Old Faithful Shop: what do users think?
Julie Gennai: Very helpful customer service and beautiful products.
Susheela Ramachandran: Beautiful product line and wonderful service! Highly recommend 💗💗
Deborah Wong: I recently purchased a gift from the Old Faithful Shop on-line shop. The price was competitive and it was an easy transaction. The item was ready for pick up free of charge at the Kitsilano Shop the next day. Street parking at that location was readily available, so that was a bonus. The staff were courteous and brought out the item quickly. The whole process was easy and smooth.
Lisa Pham Flowers: Went in to buy D.S & Durga fragrance, which they carry! Lovely & calming shop. I always enjoy visiting. Staff are very patient and helpful.
Hilal Kina: Great ambience, and helpful staff! Bought a plant and will be back for a terracotta pot.
Tycho T: The paintings, decos, plants are all light up my day. also those books and magazines are chosen with great and indie taste which i haven't found anywhere else in Vancouver to purchase. I came to bought the Apartmento late night cook issue, hoping to buy more of those old issues if possible!
Advocate Vancouver: Haven’t been into store for a few years. It’s gotten so much better in so many ways! . Going to start going more often.
Stefan Feldmann: Great curated section of houseware and gift ideas. Always a good stop when in Gastown.
Jay Hails: Curated selection of the finest, practical and classy. I challenge you not to find an item you never knew you needed.
Sameer Misra: Definitely faithful! They have a beautiful range of a variety of items, all of which are aesthetically pleasing. You can find beautiful plants, wall clocks, showpieces, and a lot of unique products. I got a plant with a pot and would definitely recommend this place. Please do visit this place even if you are not looking to buy anything. I’m sure you will love the vibe.
Joey Lee: Very clean shop, organized layout and staff was attentive and available to answer my questions.
susan cotter: Super chill vibe & very helpful staff. A little on the pricey side but also some very affordable stock. Definitely one of my favourite stores
Cheyenne Coxe: The quality of the items in this store is incredible. I bought something here 6 or 7 years ago and still have it to this day. It's held up incredibly well. It looks brand new and the style is so timeless, so I see keeping it (and the other items I've bought recently) for years to come. The customer service is incredible as well and the staff are so so friendly. I will definitely continue to return to this store!
Stephanie Johnson: Such a beautiful shop! Very thoughtfully curated. If you are looking for very well made and beautifully designed houseware products, this is the place.
C Wong: Great selection of stuff but weird people running it. Once I bought a plant across the street and when I went in to look at plant pots at Old Faithful, the owner adopted a strange attitude when he asked where I bought the fig-leaf ficus. With a creepy smile his advice was to water my plant everyday. After looking up the specific plant care online, he had basically advised me to kill it. Shop anywhere else if you can - Out &About, Vancouver Special - I certainly will.
tim de souza jensen: Very well curated shop with friendly no pressure staff.
Sandy Mitchell: Quick, efficient and personalized service! And they use sustainable packaging to boot! product received as requested and in perfect condition. SM
jasmine Cadenhead: Alix ( staff) was so kinda and help, she is truly passionate about the products she sell. Thanks for helping me find the perfect gift ✨
Brent Boates: perfect in many ways!
dhs threecard: Great place :))

The Cross Decor & Design: what do users think?
Miamiyami: Neat store! Has all sorts of gifts and decor for that luxurious taste! Prepare for the prices, though.
Matt: Great spot for furniture and nice things for the home. Very sweet and welcoming blonde lady at the front desk, so helpful!
Mingyang Chen: designer home decor and furnitures. nice gift shop as well.
Dee Paquette: A visit to The Cross never fails to delight me, especially now🎄They are one of a few stores in Vancouver that display the magic of Christmas 🎅Full of glittery, magically eye pleasing Christmas pleasures.Wonderful staff too ✨️Check out this place of magic for yourselves; you shant be disappointed 🤶
Kelly A: A long-time favourite shop. Don’t miss the absolute sweetest collection of glass and other tree ornaments starting in November.
mike ordonez: I love love love this store! It’s just right beside where I live and I always go there to have a sneak peak of there collection and for Christmas is just glamazon!
