yelled some more). What a shocking experience for a company that sells premium products. The worst customer service experience.
Jen Vanderleij
Jen Vanderleij: What a helpful and charming staff! The products speak for themselves, but when in for an exchange just now (you must be sure of your colour!) it was such a pleasure. We were assisted by a lovely gent (didn't get his name - but he is a kind ginger chap) who was extremely helpful and patient with my lingering. Thank you!
Dylan Shaw
Dylan Shaw: Got a 7.25qt round french oven from them yesterday and it was a fantastic experience! I was worried that the customer service was going to be poor after reading some of the reviews, but Ben and Brian were both very helpful and I walked away happy.I give 4 stars because I agree that it would have been nice to know their names from the offset (i.e., name tags) and the business card I was given had no name.Nonetheless, I will be definitely come back as my cooking needs grow.
Jane L
Jane L: I went to this store to purchase a cleaner for my 30" creuset pan as it got discolored a bit with use. I walked in and a male staff greeted. Anticipating there may be different types of cleanser, I pulled out my phone and started showing him the photos of my pan so he can direct me to the right product. His first reaction was "Nope, that's not our product" and waved his hands at me. I was taken aback.I said :" that's right, I bought it in the USA and this color of pan never made it to Canada but I'm here to purchase a cleanser" Only then he actively suggested products to sell such as brush and cleaner. I ordered another creuset product through them but I will not go back to that store again.
Kabooles P
Kabooles P: I’m not writing my experience of this store, but my experience with Le Creuset Canada. Their after sales customer service is really disappointed. First of all, please don’t believe what so called “life long warranty”, and sometimes their customers service team don’t even bother to reply your emails. So, bless the item you buy can keep lifelong, or after a few years, you’d better consider to buy a new one to replace rather than contact their customer service, they are not willing to help.
Juanjo Gonzalez
Juanjo Gonzalez: Amazing attention and support since you enter the store
M Ali K Motamedi
M Ali K Motamedi: My partner and I came into this store today to buy a coffee set and a baking set as separate gifts for our friends. While a pleasant lady helped us initially, a rather aggressive staff named Brian was deciding “for us” what to get and what our friends “would want”! He did not answer any of our questions about size, color, etc and was rushing us to decide. Even worse, he was belittling the gifts and was suggesting we should just get something and our friends “can come later to exchange”! The great finale, however, was at the register when he was mixing the two gift receipts, asking for repeated payments, and insisting that he is right about the situation. The broken communication was not helping to resolve the scene and only his colleague could calm him down to accept his many repeated mistakes.Buying some gift should in no way be this difficult and unpleasant, especially in a store like this.
Catherine
Catherine: Very pleased to get this yesterdayGood customer service thank you. :))
Michael Tabyanian
Michael Tabyanian: Amazing staff, very knowledgeable. I could spend all day here if they didn't close!
ThisIsIndoLife
ThisIsIndoLife: Got your necessary cookware!
Nataliia Mykhailova
Nataliia Mykhailova: Great experience. Store is very clean, staff is lovely and welcoming. Displays are beautiful. They got one of the best cookbooks on the market for you to get some inspiration. Not everything that you want might be in stock, but who cares when the coffee they do tastes so great :)A year later... and again 5 stars! Every time I leave the store with a smile. Thank you to staff - you make it a great shopping experience!
Samantha Clayton-Carroll
Samantha Clayton-Carroll: Came in on Monday afternoon to purchase a teapot and received amazing service from Brian. Very personable and warm. Made the shopping experience that much better. Teapot holds up to Le Creuset's quality expectations.
Tanner Prevette
Tanner Prevette: Great customer service at this location. And nothing beats a La Creuset cookware. Use it for everything.
Michael Wu
Michael Wu: WOULD GIVE 0 STAR IF POSSIBLEPLEASE READ BEFORE GOING TO THIS STORE, IT WILL SAVE YOU A LOT OF TIME, MONEY AND DIGNITYLe Creuset have great products no doubt, but the customer service at this location is the exact opposite to the quality of their product. I visited this store with a friend looking for a round french oven, and after the sales explained the product we asked for a few minutes to come to a decision. We were in the store for less than 15 minutes before a staff yelled at us across the store for us to "get the hell out" because their store is not for people to "look around" and there are people waiting outside looking to buy. This type of disrespect is unacceptable, especially when I am a returning customer who had purchased in this exact location a few times with the past six month. Needless to say despite the quality of Le Creuset's product I would most likely never return to this store ever again.

