The Network Hub: what do users think?
Vlad Zams: Misleading management. I asked for a dedicated desk (which is a 3-months commitment, min 1050 CAD in billings). They took 10-20min to check availability and then confirmed there are 2 desks available. I picked one and they promissed to send me the agreement paper for signing shortly. After 3-4 hours of waiting for the agreement, I was told that there are some other clients who confirmed some booking and no other desks are available at the moment.Completely disappointing.Would not recommend that office space for anyone who needs to operate reliably.
Tina Massey: Been dealing with the good folks at Network Hub for awhile now and they always come through - great service, always prompt, courteous, organized and reliable. Highly recommended!
Ateeya Sandhu: Incredible staff and great space!
Todd Kahtik: I only stop by to pick up our company mail occasionally, but everyone at the front desk has always been polite and very professional.
Khalid Mustafa: You can never go wrong with The Network Hub..! These guys are unmatched when it comes to serving their customers 😊 I've been with them for 3 years now & they just keep impressing me at every transaction. Looking forward to more stellar services & just keep doing what you're doing 💪
Sedat Andic: excellent service. i am very pleased to work with them.
Thomas Jackson: I rented a mailbox here for years. They were excellent at everything. Great staff and great service! Also the co-working space looks great too! 👍
Mohammad Naghshineh: Such a wonderful and kindly staff. Always helpful and responds quickly. thank you for the great service.
Eric Jiang: easy to communicate and friendly service.
Robert Schwetzke: Reliable, friendly and professional. Could not ask for better service.
Johannes A.: The staff and services provided at The Network Hub were always exceptional. They go out of their way to accommodate customers’ needs. I was a client for over four years and never was disappointed by The Network Hub. Their responses to questions were always prompt and cheerful. Highly recommended!
Danielle: I was underwhelmed by the space. Just a large room with desks. There's no privacy or sound proofing. They don't provide any equipment.
Melissa Van: Absolutely love The network hub, staff is always so helpful and the owners are amazing. I use their mail service for my business. And it's Absolutely perfect.
Mike Bloemen: I use this location for drop-in visits while downtown. It's nice and quiet, no loud music competing with me on phone calls, and very reasonable cost. You get a comfortable chair, a desk, power, and WiFi.
Jason Koningen: Hi, Network Hub helped me through my transition back to Vancouver, and they were wonderful to deal with. Very professional, easy to set up the account, and very reasonable pricing ! Thank you !
Thorsten Wetzig: The Network Hub is an easy to use, reliable service.
Chris Du: The Network Hub is home to some of the most helpful and friendly people. The space and the staff played an essential role in our early success as a startup.Would definitely recommend to other startups looking for an affordable space in Downtown!
Pablo Listingart: Very friendly people. 100% recommended place. I love working with them and it is a really well located spot in Downtown Vancouver
Ruwan Sanjeewa: Nice

Spaces - British Columbia, Vancouver - Space - Gastown: what do users think?
egbert mandersloot: Never been there
Ryan James: Very bad co-working experience with no support for customers or amenities that are basically universally standard for co-working spaces in Canada. To sum it up, think of the worst landlord you've ever had and how they treated you as a tenant, that's what it feels like being a customer here.Cold, unsupportive, and unnecessarily rigid are the words that best describe this place. Here is a list of the things that are infuriating about trying to work here:-With a hot desk or permanent desk, you do not have any access to meeting rooms included, it is an additional fee.-They will charge you a $40 cleaning fee to wipe your desk off.-They hold a retainer of an entire month's bill, which you need to fill out a form to request back after you leave.-Unnecessary bureaucracy, blocking, and gatekeeping every step of the way preventing you from having a good experience or getting support for anything.-Staff are unable to help with even the most basic and simple requests.-No coffee included!-No community or attempt at community building. You will not build any network here.-Strict rules against any promotion of your company. The staff were nice but seemed to have their hands tied due to company policies that basically make their job to act as gatekeepers from you actually getting help for any issue. For example, one time I accidentally booked the wrong meeting time for a room, a very basic issue. When I brought this up to the staff after seeing there was no way to cancel it and be refunded online, they told me it was impossible. After leaving, a salesperson reached out. I shared my concerns with them and they didn't even bother replying.I've worked at multiple co-working places in Alberta and BC and had a very positive experience everywhere other than here.