Richard Bailey: Love going here when in Vancouver
Lydia K: I spent more than 200 dollars as a gift. I requested gift wrapping at the cashier. She told me to do it myself at home after paying for gift wrapping Box, because she was too busy. Whatt????Totally dumbfounded!!!! I was the only guest she responded to, and no one was waiting behind me. She wasn't busy at all and had plenty of time to do gift warpping. She's just a rude, lazy staff.
MK Toma: I love visiting the cross for little jewelry updates. I’ve bought so many great little earrings necklaces and rings from here. Customer service is next level- everyone who works here is so friendly knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks for the great ear bling and helping me choose the right ones
Jolene Stahn: Definitely the place to buy a gift for someone or to simply treat yourself!
Gerry P: Went in today to grab a couple of things to curate a housewarming gift box. Jacklyn was really helpful and made some great suggestions. Very good experience overall!
Sarah Whittall: I enjoyed shopping here today. I came in with my young son and needed a gift ASAP for a house warming gift. The service we got was on point. The staff member helped me pick out the perfect gift, on budget, in record time, and my friend loved it.Also, the store itself is really light and beautiful.
Sunaina Ajit Kumar: For vibes? No thanks.
Christian: Love this place 👌🏼
Chris Soukoulis: Very interesting things for the home seems like we are there every other month 😀
Gerald Joe: Great holiday offerings
Xav Review: Interesting stuff!
Stephanie Porter: A beautiful escape from reality into home decor fantasy land where dreams are made of. Picked up a gorgeous 5 ingredient vegan book. Had an engaging tour of the local and high end jewellery, I could live there it's so nice. Parking is atrocious though, but if you're on foot, take a minute to pop in. No regrets. Seems like a team that's knowledgable and really like what they do.
Bill Weisgarber: Been shopping at The Cross for years. Knowledgeable, helpful staff
Greg: Beautiful place and selection of home decor products.
Neeli B: The customer service from both The Cross and their manufacturer (Bliss Studio) is horrible! I was on the waitlist for a YEAR for the popular KOTINOS WREATH, just to be told that the manufacturer (Bliss Studio) changed how the wreath looks. I don't know why The Cross and their manufacturer Bliss Studio didn't honour what they promised to customers. The Cross should have told the manufacturer that they had customers waiting for a year for this specific style of the wreath. Instead, I get an email saying how the wreath is still beautiful and structurally sound from their employee. Wow! No acknowledgement of the inconvenience after making me wait a year for a product and probably other customers too. Which company puts you on waitlist for a year for a product? The Cross didn't even try to resolve this issue with their manufacturer. The manufacturer Bliss Studio still claims to sell the old Kotinos wreath on their site. Other sellers still claim to have the old Kotinos wreath, because the manufacturer hasn't informed them of the "NEW Kotinos Wreath". How does a manufacturer just change its products without informing its suppliers? I don't know why The Cross is carrying products from such a misleading manufacturer. It's unheard of waiting a YEAR for a product and then disappointing your customers. Please avoid this place, they don't care about their customers!

L'Atelier HOME: what do users think?
Natalie Mamprelyan: Absolutely wonderful selection !! Unique pieces that you can’t find everywhere … love everything!!
Lauren: Wow!! what a great service! Bought a sectional to my second living room, light fixtures, and an amazing high quality marble table, which was all delivered on the same day flawlessly.Thank you so much! Super recommended 👍🏼
Michelle Z: Had a great experience with ordering 3 beds and a couch. Linda was super professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I wish all business owners will be like her.Highly recommended!
Henry Chen: Amazing products and Linda is a great help!
m n: I love this store! Beautiful pieces to choose from , honestly wish I could have one of each 💞 Linda is amazing, she went out of her way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Best customer service! Store is even prettier in person. Online shopping is so fast. Personally I love the crystals and wellness !! 💞
Arash Boloori: Great company to work with! Very professional and prompt, highly recommended for all kinds of design work. Have done multiple jobs and all have come out perfect. She is always helpful and easy to work with. She is the best!
Dione Gillett: Great store !Love everything in this store and great thing is thatthe store does special orders !!Linda is amazing !
Frances Blair: I am thrilled with my one of a kind pieces of furniture I have recently purchased from L’Atelier HOME. This store, although a small retail space, has such a large and varied selection in their catalogs to choose from! From the moment you walk into this store, Linda makes you feel at ease and goes above and beyond to help you choose the perfect piece for your space. Thanks Linda for all your help and patience, I’ll be back!
