Connie Ono: We did the " Fly Over Across Canada and Fly Over Canadian Rockies Package" (that was 15% off at the time of purchase if you bought both) and it was an amazing experience!!Essentially you sit on a seat similar to say... A Ferris wheel or roller coaster, strapped in, and watch as you are pulled in towards the screen with your feet dangling in the air over this 360 degree dome. As you "fly" through clouds and beautiful scenery, you can "feel" and "smell" the environment! Breathtaking!The Rockies was roughly 15 mins, and the Canada one was about 25 mins, both with a 7-10 min movie introduction of what the experience is about.Prior to the experience, you get your photo taken behind a green screen which you can purchase in the gift shop below after you are done.Now despite that it is a virtual experience, I must WARN you, this is NOT for the faint of heart or those who are extremely acrophobic. Also, the fluid movement of the seat while focusing on the screen can make you feel nauseous.Overall, Canada Place offers a nice view of Vancouver's docking bay as it also houses a cruise ship for those who are doing cruise tours over the week. Decent size parking space... Just overly priced. Roughly $40 for the whole day.

Dion Shuttleworth: I had a great experience at this store. All staff were very welcoming and helpful. My sales rep was Minh and his service was incredible. I needed a phone plan for a couple months and Minh let me know about a deal that was on. I had to bring in my visa and he held on to the deal for me as they were limited. He remembered exactly what plan I wanted hours later and it was set up very quickly. The service from Minh was 5 star and way above my expectations from previous experiences I’ve had with other companies.
Jane Morgan: Give Lee/Li a raise! He was so great today. I bought a new iPhone from Fido and after 1 hour on chat, 20 mins on the phone and visits to two other downtown stores, I STILL couldn’t find a Fido employee to help me organize a trade in of my old iPhone. It was a 5 min job and everyone else just kept telling me to go elsewhere.. thank you for helping! Appreciate it :) good customer service.

I had a simple issue with my SIM card and Annie (staff here) did not care to understand/answer any issue. When she did not know how to address question she used the words "GET OUT OF THE STORE, I WILL CALL POLICE". Store manager Lee is very irresponsible as well. If you are black or brown, they will ask you to get out. If you are white or asian, they will welcome you.I am Fido customer using two phone lines but cancelling the service after this mistreatment.

Barbara Leao: I came to Vancouver from Quebec only for a whale watching tour to watch orcas. I am an animal lover, and I was pretty excited about visiting the aquarium because it says it is the largest one in Canada. Well, I have been to Ripley's Aquarium in Toronto and the Quebec City Aquarium, and I have to say both are better than the one in Vancouver. It is not bad, but the penguins have been transferred to Alberta, and aside from the others, seals, and sea lions, it is very common. It is the most expensive of all three if you do no plan ahead. If you are an animal lover like me, give it a shot. Otherwise, just walk around Stanley Park for free.

Ponda Baba: It had been a while since I had been. What can I say? What an incredible facility we have. Amazing array of creatures. Fantastic layout for viewing. Lots of activities going on throughout the day to see, be it 4D movie, tarantula show, feeding time, etc. My fav is always trying to find the sloth in the rainforest area. BUT now they have a sloth for viewing in the normal area and you can see him up close and personal and it was very active when I went. Super cute wet nose!!! Top notch facilities all around.

Linda Huang: It was a miserable experience dealing with FIDO Robson store.I signed a Plan contract on 04/02 afternoon, the lady told me to wait for FIDO text message (such as: we have received a request to transfer your number …….), then, install the new FIDO SIM card. She said the message should come soon, the latest would be the following morning (04/03).Wait till 04/03 noon, still not received, I went to the store, there was only one guy with no customer, who didn’t even want to listen to my question, just said: You did not sign the contract with me, there is nothing to do with me, you have to wait for her’. That’s two days after!Even worse, my original 7-11 “Speakout” phone number was terminated this morning as they knew I would transfer the number to FIDO. Suddenly, I lost internet access and phone call/receiving.The original lady who signed contract with me was trying to help, but I have to wait till she is back to work, and told me I will need a new number, which I DO NOT want.Finally, call 1866****** number, everything got straightened.

Hadi Faturechi: An agent tricked us into changing our phone provider by lying to us. His name is Bob and works online. Either he gets fired or I will file a report with my lawyer. He tricked us by giving us fake discounts and I changed my provider and just today I realized not only I was charged 50 for service (which he said would be zero), I was also charged the regular plan fee… This is not a joke and a formal discrimination of law.