Anthony Ramalho
Anthony Ramalho: Picked up a few gifts for my wife here. Nice staff, locally owned and operated. Was fortunate to meet the owners and it’s worth mentioning how they are supporting other local businesses so if your local or just visiting support this awesome business. Nice to see quality products being sold here in Parksville. A business like this is definitely a solid investment to the community.
Carol Carr
Carol Carr: Welcome the new Cook’s Culture to Parksville. Your store carries everything a kitchen could ever want and your owners & staff are amazing.. great location in the old Bank of Montreal, so much parking. Honestly, we are really happy to have you locate here.. btw, thanks for sharpening my knives.. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Karl Klann
Karl Klann: My favourite kitchen and cooking store. Also their YouTube channel is amazing and my pans thank them for this!
Olga Golikova
Olga Golikova: I want to give you a whole story about my experience at the Cook Culture Vancouver store. Since covid time started back in 2020 I think we lost the expression of "good customer service". After shopping around in the city for Christmas presents, etc. I was sad because the city didn't recover for good customer service but not this store. I came to get a new Mineral B frying pan and I didn't have a clue what kind and size I will need, but after talking to Marie, she opened my eyes and provided full info. and I got exactly what I have to add to my kitchen utensil collection. If you are leaving in VCR or stopping by, I highly recommend visiting Cook Culture. Trust me, you will be impressed and have a very good time and I'm sure you will find something good you need for your cooking experience :) Thank you Cook Culture team to stay on top of customer service!

Cherry “Aderyn” Thompson
Cherry “Aderyn” Thompson: They moved out of their storefront location - maybe just while it’s being renovated?? I’m not sure!A little hard to find now, but found it in the end! You need to go into the building lobby left of Murchies and through to the back left corner. It’s a back room.I love that by giving them your contact info you can get free knife sharpening - even if you didn’t buy the knives there! They have an excellent selection and the prices are good for a brick & mortar. The staff are helpful!
John De La Cruz
John De La Cruz: Amazing kitchen store with the best curated selection in Vancouver.
Andrew Mulkani
Andrew Mulkani: The best kitchen utensils in Vancouver!
Mehdi Mebarki
Mehdi Mebarki: Absolutely love your store. Amazing customer service and knowledge in cookware. I appreciate the great selection of quality cookware that last a lifetime. Keep being a Vancouver institution! Kudos to the nice European lady that helped me today!
Rebecca Evans
Rebecca Evans: This is an excellent store. The staff really know their stuff - and are really friendly and welcoming - they stock excellent quality supplies, and they offer great additional services if you create a free account, like loyalty points and free knife sharpening. Yes, it's expensive, but they believe in the products they stock, and have some good sale areas and mid-range products too. If you like cooking and want high-quality products or even just advice in a low-pressure sales environment, check this place out.
CARON ERIC
CARON ERIC: J'ai passé une commande du Québec et j'ai même parlé à une super conseillère en francais dans la boutique de Vancouver qui s'occupé de ma commande. Super service et expédition rapide...Merci !!!
Danielle Lovell
Danielle Lovell: Has always been great to deal with
Wes Devries
Wes Devries: Regardless of the very poor treatment I received when coming in to pick up yet another order I will continue to support your business. I came in and asked to for the use of a wastebasket and was told that there wasn’t one. How peculiar considering I dress well by anyones standard (for a chef) and I’m well spoken and affable much of the time. May I suggest that when hiring international employees you articulate our local standards. I am of Afro-American decent, but I didn’t necessarily get a racist vibe, just a “you may not be a customer” vibe, if that makes sense.
Dawn Anderson
Dawn Anderson: This place has great things for your kitchen and, if you love cooking, great gourmet stuff! Bread makers: check out their French loaf pans ... online buying and shipping is so easy ... pre-pandemic, I loved browsing in the retail store ... and now it's just as much fun online! Super-environmentally conscious too - check out their recycling on shipments! If there were 5+ stars, I'd give more!!
Ingrid Fluevog
Ingrid Fluevog: Awesome family owned cookware store. The products are great and they have informative videos about the products and cooking. On top of that they are conscientious about the environment and endeavour to limit their carbon footprint.