Aileen B: My friends and I were visiting Vancouver from Seattle in January and were walking around one evening around 5:45 when we were lucky enough to stumble upon this shop. Everything is so gorgeous! We were immediately obsessed and wanted to buy everything! We didn’t realize that the store closed at 6 but the owner stayed late with us to help us each pick out some beautiful peices because we were leaving the next day. We all work in retail so we know how annoying it can be when customers stay past closing but we did not feel rushed at all, she was very patient and helpful. You can tell that she really takes pride in every item that she has chosen to carry. I am in love with everything I bought, it adds such character to my apartment and I know that they are peices I will have for a long time. My friends and I still talk about how obsessed we are with this place. If you’re visiting Vancouver or lucky enough to live here you need to check this store out!!!
Darlene Siona: Love this store and everything about it! Linda is absolutely amazing!! her advice on selections and knowledge are top notch. She knew exactly what we wanted, she was very helpful with picking out pieces for our new home!! we can't wait to pick out the rest!!
Edna Zurbuchen: I sincerely feel I stumbled across a gem in Gastown - L'atelier Home! In my search for a silver moroccan pouf which I initially saw at the staging of a condo for sale - I was able to track it down to this unique boutique store in Gastown. From my initial call about the pouf - the benefits of stuffed or unstuffed - etc etc - Linda was helpful, friendly and went above and beyond what was expected of any retail store. I was a typical undecided woman regarding the color - and Linda was extremely helpful in helping me make that final decision. It's not often you find that kind of customer service. I have recommended her store many times to countless friends - and having a daughter-in-law who is an interior designer - I couldn't help but expound on her store - her inventory - almost every item in the shop caught my eye. Well worth the visit. A great place to do your Christmas shopping!
Admin: The owner, Linda, was so helpful when I was deciding on choosing my bed. I had so many designs in mind that I wasn't able to decide on what I wanted to get. She is so patient and explains everything that clients need to know before making purchases. She provides a great personalized service and really helped me to narrow down on what I needed the most. I love her pretty shop, and the price is reasonable compared to other furniture stores in downtown Vancouver. Very happy with the purchases from L'Atelier Home. Quality is top notch and the customer service even makes it better :) will be returning for sure!
Chris Pecsi: Beautiful pieces of furniture and lots of other great gifts. Friendly and helpful staff.
Daphne Wong: Excellent, professional work space. Staff are great and friendly, lots of amenities. Clean and bright, modern decor. I love meeting clients here as I know it will always be well kept and looking fine.

Nineteen Ten: what do users think?
Gra Ngela: This place has non existent service. If you want to be ignored this is the place
Lindsay Ellis: A beautiful little spot and such pleasant service! I was fortunate enough to receive a gift card to spend here for my birthday, which brought me to the store for the first time. I got a lovely assortment of items and will definitely be back, in particular for their amazing selection of greetings cards!
jeff cw: Very beautiful store with a selection of high quality candles. I found this place just walking through the neighbourhood /window shopping and the door was open. I bought a beautiful homecoming (the brand name) candle with the scent tobacco rose. It fills the room when lit and the scent sileage is strong even when it's not. It's worth dropping by if you're looking for a really nice gift or just browsing.
Camille D: I love the products - had lots of things I didn't even know I needed! The customer service is great and shipping is super quick. I look forward to going here when I go to Main street :)
Rindra Ramamonjison: Nice painting and artwork
carmen chan: One of my favourite home stores on Main street, everything is so thoughtfully curated and supports local makers! They have the best cards and gifts for any occasion!
Cassie Clay-Smith: Love this store
Cindy Tang: beautiful little store with a lovely scent!
Mitsuko Osugi: Such a beautiful store! They’re got a wide range of really unique products. I’ve purchased canvas bins (perfect for toys, laundry, and stuffed animals). Their line of face care product is great, especially the scrub powder! They also have really fun cards, which are such a nice change from the regular ones found in the drug store. The staff and owners are very friendly and helpful. I always enjoy stopping in to poke around and see what’s new! Buy Local!
