Andrea Pino-Olivares: The people who work there are nice. Unfortunately, they gave the wrong amount of medicine twice. The first time it happened, I was surpriced by the big box so I asked the seller what had changed. I had taken that medicine for over a year and it always looked a certain way and now she was giving me a much, much bigger box. She said it was all the same, just different packaging. I paid and left to run some other errands before getting home. Suddenly, I realized I had 7 missed calls from The Pharmacy and several voice mails. I call back, a bit scared and it was the seller who said she had given me too much medicine (actually enough for more than a year!!) and I had to return it. I agreed, of course. I said she could come to my house to pick it up if she wanted (as she sounded really desperate!). She said "no, you can come tomorrow". I went back the next day after work to return the extra packages and she barely apologized. First, she made me feel like a thief (due to her mistake which I had kind of pointed out). Second, I was forced me to go there again the next day and waste MY time.The second time, they gave me less tablets of a medicine I take daily with another one (so usually both run out at the same time). When I went to complain and explained that I lacked around 20 tablets, the same lady seller told me "maybe you forgot to take the other one (the one that still had tablets left) a few days". That was enough! I cannot go there anymore if they cannot count the pills/boxes properly. I still give them 2 stars because there is a male seller/pharmacist that works there, who is very polite.

Slater Biln: I've largely been dealing with bigger box pharmacy but tried this smaller pharmacy and wow! Great hands on service, with the pharmacist giving me more information in my first interaction than the last 10 at my previous pharmacy. And decent selection of stuff like cold meds, shampoos etc and they're happy to special order things.ps hours posted on google are wrong though as the pharmacy doesn't open until 9:30.

He never, ever, makes anyone feel judged either. The first time I went in for a certain medication I was so scared to take my medication and I was very upset I had to take it in the first place. Victor walked me through the instructions of how to take my medication so kindly that it made me feel so much better about my situation. Today, I asked a question 2 minutes before closing time and Victor took the time to print out instructions to me and explain them and talk to me. He is the kindest human in the industry and is the best pharmacist in our community. Thank you Victor for always leaving us better than we we walk in through those doors!

Derek Lionas: Friendly pharmacists that feel like they really care. Knowledgeable and willing to help.
Jennifer Silk: I love this place. Staff are great, my dog is allowed in with me and the products are well curated for such a small pharmacy. That said, if you have something specific you are looking for it is worth it to call ahead (for instance they have a very limited selection of reading glasses). But overall so happy with this place and the care they give their customers.

Come back tommorow , that's with phone confirmation that drugs will be ready.Also I reached my fair pharmacare deductible in the summer yet they continue to charge me. When I called fair pharmacare they informed me that they are tripling the cost. Fair pharmacare told me to switch pharmacies. I am I've had enough missed medications because of convenient location. I do not recommend the drive pharmacy

John Pozer: Great location. Close and convenient for everyone in Little Italy. Helpful, courteous staff and pharmacist. They usually have everything we need for our household. The first place I check when shopping for pharmacy stuff on the Drive. Pet-friendly, so it’s easy to stop in when walking the dog 🐕
jill harding: I really wanted to give my money to a small business but the customer service at this location is consistently terrible. The pharmacists are rude, they had a really poor understanding of my insurance coverage that lead me to paying a lot more out of pocket than I should have, and there is no accountability between staff members.

Samra Treloar: I have been a customer for a few years and everything was going great with them until now. I called to refill my prescription and as always they asked me to call my doctor to ask them to fax it over. The lady over the phone had the worst tone ever, she sounded like she did not care to help or was over talking to me. I simply wanted to figure my medication out but all I got was attitude. It took me from the early afternoon to the early evening to find out that they can do a "refill request". They have never told me that they can simply contact my doc and request for refills in all the years i've been there.... it took me 3 days to get my medication and never once was I offered an emergency fill... they never contacted me about anything regarding my medications. When I called back to cancel my delivery (which they also failed to call me to let me know they never got my refills request back from the doctor and they have nothing to deliver to me) the lady once again answered and had the worst attitude when I asked to have my delivery cancelled. Long story short, this pharmacy is TRASH. Save yourselves the time and effort and go somewhere where they'll actually be helpful.
Sophia Tavasieff: Excellent selection of health goods. I went in to fill my prescription however and not only was one of the employees not wearing a mask the entire time she served me, but two customers came in without masks and were not asked to put them on. Given the PHO and the fact that it's a pharmacy where sick people and possibly immunocompromised people are going for medication, this was more than a little disturbing.