Zac Hudson
Zac Hudson: Great spot for cooking supplies in Vancouver. Their goods are top-quality, and the owner is both knowledgeable and passionate about his craft. Highly recommend checking them out.
Mark G
Mark G: I can't say enough about Cook Culture. Dependable and patient, members of this family-owned business are extremely knowledgeable about all things cookware related and only too happy to pass their insights on to their customers. If you're looking for an enterprise that embodies unstinting customer commitment, best cooking practices and the finest cookware available Cook Culture in Vancouver, British Columbia is the place to go.Mark G.
DeeBee BeeDee
DeeBee BeeDee: Excellent customer service. The fellow who helped me find what I needed offered several options and knew the shop's inventory location quite expertly. Quality of products was excellent - a far better experience than shopping online.

The Shop Vancouver: what do users think?
Jeremy_ BTS
Jeremy_ BTS: I came to The Shop to have my denim hemmed. The previous cuff length damaged my denim, but TJ worked around it, discussed his plan, and hemmed them in 15 minutes. The Shop was a lively, well-curated store with an attractive aesthetic. I will budget for some items from The Shop in the near future. Thank you TJ and friends :)
Peter Nelson
Peter Nelson: Great products and friendly service
Josue De Leon
Josue De Leon: Absolutely love my jacket and cannot wait to see it age and eventually pass it down....the purchasing process was easy and comfortable (most online purchases, especially at this price point can leave you feeling uneasy) Tj is the best and communicates/responds quickly with as much information about his products as possible.....these jackets should be something you work towards purchasing and then lived in to pass on or to look back on the life lived in them.
Guy Swain
Guy Swain: If you are in the market for some high quality denim, this is your place. While you are there, be sure and check out all that they have to offer. You will not be disappointed.
Kenny Muse

Designing Fever
Designing Fever: This is a great shop with some pretty good stuff to choose from. Such a great store.
Nick Thompson
Nick Thompson: Came here with my partner to look at Leather Jackets and check out the store. TJ is really down to earth and approachable, he also knows his products and sizing well. I was able to pick out a killer Y2 jacket and left a happy man. I was basically dying of heat stroke by the time I got to the store, so I’m grateful for TJ’s patience and help.I will also say that while we were in the shop a rougher looking man from the local street community came into the store and started trying on clothing. TJ was completely respectful to the guy and didn’t kick him out or make a scene, I think that really speaks to his character.
Urbanfella
Urbanfella: Great Products, Great Service
Keith G
Keith G: Wesco boots, Schott jackets, and more. TJ is very responsive and super cool.
Customer Service (Jr)
Customer Service (Jr): Great shop I couldn’t tell ya how many thousands of dollars I have spent here. Everything is top notch from the owner to the clothes. It’s not cheep but I’m not looking for cheep mass produced clothes so when you come here you know you are getting some of the best. Thanks again!
Kevin Wang
Kevin Wang: Hands down THE BEST menswear spot in Vancouver. The curated selection along with TJ’s endless knowledge on selvedge denim and leather jackets is unrivaled!
T AR
T AR: Great offering of high quality clothing and personal service.
Cameron McPhail
Cameron McPhail: This store is not for everyone, but it should be. Everything for sale at The Shop is hard to get, the best, carefully curated and of the highest quality. The pieces are expensive, but most things are that will last long enough to give to your grandkids. Every order comes with a hand-written note from TJ, and watching him hand-hem your new jeans on one of the rarest sewing machines around is pretty f&$king cool. When you’re ready to leave a store feeling like you got yourself something truly special, get down there.
v velez
v velez: What can I say? The man behind the shop knows serious knowledge from premium selvedge to leather straight up. Love how he is very accommodating and capable of doing the impossible things POSSIBLE. Made numerous purchases and have never been disappointed. Will forever be coming back for future purchases for he has got nothing but goodness and beauty to offer. You rock TJ.Sincerely,Indigotamer

Nikitas Chondroyannos: This is the best place for one of a kind men's clothing items. The best place to shop in Vancouver is The Shop.
Adam Bartlett
Adam Bartlett: I went to The Shop for the first time on Saturday looking for shirts from Iron Heart. TJ was super helpful and let me try on everything he had. He had a great knowledge of not only the lines he carried but clothing in general. The Shop has a very well curated collection of denim, leather and high quality shirts and sweaters. I will definitely be returning.