Clinton Rezeki: Amazing little store. Love their dog bakery stuff. Owner was very kind and we really appreciate the gift too :)
Dana-Marie Kantor: So beautifully layed out. The entire store in cohesive and calming. They had a Valentine's Day display when I visited. As well as make up and skin care, stationery, cards, prints, candles, planters, dried flowers, hangings and decorations. I wanted to go home with everything in the store!
Sasha M: Love the cute home decor stuff! Wasn’t a huge fan of the serving of sass I got from the lady working behind the counter though.
Brandon Smith: Food is amazing as well as the service. I’d go out of my way to eat here.
Nicole G.: My favourite place for home goods and gifts! Amy and Jennifer are the loveliest folks. Love their curation from fantastic local artisans. Would definitely recommend as a top small shop in Vancouver.
Chen Rose: Nice local handmade items that are just adorable. Bought some nicely scented soap
Gerard ODonnell: Cool stuff for a gift or to accent your home.
Daniela Duva: Walked in one day after eating lunch on main street and was pleasantly surprised! Bought a salve, a journal and some nice pieces for my condo. I love that it's all hand crafted and unique. I highly recommend checking it out ! Staff is pleasant and friendly.
Gurleen B: The store always has a really great selection of nice chic intrend home and stationary goods. I love the that they make an effort to bring in items from local brands. The sales assistant was very spacey, never asked me if I needed help finding something - I was actually there for something specific - and she even rang up my items wrong. Completely missing two things so I thought I was getting a good deal, but nope. Really amazing must visit shop if you are on main street.
Yutaka A Tabata: Cool home decor store. They had concrete planters, hipster lights, and small home accessories such as baskets.
Marisa Stableford: Beautifully curated collection of home goods, cards and body products. There is always something new to appreciate and I love being introduced to new makers and creatives through this shop.An especially great place to find thoughtful, handmade + high quality gifts.AND the cards are pure gold.

Bed Bath & Beyond: what do users think?
MIKE “Checking in” BENNETT: Going out of business sale, got the carpet and the wax burner for 12 bucks...not much left
Hardeep Purewal: Was told it would be 70% off on deals, found nothing that is 70% off, all things were 30%......however the prices are misleading as they were same as months ago. Not impressed.
Richard Chang: Great deals to be had right now because they are going out of business.
Dave - Oh My Print: I really like this place. Great selection and lots of cool things. I really wish to see it stay around. The staff are really great also. However it loses a star because the prices are quite high. Shopping there over the years I went for the experience of such a place but some things I felt gouged.
Yanne Me: I realize that they are closing soon, but I found the selection of kitchen products to be very limiting. Staff are helpful and friendly.
Ezra Poplove: Bed, bath, and beyond more like Bed, Bad, and Beyond
Marshall M: Even at 30%, still over priced. Artisan kitchenaid Standmixer is still like $350 after discount. It blows my mind how they stayed in business for so long. Their whole business model was jacking up the prices so the 20% coupon seemed like a deal. It wasn’t a deal then, and isn’t a deal now. The shelves are still full of overpriced junk because the masses are not as dumb as the liquidators think.
A Dub: Went on March 26th, heard of closing out sale. Only 25% off full marked up prices.Get better deals elsewhere or wait for the next price slash.
Andrew HARRISON: I think prices were made higher so that their closing stores discounts are really less of a discount.Escalators now permanently turned off.
Octavio Rodriguez: BB&B is in the process of closing its stores. Their Broadway location looks already depeleted with many of their shelves empty or with barely any merchandise. The discounts are mostly in the 20% off, with some smaller items tagged at 40% less.
Benjamin Komen: We went to look for some good deals because they have sales now their closing. But 10% off expensive is still expensive. Now in San Francisco we went again, with 40% off, but it's still pricey..
R L: Only a bit sorry to see it go. Generally overpriced, only real upside is the selection. Quality hit or miss. Branded items can be good, the rest that is exclusive to BBB is....eh.I say selection but I couldn't find any good wood cutting boards. Meanwhile, fifty sets of cutlery for what?
Val Ush: Let's just say I'm not surprised it's closing down 😂
Kerri G: This location has a big footprint.. lots of items! The staff have always been friendly, though sometimes you have to go searching for help if you need it (maybe the store is too big 😂) Love the big sales when they have them... great variety of items at a good priceAdd: All the stores are now closing in Canada due to bankruptcy. They ONLY have 10% off right now. Not even worth it considering how expensive they are to start with.
paula Pratt: Sad to see they are closing. There was something hopeful about shopping at Bed,bath and beyond.