Janet Leung: Located in one of the sketchiest part in Vancouver, your packages will be delivered to the side door (see photo) not the main entrance because that's the address and SPACES doesn't allow tenants to put their name on the packages. And even tho they have a note saying to deliver the package next door, drivers will just leave the package at the gate (where I've seen people camp out there multiple times)Got talked down to by the staff in a very rude manner that I "CANNOT" put the name of the workspace, only our company name. They're nice to my boss tho.
wes kay: This location has gone through 3 rounds of staff, they can't seem to figure out how to treat customers. Would also be nice if they kept the state of the offices better.
Ming: Pretty darn good environment
Jonathan Lemanski: Very hospitable staff and a great environment to work in.
Kate Thom: I would strongly recommend choosing a different co-working space. They appear to be friendly and helpful until they get a contract with you, and then you are on your own with no support. It's just not worth it. If you are billed incorrectly, there will be nothing you can do to fix the issue and you will simply have to pay, even if it's their company's error. On principle, I was pretty unhappy with this company's ethics and lack of commitment to customer care.If you care to read the story:I tried to cancel my membership over a year ago, and was told by the front desk staff that "it was simply not possible" when I asked how to cancel. The staff told me I was locked into a 1 year contract, without even looking at my contract, which was month to month.I was stuck paying for two office spaces, because they apparently wouldn't allow me to cancel.I emailed their management team a while later who told me that I could cancel through their online portal. I asked to not be charged for the time between asking to cancel and now, and heard no reply. I asked again to speak with him about the issue with his staff a month later, and received no reply.I attempted to get help or clarity on the issue for over a year through their support team (spoke to about 5 different people over a number of months) and was never followed up with, not once—even when they swore they would 'personally look into this for me'.It was like I was talking to a wall the entire time.
Matthew Unger: No return of deposit, over 200% in over billings. Front desk staff are great but everyone above them are horrific to deal with. Buyer beware of Regus/Spaces.
David Chu (Wabbit): Positive:ValueBeing coming here for co-working. People at the front desk are super! Remembers me whenever I go. Recommend for co-workers or people needing office.
Betina O.: When COVID started, Spaces still wanted to charge rent from everybody even though nobody could go to the office. When people called them to ask not to do it, they stopped getting calls. Then when my husband finally could get a call back weeks later (still in April) to end this joke and cancel the membership, they never returned the deposit amount as per today (mid-July). He keeps calling them, but they made up excuses in every call.