Jim Smerdon

The Granville Island Toy Company: what do users think?
crywalkr
crywalkr: This is a neat little toy store on Main Street that's packed full of modern and retro toys. They had some cool toys from the 80s like Slinky, an Etch-A-Sketch and Lite Brite as well as the latest Playmobil and Lego sets. My one disappointment is that they didn't have a traditional Jack in the Box. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I hope to go back one day

Anthropologie: what do users think?
Graeme Burns
Graeme Burns: Helpful friendly staff and a clean shopping environment.
K B
K B: This company will buy your email address and make false sales to look good. Not ethical at all.
Leslie H
Leslie H: The candles and sale section
Farah Hassanali
Farah Hassanali: Always finding something cute!
Patrice
Patrice: Anthropologie offers a collection of home decoration, women clothing and accessories in a uniquely hip boutique style. There’s always interesting finds here and new seasonal designs never disappoint.
M
M: I've always loved shopping at Anthropologie. Sadly, the overall quality of their merchandise has really declined over the past couple of years. Literally every item I've bought from them since 2021 has broken/fallen apart, including a pricey tote bag, a top, a large pillow, and a very overpriced necklace. Just not worth the cash outlay anymore for such low quality goods.
Tamara Stanar
Tamara Stanar: I’ve never seen a manager talk down to his employees so openly in my life. I walked in the store and was looking around when I heard the manager raising his voice at his employees. It did not seem healthy or like this was a safe professional workplace. You really need to check in on your employees and do performance reviews or something. Super scary!!!! Will not be shopping here again.
Olivia
Olivia: A great place to go to be actively avoided by staff. The staff in the change rooms is always lovely, but good luck getting help with anything on the floor.
Nathan Beau
Nathan Beau: Rude manager, messy store. Male manager seemed very angry and unprofessional.
Ian Twa
Ian Twa: Anthropologie is cool but it is frustrating they will only ship limited items to Canada. This includes furniture which you aren’t notified about until attempting to check out. Too bad as they have some great coffee tables that would like fantastic north of the border.
Amar Johal
Amar Johal: Good place to check out when they have their big sales. Kind of have to dig but usually find a deal.
Denise Patterson
Denise Patterson: Needed a quick gift and they even wrapped it up for me. Super friendly staff.
Kimmy Le
Kimmy Le: Always a lovely experience with helpful staff and beautiful clothes.
Jenny Yu
Jenny Yu: The store is very nice but I bought some stockings and they immediately teared. ☹️
Y Asr
Y Asr: Cute stuff!
BB Selvage
BB Selvage: An emporium of colour, texture and pattern!
Elsie Sands
Elsie Sands: Great sale going on right now!
Brooke Goslin
Brooke Goslin: Quite shocking for a business to not answer the phone after trying to call numerous times .
Lucy Fenn
Lucy Fenn: I was so pleased with my experience at this store! I was at my wits end trying to find something to wear at a wedding in two days and having gone all over Vancouver , this was one of my final stops. Cue Sylvia , who swiftly gave me a few options, and started a changing room for me, she deftly guided me through the racks asking all the right questions. Then I met maeve who helped me zip up a couple dresses and brought up a few belt options for me to pair with my chosen dress. She also chose a beautiful bag for me which I ended up purchasing. My checkout with Cecilia was seamless! All three ladies gave 5* service and I'll definitely be back . Having a size 16 body at Anthropologie was no barrier, they had decent well cut options to choose from, and if you're looking for a wedding guest dress definitely go here!
Linda R
Linda R: Fun funky clothes and decorations for the home . Bit pricey but has unique products.

Hudson's Bay: what do users think?
Susan Sands
Susan Sands: Awful. The worst store I've been in
Wayne Halavin
Wayne Halavin: The Bay in downtown Vancouver is my go to place for so many things. From a great bedding department to the incredible men's clothing floor, I never walk away without what I need. Their staff is always quick to help, and always with a professional and kind attitude. It is a real pleasure everytime.
Vigan Aliu
Vigan Aliu: No AC. Crazy boiling hot!
Steven Aspinall
Steven Aspinall: Awesome service
Marcelo Meirelles
Marcelo Meirelles: It's already hard for me to go to a clothes store and chose, but to add to that, fitting rooms are hard to find and I finally found one, the person responsible to it told me to go to another one, which was closed. Great selection of product, but customer service is awful.