Charles Abrahms: Theres sfa in this store. They used to give everyone a 20% off coupon but now that they're bankrupt they stopped, and put up 10% off signs everywhere. Iam surprised they lasted as long as they did.
Jay Krain: It’s no wonder why this franchise is going out of business. The amount of KING sized items they have in stock compared to Queen is absolutely ridiculous. Whoever comes up with these decisions are why you guys are going under. Girl at the store says they are out of stock of queen sets and don’t know when they are getting more. Yeah because you guys are going out of business. Imagine going to a bed store and can’t find the queen bed size because of an abundance of king sized items. Now that futureshop left and B &BB are going under this Broadway spot is once again up for grabs
Geoffrey Abubakary: Escalators have been shut off and it seems that they’ve been that way for a while. Not a good look as you enter the deserted store. Then you look at the price tags. A Cuisinart cookware set selling for $949.00; Cuisinart’s own website is selling it for $699.00, and Amazon is selling it for $399.00!No wonder BB&B lost customer loyalty.
Rocky Mountineer: Practically empty store, no people and very few staff members. The, very difficult to locate sales person that I met, was uninformed. A bathroom store which DIDN’T HAVE SHOWER CURTAIN HOOKS!! The escalators don’t work so you must climb them. It looks like it is not going to be there for much longer
Ichigo Ryu: An old reminder of those big boxing stores...back when Amazon referred only to a forest. Not many items, nor competitively priced.
Zen Quartz: It's huge and it feels like there's no rhyme or reason for their organization. Hard to find things.

Vancouver Special: what do users think?
Jim Yoo: Great selection of furnitures.Got my bar stool here 2 years ago and I’m still loving it
Cecilia Mok: A delightful shop full of home decor and furniture. Colourful, stylish and fun. Currently, there are lots of little Christmas items are on sale now!
Jesica B.: Very good
thom kolb: Lovely shop full of colourful, well made and quirky housewares, art, design books and Scandinavian furniture. The price point is higher-end, but everything I’ve bought from there I’ve bought to last. The folks working there are very helpful when asked, I appreciate that they don’t follow you around the store hounding you. Great spot to get a present for people you actually like!
Amanda W: Horrible, terrible, horrendous customer service. They make me want to write out all the words to describe how badly they treat their customers. I was shocked at the amount of snarky replies that I received from this one male sales associate when I expressed my dissatisfaction with regards to the status of my special order that was placed in late July. He was so horribly rude that I had to leave the store. If their service tactic is to anger customers to a point where they want to run out of the shop then they succeeded. I wanted to get the heck out of there.I never want to shop there again and the only reason that I would need to go back in is to get my 50% deposit for my special order. Let's see if they'll let me have it back. Based on some of the other reviews, the owner also needs a lesson in customer service.
Wolfgang: Incredibly rude staff.
JaJa Liang: Love the store and brought my yellow modern patio chair
Octavio Rodriguez: Vancouver Special is a great spot if you are looking for original designs in furniture and housewares. Also available, a very wide selection of coffee table books. The items in stock here are decorative solutions by themselves and will become conversation pieces when you bring them home. This store carries a nice selection of Alessi products, the Italian company is always coming up with extraordinarily designed housewares and kitchen utensils. Prices, competitive based on quality. Customer service, as the cute sign on the front door says, come and support a local "small" business.
Kirk Chantraine: Really cute store with friendly staff and a nice selection of housewares.
Tuesday P.: Cool design goods and books, plus expensive furniture!
Neil Bacon: Well curated collection of some interesting pieces. Good selection of books too. Also one of the few places that carry Midori paper.
Blake Roberts: A wide assortment of Scandinavian goods.
hannah b: As other people have posted, there are customer service problems. Some people have natural customer service skills, others do not. I came in just before noon today-I had not realized that they did not open until noon. They were polite enough in terms of allowing me to look in the store, but when I asked a simple question re: where something in the store was located, I was reminded that "we are not open yet". I waited until after they were officially open to ask anything again-none of the 3 employees working at the time took any initiative to offer help. There seems to be an odd attitude towards customer service. I love their stock, but left irritated and would be reluctant to shop their again.
