I sent my order in at 1am, and at 9am I had an email that said, "Order ready for pickup." Great price, great service, great printing, I've used them a number of times, I definitely recommend.

Hitesh Sharma: Very Bad experience, I was addressed by a bald guy, I printed close to 100+ pages, and the guy was just concerned with taking money and printed the pages all over the place. And at last, he forgot to handover some pages. I had to walk 1kms back to the shop and he was so arrogant that he didn't even apologised. I would highly recommend to avoid this place as much as possible. I didn't find the prices very economical either.

Ian Betts: Went to Copies Plus to get an important document scanned. I gave them a hard drive to place the file on, however when I got home the file was not on the hard drive. I also noticed that they charged me for one less page then there was in the document, indicating that even if it had of made it onto the hard drive, they may have missed a page.It's too bad, because it was a nice looking shop and the service was freindly.

As a designer, the relationship between designer and printer is super important. They can destroy your vision or make it way better once printed. Flipside Plastics: Print Three really went above and beyond. They were the only place that took the time to truly help me figure out what cardstock would be best for my product AND actually sent me a sample before I ordered thousands of copies. No one else would do this. Price was very fair and worth it given the exceptional experience I had. Highly recommend if you're looking for a company that cares about your product as much as your do.

What really impressed me though, was Matt's attention to detail.He called me mid day to let me know that my 'gray' was coming out 'blue'. I told him I was going for a dove gray and left it with him. When I arrived to pick them up, they looked perfect. He had printed a few versions until he produced a beautiful colour, because he understood what I was going for.I have worked with many printers, and this has never happened. Usually, getting the shade I am going for (computer screen colours don't translate to paper stock) is like pulling teeth. They get it right the first time and there are no surprises. This will be my go-to print house from now on.

SFU City Program: Consistently without fail, these guys have delivered top notch results at great prices. They're the most reliable print shop we've ever worked with. They're extremely knowledgeable and offer the solution that's best for your particular project. I'm also consistently amazed at how quickly they can execute on very complex and sizable projects that could take other shops days to complete. Highly recommend! Don't make the mistake of doing business with another company if you're in the downtown core!!!

Stan Qian: I often need to bond my client's document. They need 30 mins to punch 3 holes on my document and bond pages together (easy $5 to make). When I ask them if they can do it faster they just simply tell me to leave. Never felt welcomed when I walked in for the past 4 times. Will not come back again. Fher García Hdez: Staff is SO rude and unfriendly, I would give a zero if I could, they yelled at me because I didn’t hear the first time how many copies I wanted to print of one file, and 3 dollars for just one letter-size print. Pfft not worth it, the printing centre that is located in the public library is way better than this and for the same file, it was just 1 dollar in a better paper and with better colour. Avoid this unprofessionalism and go to other place :)