Brent Winterton: It takes a lot to get 1/5 stars from me, so when it happens, it's earned. TL:DR: Easily the worst investment I've made in the 5 years I've been running my business. The experience started relatively well - a newly built, beautiful space with a lot of promise. There was a big event happening within a few days of our signing, which ended up being a ton of fun and had the team quite excited about what a full year had in store. That first week was the best of our experience during our 52-week term. Here's why.No Cell ServiceWe had a private office on the fourth floor and for a full year, we were unable to use cell phones while in the office. Signal was so bad I couldn't even send/receive emails and text messages. Nothing has or was done about this and the "help" provided by the team was to download a signal extender app - after all, the contract didn't promise cell connectivity.Private Office Not So PrivateWe wanted a private office as I am on calls A LOT. When I spoke to my neighbors, I learned they could literally hear me, word for word of every conversation. I felt bad as I was surrounded by developers who needed to concentrate and was astonished by how little thought went into making space workable for all types of professionals.Hidden Details In ContractI highly highly recommend reading your contract word for word. As I was fantasizing about leaving by month 5, I thought it would be wise to learn about how to end the lease. Glad I did as they require THREE MONTHS notice or your agreement will be automatically renewed. Meaning if I didn't catch that, Id be automatically signed up for another 12 months. Yikes.Hidden Service FeesAt the end of the term, I received an unexpected invoice for roughly $500. I was surprised and assumed it was a mistake until I was directed to two separate documents. One is the original contract (which I had read in detail 3 times at this point) which outlines that at the end of my lease, I was to leave the space in the condition I found it, cleaned and functional. At the same time, I'd be charged an "Office Restoration Fee" to restore the space to its original condition and testing. The fee itself was not disclosed in this contract OR on the front page of the agreement that outlines all the financial requirements of the contract.A second document specified I was required to pay a restoration fee of $x per square foot. $500 to restore an office that I had to leave in its original state.Access to the BuildingThis one blew me away every time it happened. Occasionally, Spaces would rent out various floors for events or film. Originally I thought this was cool until we weren't allowed access to main areas due to filming. At one point guests had to go through the back alley and if needed, they'd have one of the front desk staff there to let them in.Staff RotationStaff moved through like a revolving door which made it impossible to build relationships with the organization. Some people got promoted and others left. Eventually, I stopped trying as I just assumed they'd be gone in 2-3 months. This may not sound like a big deal, but it created a strange impersonal feeling to the "community" I signed up to be a part of.I highly recommend looking at other options. In the end, nothing they did was illegal and in some fashion, was in the fine print. Fair. That said, I walk away from this transaction feeling tricked and that I wasted $18,000. Lesson learned. After writing 100s of reviews on Google, I've learned there is a character limit. Here are the other big pieces that I can't expand on:- Very Little Community & General Business Conduct is impersonal- Issues with Accessing the building due to private events and tech problems- Excessive construction & noise leading to call and meeting interruptions- Regus Organization seems infamous for most of these types of issues- No response & limited support when trying to use facilities in other citiesGood luck on your search and I hope my review contributed to your decision-making process.
Nick Peatfield: Nice staff, terrible customer service as soon as you need to request anything.
Rene Blanco: I liked this place a lot. Staff is quite friendly and the decoration is amazing. Also it is a very good deal for the price of the hot desk. Would recommend 10/10.
Heather Allen: Strange place that is unorganized with simple requests that go unanswered.
R. B.: Looks cool
Aristotel Dascal: Launch party was great and the space looks very professional.

WeWork Office Space & Coworking: what do users think?
farid hendi: The location of this wework is amazing with great view but community manager is extremely rude and exhibits racist behavior. I’m an all access member and been to at least 49 different wework branches and never seen something like this. I always felt an inclusive environment but made her rude an unprofessional attitude made to avoid this location at any cost.
YVV Dude: Perhaps the best Wework location in Greater Vancouver
Melody Woo: Beautiful office view but very rude staff! I worked out of this office for 3 days while on business. The office view of the waterfront is stunning. However, the community managers on staff have a serious attitude problem. Their tone of voice when giving instructions and guidance is very rude and off-putting. It’s a shame that their title is “community manager” when their demeanour is so unpleasant and unwelcoming. I am disappointed how they treat visitors. Hopefully my last day working out of this office will be better.
Rocío Chávez Caballero: I found this place really good for meetings; particularly, I went to get an appointment with my student advisor from a Spanish agency and was comfortable.