Jason Kruger
Jason Kruger: Great finds
Josie Ferguson
Josie Ferguson: I was absolutely floored. This store was 6 levels. 6!!!!!!!!
Dale Brash
Dale Brash: Went to the Zellers section, basically has product for bed, bath, kitchen, women and children. But I did get my bedsheets at a good price.
Paul Newstead
Paul Newstead: God help you if your in need of a salesperson because every time iv shopped there it's a long wait for someone to have time to help.
Nigel Kellett
Nigel Kellett: Great service and reasonable prices
Osvaldo Missio

Mohammadreza Bagheri
Mohammadreza Bagheri: AL at (men’s suits) , just only go to find him to find the best fashion and style for men’s clothes specially suits and he knows how to style you as a expert person (stylist) , he has multiple skills, best of the best experience with (AL)
B Naylor
B Naylor: I get it, it’s hard to find staff, but at the very least, make it easy to find an OPEN cashier so I can buy something! I spent over an hour self-shopping and couldn’t find any staff to check me out until I was leaving the store. The clerks were so passive aggressive and the sound of non-stop security alarms was so annoying, that I just gave up and walked out. Good luck, your business model is busted.
Shyann Destinee
Shyann Destinee: Great sales!
Keshaw K. Sinha
Keshaw K. Sinha: Excellent place for shopping with family and friends.
Darcy Liam
Darcy Liam: No complaints about the service it was very good but the prices are ridiculous for jeans there there is no way I'm paying over $100 for a pair of jeans also they don't really have sizes for larger people if you need a suit hit Moores
zahra Mohammadshahi
zahra Mohammadshahi: I bought a raincoat paying $100 with gift card and $94 with my own card. It was not fit for my son and I returned it and they returned all my money to gift card. Is their policy reasonable? If I paid $900 by my card and $100 their gift card, Then I had to shop $1000 with their gift card from Hudson’s Bay!!!
Lara Larinha
Lara Larinha: Just left Vancouver downtown store and staff was helpful but I could barely hear them because the music on the main floor was too loud. Thought it was a department store, not a club.
Jake warner
Jake warner: I find it very overpriced, in all departments
Jordan A
Jordan A: Great experience. Special thank you to Nadira for going above and beyond to help me find the right fit. If you need new office clothing I highly recommend this location!Ps: Don’t forget to ask about the Hudson’s Bay Mastercard at checkout.
Hardeep Purewal
Hardeep Purewal: I went to the Jewellers, and had a great experience with professional and curtious staff, I would definitely recommend to take advantage of the 60% off deals 👌🏼👍🏽👍🏽

Designer Outlet Vancouver: what do users think?
Michele VT
Michele VT: Aside from Shopping, the ambiance feels very relaxing!
alok kumar Pati
alok kumar Pati: Good place
Central City
Central City: This place is great. Ample free parking, many name brands you know and love, and prices at or below retail levels.
michael gray
michael gray: Had some good deals here.
Selena L
Selena L: So I kind of love this outlet. I mean the deals aren't the same as in the states, but it's pretty much like shopping at a mall, but outside, and there are deals. A kind of European looking feel and actually there is a small kid playground hidden in the corner. So if you're coming with kids, there's a great place for kids to play that is covered. There are food options as well and it's a pretty good place to spend a day if you're planning to shop anyways and it's good weather.
Bernie
Bernie: McArthurGlen Designer Outlet has about 80 designer retailers located near the Vancouver Airport and can be reached via Skytrain. It's also interesting for you to know that trips between Templeton station (location of McArthurGlen Designer Outlet) and YVR-Airport station are free. The mall directory is at the main entrance. The stores carry varieties of products like clothes, shoes, bags, pieces of jewelry, make-up, chocolates, etc (high-end to average brands) are here. Most stores are competitive in giving big discounts and special deals. This long weekend (the Victoria Day) stores give good deals and discounts from 20% up to 60%. There are food restaurants, café, and coffee shops. There are two food trucks 1) Praguery cakes & ice-cream and 2) Nukkad Street Eats, both are located before the entrance of the mall facing the parking area.Since it’s not a covered mall, I loved shopping, especially every Spring and Summer. It’s wonderful to enjoy the sunshine for a casual stroll/shopping. Everyone is comfortable in shorts/summer clothes. It has a light festive ambiance, shoppers are everywhere, and kids playing and enjoy dancing at the fountain. There are kids play area near the OshKosh/Carter’s and Lindt Stores. Truly it’s great fun in this mall. The best designer outlet of good quality products loaded with deals and good discounts. The washrooms are clean and well-maintained. There are charging stations for electric vehicles. Parking is spacious and free.
