C Z: Good environment. Bad service. I went to the lab for a massage appointment but they told me the appointment was canceled. They said they’re sent me emails and called me but I didn’t get any of it. Two hours of my life has been wasted for this.

Historia Lee: I've been getting chiropractic services for years and it was my first time getting physio therapy, so I decided to go to this place.They have horrible customer service, very bad attitude and didnt aware me on how much was going to be charged on my credit card..They also didn't mention about cancellation fees so I had to call an ask if I could cancel, because I was so sick, but they just said it was noted on the contract sheet that I signed and that I needed to pay full amount of the session even if I wanted to cancel it.I just decided to not go to that place anymore and I cancelled all the future appointments I had with them.. I wasn't asking for money back, but maybe next time the recepetions could talk with little bit of generosity for long lasting customers.Definitely not a place to go for if your looking for a friendly-family vibe..I just felt like I was money to them, not a person that they actually cared for, which is something they should be starting to do now :)

It is the place to go to if you are rehabbing, trying to get in shape, trying to get stronger or all of the above. There is a variety of classes from private pilates, to reformer classes, mat pilates, and more. The studio is also beautiful!

Just incredibly qualified and talented practitioners. Having physio onsite is a distinct advantage. I am stronger and more aligned, my posture and balance have improved dramatically, and I feel strong and confident. Fewer aches and pains. It's easy to give this place a try.

And Pilates definitely helped me recover from lower back/neck pains more quickly. I started with Brita and Maya, and I recently have been working with Susana mostly because of the class schedules. Susana is an amazing instructor. I always appreciate her feedback and knowledge in making sure I perform each movement correctly. I’d high recommend the studio to anyone who wants to try Pilates!

Pilates is an AMAZING and CHALLENGING low impact form of strengthening for anybody, no matter what level of fitness, or if rehabilitating your body back post injury. Brita is exceptional with using verbal cues for form correction throughout the session to ensure I am performing each movement as optimally as I can and is also quick to notice when adjustments to difficulty level or an alternative movement is needed, she's always ready with one. What I love most about 1 on 1 sessions is her focus on my movement with manual form correction through each movement because sometimes what I think I'm doing versus what she is seeing are not the same! Overall I feel stronger, more aligned and much more balanced within my body. Thanks Brita! You're the best.

My posture, strength, and overall wellbeing have improved so much just from completing the Fundamentals course with Elsa. I also took a class with Olga and loved it. I'm really happy with the instruction and personalized corrections I get - it feels like 1:1 attention even in the group classes, and I like knowing I'm actually getting the full benefits of the class. This is the only time I have ever not dreaded exercise and actually enjoyed it!!

M P: Marlene is a truly committed and enthusiastic instructor. I have always been apprehensive about body work such as pilates due to an extensive spinal fusion from scoliosis surgery, plus neurological difficulties, but Marlene does extensive homework to help her clients as best as she can. Through modifications to classic pilates exercises and honing in on specific muscles, not only have I felt improvement in my strength but my day to day movements too. I have been taking regular private classes with her for a couple of months now and plan on continuing for as long as I can!

Christopher Goodfellow: I began in Pilates and working with Marlene almost two years ago to rehab a hip injury; however, she also noticed several other areas of my body--feet, knees, shoulders--where my patterns of movement were not serving me well. In my weekly private sessions, we focus on continuing to change those patterns and increasing my strength and flexibility. I also get a lot out of her Pilates mat classes.I feel Marlene is a fantastic teacher; she is knowledgeable about Pilates and how the body moves as well as being encouraging and very personable. Her studio space is bright and cozy and has a wide assortment of equipment.I wholeheartedly recommend her for anyone looking for a place to practice Pilates. She's awesome!