Brendon Sharma: Terrible representation of Teagan Mcmurty, we works community lead at 1045 howe street. On Wednesday August 31st, Teagan from we work location 1045 howe street gave us a call to discuss the service we were providing on September 1st, 2022. We mentioned to Teagan that soda and juices weren't included in there service because that was declined by Rochelle. Rochelle mentioned they will have non-alcoholic options available. Which was fine by us. We mentioned to Teagan that we are supplying the non-alcoholic mixes for the cocktails. Such as, bitters, limes, simple syrup. A community lead decided to de value our operations by calling it ridiculous. We as a small business work off of being mobile. So everything cost to operate. We charge $2.00 a person for soda and juices and you get cola, sprite, ginger ale, soda water, Tonic, cranberry juice, orange juice, and Pineapple juice. We don't charge $2.00 per drink. On September 1st everything was going well. Keep in mind this event was 1 hour long. Or set up process usually takes a bit longer depending on the environment and setting. Our set up didn't take too long which was a plus for us. This helped us be better prepared. But in the eyes of Teagan the community lead this wasn't right. She then goes on to claim that we took 2 extra drink tickets to add to our total and called it stealing. This assumption of theft is huge. We made 80+ drinks in 1 hour. Non-stop. Some people gave us drink tickets and just left it on the table for us, but i also recordedall the drinks i made incase i took too many tickets. Can you believe it? We works community lead Teagan McMurty accusing us for stealing? You could of asked about it instead of making assumptions. We take pride in our job. We even asked Teagan herself to count the tickets for accuracy before billing. We did our part and yet she still decides to falsely accuse us.Tell me this future clients of we work, do you want to work with Teagan McMurty from we work? Do you think as a business, she'll blast you online because of something she doesn't agree with? Or even a service she doesn't agree with?I'd be careful working with Wework and with a community lead like Teagan. Even before working with we work for their event, I considered getting an office space here. I definitely will not anymore
Greg Hung: Convenient Location across waterfront station. money view but a bit small and not as Social as the Benthall locations
Mac - PC Tech Total Solution: Nice Reception . Professional work space
AJ: Extremely noisy and disorganized. Hostile staff.
Kyle Trusler: Lovely time here. Amazing view of the waterfront station as you can see from the pictures. It wasn’t too crowded and always lively. Shout out to all the staff. Thanks!
Jean-Yves Cadeus: We have had the pleasure of renting several Wework offices around the world in recent years. However, Seymour's is by far the one where we had the most beautiful experience, thanks to the quality of the staff specially Simon, he was an incredible help throughout our stay and always went above and beyond our expectations. He perfectly represents Wework's values and what we love about the company.
Jonah Neukomm: Huge shoutout to Brooke Milne and the Seymour WeWork team. Brooke was extremely prompt at getting back to our team on anything we needed and went above and beyond to meet our tight deadlines and requirements. We are moving in this week to WeWork but I have to say Brooke and all the others at 333 Seymour including Carla Hughes and Simon Albert have welcomed us with open arms! Keep up the great work!
Amlea Avocats - Attorneys: Location is beautiful. Best office view! The staff is super welcoming, we loved meeting Simon and François, and there is plenty of space, 3 floors. Highly recommend this one.
John Lee: Absolutely horrible customer service.
Frank Hui: Nice office. Great location. Friendly staff.
Tim Pezarro: First class office space. Excellent meeting and work space. Many amenities like coffee, tea, pop, beer and snacks. Excellent lighting. Excellent internet. Friendly staff.
Danny W.: Nice view and great location
Mike Craigen: Cool concept. Very hipster.
Patrick Audley: A little noisy.

matt durana: No one to help me enter. Spent 30 minutes on support line and never helped upstairs. Ended up missing a meeting. No refund.
W H L: Very good office environment!Office cubicles with different numbers of people are available. Each floor has free printing and necessary office equipment.Meeting rooms are available by appointment, and a free quota can be used every month to reccustom or hold meetingProvide a variety of coffee and hot drinks. The leisure area is very comfortable, and the outdoor dining area has an oversized terrace.Having access to the 5th floor fitness center is a benefit. The staff here are very warm and friendly, especially the two lovely girls at the reception desk on the 18th floor. There are some activities held in the afternoon several days a week to promote the communication between people who work here.Very attractive new office model.