Rasha Lockwood: The manager, Rami, at the pharmacy was super helpful and knowledgeable. I had been searching for the flu vaccine for my father with no luck. Rami was quick to help us and even looked through my father's list of medications and made recommendations. Rami was easy to talk to and answered our questions - you will definitely walk away learning something about your health and medications that you didn't know when you first walked in. A much more personal experience than at a big pharmacy chain.
Samantha Fung: I have had amazing help every visit from questions regarding my prescriptions to recommendations on supplements and other products. Everyone there is so friendly and very willing to help you find what you need.
Carmen Aziz: One of the best Pharmacies I have been to. All the pharmacists are very knowledgeable and friendly, especially Rami Hanania, who takes time to learn the patients by name.
Paco Escobar: I filled one rx there, and tried to fill another. Both times they made it far more difficult than it needed to be. (The second time I simply cancelled it.) They also charge a ton for stuff like lotion, etc.I would prefer to use them over a Shoppers but I'm going back to the big chain. Service was much better there.
steven hill: it is way too expensive there, my uncle needed some T1's because of his age and joint ploblems, they charged him 28$, Care Point is only 13.50, even on venables its only 10$, all the same name brand, he had to get them though cause he could barely walk around, last time he or my family go there for anything.

Joanne Lee: The people at Kerrisdale Pharmacy has been the most caring and honest people I have met! I recently found out that my dog has a heart disease and needs to be on medication for the rest of her life. Grace- a pharmacist at Kerrisdale Pharmacy, has been amazing. She, without hesitation, listened to my needs and ensured that I was getting the best care for my dog. She broke down the cost and called me to follow up. I really don't see a lot of pharmacies taking the time to really answer your questions, but Grace has been phenomenal. Knowing that my dog needs to be on medication has been hard, but Grace has truly made the process stress-free. Thank you Grace!
Hi Ny: Was in the store for the first time and was really impressed with how efficiently the store ran. Partitions where partitions were needed, the Pharmacist took the time to answer all my questions and probably the best price for masks and hand sanitizer around. Will definitely be back.

They called me and when I got there she said was sold out.Called them second time for face shield coz my daughter works at the hospital but the hospital ran out. She said she has it, so when I went down there and then another lady said they never carry face shield. I guess they find its funny.

Crystal Dawn: Kerrisdale Pharmacy is very much a neighborhood pharmacy with charm. The staff are warm and friendly, and interested in knowing how you're doing with your medication. Knowing that they'll also deliver my prescription to me if I can't manage to make my way over is a great comfort, given my very limited mobility from a serious illness. So happy to have this little gem in my area.

Zack Temad: The previous team were nicer and more helpful. But, overall the service at this pharmacy is better and faster than what the average is.
Shadi Shadbahr: Our first time purchasing a Glucometer from this pharmacy. It was the wrong one and didn’t work with the sensor that we had. The glucometer was unopened but they refused to take it back! $100 dollars down the drain. Will never go back.

I would avoid going there if you care about customer service. At least avoid any contacts with the store manager. The other 2 staffs were nice and friendly.

a: My beautiful wife went in while I waited outside with our little pup. She was in there for a lot longer than I expected but came out with a huge smile on her face. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable and friendly, and this small pharmacy carries a plentiful range of products. She said she will definitely be coming back again soon.
Adam Burton - Antoniuk: This is a small pharmacy but the have everything you need. The staff are very friendly, and I had my normal flu shot there last year. When I was having an issue with emergency prescription refills from my other pharmacy they were able to help me out which was much appreciated. A lovely little place with great staff.