Ryan Hymers: As stated by other reviewers, the customer service here is poor, and it looks like they don’t pay attention to their online reviews as they are doing little to rectify problems.I was told via email that the store would price match some items from a 14 item order with another store (~10% difference), and was given instructions on how to prepare the price match. After taking the time to prepare an email with links for the items showing the competitors prices, I received another email stating that they won’t be price matching, and the previous employee was wrong to offer me that.I expressed my dissatisfaction politely, and received a snarky reply.
Janice Y: I've enjoyed supporting this local business over the years; however the most recent experience interacting with the owner has put us off from ever shopping here again. We contacted them about a bench that required placing a "special order". The owner let us know that they have it in stock and we could pick it up. We drove from the north shore that weekend specifically for it and it turned out to be a different color than the one we had inquired. The owner apologized but had an attitude so it didn't seem sincere. Understandably it's a tough time for all so we didn't make a big deal out of it. The next weekend we drove over again to pick it up, the color was right this time, except we noticed that the price had gone up by $75. The owner, again had an attitude, first claimed that she has no idea why the price has changed. Then she tried to brush it off by saying it's because there's a price difference in color - except that's a lie, both colors are listed at the same price on their website. She then claimed prices on their website change all the time depending on the shipping container fee, and there is no price adjustment history that she can reference.By this time, it was clear to us that the owner would not own up to her mistake and honor the price that was listed when we had intended to purchase if they hadn't brought the wrong color. Her final response was to say don't buy it if the price is too high for you.Sure businesses are free to change their prices, but the fact that it changed within a week makes it feel like a scam. I don't know how many people have had a similar experience, but this is certainly the last time we'll be buying anything from here again.
David Pedrosa: Only purchased online (never visited in person) but looove the selection of products.Amazing deals and items received quickly (wt free shipping over 100$)Highly recommend for scandi design lovers
T VonRiesen: Vancouver Special is currently requiring customers to wear masks and hand sanitize upon entering the store, which is the correct thing to do.In addition, they are forcing guests to wear single use plastic gloves after hand sanitizing. I asked the owner if I could not wear the single use plastic gloves because it is wasteful and detrimental to the environment; particularly our oceans. The owner said no and that I must wear gloves. I told her I would not touch anything and she insisted I still wear the plastic gloves. I expressed a sadness for the environment and the owner said that I was sad. I left the store.
Victor Cuevas Jr: This is one of my absolute favorite stores in vancouver. I recently purchased bath wares for my new home and we discussed new couches as well. The staff are fun and knowledgeable. I love their collections of design savvy items.
Simon Wu: High quality products. I go there for the big selection of Kinto ceramics and drinkwares
Soojin Lee: They have a perfect sanitation station.
Allan Matthews: Great books

Olive+Wild: what do users think?
Kirstin Brown: I was happy to come across this store today! The owners are lovely and clearly put a lot of care into selecting their products, creating their displays, and getting to know their customers. Thanks for adding happiness to my day.
Moriah Gibli: Great home decor store with a bunch of Judaica! Really lovely owners who were extremely helpful and kind. Would recommend this place in a heartbeat for any home goods or gifting! Will definitely be going back.
Claire Lenn: I love stopping into this store when on Main st - they have lovely decor items from all over the world. We have pillows from them and recently purchased Pappelina rugs from them and the store owner, Simon was extremely helpful with helping us coordinate exact sizes with the Pappelina company in Sweden. The rugs look wonderful! Thank you!
Store Manager: Love this store! A wonderful collection of items, lovingly curated, and the owners were such a pleasure. If you're looking for the perfect gift, some home decor items or a piece of unique jewellery, I highly recommend Olive+Wild. There's a pair of earrings there I just may have to go back and buy. :-)
J. N.: A hidden gem. It is clear this is a family business, and the owners love what they are doing. They are knowledgeable and very friendly, so shopping in their store is relaxing. The store is very well decorated, and the quality of items is exceptional. I’ve visited this store because of their Judaica collection, which is not something that I buy very often. However, it won’t be difficult for me to find a reason to revisit this fine store.Thank you, you just acquired a new loyal customer!