Tim Zhang: Fantastic location with great support staff
Cindy Shen: A review after 2 months.Distracting music, vacuuming during working hours, staff chatting & making video calls in shared space (it echoes!).If you're thinking of signing up for school, don't do it.If you're itching to try, DO NOT make long term commitments.Current rate is $391/month for "all access". You get 5 credits (about 5 hrs per month) to book quiet conference rooms. Otherwise, you can use the shared space.Today, children were running around the shared space.
Jacky Yenga: What an awesome place! A little pricey though...
D Bina: I love this startups and SMEs work place. So nice!
Sébastien “sebastienp” Panouille: Great office space! Well located with the connection to Richmond, the Hwy and the Canada line to quickly get to the Airport or downtown without the hassle of finding parking! The space is well designed with private office, share enclosed office and possibility to work in lots of common area or even to book rooms for more formal meetings. My company has been working from there since July 2019 and I have to say the support of the WeWork Marine Gateway’s team has been amazing!Bonus: the amenities and the views are worth the try at the very least!
Mohawk First nations: Meh!!
K McGraven: Not really into having a company try to force me to have my picture taken to attend a meeting. Woman was super rude at the desk. Finally another employee came over and rectified saying, no you don’t have to have your photo taken to come in, but you do have to sign in, which is fine! The girl at the desk had zero decorum or customer service skills. The gentleman working was great but being forced to have my photo taken to sign in is crazy. Not accepting you logging my face to attend a meeting with MY company. Privacy issues all over the place with this company.
ARJUN SONI: Best working place!
Kerry Cokelekoglu: Awesome place! Loved the employees. They are very friendly, polite, and very good at engaging everyone.
A W: DO NOT BUY!! Awful customer service!! It was shipped from China, and after one month I still don't receive anything!!
Saad Lulu: Amazing work place
Patrice: Well designed hip place, welcoming and cozy
Li Leon: Worst customer service you can get. They declare a my undelievered package as delievered. And after you pay, nobody response. I try to contact customer service and nobody replied. P.S. They sent package from China and it takes long time and USPS may lost your package. And Customer service will do nothing about it.

Regus - Vancouver - Yaletown: what do users think?
Sun Rising: Regus will not listen or respond to any inquiries and they will take your money and never return the deposit after months and months, no reply, no contact the whole company is scam taking your money and never return! they will hold your money for no reason and never offer explanation!
Ks: Been over 4 months and regus does not return security deposit. There is only the bald reception man and all the management will hide behind the one receptionist and do not care about returning client deposits forcing court action causing long time without your deposit. They will steal from clients and never show their face! Despicable company with no morals. Look up their past dealings!!! Horrible company.
Jamie Williams: No complimentary coffee (like some other Regus locations), lower quality desks, and noisy exposed tubing of all sorts in the ceiling. There seems to be very little in the way of sound proofing. On the plus side, they do make an effort at some decoration of the private office rooms and the staff are friendly and helpful.Overall, it's worse value and a poorer experience here compared to Regus' location on Robson Square.
Justin Rasekh: Nadia is the best!!
Lisa B: Love that there is always space in the lounge here when I drop in to do some work and particularly love the privacy of the “thinkpods”.Space is always very clean and staff are welcoming.
Scott Harrison: Regus - site staff are very nice. However, the corporation business practices lack any kind of ethics. Local management will lie to you and even the senior executives in Canada blame clients over solving problems. I would strongly recommend you do not rent from this company.
Amr Selim - The Internet Guy!: This place has a lot of character. I was used to most Regus properties being in big towers but this one was different, it's in a small building, nice and cozy for hot desking or coworking + staff are very helpful.
Steve: Great location and professional atmosphere. Honestly can't say enough about the front office staff. They have been so helpful and knowledgeable with our clients. Thank you Nadia and Marie, I hope your company knows how valuable you both are.