Her knowledge, her professionalism, her ability to be firm yet understanding , her honesty & sincerity, her own life journey with weight loss, her " cheers" and encouragement to keep going, even when I wasn't seeing the results I wanted , all contributed to a rewarding experience. Can't say enough " good stuff" about my journey with weight loss with Cathy by my side! Very grateful to have chanced upon meeting her!

Krista Braathen: I was so grateful to find that Pure Pharmacy could provide a prescription for my son that other pharmacies could not. The staff are extremely professional and thoughtful. They didn't have enough of the prescription I needed but quickly provided as much as they could to ensure my son could begin his treatment. Ian Mackie: I attended at this pharmacy this morning to pick up a prescription that the pharmacy had called to say was ready. I was one of two customers in the pharmacy. The pharmacist Petra was dealing with a customer who had some questions. I waited quietly for 10 minutes while Petra was talking to the customer. The customer then suggested to Petra that she deal with me as I had been waiting quite awhile. Petra responded to the customer “ you are as important as any customer “ and didn’t even ask me why I was there. She continued to ignore me while the customer then left the counter to pick up an over the counter medication and go to the cashier to pay for it. Petra was conducting an internet search while I waited and the customer was at the cashier. The cashier asked whether I had been helped. I responded that I hadn’t. Petra then walked past me on her way to speak to the customer who was at the cashier. When she walked past me I asked whether she could help me. She said no; that she was with a customer. She did not ask why I was there I asked her whether the cashier could help me. She said no. No explanation was given. Ultimately the cashier walked over to me and I told him I was there to pick up a prescription. He went behind the counter and retrieved the prescription and took it to the cashier position where I paid. At no time did Petra acknowledge me or apologize for not asking why I was waiting. Simply picking up a prescription where I was 1 of 2 customers in the store took 20 minutes. Petra was rudeI am writing to say that I am very impressed with how both the owner and Petra have dealt with my complaint set out above. On June 24 Petra contacted me by telephone to apologize and to explain her understanding of the circumstances of my attendance at the store. I am pleased with the resolution of this matter and I will continue to deal with Pure Pharmacy and with Petra. In the circumstances I am changing my assessment from 1 star to 5 stars.
Pete Seaforth: Unlike professional pharmacies, this douchey outfit does not honour drug plans, requiring patients to waste time sending in forms on their own and waiting for reimbursement. If you are like me, the receipt will not contain enough information for a claim so it will be rejected, requiring another visit to the pharmacy for adequate documentation. No thanks. I recommend MacDonalds Prescriptions for compounding. They will ask for your drug card and take good care of you.

MoMo Slim: Walked in yesterday and abruptly a guy that I later found-out works there jumped out of nowhere screaming at me to use their hand sanitizers that looked like rona infested incubation bottles. I used their "sanitizes" because I was kind of force by this aggressiveness employee of the year and desperate to fill a prescription for a family member.After all that found out they don't even stock a common medication that I was able to fill at a smaller pharmacy - just ten steps away. I know everyone is on edge right now but you guys aren't helping at all.I will never return to your pharmacy again but for the love of god don't spread germs with your insanitary bottles - you are operating in WV not Compton.
Elena Domnina: I stopped to pickup magnesium citrate from a particular brand which was recommended by my naturopathic doctor. The employee made a sarcastic comment about it by repeating 6 times it doesn’t matter what kind I buy. Well ... I might as well buy it in Costco then , no need to make a special trip to this pharmacy. Simply rude.

La Vonne Dougall: I am delighted with the service and the results that I received when I visited this pharmacy! For the last 30 I have been plagued with severely watery eyes and have not been able to receive any relief no matter which doctor that I visited, or which eye drops or allergy medicine that I used. It was miserable and I had almost given up. I walked into this pharmacy and asked a pharmacist by the name of Bruce for assistance. He gave me a very reasonable homeopathic medication and instructed me to put three small tablets under my tongue daily. I must say that I had little confidence that this would work, but I was desperate and had nothing to lose. Well it did work!!! It has been about 3 weeks now and I have not had watery eyes once! I can't remember a time when they have been dry for so long! Thanks so much, Bruce!