Analyn Quiamco
Analyn Quiamco: A good place to look for branded items. Not as costly than those from malls.
Belinda
Belinda: Lots of great stores to visit, nice and close to the airport
A K
A K: Different brands and shops are available here. Prices are found higher than other outlets.
Samer Almimar
Samer Almimar: So nice place and always clean and good for outdoor waking mall and it’s so good to take some selfies with the airplanes because they passing every 5 minutes
Bank Apisit Suparan
Bank Apisit Suparan: Very crowded on the long weekend
Bryson Worden
Bryson Worden: As someone not very "fashionable", this little outlet mall was a nice excursion for my family and I. Just be prepared for some sticker shock as you won't find a Walmart or Payless here, in favour of designer or high end commercial brands of clothing. However, the promenade and atmosphere are unique and inviting, leading to a memorable experience for those in the area to enjoy!
Blur whiteway
Blur whiteway: Large selection of brand name stores
Navneet Bhangu
Navneet Bhangu: Always having huge discounts
Sean Gill
Sean Gill: Great shopping and prices.
Amit Sibal
Amit Sibal: Great deals always very convenient before you depart from the Vancouver last minute shopping. Always got cloths from there on great deals.
Taeny Kim
Taeny Kim: So nice place!! It is not big.. You can just stop by whenever .Easily Approachable location by metro.Go and get a reasonable price something
Abigail Choi
Abigail Choi: My favourite place to shop especially in the summer. This outlet has more high end brands such as Jimmy choo, Tory Burch, coach, Kate spade. They even have an Aritzia outlet. The atmosphere is really cute and feels very European. The best part is that it is dog friendly! It is an outdoor outlet, but most stores if not all stores, allow you to bring in your dog. There is a large free parking lot. There’s also a good amount of food options at the outlet.
Amandeep Singh
Amandeep Singh: Everything closes at eight, at least the eateries could be open till late. Otherwise a fab place to chill and shop!
Miss Kaur
Miss Kaur: Too crowded always
David Rodjana
David Rodjana: Good place for shopping

Filson: what do users think?
Mike Payne
Mike Payne: I'm surprised there are so few Filson locations if I'm honest. Their products are top shelf in quality and the service is always bangin'. They fit right into the Gastown vibe but I'd love to see them put stores in other areas because I just don't find myself in Gastown very often. I guess that's what helps to keep the items I get from them more on the exclusive side. I mean, it's not necessarily a bad thing that I'm the only one of my friends with my classic rugged chic 'look' haha. Still, I'd have more if they were located where I more often find myself. Come to 4th Ave Filson!
Ben Struthers
Ben Struthers: Honestly great store! Bad warranty! Why the frick do you close at 5!
Laurel Purghart
Laurel Purghart: What happened to all your friendly, experienced employees?!! Shopping at Filson today was awful experience. First person that greeted us asked if it was our first time in Filson. While my husband was wearing a top and jacket from Filson. Hire people that know your merchandise!!! Then the male cashier was rude and abrupt with us. Went to pay for an item and he practically yelled at us to try it on first! Then wasn’t listening and I had to repeat my name for the receipt 4 times. Then when he had told me the final price, he mixed up the numbers it took him 3 tries to correct himself.I’ll be ordering online from now on! Not work the price of parking and dodging “homeless” people to shop at this store if this is how I’m treatedWhile my experience was a 1/5, after being contacted personally by the Store Manager Jamie. I have changed by rating. Jamie listened to my concerns and feedback and was genuinely apologetic as my experience was not on brand with Filson’s customer experience. I may now shop after confirming Jamie is on duty, but I’ll definitely be back!
Noah Ryan
Noah Ryan: Visited Vancouver and this store on march 20th. Thanks for convincing me to buy that jacket. Love it! And definitely a masterclass in customer service from their staff
James Kjorlien
James Kjorlien: Staff are friendly, knowledgeable about the products they sell in there. The clothing is ideal for the wet, cold weather B.C gets in the winter/ spring seasons.
Steve Agnew
Steve Agnew: Have been to Filson in Seattle and it was always a cool laid back shopping experience. In Vancouver they were constantly coming up to me and trying to sell me on their products. Just let me try on your stuff in peace, if I have questions I'll ask. The obnoxiously loud music performance in the back didn't help.