Michelle Cui: What a classy store! The owner definitely put in a lots effort in from the smell and decor of the store to the collection of their inventory. You always can find beautiful pieces to fit in your lovely home. Highly recommend!!!
Mahdi Shahrabi: I have been to this store two times and O+W is my first option when I buy gifts for friends and family from now on. Bella and Simon are very kind and helpful. I love their handmade ceramic collections, especially “A Cup of” mugs.
Lenny H: I bought a painting for Mother's Day, but my mom didn't like it. I want to exchange another item within 7 days (no refund), but the owner is very tough and said that the final sale cannot be exchanged. I hope the owner can take care of the customer's mood or user-friendly tone to trade customers? The owner's attitude is very cold and tough. I didn't know it was the final sale when I bought it. It was damaged. Finally, the owner wrote the final sale on the receipt and gave me a discount.Additional details1. I knew it was a damaged item and bought it;2. I don't know this is the final sale, you didn't tell me verbally, but you wrote it on the receipt;3. On Mother's Day, I wanted to take a picture of the item to my mom. You were very unfriendly and said that I could go to the instagram account to see the photo, but I expressed that I wanted to buy something, and your attitude changed very enthusiastically;4. I called you today and tried to communicate that I can replace other products to satisfy my mother. You rejected me with a very cold attitude.I ended up reading your policy, but I'm very dissatisfied with your attitude strong and cold
Richard: So beautifully curated. You’re bound to find a hidden gem or the perfect gift here.
TL Miz: Buying a wedding gift from a gift registry, Simon was super helpful and responded right away, even on Friday night! Too bad I live in the US— would shop there more often! Thanks for making it easy!

Ruth Spivak: This store has the kindest owner. He went out of his way to help us out with a dog who was in distress. Don't buy from Amazon- support a local business owned by caring individuals.

Provide: what do users think?
Katrina Greer: We were gifted an item from this store for our wedding. The gift was given by someone that could not make our wedding and therefore we did not receive the item until a while after our actual wedding (past the time to exchange which is 30 days). We do not live close to this store so I called before heading there to see if we could exchange the item for the exact same one in a different colour to match our home decor and I was told it shouldn’t be an issue only to have the general manager call me back a couple days later to say they wouldn’t allow it as they are a small business. I understand this was well beyond the exchange time frame but the situation was a bit out of our control, the item is in its original packaging and they still sell the exact same item in both colours. I appreciate the 10% discount offered to purchase a new item but this is not a store I can regularly afford!
LINDSAY EBY: As an interior designer this store makes sourcing a pleasure. With so many high quality pieces to choose from it’s hard not to find something to love. This past week I sourced many pieces for a clients bedroom reveal. The accessories added so much depth, interest & gave the feeling of having been curated over time. The staff was also very helpful, accommodating & flexible. I needed to swap a few things out & select a few alternatives which they made easy.My client is now in love with her bedroom & I’m so happy with the completed look!Lindsay
Debbie Ouderkirk: Great store. Unique products. Fabulous staff, very helpful. If you love home decor you must stop by and see it
S O G: Gallery is the perfect word for this beautiful store. The art is displayed not just on the walls. Gorgeous pieces crafted with such fine details. Works of art for your home.
Nicole Langmuir: Truly a local gem, it's always a pleasure to come in and see the beautifully curated collections of unique high-end finds.
Bert K.: Gorgeous
Caroline Liao: Everything looks amazing! Every time I passed by I have to stop 💕
Haeun Kim: Although I did't buy any of their products, I would definitely revisit when I need to get special gifts. Their ceramics are beautiful :)
Alan White: The best home accessory store in Vancouver by far. A great selection of one of a kind and handmade accessories for your home. An excellent and extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. We would highly recommend this store.
Mimi Klingsat: As always, ladies, a fun and thoughtful shopping experience.I never want to leave when I come by for a shop and visit.
Hannah Elich: This store is UNBELIEVABLE. The developed hygge throughout the store is such a gift to the shopper. I was looking for a specific sort of gift for someone that is difficult to shop for, and the general manager Ben, unexpectedly dedicated his time to helping me find the exact right thing, AND HE DID! I am eternally grateful and will grace this shop for future gifting endeavors as long as I live. GO HERE! It is JUST the best.