Incredible! And when we asked to confirm the conditions and payments on the contract they lied and said that they "don't have access to those". This store is so bad and fraudulent it's almost hilarious. Please do your self a favor and avoid at all costs.
angie lglez: TERRIBLE, They STOLE ME AT THIS LOCATION. EMPLOYEES BROKE THE CODE OF ETHICS AND NO ONE IS WILLING TO HELP ME. I got my plan in this location back on July 4th. Amanda, one of the staff, was the one who helped me that day. However she told me I had to pay 2 months in advance (July and august) for the promotion they had at that time ($50 for 20gb) and that my app would still ask me to pay for the $100 but that it would go away that I didn’t have to worry. Now on September my Fido bill came overdue saying I didn’t pay since July and when I went back to the store to clarify this. The employees where super rude, cutting me off and telling me I was basically lying, they kept saying they couldn’t show me my contract saying they couldn’t go that back in the system. Which is a lie! When I tried explaining Amanda was the one who charged me that they said there was no girl working at that location, however later One of the employees mentioned her name. When I asked when she would be at the store they said she is on vacation and will come back until November! I thought Amanda stapled the $100 receipt to my contract after she charged me but she didn’t. She only stapled the SIM card receipt. I’ve been trying to fix this for weeks but it’s impossible to contact any customer service representative. They STOLE ME AT THIS LOCATION. EMPLOYEES BROKE THE CODE OF ETHICS AND NO ONE IS WILLING TO HELP ME.
Bita Nejati: I have been with Fido since I came here and I always suffer from poor network , the data is awful.I asked the associate if there is any settings on my phone to imrove my connection but they told me they can not do anything. I asked her to check if there are any offers on my plan to purchase a new phone, she asked for my number and postal code yet she couldn't find my account.I showed her my acount information on my phone and she replied something irrelevant ; she said from today Fido has changed policies it requires PR documents .I told her I am on student visa and that's the only valid ID I have , besides It doesn't make sense at all.If some one has not a PR status, Fido doesn't offer any phones to him on his plan .It bothers me when I see unprofessional people at customer service who can not meet customer's needs.She asked for my number and postal code twice however she had written it all on a piece of paper .

Tom Chung: Don't fall for their "Promotions" or "Deals". It's actually a scam - I am not exaggerating. I was promised to pay a certain amount per month and receive certain rebates. Fido was not aware of any of the contents I discussed with the store associate (Mitch). They kept and is still charging me amounts way beyond what I was promised and there is nothing I can do. Now I'm stuck with a 2 year plan with very bad network coverage.Fido customer service is absolute garbage and they don't understand basic English. I had to repeat things multiple times and in different ways but they never understand a thing they say. And they purposely drop your call if they don't know what to do. Piece of advice, if you want to get anywhere with customer service, just try to get the manager on the line - at least they understand English enough to have a descent conversation.In sum: signing up with Fido is the one of the worst decisions I have ever made in my life and a decision I deeply regret. Once my plan is over, I will be switching to anything but Fido.

Erick B: I brought my lines over to fido from another provider. Mitch did a good job ensuring all the lines were brought over smoothly. I was promised credits for bringing three lines to the company. I am on my 5th bill and I have been calling this location for the last month to get this sorted out. I contacted the store for a follow up a person named Young answered my call. Before I even had the opportunity to explain what my issue was he dismissed me and said he could not help me and to call back the next day when Mitch was in. I asked Young "how do you know you cannot help me if you haven't given me the opportunity to explain what I need assistance with?" Young then followed up with "the store is busy"...then I hear a click and get hung up on. What kind of pathetic customer service is that? I attempted to call the store back with no answer....I have seen young do this to another customer when I have been in store I hope management deals with this accordingly and knows I will escalate this issue. Paragon Seeker: I went to this location today to get a sim card and plan setup on my phone and waited a good 30 mins while the younger lady was helping customers that arrived after I did.... I was refused service because my Birth certificate, recent mail and my ID was not good enough. I was told I needed a credit card. Which is false. I went to rogers, to talk to them about the issue, same thing, wouldn't give me a phone plan without a credit card.... these guys got me so angry I had to call the cops because I felt I was being discriminated against ,they gave me no clear reason and when I asked about why I needed a credit card, asserted that it was company policy, i requested some information about that policy so i could understand what exactly it was that I needed and was refused that basic information. It turns out that I was right because I went to the fido location on commercial ave and have a phone number now without being denied a basic right. I can't understand why they would ignore me for 30 mins, turn over and start to help me, knowing they left me unattended, just to turn me down with such a bad excuse..... The guy was nice, attentive but in the end he was the one that refused service to me based on the fact that I didn't want to be passed off to the new girl that was the original one who ignored me to begin with? Will not ever be coming back here again! hope the staff at both FIDO and Rogers in this Mall get set straight. to refuse a birth certificate and demand a credit card for a prepaid account and lie and say it's company policy when it says right on the website "CREDIT CARDS ARE NOT REQUIRED FOR PHONE PLANS"

I had tried a 3 days prior to purchase one on Fido's Live Chat but it never showed up (apparently the order was never put through). Shared this with Sahand and he listened and was able to get me what I wanted plus more! He was approachable, easy to talk to, respectful to all his customers and overall, a nice person.