J Singh
J Singh: Bought a jacket recently. Amazing experience. Good team
Jay McEwen
Jay McEwen: It's funny how a brand would sell itself as an "outfitter for the daring pioneers of the 1897 Yukon Gold Rush", however if you actually live anywhere near where the gold rush really took place (ie: not Gastown, Vancouver) you're really on your own. We recently drove to this store from the south caribou mountains to try and exchange or swap out a size of an item as it was purchased as a gift while travelling through Seattle in the summer. Original item, never worn, tags still on, receipt in hand. Keep in mind that this is still an item that is on their shelves - both in the US and Canada. We weren't looking for our money back, just an opportunity to get something else that might fit my wife as we ACTUALLY live the active lifestyle that Filson sells (fishing, hunting, ranching) and we believe in buying well made clothing and goods that will stand up to the use and abuse of living and working remotely in the mountains. We were dismissed by a manager (via an employee as the manager would not leave a cloaked back room to speak with me) as the item and receipt were "far too old and purchased in Seattle." I looked at the neatly folded pile of the exact same shirt on display next to the counter, looked at the employee, looked at the pile again, all the while struggling with the rationale and process that would deny the exchange of something still in the collection. Patagonia - while being less expensive to begin with, wouldn't have hesitated in trying to make something work, whether it had been another size or store credit or anything of the like. We were met with a firm "no" and sent back 400km+ with a shirt that doesn't fit anyone. The worst of it is, as we don't visit the city often, we were both very excited to empty our wallets buying supplies for the winter and spring as we didn't anticipate being back until the late summer of next year. This will probably be the last interaction I'll have with Filson. If they're not interested in working with their customers who live and breathe the lifestyle they think they're selling, then we're better off without them.
Scott Burton
Scott Burton: Excellent experience in store. Helpful and friendly staff.
Josh Kepkay • Vancouver Real Estate Today
Josh Kepkay • Vancouver Real Estate Today: I am so impressed with the knowledgeable and custom-oriented staff at this awesome store. I came in with my wore out and faded bag asking for a replacement. When I heard how much one would cost, I started looking for lower priced alternatives. The guy who helped me (john maybe?) asked me a few odd (to me) questions and came up with the suggestion that I send it in for repairs and then apply wax to darken the material. A few weeks later and I had some great repairs to the fabric and after some work with the blow dryer at home, I had a solid looking bag again. Now I just need to come back for a new shoulder strap which I broke years ago.
Adrien GAITAN CASTANEDA
Adrien GAITAN CASTANEDA: Friendly and helpful staff, specially (Dar…sorry if I got the name wrong). The fabric seems to be high-quality, long lasting. At first glance, it’s a very expensive brand, but worth the price.
Ben Pearson
Ben Pearson: Expensive AF but top quality gear and a staff to match.
Eya Frei
Eya Frei: Friendly staff but sad to see that Filson got rid of their women's section...
Rod Dawe
Rod Dawe: Very high end store with high quality clothing products. There wool clothing is something that gets handed down for generations.
Johnny Bass
Johnny Bass: Excellent quality merchandiseTerrible customer serviceOld white man, acting sooo stuffy. No wonder the store is empty
Huzbuzz
Huzbuzz: Quality products and excellent service. Love my new jacket!
sue mackey
sue mackey: Stopped in this store today and found a couple very nice pieces. Filson quality always delivers. Beautiful store and friendly staff. Recommend.
Bean Hsueh
Bean Hsueh: Cute little store full of neat, quality goods! Rob and Rob are very welcoming and helpful👍🏽👍🏽 One downside is the Canadian website still shows prices in US currency which is confusing and hassle for the staff…
Tyler Ryckman
Tyler Ryckman: Hands down one of the best stores in Vancouver. I’ve only had great experiences coming in to peruse and in the off chance seeing a demo on cooking, fishing etc. They support small and indigenous businesses so it’s hard to find a fault.
Deborah Ezzy
Deborah Ezzy: Very good selection of very High End Outerwear for Nature lovers.
Ms. Fancy
Ms. Fancy: Most unwelcoming snotty place of the year award goes to these guys. You need lessons on hospitality..Can't even say hello or acknowledge your presence when we were THE only ones there!! Never to return here.