Ryan Cheys: This is my go-to store when I need to get a special gift, or if I just want to treat myself to something extraordinary ...The staff have always been very helpful with every purchase I've made, and have even beautifully wrapped the gifts I have purchased.During the pandemic, I made some purchases online and the staff delivered right to my door. WHAT SERVICE!!If you are looking for high quality unique decorating items and gifts, this is the store for you.I highly recommend!
Lawrence Ho: We've been fans for years. Provide Home consistently has some of the most modern interior design items for a wide range of budgets. Thanks Provide Home for also highlighting local artisans like Lock & Mortice (tables/woodworks) and others from farther afield like Cire Trudon Candles from Paris. We plan to keep coming back...
Mark Lawand: What a quality store! Beautiful unique products, and friendly vibe. The staff greet you and let you know they’re there to help if needed but don’t hover. I needed time to really admire and ponder the wonderful selection. So many unique items I hadn’t seen anywhere else. It was hard to narrow it down, but once I had decided the staff were very quick to put my order together. It’ll be my first stop in the future. The store owner, David, and store manager, Ben both introduced themselves. Thought that was a very warm and welcome touch. Thank you!
Kaley M: Showed up at 5:15, the door was locked with a sign that said if door is closed please wait and an hours sign stating you are open until 5:30. The staff did not see me so I knocked. They looked extremely confused why I was there and were not coming over so I had to wave and motion to the signs. After at least a minute the girl reluctantly came over and said “.....ya?” I asked if I was able to come in and she said no we’re closing up.There was no one else in the store, there was 15 minutes till close and I only needed to quickly look at one item.I do not understand why I was treated so weirdly for trying to enter an open store. I came straight from work and will never be able to get here earlier than 5:15 so I guess I won’t be returning.
Kevin: So happy that I came to shop at Provide last month, the owner, David and the rest of the staffs were all very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. This store is full of gorgeous and unique pieces, I can spend hours shopping there. In the end, I have bought quite a few pieces there, even a gift for a friend’s birthday. The whole shopping experience was so enjoyable, we are just so lucky to have a local design shop like this in Vancouver, always happy to support local business, especially during the current situation. Thank you again and I just can’t wait to display my beautiful purchases in my apartment. A very happy customer 😘
Valia Betmaleck: Live in LA but ordered beautiful towels online. They arrived super fast with a cute hand written card. Will be ordering much more, thank you!
Alexa Carruthers: Beautiful, unique and one of a kind pieces for your home. We love shopping at Provide to finish off our Interior Design projects!
Lenny H: Simply but Desigh,I make a wrong for a cup break ,but the owner not make me pay the money ,I really upset and thanks for the owner ,the business will be better ,love the shop
D.J. Carlson: Gorgeous products, unique. Perfect for a sophisticated home or special occasion, i e.,wedding gifts!
Gaile Guevara: I’ve been an admirer of Provide since they first opened their store in 2007 on Beatty Street. During this time there wasn’t a lot of options when it came to offering a wider range of sophisticated product collections that weren’t mass produced. What has always stood to be a true testimate unique to Provide was the warm welcome felt by owner Robert Quinnell and his Husband David Keeler. Together they created a space where everyone is welcomed not judged by how much you want to buy rather always an opportunity to share with you all the beautiful objects highly curated from all their travels. As a patron of the store like I do with all product sourcing is to test the product myself before specifying for projects. I immediately fell in love. The amount of care into each selection and learning about the artisans and companies behind them was always so inspiring. Fast forward nearly 12 years later Provide has become my must go to as well for many of our professionals in the design industry. Inclusiveness, love and care in all that they do when you first walk in the store is what they’ve been able to achieve is setting the bar high. Retail experiences are often a place where your sold on the idea of consuming yet another product. Provide is nothing like that, the founders are what I hope we can see in many companies is understanding the true value of being of service. Provide believes in beauty and that each of you deserve to experience or learn from what great product looks like. A project for us isn’t complete if we don’t have a gift of Provide to complete it. I highly recommend you visit their newest location in the Armoury district. They are by far what I would identify as a must see staple for Vancouver where you can discover highly curated product for your home and connect with locally made and designed meets global unique finds. And if you’re lucky enough you will also meet the Provide Family, they treat you as if you are family even if you just visiting their beautiful dog Mila. Love Provide and all that they do and offer, beauty at its best for everyone.