Mathew Low: Good location, nice office, reasonable amenities.
Josh Marshall: On behalf of SEOinVancouver I would like to thank Regus Yaletown for the great Business Center they have here. The staff is amazing, especially Mike. They have great facilities and very professional. It helps us a lot to have the ability to meet with our clients wherever they are located in a professional setting with all the facilities we have at our HQ. Highly recommended.

vancity webdesign: Great co working space. I do like the Burrard location a bit better, but this one is perfect for Main Street!
Edmon Moren: I have been renting a 2-person office here for over a year. Great location, awesome staff, happy hours on Thursdays, pet friendly, what more could you want? 'Derick' the printer breaks down sometimes, but the team is is good at fixing him quickly.I see some reviews here from people complaining about the old covid protocols and can't help but wonder why they're going into a co-working space if they were concerned about that.
Sonic Brownie: Cool vibe.
ninjaboy744: non responsive despite numerous emails.
Nile X: The worst customer service and staff. Never going back.
AJ: Horrible place, horrible staff, horrible treatment.
W T: Pretty cool space for a new biz wanting an office, a receptionist and a dynamic work space. Thursdays social mingler with refreshments, maybe you meet a handy contact?!! Try it, cheap rent and security.
Minh Le: The staff here are good but there is one major annoyance that I have with the offices. The walls between offices provide NO SOUND proofing and you can really hear the conversations of your neighbours. We've constantly asked the staff and neighbours to please keep it down but there's very little they can do other than a polite please keep it down. Sadly, this is not adequate as it's simply unrealistic to expect neighbouring colleagues to not communicate, so there will always be the odd occasion where a group of people are chatting and laughing for 30 minutes at a time. They'll go quiet for awhile but its inevitable that the chatting starts up again from the same people or ANOTHER office nearby.Simply put, the concept of having offices right next to each other separated simply by glass walls is terrible for companies that require a quiet environment. On average, 2-3 hours out of my day is filled with noisy conversation from adjoining offices. I've given up on asking the staff to constantly ask people to shush..
Nathan C: I've been going here awhile and it's a good location with nice staff, but the some of the people who go here need to seriously consider others safety during a pandemic.I just watched someone cough, with their mask around their chin, all over the kitchen area and walk away, leaving the entire area contaminated. This is just part of a long string of people I've seen blatantly ignoring basic safety, and honestly I've had enough of going here purely because nothing is done about it.The staff need to be more forceful and educate people on how to properly wear a mask, and to STAY HOME if sick or coughing.
Alex Benjamin: Best WeWork in North America? The team here are exceptional. We’ve been here ~15 months and love it. Highly recommend.
Shay B: Went for a tour (using a pseudonym on here though) and noticed that there were multiple people sneezing and coughing without any masks, or even covering their mouths. It was super gross to see within a brief 10 minute visit someone sneeze all over the table in front of them.Given the COVID situation I was pretty unimpressed - it's an enclosed space and the tenants aren't taking it nearly seriously enough. Masks should be mandatory in any coworking space at this point.Staff seemed friendly and were wearing masks, but there's no enforcement of anyone else in the building which is a huge shame.
Taylor Chobotiuk: Love this space and amazing team!
Tim Pezarro: High quality shared workspace. Close to downtown.
JZ Home Buyers: We absolutely love this office space and highly recommend them for anyone who may be interested. An amazing staff who puts you and your needs first.
L L: Beautiful space in a very good location though parking is very difficult!
Pat Borrelli: WeWork's newest location in beautiful Mount Pleasant. 2 floors with everything you expect from the company, minutes from transportation options at Broadway City Hall or Terminal Station. Quick walk to great restaurants on Main St., Olympic Village, etc. Tons of great brewery options as well, including Main St. brewery, Red Truck, Brassneck, 33 Acres, and more. Highly recommend checking it out if you're looking for office space in a beautiful, community focused working environment.
